KKN-PPM adalah suatu upaya Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu untuk memberikan sumbangsih ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi kepada masyarakat. Berdasarkan hal ini, kami mengajukan usulan kegiatan KKN-PPM di 3 Desa, yaitu : 1) Desa Dusun Curup, 2) Desa Genting Perangkap dan 3) Desa Lubuk Balam, Kecamatan Air Besi, Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara. Tujuan KKN-PPM ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dasar komputer dan teknologi informasi kepada masyarakat di 3 Desa tersebut, khususnya Guru Sekolah Dasar dan Perangkat Desa.Pelatihan ini diharapkan memberikan bekal kepada Guru Sekolah dan Aparat Desa tentang manfaat komputer dan teknologi informasi bagi pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan. Target luaran yang diharapkan dari kegitan ini adalah publikasi ilmiah pada jurnal nasional, publikasi di media cetak, selain itu taget luaran pada kegiatan ini juga agar Guru Sekolah Dasar dan Perangkat Desa mampu mengoperasikan komputer untuk program-program aplikasi dasar, serta Peserta pelatihan memiliki kemampuan dalam mengoperasikan komputerisasi dan mencari informasi yang mereka butuhkan sehingga mempercepat pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan hingga ke pelosok desa.

Perkembangan teknologi komputer sudah semakin pesat berkembang, salah satu teknologi yang berkembang yakni dalam sistem pengendali. Telah banyak di ciptakan sistem pengendali saat ini baik yang menggunakan kabel ataupun tanpa kabel, salah satu contoh remote tv yang memanfaatkan gelombang infrared untuk mengendalikan pengaturan pada tv seperti volume, kecerahan gambar, on/off dan lain sebagainya. Namun remote tv yang menggunakan infrared jangkauannya sangatlah terbatas. Salah satu fungsi handphone yang paling populer adalah mengirim dan menerima pesan singkat atau sering disebut SMS. Pesan singkat atau SMS ini sangat cocok di gunakan untuk sistem pengontrol Wireless Real-Time karena kemampuan dalam kecepatan mengirim data, jangkauan yang luas serta efisiensinya. Dalam sistem pengontrol SMS tidaklah bisa langsung di gunakan karena kemampuannya tersebut perlu alat pendukung dan tambahan perangkat pengontrol berupa mikrokontroler agar dapat melengkapi fungsinya sebagai alat pengontrol jarak jauh. Salah satu sistem operasi yang tertanam pada mobile device yang dapat di gunakan untuk menjalankan visualisasi pengendali tersebut adalah sistem operasi Android. Android merupakan sistem operasi yang paling banyak di gunakan pada mobile device saat ini karena kemudahan dan kecanggihan teknologi yang di gunakan.

Pengelolaan aset yang efektif merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam mendukung tata kelola perguruan tinggi. Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu masih menghadapi kendala dalam pengelolaan aset, seperti pencatatan yang belum terintegrasi dan keterlambatan pembaruan data aset. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode Agile dalam perancangan aplikasi manajemen aset yang dikolaborasikan dengan teknologi QR Code guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pengelolaan aset. Penelitian ini melibatkan 80 responden dengan pembagian data menggunakan rasio 70:15:15 untuk tahap pengembangan, validasi, dan pengujian sistem. Pengujian usability dilakukan menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode Agile memungkinkan pengembangan sistem yang adaptif dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Integrasi teknologi QR Code mempercepat proses identifikasi dan pencatatan aset. Hasil pengujian usability memperoleh nilai rata-rata SUS sebesar ±83 yang termasuk dalam kategori Excellent. Dengan demikian, aplikasi manajemen aset yang dikembangkan memiliki tingkat usability yang tinggi dan layak untuk diterapkan di lingkungan Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu.

For a company, inventory is an asset that is quite large in value. The existence of inventory in a company implies whether there is an inventory or not. Business is an activity in the field of trade with the intention of making a profit. There are various types of businesses that are around us. Inventory is one of the current assets that must be managed properly, especially for the type of business that has an inventory of merchandise. Inventories that are owned by this type of business will be able to be determined at the cost of the inventory and the value of the inventories will be presented on the balance sheet. In calculating the value of the company's inventory, the company can use three methods, namely the FIFO, LIFO and Average methods. The moving average method is used if the past data is data that does not have an element of trend or seasonal factors. Moving average forecasting is widely used to determine the trend of a time series. The main purpose of using moving averages is to eliminate or reduce randomness in the time series. So that it can provide information on incoming and outgoing goods based on transaction reports so that it can predict the number of sales in the next period. It is hoped that this application will always be up to date so that this application follows the development of sales information technology based on Android Flutter.

