Abstract

This study identifies the issues of insufficient effective teaching materials and minimal utilization of technology in education. Teaching models that do not involve student participation and the suboptimal use of educational media can hinder conceptual understanding and result in low cognitive learning outcomes and scientific reasoning skills among students. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of the Guided Inquiry model integrated with audiovisual media to enhance conceptual understanding and scientific reasoning in teaching static fluids. The research employs a pre-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design, involving tenth-grade students from a senior high school in Palu during the 2023/2024 academic year. A cluster random sampling technique was used to select participants. Data collection was carried out using pretests and posttests to measure the improvement in both conceptual understanding and scientific reasoning. The results show an average normalized gain score of 0.59 for conceptual understanding, categorized as moderate, and 0.70 for scientific reasoning, categorized as high. Furthermore, a strong, significant correlation (r = 0.61) was found between conceptual understanding and scientific reasoning, indicating that the use of audiovisual media in guided inquiry enhances not only knowledge acquisition but also critical thinking skills. Therefore, this learning model is recommended for use in science education in schools to optimize students' cognitive and scientific reasoning skills. The findings of this research carry significant implications for the advancement of educational practices, particularly in the field of science learning. By highlighting key areas that require attention, the study provides insights that can inform curriculum design, teaching methodologies, and assessment strategies. This, in turn, can enhance student engagement and understanding, ultimately leading to more effective and meaningful learning experiences in science education.

Abstract

Desa Wombo Kalonggo di Kecamatan Tanantovea, Kabupaten Donggala, memiliki potensi ekonomi dan sumber daya manusia yang besar, namun belum sepenuhnya dioptimalkan. Produk unggulan berupa bawang goreng lokal yang telah diproduksi lebih dari dua dekade menghadapi tantangan dalam hal branding, pengemasan, dan pemasaran, sehingga sulit bersaing di pasar yang lebih luas. Sejalan dengan teori pembangunan berbasis komunitas (Green & Haines, 2015) diperlukan intervensi strategis yang holistik untuk mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi dan sosial secara berkelanjutan di wilayah tersebut. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, proyek kepemimpinan WOMBOOST (Wombo Berdaya: Optimalisasi Usaha dan Studi Terpadu) dirancang dengan dua fokus utama, yaitu pengembangan kapasitas UMKM bawang goreng melalui pendampingan pembuatan identitas usaha, inovasi kemasan, dan pemasaran digital. Pendekatan community-based development dipilih untuk memastikan partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam setiap tahap pelaksanaan proyek, sejalan dengan prinsip pemberdayaan yang diungkapkan oleh Freire (1970). Di bidang pemasaran, teori digital marketing oleh Kotler dkk. (2021) menjadi landasan dalam membantu pelaku UMKM menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas melalui platform media sosial. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan melalui tahapan persiapan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Persiapan meliputi survei potensi lokal, koordinasi dengan pemangku kepentingan, dan penyusunan materi sosialisai dan pendampingan pengemasan produk bawang goreng termasuk pemasaran digital. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah terciptanya kemasan produk “Putri Kaili”, fasilitasi penerbitan NIB (Nomor Induk Berusaha), dan peningkatan pemahaman pemasaran digital pada mitra. Diharapkan, melalui program ini, tercipta produk UMKM bawang goreng dengan identitas yang kuat, dan terciptanya dampak ekonomi dan sosial yang berkelanjutan bagi masyarakat Desa Wombo Kalonggo

