Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi peningkatan omzet yang diterapkan oleh tim salesman pada outlet ritel distributor Garudafood di Pekanbaru. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif terhadap data transaksi bulanan, kuesioner dan matrix Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata transaksi outlet sebesar 14,8% setelah implementasi strategi monitoring produk aktif, pengenalan varian produk baru dan perbaikan display. Peningkatan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peran aktif salesman dalam pengelolaan outlet memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja penjualan. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pengelolaan distribusi produk dan peningkatan loyalitas outlet.Kata kunci: distribusi, transaksi outlet, produk aktif, performa ritel, logistik.

Abstract

This study aims to systematically review literature related to the role of ergonomics in workstation management to improve practical performance among students at SMK Negeri 1 Singosari. The systematic literature review method was utilized, involving the identification, evaluation, and synthesis of scholarly articles published between 2014 and 2024. Searches were conducted in reputable databases including Google Scholar, Scopus, ScienceDirect, SpringerLink, IEEE Xplore, and PubMed, using relevant keywords such as ergonomics, workstation management, vocational education, and student performance. Rigorous inclusion and exclusion criteria guided the selection of articles to ensure relevance, quality, and credibility. Analysis was performed thematically, categorizing findings into physical, cognitive, and organizational ergonomic factors. The results indicated that effective ergonomic practices significantly enhanced student comfort, concentration, safety, and productivity during practical learning activities. Supporting factors identified included adequate funding, administrative support, and increased ergonomic awareness, whereas barriers encompassed financial limitations, inadequate facilities, and resistance to change. This study underscores the importance of adopting ergonomically optimized environments to foster practical skill mastery and increased student motivation. Recommendations are provided for SMK Negeri 1 Singosari to integrate ergonomics more systematically, including curriculum-based ergonomic training, establishing ergonomic oversight committees, and fostering strategic collaborations to enhance student outcomes comprehensively

Abstract

This study investigated the effect of the coffee drying process using a coffee drying house on the moisture content, acidity, caffeine value, and flavour of Arabica coffee. An experimental method with a two-factor analysis of variance was used to evaluate significant differences between three different drying processes: Before Drying Process, Sun Drying Process, and Drying Process with Coffee Drying House. The results showed that sun-drying coffee with a coffee drying house produced lower moisture content, acidity, and caffeine value than the other drying processes. The flavour of Arabica coffee produced by this method was also considered sweeter by coffee export standards. Statistical analysis with Anova Block Subsampling, Anova 1 Factor Fixed Model, and Anova 2 Factor Factorial Design showed that the coffee drying process using coffee drying houses significantly affects the quality of arabica coffee. This study concludes that coffee drying houses can be an effective solution in improving the quality of Arabica coffee by controlling the moisture content, acidity, and caffeine value. The results of this study contribute to understanding the process of drying coffee beans and the factors that affect the final quality of the product. Therefore, this study provides an essential scientific basis for coffee farmers and the coffee processing industry to improve the quality of their coffee.

Abstract

Along with the development of the technological era, human needs are also increasing. In addition, environmental problems also arise such as air pollution, sound/noise. Composite materials are expected to be used to become exhaust materials, of course as a solution to prove that the composite materials are able to reduce noise. The purpose of this study was to determine the power of exhaust engines made from composite materials, to determine the effect of composite exhaust on the power contained in the car. The data collection method used in this study is the observation method and literature study, namely by testing using a dynamometer and the engine used is the Toyota Kijang 7K type. From the data analysis of the relationship between engine speed (rpm) and engine power (HP), it can be concluded that the higher the rpm used, the more horse power will be affected. The urgency of this research includes making a composite exhaust, conducting power testing using a dynotest, the car that will be used for testing is a Toyota Kijang 7K type composite exhaust, and the cylinder models used are cylinder 1 model, cylinder 2 model, and cylinder model 3.

Abstract

Design/methodology/approach: An experimental method with a two-factor analysis of variance was used to evaluate significant differences between three different drying processes: Before Drying Process, Sun Drying Process, and Drying Process with Coffee Drying House Findings: The results showed that sun-drying coffee with a coffee drying house produced coffee with lower moisture content, acidity, and caffeine value compared to the other drying processes Research limitations/implications: The research location was Karot Village, Langke Rembong Subdistrict, Manggarai Regency. The object of research was the drying process of arabica coffee beans and the measurement of moisture content, acidity content and caffeine content of arabica coffee. The method used was analysis of variance with a fixed model (one-way anava design, block subsampling anava and two-factor anava). The data obtained were the acidity value, caffeine value, moisture content and coffee flavour. Practical implications: The results of the research were successful and improved the quality of coffee exports in Karot Village, Langke Rembong District, Manggarai Regency. Originality/value: The research carried out by the researcher states that this research is the result of his work and is the first time at Karot Village, Langke Rembong District, Manggarai Regency with the title of the research being researched, except for quotations from several summaries, all of which the researcher has explained the source. Abstract

