Abstract

Consumer behavior has changed from offline shopping to online. The e-commerce business is growing along with the rapid development of technology and information. Consumer purchasing decisions through online-based transactions, among others, need to consider Online consumer reviews (OCR) and trust. This study aims to determine the effect of OCR and trust on purchasing decisions at Tokopedia. The sample used was 100 respondents with random sampling technique. The data was processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that OCR and trust partially or simultaneously had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. OCR and trust are able to explain 86.4% of consumer perceptions in purchasing decisions, the remaining 13.6% is the influence of other factors that are not explained in this study.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the impact of Electronic Word of Mouth on demand for food purchases using Go-Food with brand trust as an intervening variable. The sample in this study was 100 respondents obtained through a sampling technique using the simple random sampling method. The data collection method uses a questionnaire which is announced to respondents after which the data results are processed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) which is used in the SmartPLS V.4 analysis test. The results of this study show that the impact of electronic word of mouth has a positive effect on purchase intention, while brand trust has no effect on electronic word of mouth and interest in purchasing food using Go-Food among Uin Walisongo Semarang students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of audit tenure, firm size and firm age on audit delay. The research covers 48 real estate companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2021, purposive sampling techniques. By using the SPSS v24 tool to perform multiple linear regression analysis. The statistical results obtained by the tenure audit and the size of the company are not significant factors affecting the audit delay. Only the age of the company is significant on the audit delay

Abstract

Accounts receivable management for financial services organizations has a very strategic position, to minimize the risks of accounts receivable that can disrupt business operations. Implementation of an accounts receivable management information system is an effort made by organizations to minimize the impacts of accounts receivable losses. However, the success rate of system implementation is still relatively low and still expensive, so it is necessary to conduct an analysis of the implementation of an information system to determine the factors that influence user behavior in using the information system. By using the technology accepted model (TAM) approach to identify factors that influence users in using the information system. The results of the study explain that the perception of user convenience does not affect the intention of information system users, attitudes towards using information system technology and actual use of technology. While the perception of usefulness has a significant influence on the perception of user convenience and the attitude of information system users. Other results of this study indicate that the attitude of using the information system affects the intention of information system users, and the intention of information system users affects the actual use of technology.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of collaboration between affiliate marketing and content branding strategies on the performance of online convection MSMEs in Ambarawa District. The method used is quantitative with a descriptive and verification approach. The research sample consisted of 35 convection MSMEs that have implemented digital marketing strategies, specifically affiliate marketing and content branding. Data were collected through questionnaires and interviews, then analyzed using multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that both affiliate marketing (X1) and content branding (X2) had a positive and significant effect on increasing sales (Y), with beta coefficient values of 0.327 and 0.514, respectively. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.392 indicates that 39.2% of the variation in MSME performance is explained by these two variables. This finding confirms that the synergy between affiliate marketing and content branding is an effective strategy in improving MSME digital marketing performance. This study recommends that MSMEs strengthen the quality of content used by affiliate partners and expand their digital collaboration networks with facilitation support from the local government.
