Abstract

Pasar Padarincang merupakan salah satu pasar tradisional yang berada di kecamatan Padarincang tepatnya berada di jalan Jl. Kadubeureum, Padarincang, kabupaten Serang, Banten. Tingginya aktivitas yang dilakukan di pasar Padarincang membuat pertumbuhan kendaraan akan semakin bertambah. Oleh karena itu diperlukannya sarana jalan yang memadai untuk menuju pasar Padarincang. Namun, ketidakseimbangan antara peningkatan jumlah kendaraan serta pertumbuhan prasarana jalan menimbulkan beberapa masalah terhadap kelancaran lalu lintas di pasar Padarincang seperti kemacetan lalu lintas, peningkatan waktu tempuh, meningkatnya angka kecelakaan, kebisingan suara kendaran dan polusi udara. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja existing ruas jalan, hambatan samping dan mendapatkan solusi. Metode analisia berdasarkan MKJI 1997, Adapun hasil analisa yang diperoleh volume lalulintas C = 7244,328 smp/jam Kecepatan arus bebas 34,6 km/jam, derajat kejenuhan 0.93, tingkat pelayanan level E pada arah kota Serang menuju Anyer serta hambatan samping sebesar 2836,8 dengan bobot kejadian sangat tinggi (ST), upaya yang bisa dilakukan dalam peningkatan kinerja lalu lintas berdasarkan prefrensi responden terdapat 38,3% responden menginginkan perbaikan manajemen pengelolaaan pasar. 35% responden menginginkan penataan tata ruang pasar. 16,7% responden menginginkan penyediakan fasilitas lahan parkir yang memadai 10% responden menginginkan adanya pengaturan terhadap angkutan umum.

Abstract

Pembangunan prasarana transportasi darat merupakan salah satu program utama Pemerintah Provinsi Banten dalam mendorong pertumbuhan perekonomian. Pertumbuhan perekonomian yang disertai peningkatan jumlah penduduk, menyebabkan peningkatan jumlah kendaraan, peningkatan lalu lintas angkutan barang/jasa dan sebagainya, seperti fenomena halnya Jembatan sukadana yang terletak di kecamatan kasemen kota Serang. Jembatan ini merupakan sarana transportasi darat yang cukup penting dan sibuk, sebagai akses utama transportasi darat menuju kawasan sehingga perlunya menganalisis struktur bagian bawah jembatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa daya dukung struktur bawah, stabilitas serta penulangan dengan dimensi yang telah ditentukan. Dalam penganalisaan ini diperlukan data primer dan skunder yang harus dikumpulkan. Adapun metode pengumpulan data berasal hasil observasi, wawancara dan literature pendukung sebagai referensi,. Hasil dari analisa daya dukung tanah di dapatkan nilai Qult = 7,111 t/m3 dan Qall = 2,370 t/m3 lebih kecil dari kontrol tegangan. Hasil stabilitas abutment yang ditinjau pada saat waktu normal yaitu stabilitas terhadap geser = 6,370 t/m2, stabilitas terhadap gaya guling = 6,558 t/m2, dan stabilitas eksentrisitas = -0,237 t/m2. Penulangan dinding abutment menggunakan tulangan D 22 – 250 dengan tulangan bagi D 16 – 250. Penulangan footing abutment menggunakan tulangan D 19 – 250 dengan tulangan bagi D 16 – 250. Penulangan Wing Wall Abutment menggunakan tulangan D 19 – 125 dengan tulangan bagi D 13 – 125. Penulangan Plat Injak Abutment menggunakan tulangan D 16 – 250 dengan tulangan bagi D 13 – 250.

Abstract

The construction project of infrastructure building at State Vocational High School (SMKN) 1 Puloampel, Serang Regency, aims to provide better facilities to support the improvement of education quality. Although the project was well-planned, time and cost deviations occurred, affecting the project’s progress. This study aims to analyze the time and cost deviations using the Earned Value Analysis (EVA) method. The data used includes weekly data from week 1 to week 22, with a total project duration of 22 weeks. The results show that the project experienced delays in several weeks, specifically in weeks 1, 10, 11, 15, 16, 19, and 20, resulting in a total delay of 27 days. These time deviations led to a cost overrun of IDR 20,052,074.54. The causes of delay were mainly due to late site preparation, water and equipment needs, and delayed material deliveries. As a solution, it is recommended to add more labor, speed up material delivery, and revise the schedule to avoid further delays and cost overruns.

