Abstract

Latar belakang kegiatan Pengabdian ini bahwa siswa di SDN Cimahi mandiri 1 belum mengetahui tentang model latihan coaching clinic panahan dan juga belum terorganisir pola latihan yang baik sehingga siswa melaksanakan latihan hanya sebatas hobi tanpa adanya bimbingan dari seorang ahli maupun pelatih. Coaching Clinic panahan merupakan salah satu program yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan yang benar kepada para siswa sehingga dapat meningkatkan keterampilan teknik dasar panahan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini berupa demonstrasi dan latihan. Peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan merupakan siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler panahan yang berjumlah 20 orang. Intrumen pada pengabdian kali ini dengan menngunakan tes keterampilan panahan. Hasil Pengabdian ini bahwa siswa di SDN Cimahi mandiri 1 tentang Coaching Clinic Teknik Dasar Panahan dengan rata rata tes awal sebesar 6,65 atau dengan presente sebesar 41,56% setelah tim pengabdi melaksanakan pengabdian Coaching Clinic Teknik Dasar Panahan ada perubahan menjadi tes akhir 8,6 atau dengan presente sebesar 55% .Maka dari itu hasil pengabdian Coaching Clinic Teknik Dasar Panahan memberika pengaruh bisa di lihat dari selisih anatara tes awal dan tes kahir sebesar 2,5 atau dengan presentase 13,43%. simpulkan Selain itu para siswa juga semakin memahami tentang cara melakukan teknik dasar panahan seperti cara berdiri, posisi tarikan, membidik dan melepas anak panah ke target sasaran

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk melihat dampak Pelaksanaan Kegiatan Kolaboratif Kelompok Terkait Pemahaman Guru Pada Implementasi PJOK. Metode kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah pelatihan secara luring selama 2 hari. Peserta kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berjumlah 29 orang guru pendidikan jasmani yang tersebar di wilayah Kota Cimahi. Pengukuran pemahaman tentang penulisan karya tulis ilmiah dilakukan sesudah pelaksanaan. Dari hasil pengukuran sesudah pelaksanaan pelatihan didapat hasil terjadi peningkatan pemahaman guru PJOK pada pasca kegiatan penguatan impelementasi kurikulum merdeka dan kegiatan penguatan ini sangat membantu para guru penjas dalam meningkatkan pemahaman terkait assensi PJOK, capaian pembelajaran PJOK dan elemen serta penyusunan perangkat ajar pada era kurikulum merdeka.

Abstract

Warga masyarakat desa cipangeran mayoritas bermata pencaharian petani, buruh dan pedagang yang masyarakatnya kurang memperhatikan kebugaran tubuhnya. Pada keadaan cuaca seperti sekarang ini sehingga banyak warga masyarakat desa cipangeran yang sakit seperti batuk, flu dan mudah untuk menurun daya tahan tubuhnya. Pola hidup sehat sudah tidak dipedulikan oleh masyarakat. Hal tersebut dapat di atasi dengan berolahraga, makan teratur, menjaga kebersihan dan istirahat yang cukup, menerapkan protokol kesehatan merupakan unsur dalam pola hidup sehat untuk menjaga imunitas. Solusi yang ditawarkan pengabdi dari program studi PJKR adalah dengan memberikan sosialisasi mengenai pola hidup sehat dengan menjaga Kesehatan dengan olahraga bola voly yang dapat dilakukan oleh warga masyarakat di sore hari hari sehingga tidak mengganggu aktifitas kerja dan tetap masih bisa menjaga kesehatannya. Target luaran yang nantinya dapat tercapai adalah masyarakat di desa cipangeran bisa mengetahui peran pentingnya menjaga kesehatan dengan berolahraga sehingga dapat menciptakan pola hidup sehat sehingga terhindar dari berbagai macam virus. Tetap menerapkan protokol kesehatan untuk masyarakat desa cipangeran secara mandiri di rumah masing-masing agar kesehatan dan imunitas semakin terjaga

