Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the Performance of Employees in Improving the Quality of Public Services at the Investment Office and One Stop Services in the City of Kendari. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, which gives a careful depiction of a particular phenomenon from the results of observations, interviews, and documentation studies, so as to be able to describe various matters relating to Employee Performance in Improving Quality of Public Services. The technique used is purposive sampling, which is the technique of determining samples based on the needs for specific purposes. Data collection in this research was carried out through a process of interviews, documentation studies, observations. Then analyzed descriptively qualitatively using the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study concluded that the Performance of Employees in Improving the Quality of Public Services at the Investment Office can be said to be good, seen from the work performance and achievement of targets that can be seen from the charter, as well as the initiative and satisfaction provided by employees is quite good, for effective services and efficient. Then for service users are satisfied with the services provided to employees in the Office of Investment and PTSP Kendari City, because service users feel valued with employee friendly attitude and are not discriminated against.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of interpersonal communication on the work ethic of employees at the Kendari City Regional Secretariat Office. The population in this study were 498 employees at the Regional Secretariat Office of Kendari City. The sample in this study was determined by proportional random sampling with a sample size of 84 respondents. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The results in this study indicate that interpersonal communication consists of dimensions of 1) openness, 2) empathy, 3) support, 4) positivity, 5) equality, which have a significant effect on work ethic. Then based on the results of the analysis of the influence of interpersonal communication on the work ethic of employees at the Regional Secretariat Office of Kendari City, it shows that the effect of interpersonal communication is 45,8% and the remaining 54,2% is caused by other factors. Then the dimension of interpersonal communication at the Kendari City Regional Secretariat Office which gives the highest reflection to the work ethic of employees is the dimension of quality. Meanwhile, the dimension of interpersonal communication at the Kendari City Regional Secretariat Office which gives the lowest reflection to the work ethic of employees is the dimension of openness.

Abstract

This Research Aims To Know How Public Service Management In Increasing Public Reading Interest In The Library Office Of North Kolaka Regency. The Method Used In This Research Is To Use A Descriptive Qualitative Approach By Means Of Observation, Interview And Documentation. Based On The Results Of Research Conducted By Researchers Regarding Public Service Management In Increasing Public Reading Interest, It Can Be Concluded That Public Service Management In Increasing Public Reading Interest Carried Out By The Library Has Not Been Fully Maximized. Given That There Are Still Shortcomings Of Interview Results From The Library And From The Library User Community. Where The Facilities And Infrastructure Owned By The Library Are Not Completely Adequate. Service Fees Also That Do Not Have Written Rules. Then Regarding Reading Gardens Cannot Be Realized Well. Also For The Promotion Has Not Been Going Well Because In Its Implementation, The Library Has Not Fully Involved Community Leaders. In Addition, Reading Activities Have Not Gone Well, Because The Library Has Not Fully Involved All Related Elements.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of public services on the satisfaction of elderly patients and the factors that affect the quality of service on the satisfaction of elderly patients at Abeli Public Health Center, Abeli District, Kendari City. The informants in this study were the Director of the Abeli Puskesmas, Abeli District, Kendari City, the Head of Public Relations at the Abeli Puskesmas, Abeli District, Kendari City, and 3 (three) people who received services at Abeli Puskesmas Abeli District, Kendari City. The results showed that the quality of public services at Abeli Public Health Center, Abeli District, Kendari City was seen from the dimensions of physical evidence with a poor category, reliability dimensions with good categories, responsiveness dimensions with good categories, assurance dimensions with good categories, and empathy dimensions with poor categories. Supporting factors that affect the quality of public services at Abeli Public Health Center, Abeli District, Kendari City are Leadership Factors, Team Work Spirit Factors, and Employee Job Satisfaction Factors. Inhibiting factors that affect the quality of public services at Abeli Public Health Center, Abeli District, Kendari City, namely there are still facilities that are not yet available and the presence of employees who are less friendly to service users.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training on the work productivity of PT. Bank Danamon Cabang Kendari. The population in this study were employees of PT. Bank Danamon Cabang Kendari, as many as 30 people. The sample in this study was determined by a census sample where the sampling method was if all of the sample population was 30 employees. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The results in this study indicate that training from the dimensions of 1) training objectives, 2) training participants, 3) training materials, 4) training methods, has a significant effect on work productivity. Then based on the results of the analysis of the effect of training on the work productivity of PT. Bank Danamon Cabang Kendari, shows that the effect of training is 66% and the remaining 34% is caused by other variables outside of this study. Then the dimensions of employee training at PT. Bank Danamon Cabang Kendari which provides the highest reflection on work productivity is the dimension of training objectives. While the dimensions of employee training at PT. Bank Danamon Cabang Kendari, which provides the lowest reflection on work productivity is the quality dimension.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan Akuntabilitas Kinerja Dalam Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Terhadap Dunia Kerja Pada Balai Latihan Kerja Kota Kendari. Teknik penelitian ini menggunakan  metode deskriptif kualitatif, bersifat uraian dari hasil wawancara dan studi dokumentasi terhadap 4 orang informan yaitu: Sub Bagian Tata Usaha, Koordinator Program dan Evaluasi Pelatihan, Koordinator Penyelenggara Pelatihan dan Staf Kepegawaian. Analisis data terdiri dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verivikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Akuntabilitas Kinerja Dalam Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Terhadap Dunia Kerja Pada Balai Latihan Kerja Kota Kendari sudah berjalan cukup baik, relevansi yang disusun berdasarkan tugas dan fungsi masing-masing pegawai menjadi sebuah rencana dan target kerja yang ditetapkan sebelumnya hal ini dapat dilihat berdasarkan tinggi rendahnya realisasi terhadap penggambaran akuntabilitas kinerja pegawai yang kemudian di kombinasikan dengan perilaku dan sikap pada pelaksanaannya pada setiap pegawai. Namun, berdasarkan tingkat kemampuan memiliki sikap, pengetahuan yang dilakukan dengan menekankan kepada peserta tentang pentingnya memiliki pengetahuan yang baik bahwa sikap merupakan salah satu integral penting terhadap peningkatan kompetensi sumber daya manusia agar mampu menumbuhkan motivasi dalam menciptakan inovasi-inovasi baru dalam proses pelatihan sehingga perlunya dilakukan pemberian pengetahuan dan penekanan secara personal kepada para peserta untuk memiliki sikap seperti mampu menerima kritik dan saran serta lebih menghargai waktu disaat para peserta nantinya akan bekerja dimanapun itu.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of implementing the national health insurance program policy for the healthy Indonesia card for the poor at the Wua-Wua Public Health Center, Kendari City and to determine the factors that influence the implementation of the national health insurance program policy for the healthy Indonesia card for the poor at the Wua-Wua Health Center. Kendari City. The research methodology used in this study is a descriptive method that seeks to describe the intended phenomenon. The data obtained from the results of interviews with informants amounted to 7 people who were directly involved and knew about the role of implementing policies for the National Health Insurance Program for the Healthy Indonesia Card for the poor. Which then the data obtained and then analyzed then interpreted and drawn a conclusion.The results of this study are based on the results of the analysis and discussion that have been described, that the implementation of the policy of the national health insurance program for the healthy Indonesia card for the poor at the Wua-Wua Public Health Center Kendari City consists of 2 frameworks, namely the implementation of the national health insurance program for the healthy Indonesia card which consists of communication indicators, resources and disposition. Then further about the factors that influence the implementation of the policy of the National Health Insurance Program for the Healthy Indonesia Card. Keywords: Implementation; National Health Insurance Program for the Healthy Indonesia Card.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berusaha mengidentifikasi hambatan dalam memberikan pelayanan Administrasi Kependudukan dengan menilai keefektifan pelayanan tersebut di Desa Tondasi, Kecamatan Tiworo Utara, dan Kabupaten Muna Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Tondasi, Kecamatan Tiworo Utara, Kabupaten Muna Barat. Metode yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data kualitatif deskriptif melalui kerja lapangan, wawancara, dan observasi.

