Abstract

Umbi garut sudah dikenal luas oleh masyarakat, sebagai bahan pangan lokal dijadikan sebagai bahan pangan alternatif maupun penghasil pati untuk bahan baku industri pengolahan pangan. Prospek umbi garut sebagai penghasil pati (tepung) adalah sebagai substitusi tepung gandum. Desa Kasean merupakan daerah di Kecamatan Manding yang berpotensi sebagai penghasil garut di Kecamatan Sumenep. Melalui kegiatan pemberdayaan atau pengabdian kepada masyarakat utamanya Kelompok Tani Pelangi di Desa Kasengan, Kecamatan Manding untuk menciptakan kondisi kemandirian pangan sekaligus menjaga ketahanan pangan lokal serta memperbaiki mekanisme perekonomian rakyat. Metode penyelesaian masalah yang dapat dilakukan yaitu 1) mendampingi petani dan memotivasi untuk lebih menghargai umbi garut sebagai bahan pangan alternatif dan 2) meningkatkan nilai ekonomis tanaman Garut dengan penanganan pasca panen yang baik. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM ini adalaha adanya respon positif dari kelompok dalam bentuk keaktifan dan peningkatan keterampilan kelompok tani Pelangi terkait penanganan lepas panen umbi garut, spesifik pada pengolahan umbi garut (tepung) menjadi berbagai produk olahan pangan. Selain itu, mitra PKM dapat mengaplikasikan proses pengolahan produk olahan pati garut. Rekomendasi untuk kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berikutnya adalah pemanfaatan komoditas lokal lainnya di Desa Kasengan yang berpotensi dalam produksi olahan pangan fungsional. Selain itu, perlunya jejaring pemasaran yang lebih luas daripada pasar lokal.

Abstract

Functional food is a nutrient that is needed by the body, besides the basic components contained in food. Supporting local resources such as spices, tuber crops, vegetables, fruit and so on. Noni is one of the potentials of local plants that are classified in functional food. Noni fruit is rarely liked because of the pungent aroma. With a touch of food engineering technology, the noni fruit can be used as a processed product in the form of snacks that contain nutrients for the body. This supports the research in making noni fruit products into leather candy that can be liked by the public. Noni leather candy formulation with the addition of palm sugar and ginger in a sequence of 25%, 35% and 10%, 20%, 35%. Stages of research using organoleptic (hedonic) tests on the taste, color, aroma, and texture of noni leather candy, using the two-way ANOVA Complete Randomized Design (RAL) method and continued with the Duncan's Method Range Test (DMRT). Panelists included 40 semi-trained, 60 nontrained. The resulting average in color is 3.82; taste 4,6; aroma of 3.58; texture 3.82. Based on these results, the dominant formulation preferred by panelists is A2J3 (35% palm sugar; 30% ginger) followed by laboratory testing which includes water content using a gravimetry /oven method, the result is 20.82%, ash content using a gravimetry method /furnace the result 3.99%, protein content using the Kjeldahl method /tool with a yield of 4.54%, fat content using the Soxhlet method with a yield of 0.07%, carbohydrate content using the method /tool by difference with a yield of 70.58%, antioxidant activity using DPPH produces 38.35Meg / 100gr and vitamin C content using the LOD titration method resulted in 225.7%.

Abstract

The current covid-19 pandemic has killed tens of millions people. One way to avoid covid-19 is to keep a distance from each other. At at the same time, Indonesia actually held direct regional head elections in 270 regions, which required voters to come and gather at the polling station (TPS). This research was conducted to analyze the relationship between covid-19 and vote buying with voters participation in direct regional head elections in Indonesia, which was held on December 9, 2020. For the research approach, mixed methods both quantitative and qualitative descriptive were used. The quantitative method was carried out by distributing questionnaires directly to 139 polling stations in Sumenep Regency, East Java, during the regional head election. While the qualitative method is carried out by observing directly the conditions at the polling station (TPS). In addition, in-depth interviews with the election committee and voters were also conducted. The results of the study found that voter participation was very high even though the regional head election was held during the covid-19 pandemic. This high participation was apparently correlated with the widespread practice of vote buying carried out by the winning team for the two pairs of regional head candidates.

Abstract

Abstrak: Potensi hasil pertanian di wilayah Kecamatan Bluto Kabupaten Sumenep menjadi salah satu peluang bagi CV Nurul Jannah untuk menciptakan usaha pengolahan hasil pertanian dalam hal ini adalah kelor (Moringa oliefera). Usaha pengolahan kelor yang dirintis pada tahun 2012 berupa olahan kelor dalam bentuk stik dan minuman kelor dalam bentuk teh curah. Mitra ingin mengembangkan produk minuman instan berbahan kelor dalam hal ini adalah tablet effervesen. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah keterampilan pengolahan dan peralatan produksi. Kegiatan pendampingan berupa pelatihan pengolahan kelor menjadi tablet effervesen dan desain alat tablet yang ditujukan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan pengolahan dan terciptanya alat produksi. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan memberikan hasil adanya peningkatan keterampilan pengolahan effervesen kelor sebesar 87% berdasarkan tes praktik terhadap 15 peserta yang mengikuti pelatihan yang terdiri dari tes formulasi bahan, teknik pencampuran dan pencetakan. Kegitan juga memberikan hasil penambahan satu alat pencetak tablet dengan kriteria tablet yang dihasilkan memiliki ketebalan 7 mm, diameter 25 mm dan massa 3.5 g. Abstract: The agricultural products in the Bluto District of Sumenep Regency is one of the opportunities for CV Nurul Jannah to create a business base on the agricultural product in this case is Moringa (Moringa oliefera). The Moringa processing business which was pioneered in 2012 are snack and drink in the form of bulk tea. CV Nurul Jannah want to develop morenga tea be a moringa instant drink (effervescent tablets). Hawever problems faced are skills and production equipment. Mentoring activities are training on processing Moringa into effervescent tablets and tablet device design aimed at improving processing skills and creating production tools. The activities carried out resulted in an increase in moringa effervescent processing skills by 87% based on practical tests on 15 participants on the tests of material formulation, mixing and printing techniques. The activity also resulted in the addition of a tablet printer with the criteria that the resulting tablet has a thickness of 7 mm, a diameter of 25 mm and a mass of 3.5 g.

