Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of service quality, physical environment, product diversification and price perceptions on customer loyalty at the Tani Jaya Store in Glenmoren District. The location of this research is at the Tani Jaya Shop in Kalibaru District, Banyuwangi Regency. This type of research uses quantitative methods with a sample size of 150 respondents and uses representative sampling techniques using data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique for this research uses instrument testing, classical assumptions and multiple linear regression. The analysis results obtained show that service quality, physical environment, product diversification and price perception have a positive and significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on customer loyalty at Tani Jaya Stores, with a level of influence contribution of 0.769 or 76%.

Abstract

Technological advances that are increasingly stringent employees are expected to make their best contribution to the agency. Employees who have good performance are human resources needed by an organization and company to achieve company goals. In this study, the researcher had the opportunity to carry out research at the Padang Health Center, Lumajang Regency. This study aims to analyze the improvement of the performance of employees of the Padang Health Center in Lumajang Regency with variables of work motivation, work discipline and work environment. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach method. Sampling was carried out by census (saturated), the number of samples in this study was 63 respondents. The data collection techniques in this study are questionnaires and library data. The analysis used in this study is Multiple Linear Analysis with the help of SPSS software version 25. The variable of work motivation can be concluded that work motivation affects the performance of Puskesmas employees, then it can be concluded that work discipline affects the performance of Puskesmas employees by 28.2%. The work environment variable has a significance of the T test value of 0.025 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that the work environment affects employee performance partially with an influence of 11.5%. The conclusion of this study is that work motivation, work discipline and work environment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Padang Health Center of Lumajang Regency.

Abstract

This study was conducted at LPP RRI Jember which aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style, organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance at LPP RRI Jember. The analysis was conducted on the performance of 83 employees of LPP RRI Jember using saturated sampling techniques and data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation and distributing questionnaires to all employees of LPP RRI Jember about various information / data needed using a Likert scale while data analysis used multiple regression methods with the help of the SPSS program. Company leaders should be able to provide motivation to subordinates both in moral and material form to improve employee performance and foster an attitude of loyalty to the company. Leaders are also required to pay more attention to the policies taken in leading the company, and determine a good leadership strategy or style in order to create a conducive work atmosphere between superiors and subordinates.

Abstract

The productivity of employees is impacted by the efficient execution of collective cooperation, professional conduct, and interpersonal interaction. Inherently, when these facets are effectively executed, individuals tend to demonstrate praiseworthy performance and make substantial contributions to the organization, cultivating a favorable disposition towards their job assignments. Utilizing a quantitative methodology, the study sought to ascertain relationships among these characteristics. The study encompassed an extensive sample of 119 employees, employing a saturated sample or census methodology. The findings demonstrated that the collective collaboration, exemplary conduct, and interpersonal discourse had a substantial impact on the efficacy of public servants within the regional secretariat of the Bondowoso Regency administration. Fundamentally, better collective cooperation, professional conduct, and inter-personal correspondence were found to be associated with improved and enduring staff efficiency.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of work discipline, work motivation and work training on improving the performance of village officials in Ledokombo District. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method with a census sampling method of 117 respondents, using a questionnaire sheet distributed to village officials in Ledokombo District. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis methods, partial tests, and coefficient of determination (R2) tests. And the results of the analysis using SPSS 27 show that the three variables, namely motivational discipline and work training, have a significant influence on the performance of village officials in Ledokombo District. The results of the determination test (r2) were (41.8%) showing the large proportion or percentage contribution of the Discipline, Motivation and Job Training variables to performance. Meanwhile (58.2%) was contributed by other variables not included in this research, for example work burnout, compensation, work commitment and so on.

Abstract

A person's leadership style in leading is very influential and is a determining factor for increasing and decreasing employee performance, therefore it is clear that every company needs an effective leadership style because in this case it also depends on the reliability and ability of employees in operating work units. existing in an organization, effective leadership and the influence and role of leadership are very necessary because in reality the success of an organization is determined by the leadership and leadership style developed in the organization to achieve the goals of the organization. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership style, career adaptability, and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of the Jember Regency Education Office. This type of research is causality research. The population in this study were employees of the Jember Regency Education Office. The sample used was 110 respondents using probability sampling techniques. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The research results prove that transformational leadership style, career adaptability, and job satisfaction have a significant effect on the performance of Jember Regency Education Office employees. It is hoped that the contribution of this research can provide information as a basis for consideration, support and contribution of thought to business decision makers in order to improve company performance.

Abstract

Company really needs efforts that can improve employee performance to achieve or even exceed the targets set by the company. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the physical work environment, non-physical work environment, workload and transformational leadership style on employee performance at CV. Putra Perkasa Jaya, Banyuwangi Regency. This type of research uses a quantitative method with a sample size of 54 respondents and uses a Nonprobability sampling technique with a saturated sampling technique using a data collection technique in the form of a questionnaire to respondents. The data analysis technique for this study uses instrument testing, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, hypotheses and coefficients of determination. The results of the analysis obtained indicate that the physical work environment, non-physical work environment, workload and transformational leadership style have a positive and significant effect partially on employee performance at CV. Putra Perkasa Jaya, the results of the R2 Determination Coefficient test with a contribution level of influence of 0.927 or 93%.

Abstract

This research is based on the problems that occur at PT Kayu Selasihan Indah, namely the lack of work discipline that can have a negative impact on employee productivity in the company which can cause work to be slow, company goals not to be achieved, then it is difficult to achieve optimal results. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze work discipline, skills and teamwork on work productivity of employees of PT Kayu Selasihan Indah in Bondowoso Regency. This research uses quantitative methods. Along with increasing global competition, companies are required to continue to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their production. A deep understanding of the factors that influence work productivity is very important to achieve these goals. This research has a high urgency because it can contribute to the company in identifying areas that need to be improved to achieve higher productivity targets. In addition, the results of this study can also be a reference for other companies in the manufacturing sector, especially those who want to improve the performance of their employees. The data used in this research are primary data obtained through observation, questionnaires, interviews and secondary data through documentation. The population and sample of this study are employees of PT Kayu Selasihan Indah in Bondowoso Regency, totaling 110 employees. Bondowoso, totaling 110 employees. For data analysis, the author uses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it can be stated that attitude does not have a significant effect on employee work creativity, ability has a significant effect on employee work creativity, teamwork does not have a significant impact on employee work creativity.

Abstract

Hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan sumber daya manusia memerlukan pertimbangan yang sungguh-sungguh dari pimpinan dan pemangku kepentingan agar dapat menumbuhkan etos kerja yang kuat di kalangan karyawan, sehingga pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan tingkat kedisiplinan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh absensi sidik jari, motivasi kerja, dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif, dengan tujuan untuk melihat korelasi atau dampak antar variabel yang berbeda. Lebih tepatnya penelitian berpusat pada pengujian faktor absensi sidik jari, motivasi kerja, dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dalam kaitannya dengan disiplin kerja pegawai Larisso Balung Kabupaten Jember. Dengan menggunakan metodologi deskriptif kuantitatif, penelitian ini menguji apakah terdapat pengaruh yang dapat diamati dari ketidakhadiran sidik jari, motivasi kerja, dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap variabel disiplin kerja pada karyawan Larisso Balung di Kabupaten Jember.
