Abstract

ABSTRAK Masalah kesehatan yang sering terjadi di pondok pesantren meliputi beberapa hal seperti yang paling sering dikeluhkan yaitu nyeri kepala, kemudian urutan kedua diare, dan urutan ketiga yaitu demam. Nyeri kepala merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan yang paling banyak dikeluhkan oleh santriwan dan santriwati di pondok pesantren Al-Firdaus, nyeri kepala termasuk ke dalam 9 kasus yang menyebabkan pasien datang menemui dokter .Nyeri kepala dapat timbul karena inflamasi atau traksi dari struktur peka nyeri, vasodilatasi, dan kontraksi otot. Hampir semua struktur intrakranial yang peka nyeri dipersarafi oleh neuron trigeminovaskular, terutama divisi oftalmika, sehingga gejala nyeri kepala banyak terkait mata atau dahi . Kegiatan Pengabdian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 22 Januari tahun 2024 yaitu Diikuti sebanyak 88 orang peserta kepada santriwan dan satriwati di pondok pesantren Al-Firdaus. dengan metode membagikan kuisioner Pengetahuan sebanyak dua kali saat sebelum dan sesudah diberikan penyuluhan. hasil kueisioner sebelum dilakukan penyuluhan (pre test) dan sesudah dilakukan penyuluhan (post test) diperoleh adanya peningkatan sebanyak 56,8 % yang didapatkan dari 28,4% sebelum diberikan penyulahan dan meningkat menjadi 85,2%. Kesimpulan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan mengenai faktor penyebab nyeri kepala pada santriwan dan santriwati di pesantren Al-Firdaus Bandar Lampung. Kata Kunci: Pengetahuan Nyeri Kepala, Santriwan-Santriwati, Pondok Pesantren.  ABSTRACT Health problems that often occur in Islamic boarding schools include several things, such as the most frequently complained about headaches, then second place is diarrhea, and third place is fever. Headaches are one of the health problems most frequently complained about by female students at the Al-Firdaus Islamic boarding school. Headaches are included in the 9 cases that cause patients to come to see a doctor. Headaches can arise due to inflammation or traction of pain-sensitive structures, vasodilation , and muscle contractions. Almost all pain-sensitive intracranial structures are innervated by trigeminovascular neurons, especially the ophthalmic division, so that many headache symptoms involve the eyes or forehead. This service activity was carried out on January 22 2024, namely 88 participants attended the Islamic boarding school students and female students at the Al-Firdaus Islamic boarding school. by distributing the Knowledge questionnaire twice before and after the counseling is given. The results of the questionnaire before counseling (pre test) and after counseling (post test) showed an increase of 56.8% which was obtained from 28.4% before counseling was given and increased to 85.2%. The conclusion is that there is increased knowledge regarding the factors that cause headaches in female students at the Al-Firdaus Islamic boarding school in Bandar Lampung. Keywords: Knowledge of Headache, Female Students, Islamic Boarding School.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including economic and social. One of the most visible changes is the transformation towards a digital economy, which is now an inevitable choice. Realizing this, the SDIT Mujahidul Amin Cooperative also adopted a non-cash payment system. This research aims to understand the non-cash payment system implemented and how it is implemented. The method used is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach. The object of research is how the application used by the cooperative works. Data is collected through observation, interviews and documentation, then analyzed to reach clear conclusions. The research results show two main findings: first, the SDIT Mujahidul Amin cooperative uses a digital savings-based system through the Ichasoft Pro version 2.6 application, which is also equipped with an RFID Card for digital transactions using NFC Reader technology. Second, the implementation of the digital payment system will begin in 2021 in stages so that students can adapt to this technology. This system was initially implemented to address the problem of students frequently losing money. After considering various solutions, a digital savings application was finally chosen. Using Ichasoft Pro 2.6 has made it easier to manage student cooperatives and transactions, although there are some minor drawbacks, the benefits obtained are very large.

Abstract

Halal is one of the essential requirements for seasonal consumers in consuming food products. CV Panda Food is one of the snack manufacturers that requires a halal certification for products to be distributed. This observation aims to determine whether the raw materials used have received a halal certificate and to analyze the suitability of the Halal Assurance System (SJH) application based on the HAS 23000 standard. The methods used in data collection are observation, interviews, direct practice, documentation, and literature study. The evaluation was carried out by checklist analysis and adjusted to 11 HAS 23000 LPPOM MUI requirements. The results are that all raw materials have received Halal approval from the MUI. After conducting a suitability analysis of the CV Panda Food Halal Assurance System implementation, there are still deficiencies; the requirement that must be corrected first are written procedures for critical activities, training, halal management team, and halal policies.