Abstract

In a stock exchange in the capital market, the most in demand by investors is stocks. Shares are securities which shows the ownership of the company, so that shareholders have the right to a dividend or other distribution of profit sharing as well as by the company to its shareholders. The capital market is an indicator of economic progress and support the economy of a country. In this decade, the stock market has experienced rapid development due to pressure from technological change, liberalization and globalization. These changes affect the behavior of the capital markets and cause long-term balance and improving the relations between the world's capital markets. Otherwise interconnected capital markets if the two separate markets have the same movement and the correlation between the movement of the index. Capital markets in the region are likely to have the same movement and the effects of contagion (contagion effect) is high (1). During the observation period, October 2015 to March 2016, there was a phenomenon in which IHSG is not always the same and has a correlation with the movement of world stock market indices. It is also supported by the differences found in the results of some previous studies. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between stocks bluechip : Astra International Tbk (ASII), Unilever Indonesia Tbk (UNVR), Astra Agro Lestari Tbk (AALI), Bank Rakyat Indonesia Agroniaga (AGRO) and Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI ). The analytical method used in this study is Multivariate Time Series, especially Vector Autoregression (VAR). The results of this study with the model produces the best model VAR (2), AGRO = 11.56 - 4.03*ASII(-1) - 4.40*ASII(-2) + 3.76*UNVR(-1) + 1.27*UNVR(-2) + 1.38*AALI(-1) + 2.54*AALI(-2) + 0.73*AGRO(-1) + 0.14*AGRO(-2) + 5.40*BRI(-1) - 1.34*BRI(-2). Abstract

PT. Indonesia Railways is an enterprise transportation service provider, where the modes of transportation are often used by consumers to travel long distances, and the price of transport service providers are not too different, then they (the companies) should be thinking how to grab share of existing market, so that the company will make profits. Therefore companies must compete on service providers to satisfy customers. Therefore there is need for research that is applied by using SEM methods (Structural Equation Modeling) in view of the customer and more towards the GAP analysis of the difference between reality and the difference is desired by consumers. With this then, can provide input to the company to consider the factors that correlate to customer satisfaction, so that the company's strategy in the form of customer satisfaction is more focused and effective. The results showed that the variables have a significant influence on complaint of customer satisfaction trains, and there was a GAP between reality and expectations of customers, so customers do not feel satisfied with the services already provided from these transport service. Keywords: Customer satisfaction, SEM (structural equation modeling), GAP Analysis.

Abstract

The government as the control holder of a country has several programs in in thewelfare of the society,one of them is the program in the public service. This study aims todetermine the public satisfaction in education public services in Sumenep Regency. Theresearch method used is analysis tools of index of public satisfaction toward publicservice. In addition, this study can showed the characteristics of respondents and desiredpriorities of the public as users of education services and obtained the index of publicsatisfaction of schools in Sumenep Regency. The results showed that the majority of thepublic felt satisfied with the services of the school, because the school responded to anycomplaints from the guardians of the students. The public prioritizes the expertise of theteaching material and the quality of teachers needs to be improved. Index of publicsatisfaction of education services in Sumenep showed the "very good" level.

Abstract

One of the issues of food today has spread throughout society is the issue ofhalal. In general, indicating the label of halal in the food products is on the package orthe label of the product that was officially published by Majelis Ulama Indonesia, MUI(The Indonesia Ulema Council). The role of the mother in child food product purchasingdecision is huge, especially for mothers who have children ages 1-12 years. At the age ofthe child, mother tends to be protective in buying children's meals because of securityconcerns from religious or health aspects for a Muslim. It is one of district in Maduraisland with a majority Muslim population, is Sumenep. This research aims to know themother's understanding on halal label on the food product packaging and theidentification of its influence on the purchase of food products, with the dependentvariables consists of understanding the mother against halal label, price and productquality in children's meals and independent variables in the form of purchase decisions.Instrument research using enclosed questionnaires. The indicators used in determiningthe level of understanding of mothers towards halal labels refer to the halal definitionbased on LPPOM-MUI, the official halal logo issued by MUI. The data were analyzedusing descriptive analysis of the characteristics of respondents and multiple linearregression analysis. The results showed that mother enough understand about children'sfood products labeled halal, considered the understanding is already good. Variablesthat have a significant influence on the selection of a child's food product are halal labelvariables. The halal label, price and product quality are the main factors that influencemothers in deciding to buy children's food products in Sumenep.

Abstract

With so many coastal areas in Indonesia, it can provide a lot of potential that can be exploited such as the potential for fisheries, marine, agriculture, energy and tourism. One of the potentials that are in great demand by people is tourism. The potential for coastal tourism will have a beneficial impact on both the government and local communities living around the coastal areas if it can be managed properly. This study aims to determine the basis for determining Gili Iyang as a health tourism destination. To find out the role of the local village head in making Gili Iyang a health tourism destination. To find out the opinions of tourists who have visited Gili Iyang. To determine the role of oxygen levels in the human body. And the results of the research. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the development of the island of Gili Iyang as tourists is still not fully able to run smoothly, because there are still several supports that need to be maximized. For example, there is a study on health on Gili Iyang Island so that later this island will be known for its health tourism. In addition, it would be better if you add several places to attract tourists visiting the island.
