Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of cash management service quality and promotion on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable at PT BNI Senayan Jakarta Region. The research method used is quantitative research with data analysis techniques using SEM PLS. The results of the study indicate that the service quality variable has the highest average score in the aspect of the availability of modern banking equipment (3.99) and the lowest in the clarity of information provided to customers (3.86). In the promotion variable, the highest score is in the frequency of advertising promotions that are often carried out (4.18), while the lowest score is in the suitability of promotions to customer targets (4.03). For customer satisfaction, the highest score is found in the customer's desire to recommend the service (4.20) and the lowest in the aspect of bank services and facilities provided (4.10). Customer loyalty has the highest score in the customer's intention to recommend BNI cash management services to friends (4.29) and the lowest score in loyalty not to switch to other services (4.13). Data analysis shows that service quality and promotion have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. In addition, customer satisfaction is proven to be a mediating variable that strengthens the relationship between service quality and promotion with customer loyalty. These findings indicate that improving service quality and promotional effectiveness can increase customer satisfaction and loyalty towards BNI cash management services

Abstract

Introduction: Trichomonas vaginalis is a sexually transmitted protozoan known to contribute to adverse pregnancy outcomes, including low birth weight (LBW) and preterm birth. In Indonesia, where routine screening for this infection is limited, the relationship between T. vaginalis and neonatal health outcomes remains inadequately explored. Objective: This study aims to evaluate the correlation between PCR-confirmed T. vaginalis infection and neonatal outcomes, particularly birth weight and gestational maturity, among pregnant women presenting with pathological vaginal discharge. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted involving 167 pregnant women attending antenatal care. Sociodemographic and clinical data were recorded. Vaginal swabs were collected and analyzed using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) to detect T. vaginalis. Neonatal outcomes, including birth weight and gestational age, were assessed post-delivery. Bivariate analysis using Cramér’s V was performed to examine the strength of the association between infection status and outcomes. Results: Out of 167 participants, 85 (50.9%) tested positive for T. vaginalis. Most infected women were between 20–35 years old (76.5%), from low-income households (55.3%), and had only primary education (71.8%). Among PCR-positive mothers, 20% delivered low-birth-weight infants, compared to 4.9% in the PCR-negative group (Cramér's V = 0.210), indicating a moderate correlation. Preterm births occurred in 16.5% of PCR-positive cases, compared to 9.8% among those who were negative (Cramér's V = 0.082), suggesting a weak association. Conclusion: T. vaginalis infection during pregnancy is moderately associated with LBW and weakly associated with prematurity. These findings support the need for routine T. vaginalis screening during antenatal care to minimize neonatal complications related to untreated infections; however, given the cross-sectional design, causal inferences cannot be established."

Abstract

Tujuan riset ini dilakukan ialah untuk melakukan analisis dari dampak distribusi pendapatan, tingkat pengangguran, upah minimum, dan Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) selama periode 2014-2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menerapkan analisis regresi linear data panel. Proses pengujian dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak eViews. Hasil regresi data panel menunjukkan bahwa hanya tiga variabel yang memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap IPM, yaitu Gini Ratio, Upah Minimum, dan PDRB. Di sisi lain, variabel Distribusi Tingkat Pengangguran tidak ditemukan memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap IPM di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak profitabilitas, struktur modal, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan asuransi. Menggunakan data dari 14 perusahaan asuransi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2017-2022, jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian longitudinal atau time-series dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis data dilakukan dengan model pooling least square atau metode estimasi dasar dalam regresi data panel, dengan mempertimbangkan Common Effect Model (CEM), Fixed Effect Model (FEM), Chow Test, dan Hausman Test. Hasil analisis menggunakan Fixed Effect Model menunjukkan bahwa Return on Assets (ROA) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Price to Book Value (PBV) atau nilai perusahaan. Ini menandakan bahwa kinerja perusahaan dalam menghasilkan pengembalian atas aset berkontribusi positif terhadap ukuran aset perusahaan. Selanjutnya, Debt-to-Equity Ratio (DER) juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PBV, menunjukkan bahwa tingkat utang perusahaan, relatif terhadap ekuitasnya, memengaruhi ukuran aset perusahaan. Selain itu, Total Aset juga memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap PBV, mengindikasikan bahwa ukuran aset memberikan dasar yang solid bagi perusahaan untuk merancang strategi pertumbuhan dan peningkatan nilai, serta memenuhi harapan dan kepercayaan investor.

