Abstract

Pemberdayaan perempuan sebagai anggota masyarakat dan tergolong tenaga kerja produktif masih sangat penting dilakukan. Hal ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran dan kemandirian dalam berusaha, sekaligus memperluas lapangan kerja guna meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga untuk mencapai keluarga yang bahagia dan sejahtera. Peningkatan kesejahteraan sosial dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai pendekatan salah satunya adalah melakukan pelatihan. Berkaitan hal tersebut di atas kami tim pengabdi melakukan pengabdian kali ini kepada kaum perempuan di Desa Putuk Rejo Kabupaten Malang. Pelatihan yang kami lakukan adalah pembuatan sabun cuci piring dalam bentuk cairan . Dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, sabun cuci piring merupakan salah satu kebutuhan dalam rumah tangga dimana keberadaannya berfungsi sebagai penghilang kotoran dan lemak pada peralatan makan dan masak . Tingkat kebutuhan sabun cuci piring sangat tinggi. Tingginya minat masyarakat terhadap sabun cuci piring tersebut membuka peluang usaha untuk diproduksi. Oleh karena itu pemberdayaan perempuan dalam pelatihan pembuatan sabun cuci piring merupakan langkah awal yang tepat karena proses produksinya relative mudah untuk dipelajari. Tujuan Pengabdian ini memberikan pemahaman tentang potensi usaha rumahan dan keterampilan pembuatan sabun cuci piring kepada kaum Perempuan di Desa Putukrejo Kabupaten Malang . Diharapkan, kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat serta mengembangkan kesadaran dan kemandirian berwirausaha. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian meliputi koordinasi dengan mitra yaitu Desa Putukrejo Kabupaten Malang (khusunya kaum Perempuan ) , melaksanakan penyuluhan serta pelatihan pembuatan sabun cair, evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini berupa produk sabun cuci piring yang sudah dikemas dan dibagikan kepada warga setempat, serta terbentuknya kaum perempuan yang memiliki keterampilan dalam pembuatan sabun cuci piring. Abstract

Online games are games that are connected to the network and the internet, there are many features in online games that are increasingly interesting. Online games have grown rapidly and not only among children, but also adults and even parents. This is a special concern for parents who have children who often play online games, resulting in online game addiction in these children, the importance of family counseling to reduce online game addiction to children to solve problems that occur because the negative impact of online games on children is very worrying about the future of the child and must be done immediately on how to provide assistance and solutions. This study takes the subject of a family who has a child with an online game addiction condition and what are the impacts of the child. The purpose of this study is to find out about online games and what kinds of online games are.

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana inflasi, suku bunga, dan nilai tukar memengaruhi Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2019–2023. Pendekatan yang digunakan bersifat kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian eksplanatori. Data diperoleh dari publikasi resmi BEI dan Bank Indonesia sebanyak 60 data bulanan. Analisis dilakukan melalui regresi linier berganda dengan dukungan SPSS. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut secara simultan memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap IHSG, menegaskan peran penting stabilitas makroekonomi dalam mendukung pergerakan pasar modal nasional.

Abstract

Food security is a strategic issue that requires comprehensive and integrated management, particularly in rural areas that possess abundant natural resources but continue to face limitations in the development of food diversification. This study aims to analyze efforts to optimize local potential through agricultural diversification and the digitalization of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) as part of the implementation of the Community Service Program (Kuliah Kerja Nyata/KKN) in Grenden Village, Puger District, Jember Regency. A participatory approach was employed by involving the community as active partners at every stage of the program, including socialization activities, training in agricultural product processing, the adoption of business digitalization, and assistance with business legality. The program primarily focused on the development of value-added corn-based processed products, such as corn nuggets and corn syrup, which represent the village’s leading commodities. The results of the program indicate an improvement in community capacity to process agricultural products in a hygienic, innovative, and value-oriented manner, as well as to utilize digital platforms for product marketing. Furthermore, assistance with business legality provided access to legal protection and expanded opportunities for sustainable business development. The findings demonstrate that community-based food diversification strategies supported by MSME digitalization significantly contribute to strengthening food security, improving community welfare, and creating new economic opportunities at the village level. This study offers practical contributions to the development of food security and MSME empowerment through the synergy between the KKN program and the sustainable utilization of local potential.

Abstract

The informal sector in Indonesia in terms of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) plays an important role in economic development from macro and micro aspects. The majority of SME owners are aware of the value of a number of strategies for conducting business more effectively. Some of the primary strategies for maintaining MSMEs performance include financial inclusion, financial literacy, and fintech. The objectives aimed at by this investigation were: to study the impact of financial inclusion and financial literacy on SME performances, to observe the influence of mediation effect fintech on financial inclusion and MSME performance, and to examine how the fintech supports financial literacy and SME performance. A well-structured questionnaire using a quantitative research approach was utilized to gather data from 320 owners among Indonesia MSMEs. The finding research revealed that fintech contributed positively and significantly mediates the relationship between financial inclusion, financial literacy, and MSMEs performance. The research's findings aim to shed light on how to develop and promote fintech through providing services that are fair and transparent.
