Abstract

The present study reports the comprehensive study after pandemic era in early 2024, aims to determine an effective methodical approach in exploiting the impact of thought inequality when using social media as an effort to prevent the transmission of HIV/AIDS (LGBT) infections. The preparation of this literature review uses the narrative literature review method by entering keywords into the PubMed, ProQuest, Wiley, CINAHL and databases of ScienceDirect. The results of the research show that the effective method used in utilizing social media in efforts to prevent the transmission of HIV/AIDS (LGBT) infections including Network Monitoring Systems and direct intervention. The Network Monitoring System method can analyze the scientific role of health sociology in statistical data or social change trends which are used as material considerations in formulating health promotion policies. Meanwhile, direct intervention with a comprehensive educational approach in empowering individuals, communities or groups becomes a stimulant for one is the potential to oversee health problems independently. In conclusion, both produce outputs in the form of increasing awareness in the prevention and transmission of HIV/AIDS (LGBT), healthy sexual knowledge, minimizing stigma towards HIV/AIDS sufferers, getting accurate target tracing paths, education will be provided.

Abstract

Education is a process carried out consciously or deliberately in order to increase knowledge, insight and experience to determine life goals so that they can have a broad view towards a better future and with education itself can create quality human beings. Like Western theory, educators in Islam are people who are responsible for the development of students by trying to develop all students' potential, both affective (feelings), cognitive (creativity), and psychomotor potential (intentions). Education is a cultural process to improve human dignity that lasts throughout life. Education is always developing, and is always faced with changing times. That is the cycle of development of changes in education, otherwise education will be left behind by the rapid changes of the times. For this reason, changes in education must be relevant to changing times and the needs of society at that time, so it is important to plan as early as possible which can be stated in the Vision, Mission, Goals and Functions of Islamic Education.

Abstract

The elderly population continues to increase from year to year, so it takes the optimization of vehicle services for the elderly as the elderly posyandu (poslan). The purpose of this community is to overcome the problems of health care programs in the Village of T. Flush considered not optimal. In addition to the program services poslan that is not optimal, the limitations of the health facilities that support the program are also still to be dep. Method of problem solving is done by forming a cadre of poslan,socialization poslan, training on the task 5 of the table (physical examination and independence of the elderly, charging KMS and laboratory skills simple), the practice of implementation of poslan, the provision of facilities medical devices and simple laboratory and carry out activities supporting the health of the elderly such as gymnastics elderly. The results of the activities of Science and technology For Society (IbM) which was conducted on both the partners is the availability of the health care system 5 the table on the second poslan and the availability of a cadre of elderly well-trained and the availability of means of medical equipment to conduct the examination of physical health and mental-emotional, the availability of a simple laboratory as a facility used for the early detection of the disease in the elderly. Conclusion of IbM activities can increase the range of health services for the elderly and is formed of the health service in accordance with the needs of the elderly so that can improve the health of the elderly.

Abstract

Strategy is needed in an organization to develop the organization. One strategy that has been developed is related to recording to financial reporting and planning to tax calculation. Transparent financial report will be very useful, especially when it is related to decision making for organizational development. Besides, financial report also becomes the basis in the calculation and reporting of income tax (PPh) of the organization. Training in financial reporting and tax accounting planning will greatly assist the organization, both for decision making and corporate strategic planning. Business strategic training, financial reporting, and taxation are conducted to help CV Inara in achieving better business performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to find out about the Legal Study of Riba Money Used for Hajj Pilgrimage which was presented in the Naharul Ijtima NU (Nahdlatul Ulama) of South Labuhanbatu Regency. This study is also to understand the law of usury money used in pilgrimage so that it has an impact on the lawful or unlawful use of usury money. The assessment method uses participatory methods, lectures and discussions as well as interesting questions and answers. This activity was carried out on July 1 2022 with the number of participants who took part in the study consisting of 35 people located at the NU PC Secretariat Labuhanbatu Selatan. For this reason, through this activity it is possible to increase shared understanding regarding the use of usury money in pilgrimage with studies that say usury is like what the exact conceptual paradigm is. The types of law that are certain are halal and haram. Based on the study it was found that the law of usury money being used for pilgrimage is unlawful. Therefore, an in-depth study must be at the core of what is said to be what usury is like. Riba is additional taking, both in buying and selling transactions and lending and borrowing in vanity or contrary to the principles of muamalah in Islam. For this reason, we hope that this research activity can fortify us not to commit usury, in essence, we do not earn money that is contrary to Islamic law in terms of additional withdrawals, both in buying and selling transactions and lending and borrowing.

Abstract

The present study reports the newest comprehensive study after pandemic era for the Infectious Disease acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS), caused by the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) the number of people living with HIV/AIDS (ODHA) continues to grow, this needs to be balanced with efforts to prevent the transmission of HIV/AIDS. The present study reports the comprehensive study after pandemic era for the prevention and education of Infectious Disease acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS) among youth in Al-Chasanah high school, Jakarta Indonesia, caused by the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) the number of people living with HIV/AIDS (ODHA) continues to grow, this needs to be balanced with efforts to prevent the transmission of HIV/AIDS since earlier. This type of research was quantitative with educational preventive counseling. The characteristics of adolescents who are unstable so that they are easily influenced by the environment, it is necessary to instill various positive information to support adolescent cognitive development. It is hoped that adolescents will have positive (cognitive) knowledge which will continue in other aspects of attitudes, namely positive (affective) feelings that arise in adolescents, so that they also influence the tendency of adolescents to behave positively (conatively). In conclusion, that every student can understand and experience progress after the distribution of material. This can be compared with the pre-test and post-test diagrams where the average student can answer the test with the same questions before and after the distribution of material education.

Abstract

Abrasion can cause environmental damage, damage coastal infrastructure, and threaten the lives of communities living around the coast. One effort that can be made to prevent abrasion is planting mangroves along the coastal area. Mangrove forests are important habitats for marine organisms and act as coastal guards against abrasion. One area that has mangrove forests and is quite vulnerable to abrasion is Pulau Ketam Kuala Perlis. This activity aims to increase community awareness about the importance of mangroves in preventing abrasion, specifically in Pulau Ketam Kuala Perlis. The methods used include observation, interviews, and planting. The results of the Community Service Activity show that the community of understands and greatly benefits from mangrove planting efforts and abrasion prevention.
