Weight conversion must be mastered by students as prospective teachers so that media creation training is needed. The training was held in March 2025 at Building 1.3, Musamus University. The results of the weight conversion training were that students were able to use weight conversion media and explain the conversion method in detail. The benefits obtained were that lecturers could share knowledge and experience in developing weight conversion media; for students, the benefits obtained were being able to make weight conversion media, becoming one of the media used when teaching, increasing creativity, and better communication skills.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the effectiveness of reading e-books based on a contextual approach to the environmental care attitude of fourth grade elementary school students. This study is a quantitative study. The design of this study is a one group pretest-posttest design. Thus, it can be known more accurately, because it can be compared with being held before being treated. This study was conducted in SD Advent, SD YPK Kuprik and SD YPPK St. Fransiskus Xaverius 2 Merauke. Data collection techniques include tests, observations and documentation. The tests conducted include pretests and posttests. Quantitative data are pretest, posttest and N-gain scores, to determine how effective the application of local wisdom-based teaching materials is by looking at N-gain. The results of the study also showed that the pretest results of students' environmental awareness attitudes without using contextual approach-based reading teaching materials obtained a percentage of 47.25% with a category that was starting to be seen. The posttest results showed an increase in students' environmental awareness attitudes. Students' environmental awareness attitudes at the time of the posttest obtained a percentage of 82.42% with a category that had become a culture.

Abstract

The Development of "Ultimate" Learning Media (Thematic Multimedia) for fourth grade students at SD Inpres Padang Raharja. This research aims to develop and produce a learning media product, namely interactive learning multimedia that is feasible and practical for learning thematic theme 2 "Always Save Energy" sub-theme 1 "Energy Sources" for fourth grade students at SD Inpres Padang Raharja. This research is a research and development or usually called R&D which refers to the 4D development model with four steps or stages, namely the definition stage, the design stage, the development stage and the dissemination stage. However, the research on the development of "Ultimate" learning media (Thematic Multimedia) intended for grade IV Elementary School which the researcher created could not be continued until the fourth stage, namely dessimination and only reached the development stage. Researcher limited this research to only the development stage due to limited time and cost constraints. By going through these stages th e researcher developed this learning media so that it showed appropriate and practical value for use by fourth grade elementary school students. The results of this research show that the development of "Ultimate" learning media (Thematic Multimedia) is practical and suitable for use. This can be proven from the results of the recapitulation of assessments (validation) by material and media assessors (validators) which show an average score of 4.7 in the "Very Appropriate" category for each assessment (material and media). The results of the practicality test recapitulation by 35 class IV students obtained an average score of 4.56 in the "Very Good" category.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to apply the Think Pair Share learning model as an effort to improve student learning outcomes in Indonesian language learning. This research uses a type of classroom action research, which is one of the problem-solving strategies that utilizes real action from the process of detecting problem-solving abilities. The design used in this study is the Kemmis and Mc. Taggart model. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach, but to complete the data also used qualitative data. This research step is carried out in 2 cycles and each cycle consists of 2 meetings. Each cycle consists of stages of planning, action, observation and reflection. Data collection using observation sheets, tests and documentation. The results showed that the application of the Think Pair Share learning model using can improve activities and learning outcomes Indonesian grade II students. The average score for student graduation criteria starting from pre-cycle on was 60.7%, which then increased by 9.95% in cycle I and became 70.65%. Meanwhile, the percentage of student graduation increased in the second cycle, which was 18.77% and became 89.42%. This increase proves that the TPS (Think Pair Share) learning model in Indonesian learning can improve the learning outcomes of grade II students.

Therefore, the purpose of this study is to improve students' mathematics learning outcomes using direct learning methods. The method used in this study is the quantitative method with analysis using the mean score. The population in this study was SD Negeri 2 Merauke, with a total sample of 23 students in grade II. The data in this study were obtained from observations and tests. The results showed that, the students' pre-test results were 59.13% while the results of the post-test were 82.08%. Because of this, it can be claimed that the direct learning method can improve the mathematics learning outcomes of grade II students of SD Negeri 2 Merauke, South Papua. Given the importance of mastering mathematics well, teachers should teach mathematics in a variety that is in accordance with the theory of learning mathematics accompanied by the use of teaching aids / media that can increase student learning motivation.