This study was conducted at PT. XYZ to evaluate and reduce the risk of musculoskeletal disorders among host streamers through the design of ergonomic workstations. The research method used was a quantitative case study approach, with the population consisting of employees at PT. XYZ who worked as host streamers. Primary data were collected through observation, questionnaires, guidelines, and interviews. Posture measurements were taken using the REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) and RULA (Rapid Upper Limb Assessment) methods. The results indicated that prior to the intervention, host streamers had REBA and RULA scores that signified a high risk of musculoskeletal disorders, particularly in the neck, shoulders, back, and legs. After implementing an adjustable live streaming workstation design, along with adjustments to lighting and microphone positions, there was a significant decrease in the REBA and RULA scores. The REBA score decreased from 10 to 1, and the average RULA score dropped from 7 to 3. This indicated a significant reduction in the risk of musculoskeletal disorders. This indicates a significant reduction in the risk of musculoskeletal disorders. Thus, designing an adjustable ergonomic workbench significantly reduces the risk of musculoskeletal disorders in host streamers at PT XYZ and improves worker comfort.

Abstract

A key duplicate machine is indispensable for daily needs. There are so many functions that we can get by having a key machine. One example is that we can duplicate the keys we have everyday, whether house keys, car keys, motorcycle keys, or so on. The method applied in the design of this key duplicate machine construction begins with concept design, presentation of drawings, and identification of tools and materials used in the design of the key duplicate machine construction consisting of 2 types of machines, namely: DEFU 339C and DEFU 238BS. This key duplicate machine is designed to help residents duplicate the keys of both tools and vehicles so that they are not hampered when doing activities and become more efficient because the process of making duplicate keys uses tools designed by showing aspects of cost, efficiency, and effectiveness. This tool uses a power source from an electric motor with a minimalist construction design but with a relatively cheap tool production cost with similar products sold in the market. The process starts from selecting the type of key material, then the key material is recorded on a duplicate machine along with the parent key with the same shape so that it is precise and functions properly.

Abstract

Malang City, apart from being a city of education, has also developed small industries to support the development of the city. Rice is one of Indonesia's products, especially for the Indonesian people themselves. Because the staple food of Indonesian people is rice. So many rice farmers in Sukun Subdistrict, Malang City, especially in the Bandungrejosari area. The main obstacle faced by farmers is that in addition to limited capital, they also do not have adequate production support equipment. The process of threshing rice seeds is done traditionally using human labor so that the production process takes a very long time. This constraint causes low productivity of rice grains. With this argument, it is necessary to make a rice thresher machine that can improve the quality of production. This activity aims to apply Engineering Technology, this is the development of appropriate technology equipment to utilize the power of the rice thresher machine, the threshing process is faster and maximum to increase the efficiency of production time. With the application of the use of the developed rice thresher machine, it is hoped that it can help the MSME industry in running its business properly and profitably. The impact obtained from this activity is that this tool from an economic point of view is expected to have an impact on increasing income as a consequence of increasing production capacity. With the increase in production capacity, the demand for this commodity from rice farmers will also increase so that it can indirectly increase the income of the farmers themselves.

Abstract

Internet cafes is a place which provides internet access infrastructure with a variety of connections and using computer as access device so that users can access the Internet and acquire services in the field of information technology. The purpose of this study is to find factors that exist in the service quality cafe business and know the dimensions of service quality are the most influential in the Internet service industry. The method used in the analysis is descriptive analysis Statistik, T test and regression analysis. With the object of a study internet cafes in Malang. From the results of research to know If construct originally by parasuraman etall initially 22 items consisting of 5 dimensions constituent, on a case study in the cafe reduced to 9 items, Gaps on Internet services as measured by the concept servqual. Produce a measure of quality service at the internet cafe. In this study the gaps in the service quality dimensions sequentially from the largest value to the smallest value is Assurance (-1.1115), Empathy (-1.0732), Responsiveness (-0.7834), Tangible (-0.1847) and Reliability (0.0191). Value of r = 1 = 100% means that the quality of service on Internet service can be described by the five constituent dimensionsthat is, empathy, reliability, assurance, responsiveness, and tangible. Standard error of estimate are at zero (0) proves that the regression model appropriate was used to predict the dependent variable or the quality of service.
