Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu adalah sarana pengaplikasian bagi mahasiswa secara menyeluruh dibidang disiplin ilmu pengetahuan dari teori-teori yang dimilikinya ke dalam sebuah wujud nyata pengabdian kepada masyarkat. Kegiatan ini juga merupakan program intrakulikuler yang wajib diikuti oleh seluruh mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu dan memiliki tema besar Gerakan Nasional Revolusi Mental (GNRM). Mahasiswa diharapkan mampu beradaptasi dan berinteraksi sosial dengan masyarakat sehingga nantinya mampu menyelesaikan masalah-masalah yang terjadi di masyarakat tentunya dengan aplikasi ilmu yang sudah didapatkan di bangku perkuliahan.Kelurahan Pasar Ujung merupakan salah satu kelurahan yang berada di Kecamatan Kepahiang, Kabupaten Kepahiang. Kelurahan Pasar Ujung terletak di tengah-tengah Kecamatan Kepahiang dan memiliki 14 RT dan 5 RW di dalamnya. Secara georafis, Kelurahan Pasar Ujung berbatasan dengan: 1. Sebelah utara berbatasan dengan Desa Weskust, 2. Sebelah timur berbatasan dengan Desa Permu, Desa Permu Bawah dan Desa Imigrasi Permu, 3. Sebelah selatan berbatasan dengan Kelurahan Padang Lekat, 4. Sebelah barat berbatasan dengan Kelurahan Pasar Kepahiang. Dalam buku yang diterbitkan Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Kepahiang yang berjudul “Kecamatan Kepahiang Dalam Angka 2020”, jumlah penduduk Kelurahan Pasar Ujung pada tahun 2020 adalah 5.859 jiwa. Dari sudut pandang penulis sebagai salah satu dari masyarakat yang ikut terdampak dari pendemi virus Covid-19, penulis merasa bahwa sistem pembelajaran online ini tidaklah efektif, karena sebagian besar materi yang diajarkan secara daring tidaklah memberikan pemahaman secara langsung kepada siswa/siswi dan juga tidaklah semua siswa/siswi paham akan dunia IT. Untuk itu, penulis memberikan pembelajaran private kepada siswa/siswi tingkat SMP dan SMA di Kelurahan Pasar Ujung mengenai cara merakit sebuah komputer dimulai dari memperkenalkan komponen-komponen pada sebuah komputer, mempraktikkan cara merakit komputer, dan menguji siswa/siswi merakit sebuah komputer. Berdasarkan pelaksanaan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) yang bertempat di Kelurahan Pasar Ujung, Kecamatan Kepahiang, Kabupaten Kepahiang didapatkan siswa/siswi yang menjadi peserta pelatihan semakin memahami tentang dunia IT dan semoga dapat menjadi motivasi dalam mengembangkan bakatnya di duia IT. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan, IT, Komputer

Abstract

For a company, inventory is an asset that is quite large in value. The existence of inventory in a company implies whether there is an inventory or not. Business is an activity in the field of trade with the intention of making a profit. There are various types of businesses that are around us. Inventory is one of the current assets that must be managed properly, especially for the type of business that has an inventory of merchandise. Inventories that are owned by this type of business will be able to be determined at the cost of the inventory and the value of the inventories will be presented on the balance sheet. In calculating the value of the company's inventory, the company can use three methods, namely the FIFO, LIFO and Average methods. The moving average method is used if the past data is data that does not have an element of trend or seasonal factors. Moving average forecasting is widely used to determine the trend of a time series. The main purpose of using moving averages is to eliminate or reduce randomness in the time series. So that it can provide information on incoming and outgoing goods based on transaction reports so that it can predict the number of sales in the next period. It is hoped that this application will always be up to date so that this application follows the development of sales information technology based on Android Flutter.