Abstract

Gambaran singkat masalah pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan dan diteliti adalah terkait survai dalam pembelajaran dengan alasanan bahwa hal ini membuktikan bahwa kita melakukan pergerakan dalam dunia pendidikan sebagai wujud kepedulian kita terhadap kemajuan suatu bangsa. Dimana Perkembangan keilmuan dan pengetahuan merupakan sebuah energi baru yang harus kita sahuti bersama dalam memberikan pemahaman, pengalaman serta pengertian kepada peserta didik. Tujuan Survai pembelajaran di pandang perlu menjadi bagian terpenting dari evaluasi pembelajaran yang bermakna sesuia dengan kurikulum Merdeka. Perkembangan merupakan aspek terdepan dalam industry pendidikan karena dengan perkembangan tentunya kita akan siap menerima perubahan menuju arah yang lebih baik lagi, maka dari itu pelu ada pelatihan atau semacam pendampingan dalam sajian survai pembelajaran yang dapat menarik perhatian guru maupun siswa sesuai dengan kemajuan zaman dan kemutahiran teknologi di abad ke5. Seperti yang kita ketahui bersama bahwa Pradaban saat ini menunjukan bahwa kemampuan dalam mengasa keintelektual seseorang tentunya dibarengi dengan kemampuan dan kelmuan yang harus berkembang sesuai kebutuhan seperti pada saat ini (kulmer) kurikulum merdeka belajar yang diterapkan kepada peserta didik sudah pada arah yang lebih baik dalam konsep belajar mandiri. Sehingga kita harusnya siap melakukan proses serta perubahan menuju aksi nyata dalam pembelajaran berdiferensiasi demi kemajuan Peserta didik untuk lebih bisa mengasa kemampuan pedagogik dan kemampuan skiiil yang di miliki melalui tiga tahapan yaitu konten,proses dan produk yang merupakan roh dalam pembelajaran berdifensissi. Metode yang di gunakan tahapan pelaksanaan adalah berbasis pembelajaran berdiferensiasi Perosedur kerja yang akan ditempuh untuk mendukung metode pelatihan dan survai adalah:(1)Observasi Kesekolah(2) Menjalin kerja sama melalui persetujuan khalayak (3) Menyusun proposal (4) Melaksanakan pelatihan (5) Melaksanakan evaluasi hasil pelatihan dan pendampingan hasil dan kesimpulan proses pembenahan dalam Pembelajaran maka perlu melakukan pemdekatan berdiferensiasi untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang lebih menarik, lebih terjangkau luas dalam proses aksi nyata bagi peserta didik dalam pembelajaran etika berbudaya. Pembelajaran berdiferenesiasi dalam terpadu merupakan perpaduan pembelajaran yang terdiri dari beberapa mata Pelajaran yang dapat dikemas menjadi sebuah pembelajaran menarik dan menyenangkan

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effects of employee engagement and work behavior on the performance of employees at the Department of Education in Jember Regency, with work-life balance serving as a mediating variable. The research population includes all employees of the Department of Education in Jember Regency, with a sample size of 115 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Warp PLS software. The findings indicate that both employee engagement and work behavior positively and significantly influence work-life balance. In turn, work-life balance positively and significantly affects employee performance. Additionally, work-life balance serves as a significant mediating variable in the relationship between employee engagement, work behavior, and employee performance. These results underscore the importance of employee engagement and work behavior in fostering a balance between work and personal life, which ultimately enhances employee performance. The practical implications of this study highlight the need for programs that support employee engagement and positive work behavior to strengthen work-life balance, thereby contributing to improved employee performance at the Department of Education in Jember Regency.