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of mindfulness sport performance enhancement training on self-confidence in athletes of the sport of petanque. The research method used is the experimental method with a pre-test/post-test approach. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire. The population used in this study consists of all the petanque athletes from the West Java training center, totaling 10 individuals. The sample used in this study is the petanque athletes from the West Java training center, also totaling 10 individuals. The sampling technique used is "saturation sampling." From the research results, it can be concluded that there is an influence of mindfulness sport performance enhancement training on the self-confidence of athletes in the sport of petanque.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of growth mindset on the success of athletic learning, especially in sprinting numbers on PJKR STKIP Pasundan students. The method used is Single Subject Research (SSR) with A-B-A design according to Tawney and Gas (1984), initial measurement (pre-test), growth mindset-based intervention phase, and final measurement (post-test). The research subjects were 34 students of Physical Education, Health, and Recreation (PJKR) STKIP Pasundan who were selected through cluster random sampling technique. The instruments used included a sprint test and a growth mindset questionnaire. The results showed a significant increase in students' sprint performance after the growth mindset intervention. Before the treatment, the majority of students were in the low ability category (71%), but after the intervention, this proportion decreased to 24%, while the fair and good categories increased to 56% and 20%. Statistical tests using paired sample t-test showed a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test results (t = 9.781, p = 0.001). The data also showed a strong and significant relationship between growth mindset and sprint performance (r = 0.794, p < 0.001). Thus, the growth mindset-based intervention proved to be effective in improving the success of students' sprint learning. Keywords.: Growth Mindset, Sprint, Athletics Learning.

Abstract

Background: Social skills are essential for primary school students, yet few studies have examined the effectiveness of the Shaftel Role-Playing (RPS) model in Physical Education (PE), particularly in Indonesia. Objectives: This study aimed to examine and evaluate the effect of the Shaftel Role-Playing (RPS) model on the development of students’ social skills in Physical Education learning. Methods:  A one-group pretest–posttest design was implemented with 30 sixth-grade students selected through simple random sampling. The RPS intervention was delivered across 12 sessions (70 minutes each). Finding/Results: The analysis revealed a statistically significant improvement in students’ social skills following the implementation of the RPS model (Sig. = 0.013). The intervention demonstrated a medium effect size (Cohen’s d = 0.49), indicating that the model produced a meaningful and practically relevant impact on students’ social skill development. Conclusion: The findings confirm that the Shaftel Role-Playing (RPS) model significantly enhances elementary students’ social skills within Physical Education learning. This result highlights the model’s potential as an effective pedagogical strategy for fostering social competence in school-based contexts, although future studies using controlled designs are recommended to further validate these outcomes.

Abstract

Program Pengembangan atletik usia dini memerlukan pemahaman yang komprehensif tentang peraturan dan implementasi program kids athletic dan youth athletic. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman orang tua serta pengurus klub atletik di Kota Cimahi mengenai peraturan kids athletic dan youth athletic melalui kerja sama dengan Family Athletic Club. Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi dan edukasi dengan pendekatan ceramah, diskusi, dan simulasi praktik. Populasi dan sampel penelitian berjumlah 10 orang yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner pengetahuan dengan skala Likert dan observasi langsung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan perhitungan persentase dan kategorisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan peserta setelah sosialisasi berada pada kategori baik dengan persentase 60% (6 orang), kategori cukup 30% (3 orang), dan kategori kurang 10% (1 orang). Peningkatan pemahaman signifikan terjadi pada aspek peraturan kompetisi, kategori usia, dan jenis nomor perlombaan. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap kesiapan orang tua dan pengurus dalam mengembangkan program atletik usia dini yang sesuai standar internasional.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between perfectionism, coping strategies, and burnout in competitive young athletes. This research uses a quantitative design with a cross-sectional approach. Participants consisted of 30 young athletes aged 15–19 years; M = 16.8; SD = 1.3, recruited from several Education Centers and PPLP in West Java, with a minimum of three years of competitive training experience. The instruments used were the Athlete Burnout Questionnaire (ABQ), the Sport-Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale 2 (Sport-MPS 2), and the Brief-COPE. Data were analysed using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and hierarchical multiple regression. The research findings indicate that concern over mistakes as a form of maladaptive perfectionism is positively and significantly correlated with all dimensions of burnout. Conversely, personal standards as a form of adaptive perfectionism did not show a significant relationship with burnout and sport devaluation, and had a weak negative correlation with reduced feelings of achievement. Problem-focused coping strategies are negatively correlated with burnout, while emotion/avoidance-focused coping strategies are positively correlated. Regression analysis shows that maladaptive perfectionism is a significant predictor of burnout, with coping strategies playing a role in strengthening or weakening this influence. In conclusion, burnout in young athletes is influenced by the interaction between perfectionistic characteristics and the coping strategies used. These findings confirm the importance of sports psychology interventions that focus on managing maladaptive perfectionism and strengthening adaptive coping strategies in the context of coaching young athletes in Indonesia.
