Abstract

Kemampuan motorik halus anak penyandang tunagrahita ringan menjadi dasar utama dari penelitian ini. Yang menjadi titik fokus utama dalam penelitian yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motorik halus anak tunagrahita ringan dengan bermain plastisin. Plastisin sendiri menjadi salah satu permainan yang bertujuan untuk melatih anak dalam perkembangan motorik halusnya. Peningkatan motorik halus sendiri menjadi pusat perhatian peneliti dimana anak-anak yang masih kesulitan dalam menulis, menggenggam, memegang, dan membawa barang mengalami penghambatan dalam perkembangan motoriknya. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan edukasi kepada orangtua lainnya untuk lebih dapat memperhatikan motorik halus dengan salah satu cara melatih bermain plastisin dengan itu dapat menjadi salah satu cara anak dalam kemampuan menulis, menggenggam, memegang, dan membawa barang

Abstract

This Community Service Program aims to enhance students' empathetic awareness of bullying behavior at SD Negeri 10 Tanjung Lago through the storytelling method. Based on initial observations, a phenomenon of playful teasing was found, which students often misinterpret, indicating low awareness of the psychological impact of such actions. The intervention was carried out in three main stages: (1) interactive storytelling using the educational comic "Jendela Hati", (2) an educational word-search game with an anti-bullying theme, and (3) an evaluation of understanding and measurement of empathy using a checklist scale. The results showed active participation and enthusiasm from the students. Data from the empathy scale involving 30 fifth-grade students revealed that 90% of respondents fell into the high and very high empathy categories, with a distribution of 60% (very high) and 30% (high). These findings indicate that although cognitively the students already possess a strong foundation of empathy, its application in daily social interactions still requires guidance to distinguish between teasing and bullying. The program concludes that storytelling is effective as an educational medium for fostering empathetic awareness, improving understanding of various forms of bullying, and encouraging prosocial attitudes in the school environment, thereby contributing to the creation of a safer and more inclusive school climate.

Abstract

This program aims to increase students’ self-control using gadgets through digital literacy education at SD Negeri 10 Tanjung Lago. Activities are carried out through the delivery of digital literacy materials, distribution of the QR Code video, implementation of geometric games, as well as providing a checklist of self-control. Based on initial observations, students are known to have not been able to manage the use of gadgets optimally and do not yet understand the limits in choosing safe and useful digital content. After participating in a series of activities, students show an increase in understanding of the use of wise gadgets, including digital ethics and safety of personal data. The results of self-control scale indicate that 15% of students are in very high categories, 30% of high categories, 35% of moderate categories, 15% of low category, and 5% of categories are very low. The findings suggest that most students are in medium to high categories, demonstrating the increased ability.

Abstract

Nowadays, The imbalance between work and life balance is one of the main issues that many people confront in the workplace these days. This is demonstrated by high overtime, tight deadlines, and the propensity to take work home. Through the use of time management and relaxation techniques, this project seeks to develop and deploy a toolbox in the form of an e-module that will enhance work-life balance. Descriptive qualitative methods, semi-structured interviews, and observations were used to gather data. The information was then subjected to a thematic analysis. The findings demonstrated that the e-module, which incorporates mindfulness exercises, reflective journaling, and the Pomodoro method, can assist individuals in bettering their work-life balance, managing their time, and lowering stress. creating long-term plans for managing human resources.