Abstract

The title of this research is a specialization decision support system at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The main problem is how to make an information system in decision making at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. This decision support system uses the SAW method. The SAW method was chosen because it determines the weight for each art or criterion, then proceeds with a ranking process that will select the best alternative from a number of existing alternatives. Based on the SAW discussion carried out with data on the value of a student named Andi Prasetio NPM 19552051, the ranking results for Robotics specialization with a value of 56.1 Multimedia specialization with a value of 45.2 Network Specialization with a value of 45.2 and the largest value is Programming specialization with a value of 56 ,6. thus the chosen alternative is Programming specialization. It is hoped that the existence of this specialization decision support system can help provide recommendations for students of the Faculty of Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu in determining the specialization to be taken.

Abstract

Parking attendants or parking attendants who are also known as judges are people who work to help regulate vehicles entering and leave the parking lot. In carrying out its activities, the parking attendant must have a parking attendant's duty order (SPT). The problems with the parking attendant’s duty warrant is that the registration process for prospective parking attendants is still done manually, the SPT is still being made and typed one by one, and the parking attendant duty warrant is not in the form of a clerk’s duty which is not in the form of a clerk. Seeing this problems, the author provides a solution, namely by creating a website-based parking attadant E-SPT system. E-SPT or can be called an electronic assignment warrant is one type of electronic letter in digital form that is obtained using the internet. In the E-SPT system, the parking attendant will make it easier to manage SPT. Then this system uses PHPMailer to make it easier to send E-SPT data to the parking attendant's email. The results of this study have been made a website-based E-SPT system for parking attendants.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is a form of feeling happy or disappointed someone who comes from a comparison between his impression of the performance of a service or goods against his expectations. PT PLN (Persero) Bengkulu City in the implementation of the implementation of the provision of electricity services certainly does not escape the existence of problems. The problems that arise are regarding customer complaints about the services provided by the problematic company. Seeing from these problems the solutions that can be given to overcome their complaints, it is very suitable to make an e-questionnaire system and chat customer complaints process using a website-based chatbot. This system will apply the Likert scale calculation method as a method to measure the level of customer satisfaction which will make it easier to get the results of filling out the questionnaire. In addition, this system will later create a complaint chat using a chatbot, which is a robotic chat service with artificial intelligence or AI (Artificial Intelligent) that imitates human conversations through messages that will answer customer questions regarding service problems provided by the company. This will certainly make it much easier for the company to get results from filling out questionnaires and make it easier for customers to make complaints regarding problems with the services provided. The results of this study have created an E-Questionnaire system for Customer Satisfaction and a website-based Complaint Chatbot.

Abstract

Voting or voting in a democratic country is an important part of the means of selecting leaders. Village head elections are generally still carried out conventionally, elections still use paper to elect village heads (Kades) which are carried out by punching one of the candidate images. The problem that arises is that voters must come to the polling place in order to be able to collect data and vote, for Citizens who cannot attend the polling place or do not exercise their right to vote will add to the data on the abstentions list that is present at the election. In village head elections (Pilkades) the vote counting process is still done manually so it takes quite a long time. This study aims to build an e-voting simulation system which is expected to provide knowledge of technological developments in the field of general elections. This system development method uses Waterfall. Furthermore, if you have obtained the results, you will test the system that was built by testing it with the black box testing method to see in terms of functionality all features are running smoothly or not. The results of testing the E-voting application for village head elections show that the system can run well and has been implemented so that it can be used on Android-based smartphone devices.

Abstract

Bengkulu is one of the provinces in Indonesia, precisely located in the western part of Indonesia, namely on the island of Sumatra. Bengkulu has a wide variety of beautiful flowers, including orchids which are unique to Bengkulu. Bengkulu orchids are included as rare and endangered flowers, and the lack of public knowledge of the shape and characteristics of these flowers makes the author decide to create a system that can identify the type of orchid. In classifying the image texture, it can be done using the template matching method. The template matching method is a simple method used to identify patterns in an image. The template matching method is often used to identify character images of letters, numbers, fingerprints and other matching applications. In this study, we propose the use of a template matching algorithm to classify orchid images based on species and family. The test results use 30 test image data. The minimum correlation value with the correct label on the orchid image is 0.7967 and the classification image is 0.7899. From the experimental results it can be concluded that the template matching algorithm is quite good in orchid image classification as evidenced by a test accuracy of 76 percent.