The title of this research is a specialization decision support system at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The main problem is how to make an information system in decision making at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. This decision support system uses the SAW method. The SAW method was chosen because it determines the weight for each art or criterion, then proceeds with a ranking process that will select the best alternative from a number of existing alternatives. Based on the SAW discussion carried out with data on the value of a student named Andi Prasetio NPM 19552051, the ranking results for Robotics specialization with a value of 56.1 Multimedia specialization with a value of 45.2 Network Specialization with a value of 45.2 and the largest value is Programming specialization with a value of 56 ,6. thus the chosen alternative is Programming specialization. It is hoped that the existence of this specialization decision support system can help provide recommendations for students of the Faculty of Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu in determining the specialization to be taken.

Parking attendants or parking attendants who are also known as judges are people who work to help regulate vehicles entering and leave the parking lot. In carrying out its activities, the parking attendant must have a parking attendant's duty order (SPT). The problems with the parking attendant’s duty warrant is that the registration process for prospective parking attendants is still done manually, the SPT is still being made and typed one by one, and the parking attendant duty warrant is not in the form of a clerk’s duty which is not in the form of a clerk. Seeing this problems, the author provides a solution, namely by creating a website-based parking attadant E-SPT system. E-SPT or can be called an electronic assignment warrant is one type of electronic letter in digital form that is obtained using the internet. In the E-SPT system, the parking attendant will make it easier to manage SPT. Then this system uses PHPMailer to make it easier to send E-SPT data to the parking attendant's email. The results of this study have been made a website-based E-SPT system for parking attendants.

Customer satisfaction is a form of feeling happy or disappointed someone who comes from a comparison between his impression of the performance of a service or goods against his expectations. PT PLN (Persero) Bengkulu City in the implementation of the implementation of the provision of electricity services certainly does not escape the existence of problems. The problems that arise are regarding customer complaints about the services provided by the problematic company. Seeing from these problems the solutions that can be given to overcome their complaints, it is very suitable to make an e-questionnaire system and chat customer complaints process using a website-based chatbot. This system will apply the Likert scale calculation method as a method to measure the level of customer satisfaction which will make it easier to get the results of filling out the questionnaire. In addition, this system will later create a complaint chat using a chatbot, which is a robotic chat service with artificial intelligence or AI (Artificial Intelligent) that imitates human conversations through messages that will answer customer questions regarding service problems provided by the company. This will certainly make it much easier for the company to get results from filling out questionnaires and make it easier for customers to make complaints regarding problems with the services provided. The results of this study have created an E-Questionnaire system for Customer Satisfaction and a website-based Complaint Chatbot.

Voting or voting in a democratic country is an important part of the means of selecting leaders. Village head elections are generally still carried out conventionally, elections still use paper to elect village heads (Kades) which are carried out by punching one of the candidate images. The problem that arises is that voters must come to the polling place in order to be able to collect data and vote, for Citizens who cannot attend the polling place or do not exercise their right to vote will add to the data on the abstentions list that is present at the election. In village head elections (Pilkades) the vote counting process is still done manually so it takes quite a long time. This study aims to build an e-voting simulation system which is expected to provide knowledge of technological developments in the field of general elections. This system development method uses Waterfall. Furthermore, if you have obtained the results, you will test the system that was built by testing it with the black box testing method to see in terms of functionality all features are running smoothly or not. The results of testing the E-voting application for village head elections show that the system can run well and has been implemented so that it can be used on Android-based smartphone devices.

Bengkulu is one of the provinces in Indonesia, precisely located in the western part of Indonesia, namely on the island of Sumatra. Bengkulu has a wide variety of beautiful flowers, including orchids which are unique to Bengkulu. Bengkulu orchids are included as rare and endangered flowers, and the lack of public knowledge of the shape and characteristics of these flowers makes the author decide to create a system that can identify the type of orchid. In classifying the image texture, it can be done using the template matching method. The template matching method is a simple method used to identify patterns in an image. The template matching method is often used to identify character images of letters, numbers, fingerprints and other matching applications. In this study, we propose the use of a template matching algorithm to classify orchid images based on species and family. The test results use 30 test image data. The minimum correlation value with the correct label on the orchid image is 0.7967 and the classification image is 0.7899. From the experimental results it can be concluded that the template matching algorithm is quite good in orchid image classification as evidenced by a test accuracy of 76 percent.

Penelitian ini menggunakan Naive Bayes dan LSTM untuk menganalisis sentimen ulasan pengguna aplikasi JKN Mobile. Pra-pemrosesan, pembagian data pelatihan dan pengujian, serta evaluasi metrik akurasi, presisi, recall, dan F1-score mengklasifikasikan evaluasi pengguna sebagai positif atau negatif. LSTM memiliki akurasi 65% dan tidak ideal dalam klasifikasi, sedangkan Naive Bayes memiliki akurasi 91% dan nilai penilaian yang seimbang. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa Naive Bayes lebih baik untuk analisis sentimen pada dataset ulasan aplikasi JKN Mobile. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan algoritma analisis sentimen.