Abstract

Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 3 of 2020, entitles students to 3 semesters of study outside their study program. Through the Free Learning Policy - Independent Campus program, students have wide opportunity to be able to choose the learning method and place they want which is believed to be able to enrich and increase their insight and competence in the real world according to their passion and aspirations. The "Free Learning, Independent Campus" policy was initiated by the Minister of Education and Culture which includes 1) opening of new study programs, 2) higher education accreditation system, 3) freedom to become State universities with legal status, and 4) the right to study three semesters outside the study program. In planning a foundation structure, calculations must be included regarding the bearing capacity of the soil, soil stability, bearing capacity of the foundation and stability of the foundation, all of which are based on empirical and mathematical calculations. This research was conducted to analyze the level of student mastery of the Foundation Design course. With primary data collection in the form of questionnaires distributed to students of Civil Engineering, Banten Jaya University semester 7 (seven). One of the results of the research shows that students who take part in the apprenticeship program / practical work in projects with foundation work, but have not mastered the theory, most of them cannot plan and design the structure of the foundation (45 people = 84, 91%).

Abstract

Population growth increases every year, especially in Serang Regency, causing traffic problems including accidents, congestion, or being faced with conditions of frequent road scrambling. In preliminary observations, this happened to the Unsignalized Three Way Petir Intersection . This research was conducted to determine the existing performance of the intersection and find alternative solutions to overcome the problem situation and find out the cost needs needed in planning the proposal. Thus, of course, data is needed to be able to analyze it.  The method used is based on the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI) of 1997, the required data consists of primary data by conducting a field survey, to find out the volume of vehicles (Average daily traffic / ADT for seven days from 06.00 to 18.00 WIB, road geometrics, traffic conditions, and environmental conditions. It is known that the Unsignalized Three Way Petir Intersection type is type 322, meaning 3 arms 2 lanes 2 directions, the data uses the form USIG I and the form USIG II from MKJI 1997. The results showed that the existing performance at the Unsignalized Three Way Petir Intersection showed the largest total traffic flow value of 3,480 passenger car unit (pcu) / hour, the saturation degree (DS) value was 1,026, which means, the traffic flow has exceeded the road capacity, with an intersection traffic delay of 16,426 sec / pcu, a delay in main road traffic (B-D) of 7.4584 sec / pcu and a delay in minor road traffic (C) of 38.2352 sec / pcu,  queue odds are between 42.3554% to 84%.  Alternative solutions that can be done prohibit the right turn traffic from minor roads, as well as widening on the main road from 3 m per lane to 3.5 m so that the short width of each lane = 3.5 m and the shoulder width of 0.5 m, in total to 8 m, so that the cost required in the planning is Rp. 2,220,051,000 (two billion two hundred twenty million fifty-one thousand rupiah).

Abstract

PT. PLN Indonesia Power UBP Banten 1 Suralaya merupakan salah satu unit bisnis pembangkit listrik milik PT PLN Indonesia Power (UBP BSLA). Permasalahan yang terjadi, Kabupaten Serang menghadapi tantangan pengelolaan limbah industri, terutama limbah FABA rata-rata 8.319 ton/bulan dari pembangkit listrik dan limbah plastik dari aktivitas rumah tangga dan industri tercatat 414.580 ton sampah setahun, atau 1.135,84 ton per hari, sedangkan pemanfaatan skala luasnya masih minim. Tujuan dari program pemberdayaan masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan FABA oleh UBP BSLA bekerja sama dengan desa Padarincang dan mendapatkan kemampuan untuk memproduksi paving block secara massal, yang akan menghasilkan nilai ekonomi bagi masyarakat Padarincang. Pemberdayaan masyarakat dilakukan dalam tiga tahap. Ini adalah tahap awal, tahap inti, dan tahap akhir. Proses pelaksanaan pemberdayaan masyarakat dimulai dengan melakukan observasi dan survei di lokasi pengabdian, menyelesaikan prosedur administrasi, dan merancang kegiatan pengabdian. Pada tahap inti, kegiatan pengabdian fokus pada pendampingan dalam inovasi produk paving block. Sedangkan tahap akhir evaluasi kegiatan dan penyusunan laporan akhir. Masyarakat desa Padarincang adalah target dari pengabdian ini. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam pembuatan inovasi paving block telah meningkat. PT. PLN Indonesia Power UBP Banten 1 Suralaya is one of the power generation business units owned by PT PLN Indonesia Power (UBP BSLA). The issue at hand is that Serang Regency faces challenges in managing industrial waste, particularly FABA waste averaging 8,319 tons per month from power plants, and plastic waste from household and industrial activities totaling 414,580 tons of waste per year, or 1,135.84 tons per day, while its large-scale utilization remains minimal. The objective of this community empowerment program is to optimize the utilization of FABA by UBP BSLA in collaboration with Padarincang Village and acquire the capability to produce paving blocks on a large scale, which will generate economic value for the community of Padarincang. Community empowerment is carried out in three stages. These are the initial stage, the core stage, and the final stage. The process of community empowerment begins with conducting observations and surveys at the service location, completing administrative procedures, and designing service activities. In the core stage, service activities focus on providing assistance in the innovation of paving blocks. The final stage involves evaluating activities and compiling a final report. The community of Padarincang Village is the target of this community service initiative. The results of the activities indicate that knowledge and skills in the production of innovative paving blocks have improved.