Abstract

Tujuan utama dalam peneliti yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis Penempatan Pegawai serta Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Penempatan Pegawai. Lokasi penelitian ini terletak di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Wakatobi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dan di dukung oleh data sekunder. Informan peneliti meliputi Kabid, Pengembangan Kepegawaiaan, Kabid Pengenbangan Dikdas dan Staf Administrasi Umum. Model analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pemodelan interatif yang terdiri dari mengumpukan data, reduksi data, menyajikan data dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penempatan Pegawai Negeri Sipil dalam Jabatan Struktural pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Wakatobi belum terbilang cuku baik, penempatan pegawai berdasarkan kesesuaian dan prestasi kerja yang dimiliki oleh pegawai dalam proses penempatannya masih dilakukan secara umum dan belum maksimal, walaupun kesehatan fisik dan mental pegawai sudah mulai diperhatiakan dalam proses penempatannya. Sedangkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penempatan pegawai belum sepenuh sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Seperti penempatai pegawai berdasarka pendidikan yang dimiliki belum sepenuhnya sesuai atau kurang selaras antara pendididkan pegawai dengan jabatan yang dimiliki oleh pegawai negeri sipil. Serta penempatan pegawai masih belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan pengetahuan kerja dan keahlian/keterampilan kerja sedangkan pengalaman kerja pegawai sudah sesuasi dengan apa yang dimiliki oleh pegawai negeri sipil.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan penataan ruang kantor dan fasilitas kantor dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dan pada Dinas PUPR Kota Kendari. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yaitu dengan mendeskripsikan atau menggambarkan secara sistematis, faktual dan akurat mengenai fakta-fakta yang diteliti. Informan dipilih secara purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara secara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang di peroleh menunjukkan bahwa penataan ruang kantor dan fasilitas kantor pada Dinas PUPR Kota Kendari sudah berjalan dengan baik dalam hal mobilitas pegawai, cahaya penerangan, sirkulasi udara, dan warna dinding namun belum optimal dijalankan khususnya dari jenis tata ruang kantor, penempatan perabot dan tingkat kebisingan. Faktor yang menghambat penataan ruang kantor dan fasilitas kantor pada Dinas PUPR Kota Kendari ialah keterbatasan ruang kantor, penempatan perabot yang tidak tepat, dan kebisingan. Sehingga diharapkan bagi Dinas PUPR Kota Kendari dapat memperbaiki penataan ruang kantor dan fasilitas kantor dengan mempertimbangkan desain tata ruang terbuka, mengoptimalkan penempatan perabot dan menyediakan tempat yang tenang bagi pegawai untuk menghindari kebisingan agar dapat berkonsentrasi dalam menjalankan pekerjaan. Dinas PUPR Kota Kendari juga diharapkan untuk mengatasi faktor yang menghambat penataan ruang kantor dan fasilitas kantor agar tercipta ruangan yang nyaman dan mendukung pelaksanaan pekerjaan pegawai
