Abstract

Reporting on campaign funds is an order regulated inLaw No. 7 of 2017. Campaign funds come from political parties, candidates for Regency/Municipal Regional People'sRepresentative Assembly members, including contributions thatare legal under the law. There is no regulation for reportingcampaign fund contributions obtained from other parties. The2014 and 2019 elections have KPU regulations governing them.Specifically for the 2024 elections, implementing regulationshave not yet been formed. In the absence of regulation, this actionis not consistent with the previous election and will give rise tothe potential for election violations. The partner of this serviceactivity is bekasi election monitoring body. Participants inservice activity were faced with the problem of whether it wasnecessary to report campaign funds contributions from otherparties and what the legal basis was. This service activity offersa solution that the KPU should still make implementingregulations regarding reporting of campaign fund donationsobtained from other parties. The argument is that the electionsconstitutional conventions for the 2014 and 2019 electionsregulate these provisions and the consequences of Article 334paragraph 2 of Law No. 7 of 2017.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries that considers law as the most important part of state life, apart from politics and the economy. Basically, in a state of law, the government is actually the spearhead of the law as a system. The Indonesian legal system itself is a legal system formed from a long history of acculturation of customs, the entry of Islam and the civil law system brought by the Dutch. This long history has helped shape the Indonesian legal system, which has unique legal and policy products. This paper discusses the characteristics of Indonesian law in terms of the legal concept, apart from the dynamics of the development of the Indonesian legal tradition which is based on the nomadic history of Indonesian society. The results of the discussion show that the Indonesian legal tradition is characterized by respect for the law that lives in society. The Indonesian legal system as whole remains committed to respecting different religions and cultures, moving towards democracy and the rule of law.

Abstract

Abstract

The Regime of Genetic Resources, Traditional Knowledge and Traditional Cultural Expressions (SDGPTEBT) is a different regime from the existing regime of intellectual property rights. The WIPO negotiations on SDGPTEBT were held in order to discuss the protection of the SDGPTEBT at the international level. One of the problems that emerged from these negotiations was the gap between developed and developing countries regarding the final form of the outcome of the negotiations. There is still no clarity regarding the status of the "international legal instrument" itself in terms of international law, whether the international legal instrument will be more inclined as a legally binding international agreement or a soft law that is not legally binding. In terms of the effect of the results of the negotiations on Indonesian national law, there is a need to promulgate a law sui generis regarding SDGPTEBT even though the results of the negotiations are still in the negotiation stage.

Abstract

The Indonesian Constitution stipulates in Article 28H paragraph (1) as follows: “everyone has the right to live in physical and spiritual prosperity, to live and to have a good and healthy environment, and to have the right to health services”. The principle of a prosperous life as the right of every person is further regulated in Article 9 paragraph (2) of Law Number 39 of 1999 which stipulates as follows ” everyone has the right to live in peaceful, safe, peace, happy, physical and spiritual prosperity. One aspect of supporting a prosperous life is food. Food is one of the basic human needs that must be met in order to live a prosperous life. The Indonesian state and nation really understand the urgency of food in human life so that they can live in prosperity. Based on the idea of the urgency of food in a prosperous human life, Indonesia stipulates Law No. 18 of 2002 on Food. The Indonesian people are determined to be sovereign in the food sector in the sense of having the ability to determine food policies that guarantee the right to food so that the Indonesian people can live in prosperity. However, in reality, the world is experiencing a food crisis at this time. The reality of the food crisis that is hitting the world at this time is one of the agendas promoted by President Joko Widodo, who serves as the G-20 Presidency, as one of the main agendas of the G-20 meeting in the months ahead. Can President Joko Widodo as the G-20 Presidency garner the agreement of G-20 countries to cooperate and work together to overcome the world food crisis as one of the main agendas of the G-20 meeting? This research uses juridical-normative research methods and other research methods that are deemed necessary and can support the success of the research. According to the author, as the G-20 Presidency, President Joko Widodo will be able to forge an agreement with G-20 member countries to work together and work together to overcome the world food crisis that is happening at this time. All G-20 member countries are advised to take concrete steps to overcome the food crisis in their respective countries as has been done by Indonesia as stated in President Joko Widodo's program.

Abstract

Food availability and security is a basic human right. One group of people who often experience problems due to food poisoning are school children. Snacks play an important role in providing energy and other nutritional intake for school-aged children. School children's snacks that are not guaranteed to be healthy can potentially cause poisoning, digestive disorders and, if they last for a long time, can lead to poor nutritional status. Apart from that, unhealthy snacks can disrupt children's performance at school. Health education plays a role in changing a person's health behavior as a result of learning experiences. Therefore, it is necessary to hold outreach to provide additional knowledge to parents and children regarding the importance of choosing snacks. By knowing the characteristics of unhealthy snacks and the dangers of unhealthy snacks, it is hoped that parents can teach their children the characteristics of unhealthy snacks so that children do not buy unhealthy snacks. Apart from that, parents can bring supplies for their children, so that the food that enters the child's body is proven to be clean and healthy. Abstract

A Limited Liability Company (PT) is a legal entity or artificial person that is capable of carrying out legal acts through specific legal mechanism, therefore the company is also an independent legal subject that has rights and obligations in legal relations. If a company has more than one creditor, then except for creditors who have pre-emptive rights, all assets are divided fairly and proportionally among the creditors, according to the amount of receivables each creditor owes to the company. In practice, repayment of the company's obligations to its creditors is very dependent on the company's will and good faith, which in this case is carried out by the Company's Directors. There are times when a creditor gets payment first or gets a payment that is proportionally larger than other creditors. This research uses a normative juridical research method where this research uses legal norms and is supported by an approach related to events that occur in the field, which is done so that the activity process runs smoothly. The responsibilities of the Board of Directors are related to the basis of authority that a company Director has to act for and on behalf of the company. The provisions of Article 97 paragraph (4) Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies in the event that the board of directors consists of 2 (two) or more members of the board of directors, the responsibilities as referred to in paragraph (3) apply jointly and severally to each member of the board of directors. This means that based on the words of Article 97 paragraph (4), it can be concluded that if members of the board of directors are negligent or violate their obligations to manage the company in good faith and with full responsibility, then each member of the board of directors will equally bear joint responsibility for the losses suffered by the company.

Abstract

Sentence reduction for Justice Collaborators in corruption cases is a reward or a gift for perpetrator who has collaborated with law enforcement officials in dismantling the case. When viewed in evidentiary theory, the reduction of punishment can be seen from the evidence of a Justice Collaborator in the trial. Based on the theory of justice, the granting of justice collaborator status is based on the judge's decision whereas the judge's decision is absolute in determining justice for what has been done by a justice collaborator, therefore the judge must see the efforts in the trial. This research was conducted with normative legal methods using legal literature materials consisting of theories, principles, legal principles, and laws and regulations related to and in accordance with this research. This research uses literature studies in the form of primary, secondary and tertiary legal sources. Results of this study: Justice Collaborators have an important role in uncovering corruption cases.
