Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana implementasi tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan (CSR) terhadap lingkungan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur  dan data diperoleh menggunakan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa perusahan memiliki tanggung jawab sosial untuk menjaga keberlanjutan ekologi. Hal tersebut dapat dicapai melalui berbagai kebijakan kemudian praktik, termasuk program penghijauan, pengelolaan dan daur ulang limbah, penggunaan energi terbarukan, dan pengurangan emisi karbon. Penerapan CSR memberikan dampak positif bagi lingkungan, masyarakat, dan perusahaan, antara lain mengurangi polusi, memulihkan ekosistem, meningkatkan citra perusahaan, dan mengefisienkan biaya operasional. Meskipun menghadapi tantangan seperti biaya implementasi yang tinggi dan kurangnya regulasi yang ketat, perusahaan yang menerapkan CSR secara efektif dapat berkontribusi pada pembangunan berkelanjutan dan memperoleh kepercayaan dari konsumen serta pemangku kepentingan lainnya.  Kata Kunci: Tanggung Jawab Sosial, Perusahaan, Lingkungan

Abstract

The marketing industry has changed as a result of the quick advancement of digital technology, and TikTok is now utilized as an efficient marketing tool in addition to being an entertainment platform. Additionally, TikTok serves as a platform for brand-consumer connection as they look for information and make judgments about what to buy. This study is to investigate how women's skincare shopping decisions on TikTok are influenced by brand awareness, celebrity endorsements, and online customer evaluations, with a particular focus on Gen Z women in Bandar Lampung. All Bandar Lampung City Gen Z women who have purchased Skintific skincare items on TikTok at least once make up the study's population. The study uses a quantitative framework and explanatory methodologies. The samples were selected using purposeful sampling, and the sampling process was conducted using accidental sampling. 97 participants were given questionnaires as part of the data collection process. Among the data analysis techniques used are the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, and hypothesis test. The data was statistically descriptively analyzed using SPSS software version 27. The results show that, when taken into account separately, brand awareness, celebrity endorsements, and online customer reviews all significantly and favorably influence purchasing decisions. When taken as a whole, these three elements have a favorable and substantial impact on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The textualist group, since the presence of social media as a form of technological progress, has changed platforms in spreading its exclusive understanding, or even plunged into extreme doctrinal actions. However, on the other hand, there is dynamic Islam with the same vision spreading its ideology and teachings which are more inclined towards moderate, inclusive and tolerant movements. This article attempts to analyze the importance of the dominance of the moderate Islamic narrative as a bulwark for Indonesian society so that it is not exposed to textualist Islamic circles who tend to legalize violence in the name of religion, are conservative, extreme and even non-tolerant. Textualist Islam is represented by Hizbut Tharir Indonesia and Salafi-Wahabi, while the moderate actor is Nahdlatul Ulama. The method used is qualitative descriptive analysis, with the steps of writing literature and media studies. The findings of this article are that implementing inclusive narratives in the digital space is by applying the values of religious moderation, by creating inclusive, creative and interesting content, collaboratively, and continuously. In this way, it is able to create an expansion of the area of dominance of inclusive narratives on various digital media platforms. This effort is a form of religious actualization that is rahmatan lil 'alamin and maintains diversity from divisions in the name of religion.

Abstract

The design of the YIA airport rail line is on soft soil with a depth of 12-16 m. The design of the rail line uses a 4 m high embankment. Reinforcement is carried out by the method of a nailed slab system. The nailed slab system consists of a monolithically connected slab and pile. This method is believed to be able to reduce the settlement that occurs in the foundation soil effectively. This study aims to determine the effect of using a nailed slab system that varies in length, distance, and arrangement. The data used are boring and laboratory tests. Effect of variations in length (8 m; 10 m; 12 m and 14 m), distance (0.8 m; 1.2 m; 1.6 m; and 2 m), and pile arrangement (uniform; V and W) on soil settlement foundation is done with the RS3 program. The results showed that each additional 2 m of pile length could reduce the total settlement by 48.63%-82.31% of the unreinforced foundation soil. The decrease in permits was fulfilled at the length of the piles of 12 m and 14 m. Pile spacing of 0.8 m, 1.2 m, 1.6 m, and 2 m reduced the total settlement by 69.47%, 68.78%, 67.22%, and 60.90%, respectively. On piles with a length of 12 m, distances of 0.8 m and 1.2 m fulfilled the allowable reduction. The use of the V arrangement gave the greatest reduction of 71.77% while the uniform arrangement was 68.78% and the W arrangement was 68.56%. The use of a nailed slab system as foundation soil reinforcement due to embankment load can reduce settlement effectively.