Abstract

Pandeglang merupakan salah satu kota di provinsi Banten, saat ini mengalami perkembangan yang cukup pesat khususnya pada sektor pariwisata, mengakibatkan peningkatan kebutuhan akan sarana prasarana transportasi. Observasi awal menunjukan ruas jalan Jenderal Ahmad Yani kabupaten Pandeglang sering terjadi kemacetan. Hal ini perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui kondisi eksisting, mengetahui faktor penyebab kemacetan dan mementukan upaya alternatif yang akan memberikan masukan dalam penanganan kemacetan serta peningkatan kinerja ruas jalan. Penelitian ini memerlukan data priner dan data skunder serta metode penelitian deskriptif kualintatif berdasarkan manual kapasitas jalan indonesia tahun 1997. Hasil pengamatan kondisi eksisting pada ruas jalan Jenderal Ahmad Yani kabupaten Pandeglang diantaranya jalan termasuk jalan kelas II dan merupakan jalan provinsi dengan tipe jalan 4 lajur 2 arah tak terbagi, volume lalu lintas terbesar terdapat pada hari minggu sebesar 3407 kendaraan arah Pandeglang- Serang, hambatan samping sebesar 1229,2, kecepatan arus lalu lintas 51,85 km/jam, kapasitas jalan sebesar 5343,36 smp/jam sehingga derajat kejenuhan sebesar 1,6 untuk arah Pandeglang-Serang dan 1,5 untuk Arah Pandeglang-Labuan. Faktor penyebab terjadinya kemacetan akibat banyaknya hambatan samping. Berdasarkan data responden upaya untuk mennanggulangi kemacetan dengan menerapkan manajemen sistem transportasi penyediaan fasilitas lahan parkir dengan persentase 45,1% dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan transportasi angkutan uumum sebesar persentase 29,4%.

Abstract

PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia (PT KCI) sebagai salah satu operator sarana perkeretaapian di Indonesia memiliki tugas pokok memberikan pelayanan terhadap perjalanan kereta rel listrik (KRL) termasuk lintas Tangerang –Duri, berdasarkan observasi awal kereta rel listrik commuter line lintas Tangerang Duri memiliki jumlah pengguna jasa yang cukup tinggi, terutama pada jam – jam sibuk sangat padat bahkan pengguna sering kali tidak bisa masuk ke dalam KRL yang membuat perjalanan penumpang di dalam KRL kurang nyaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja operasional, tingkat pelayanan serta mengetahui upaya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan. Adapun metode yang digunakan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) serta Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan load factor hari libur 26,70% dan hari kerja 53,45%. Dengan kapasitas lintas telah memenuhi standar namun, kecepatan perjalanan 44,00 Km/jam masih di bawah standar, berdasarkan preferensi kinerja pelayanan TNG-DU belum maksimal perlu untuk diperbaiki, sedangkan tingkat kepuasan penumpang dikategorikan puas 78,929% termasuk skala 60%<CSI≤80% sehingga upaya yang dapat dilakukan dalam peningkatan kualitas pelayanan dengan peningkatan kecepatan perjalanan, peningkatan fasilitas aksesibilitas untuk pengguna kursi roda di stasiun, dan penyediaan fasilitas khusus lainnya, serta melakukan menganalisis kinerja operasional berkelanjutan pada jam sibuk dan jam sepi, dengan mempertimbangkan karakteristik populasi penumpang.

Abstract

The cases of narcotics and illegal drugs abuse among the younger generation have been increasing and could impede the sustainability of Indonesia’s young population in the future. Therefore, efforts to protect the younger generation from these issues are highly necessary. The socialization activity at Public Junior High School 1 Pamarayan, Serang Regency regarding the dangers and impacts of narcotis abuse aimed to help participants understand the impact of narcotics abuse, namely physical, psychological, and socio-economic impacts. This activity applied lecture and participatory discussion method using PowerPoint slides, organized by the university students from community services Group 15 Kampungbaru Village, Pamarayan. The speaker (resource person) in this socialization was the staff from National Narcotics Agency, Serang Regency. This activity was conducted on September 4, 2023, attended by a total of 51 participants. The results reveal that the socialization has positively contributed in increasing students’ knowledge and understanding of the dangers and impacts of narcotics abuse, as proven by the number of students who actively participated and became more aware about the dangers of narcotics. This socialization is expected to be a solid foundation to fortify the younger generation as Indonesia’s next generation, especially students at Public Junior High School 1 Pamarayan, from the dangers of narcotics abuse