Abstract

The sea brings many benefits for society, especially for a maritime country such as Indonesia. The potential in various sectors is limited only by the willingness of a party to invest in it. One such investment is in learning the knowledge and information that can be gathered from the sea, and even predicting its behavior with enough data. Using a residual LSTM algorithm, we will predict the tidal level in eastern Bintan island, a tropical island on the tip of Malay peninsula. The dataset is acquired from two sensor points in eastern Bintan coast from July 2018 to June 2019 for a span of one year, giving a total of 7,961 data points. The residual LSTM model consists of a residual wrapper with two consecutive LSTM layers and one dense layer. The model is also compared with variations of LSTM and RNN models. The result of the residual LSTM model has an MAE value of 0.1495 cm and an RMSE value of 0.3353 cm, compared to the baseline model’s 1.1148 cm and 1.4107 cm respectively. The model also has an RMSE value improvement of 76.23% compared to the base model.

Abstract

Pada masa ini narkoba menjadi hal buruk bagi masyarakat dan pemerintah menjadi sesuatu hal yang membahayakan. Penyalaghunaan dan peredaranya narkotika dan bahan lainnya. Menurut Komisi Perlindungan Anak Indonesia (KPAI), sebagian besar anak di bawah umur, khususnya 82,4 persen, teridentifikasi sebagai pengguna, sementara 47,1 persen terlibat dalam kegiatan distribusi, dan 31,4 persen terlibat sebagai kurir. Fenomena di atas diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap masa depan bangsa dan negara. Prevalensi penggunaan narkoba di kalangan generasi muda sebagian disebabkan oleh perilaku remaja tertentu yang jelas-jelas mengabaikan nilai-nilai sosial, konvensi, dan hukum. Maka pembinaan dan penyuluhan hokum dapat menjadi salah satu cara untuk meminimalisir penyalahgunaan narkoba tersebit. Metode yang digunakan yakni penyuluhan langsung tatap kepada para peserta yang yakni siswa kelas 6 SDN 04 Nagari Balimbang. Hasil yang diharapkan yakni terbentuknya sikap kesadaran dan pengetahuan peserta tentang pencegahan penyalahgunaan narkoba. Berdasarkan Kegiatan yang dilakukan telah didapati pihak positif dari pihak sekolah maupun disiswa itu sendiri.

Abstract

Palembang city has an area of 400.61 Km2 and is divided into 19 sub-watersheds that flow into the Musi river. One of the sub-watersheds in Palembang city is Buah Sub-watershed with an area of 10.79 Km2.The study area is located at Sapta Marga Street, Kelurahan Bukit Sangkal, Kecamatan Kalidoni, Palembang City.The purpose of this study was to determine the condition of the existing secondary drainage channel on Sapta Marga road, determine the peak discharge in the Buah Sub Watershed, make new drainage dimension planning for the study area and simulate new drainage after recalculating the dimensions with the EPA SWMM 5.1 program. Primary data in this study are the dimensions and length of existing channels, channel slope data taken using theodolite tools. Secondary data is rainfall data from the BMKG station for 5 years and land use data. Peak discharge is calculated by the Rational method. The results of this study obtained the condition of the existing secondary drainage channel on Jalan Sapta Marga, with channel dimensions of 0.3 m x 0.3 m with a square cross section, runoff occurs at STA 1045 - STA 1195. The peak discharge (Qh) in Sub Watershed Buah, with an area of 77.45 ha River Drainage Area (DPS) is 0.20 m3 /s. Planning new secondary drainage dimensions to be able to accommodate peak discharge in the study area with new dimensions of width (B) 0.65 m, height (h) 0.65 m, and freeboard (f) 0.45 m. The results of the new drainage simulation using the EPA SWMM 5.1 program secondary channels do not runoff.