Abstract

Baitul Maal wat Tamwil (BMT) merupakan lembaga keuangan berbasis syariah yang mendukung inklusi keuangan dan pemberdayaan ekonomi di masyarakat marginal. Prinsip keadilan, solidaritas, dan keberlanjutan yang dianut BMT memungkinkan akses keuangan tidak hanya bagi umat Muslim menengah ke atas, tetapi juga bagi komunitas penduduk menengah ke bawah. Namun, implementasi BMT menghadapi tantangan berupa stigma eksklusivitas keuangan Islam, rendahnya literasi keuangan syariah di masyarakat, dan regulasi yang belum optimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis bagaimana konsep multikulturalisme dapat diintegrasikan dalam operasional BMT sehingga mampu memperkuat posisinya sebagai model keuangan inklusif, serta mengidentifikasi tantangan dan strategi optimalisasi penerapannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif-kritis terhadap literatur akademik berupa jurnal, buku, dan laporan penelitian terkini yang relevan tentang multikulturalisme, ekonomi syariah, dan praktik BMT di masyarakat plural. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa BMT memiliki potensi menjadi model keuangan inklusif yang efektif melalui strategi peningkatan literasi keuangan syariah, penguatan regulasi yang mendukung, integrasi teknologi keuangan (fintech).

Abstract

Clusters are a way of classifying data which can later be used as information and processed using data mining methods with certain algorithms. From here the author wants to try to use data in the form of thesis titles or final assignments from students, which later can be grouped from these results. So that the existing data can be processed using a data mining method, namely Fuzzy K-Means (FKM).The data used in this study uses thesis data of students majoring in information technology. As a comparison, the data is also processed using K-Means, from the K-Means calculation, the average cluster is 1.014 and the DBI validity is 0.725. Meanwhile, for the calculation of Fuzzy K-Means, the cluster average is 0.069 and the DBI validity is 0.304

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has greatly influenced the commercial sector by enabling seamless online transactions through e-commerce platforms. Shopee emerges as one such platform that offers features like free shipping, attractive discounts, and online customer reviews, all of which have the potential to affect consumer purchasing decisions. The target is to test the impact of free shipping, discounts and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions on twin dating events on the Shopee platform. Employing a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design, the study targets consumers who have made purchases on Shopee and are part of the online shopping community in Bandar Lampung. This study employs a purposive sampling, which falls under the category of non-probability sampling, involving 100 respondents. SPSS 26 was used to analyze data collection through online questionnaires. This research shows the results that purchasing decisions at twin date events on the Shopee platform are each positively and partially influenced by the variables free shipping, discounts and online customer reviews. During a promotional event, purchasing decisions are positively influenced by these three variables when analyzed simultaneously.

Abstract

The growing digital technology has driven the rapid growth of E-Commerce applications, which is characterized by the number of similar applications available on the Google Play Store. This phenomenon has led to an increase in people's need for convenience in online shopping, as well as showing increasingly fierce competition in the digital marketplace. Reviews on E-Commerce applications in the Google Play Store often serve as a basis for users to decide whether to download an application. These reviews provide valuable insights, allowing users to assess whether the application is worth downloading. Shopee, one of the largest E-Commerce applications in Indonesia, currently has more than 15 million ratings and reviews on the Google Play Store. This study aims to compare the performance of the K-Means and K-Medoids algorithms in clustering numerical data from application reviews. Clustering was performed using the Clustering technique based on two numerical variables, namely score and thumbsupcount, to provide an initial overview of user opinion trends regarding the application. The dataset, consisting of 500 reviews, was collected from the Google Play Store in December 2024. The results Davies-Bouldin Index of the study indicate that K-Means outperforms K-Medoids, with a comparison score of 0.457 to 0.803.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of work motivation in mediating the influence of work environment leadership style and career development on ASN performance at the Situbondo Regency Education and Culture Office. By using the Partial Least Square (PLS) Structural equation model. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that leadership style has a positive but insignificant effect on work motivation, work environment has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, career development has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, leadership style has a positive but insignificant effect on ASN performance, work environment has a negative but insignificant effect on ASN performance, career development has a positive and significant effect on ASN performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on ASN performance, leadership style has a positive but insignificant effect on ASN performance through work motivation, work environment has a positive but insignificant effect on ASN performance through work motivation, career development has a positive and significant effect on ASN performance through work motivation.

Abstract

The development of teaching materials is an important ability that a teacher must have, so that learning is more effective efficient, and interesting for students. One of them is Nahwu as a type of Arabic language science that must be studied by students. The purpose of writing this paper is to reveal how the development of Nahwu teaching materials based on Mind Mapping for a teacher with the ADDIE model. The analysis used is a qualitative approach with a research and development mode. In the initial stage, a descriptive method was used to prepare library data and existing contextual conditions. In this study, the model used is the ADDIE model, a structured development concept consisting of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The researcher's analysis found the importance of developing mind map-based Nahwu teaching materials with the ADDIE model with an instructional model through 5 stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. With this ADDIE model, the ultimate goal is to make a product for the development of Nahwu teaching materials by the principles of truth and saheeh, usefulness, attracting students' interest, consistency, and the adequacy of the material developed. The author recommends the importance of developing teaching materials for a teacher professionally in attracting students' interest in learning, it is also necessary for academics to continue to develop teaching materials to produce a product that is beneficial for Arabic learners in particular.