Abstract

An understanding of accounting systems and financial reports is required by entities and institutions that distribute productive credit. For entities, accounting systems are useful for processing financial transactions and presenting financial information in the form of financial reports. Meanwhile, the use of accounting systems and financial reports for institutions that distribute productive credit is to assess the financial position, performance and cash flow turnover of prospective customers in the credit distribution process. In this way, it is hoped that the credit distributed can be used according to the objectives so that it can improve the financial performance of prospective customers. In this case, the financial management regulated in the 2023 SEOJK also requires companies, in this case BPR, to adjust to the start-up that applies in the midst of unstable economic conditions after Covid-19, so that this training helps BPR M, Ojosari Pahalapakto personnel to be able to apply the regulations. which has been determined by the OJK.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of the guided inquiry model on the learning outcomes of fourth-grade students of SD Inpres 5 Taipa Laga. The design of this study is a Quasi-experimental design using Two Group Pretest – Posttest designs. The population in this study is all fourth-grade students of SD Inpres 5 Taipa Laga, totaling 34 students. The sampling technique used in this study is a purposive sample with a sample size of 34 students from grades IVa and IVb consisting of 17 students in grade IVa as the experimental class and 17 students in grade IVb as the control class. Research data were collected through observation, test administration and documentation. Data were analyzed quantitatively through paired sample t-test. Based on the significant value of the Paired Sample T Test obtained is 0.000, with a significant value of T-test <0.05 (0.000 <0.05) and a significance level of 5% (0.05), then H1 is accepted and Ho is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of the guided inquiry model on the science learning outcomes of fourth-grade students of SD Inpres 5 Taipa Laga. The guided inquiry learning model makes students active in the learning process so that it is able to improve science learning outcomes.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian di SD Inpres 1 Toboli bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi dan Deep Learning. Melalui tahapan observasi, pelatihan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi, diperoleh hasil bahwa guru mengalami peningkatan signifikan dalam literasi digital dan keterampilan pedagogik. Pelatihan dengan AI Teachy membantu guru menyusun modul ajar yang sistematis, kontekstual, dan berorientasi pada asesmen autentik, sedangkan pendampingan Wordwall membekali mereka dengan kemampuan merancang media pembelajaran digital yang interaktif. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya perubahan dari pembelajaran konvensional menuju pembelajaran yang kreatif, inovatif, dan berpusat pada siswa. Siswa menjadi lebih aktif, termotivasi, serta mampu memahami konsep melalui pengalaman belajar yang kontekstual dan menyenangkan. Kegiatan ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan dapat dijadikan model pengembangan profesional guru di sekolah dasar, khususnya di wilayah pedalaman.

Abstract

ABSTRACT; This study examines the authority of the State Attorney (JPN) in handling administrative disputes, particularly in Case Number 6/6/2021/PTUN PLG, which involves an administrative dispute between the government and society. In this context, JPN plays a crucial role in ensuring that government policies remain legitimate and do not violate citizens' constitutional rights. This study highlights how JPN, as the representative of the state, acts when facing lawsuits against administrative policies deemed harmful to certain parties. Additionally, the study evaluates the challenges faced by JPN in exercising its authority, such as differences in legal interpretation and resource limitations, and how JPN maintains a balance between the interests of the state and individual rights. The findings of this study provide insight into JPN's contribution to maintaining the government's authority and the importance of JPN's role in ensuring that government policies align with applicable legal principles, strengthening the credibility and legitimacy of the government in the eyes of the public.

Abstract

This study aims to develop E-LKPD based on the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) Approach on the material of circles with a woven context for grade VIII junior high school students. This development research uses the Tessmer model consisting of a preliminary stage including analysis of students, curriculum, and teaching material needs, while the prototyping stage includes design, validation, and trial of E-LKPD. Data collection was carried out using interview methods, observations, questionnaires, and concept understanding tests. Based on the analysis results, it was found that students still experience obstacles in understanding the concept of circles due to limited context-based teaching materials and the unavailability of a curriculum that supports the integration of local wisdom, such as the use of woven rope. The developed E-LKPD is considered to have met the validity criteria (average score of 89.7%), practical (average score of 84%), and had a potential effect (average score of 88.8%). The CTL approach with a woven context increased students' motivation, involvement, and appreciation of local culture. This study produced an E-LKPD that was suitable for use as an interactive mathematics learning media that was relevant to students' daily lives.

Abstract

Character education plays an important role in shaping the personalities of elementary school students. This study aims to analyze the role of teachers in shaping the character of fourth-grade students at SDN Ululere. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that teachers play the role of educators, teachers, and coaches in shaping students' character. As educators, teachers instill religious values and responsibility through habitual prayer, exemplary behavior, and routine activities such as class duty. As teachers, teachers integrate character values into learning through group discussions and differentiated learning, emphasizing honesty, cooperation, and responsibility. As coaches, teachers provide personal guidance, routine religious activities, and training in student independence. From this character-building process, four main characters are strengthened, namely religious, honest, independent, and responsible. This study confirms that character building in students requires a collaborative approach between teachers, schools, and parents in a consistent and sustainable manner.