Abstract

Laser Cutting machine is a machine that uses a laser beam to cut or carve a particular material. This machine is aimed at small and medium enterprises (UKM) to produce creative products such as decoration, handicrafts, accessories and more. Previously it has been produced some machines that use lasers as cutting tools, but some of the table is very difficult to by UKM, because the price is expensive. In order to fulfill the needs of UKM for cheapest Laser Cutting machines, this research can be obtained Laser Cutting machine with the same function but with an affordable price. In the design process used Autodesk Inventor 2015 software as well as analysis of structural strength in this design. In the analysis process was done with 2 ways, with manual calculations and simulation using Autodesk Inventor 2015. Then from the calculation were results obtained voltage that occurs on the y-axis = 0.21 MPa on the x-axis 1.05 MPa then deflection that occurs on the y-axis = 1.67.10-3 and on the x-axis = 5.9 .10-2. Therefore, in this research is revealed a safe category of machine Laser Cutting machine.Keywords : Laser Cutting machine, stress, deformation

Abstract

Currently, the most common method of cutting steel is cutting with oxygen gas. Because the cutting method with manual cutting produces poor results and complicated processes. This plate cutting tool is made to facilitate the work especially in the field of construction. The used research method is based on the workprinciple of CNC 2 axis machine, because it is able to move in the direction of X and Y axis on the work plane, also has a hight accurancy and precision. This plate cutting tool use 3 Softwares, i.e Universal G-Code Sender as a controller, QCAD as a workpiece design and DXF2G-CODE as a code exporter. The manufacture ofmicrocontroller-based plate cutting tool results an easier plate cutting process, because the operator have to input the data according to the necessary only. From the X and Y axis movement and plate cutting velocity testing, the result data has equal magnitude between the program, simulation and actual condition.Key Words : Oxy-Cutting, Microcontroller, Arduino UNO.

Abstract

Volcanic ash consists of fine particles that are ejected into the atmosphere during an eruption of a volcano. The volcanic ash that will be tested in this study comes from the Aia Angek area of West Sumatra, which erupted in December 2023 to February 2024. The goal of this research was to assess the quantity of montmorillonite found in the volcanic ash originating from Marapi. In order to reach this objective, various examinations were conducted for characterization utilizing XRF, XRD, FTIR and SEM. The XRF data results show that the largest montmorillonite elements in volcanic ash are SiO2 dan Al2O3. The XRD test results show that there are 6 types of montmorillonite contained in Marapi volcanic ash, namely Chlorite-vermiculite-montmorillonite, Montmorillonite (Clay), Illite-Montmorillonite regular, Monmorillonite, Montmorillonite 15-A and Montmorillonite heated. The FTIR test results show that the peak band 3669-467/cm contains the chemical composition of montmorillonite. Based on the SEM test analysis, it shows the morphology of montmorillonite from Marapi volcanic ash with a particle size of 301,9 nm and a porosity size of 151,6 nm. Thus, based on the results of the five characterizations carried out, it is known that the Marapi volcanic ash does contain complex montmorillonite.

Abstract

One of the factors that determines the welfare of a country's people is the Human Development Index (HDI). The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of unemployment, inflation, foreign direct investment and net exports on the Human Development Index in Indonesia. The analysis method used is the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model. The data used is annual data for the 1990-2021 period obtained from the United Nations Development Program and the World Bank. The research results show that unemployment, inflation, foreign direct investment and net exports have a significant effect on HDI in the short term. In the long term, only the unemployment rate has a significant effect on HDI. Net exports have a positive influence on HDI while inflation has a negative impact on HDI in the short term. Current foreign direct investment and current unemployment rate have a positive effect on HDI in the short term. However, the influence of lag one to lag 3 of foreign direct investment  and the unemployment rate on HDI is negative.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to obtain a design and prototype of quadcopter’s frame, which be developed further as a quadcopter that capable of carrying payload of 1.5 kg with flight time of more than 20 minutes. The design begins with estimating the values of Maximum Take-Off Weight (MTOW), required thrust, propeller dimensions, and wheelbase dimensions of the quadcopter. The results show the MTOW of the quadcopter was 5 kg, with each motor requiring of 2.5 kg of thrust per arm. The wheelbase dimension was 790 mm, and the propeller diameter of 17 inches. A wheelbase dimension was utilized to develop three conceptual frame designs for the quadcopter. The three conceptual designs were selected using a decision matrix table. The selected design was calculated for its structural strength by applying a load of 2.5 kg on each motor mounting. The results show the maximum stress value of 21.17 MPa, the maximum deflection of 3.5 mm, and safety factor of 22.44. Then, the prototype of quadcopter’s frame was manufactured. Therefore, the producing of prototype was measured the mass and deflection. Based on the measurements conducted, the quadcopter frame has an actual mass of 595 grams and a maximum deflection of 3.7 mm. The actual deflection value and the actual mass are close to the deflection and mass obtained from the calculation.

Abstract

The problem of unemployment is one of the main and vital problems for all countries in the world. Indonesia is one of the developing countries that has a problem in the form of open unemployment. Open unemployment is unemployment caused by an increase in job vacancies that is lower than the addition of the existing workforce. The reason, more and more people are not getting a job.This research aims totest Economic Growth Economic Growth, Labor Force Participation Rate, Provincial Minimum Wage and Human Development Index of Unemployment Rates in districts or cities in East Java Province in studied. This research uses the Panel Regression model with a period of 5 years between 2017-2021.This research examines 38 provinces, consist of 29 kabupaten dan 9 kota in Jawa Timur. This research shows that the Economic Growth and Labor Force Participation Rate have a significant negative impact on Unemployment Rate in Jawa Timur years 2017-2021. However, the Rovincial Minimum Wage and Human Development Index variable has an significant positve impact on Unemployment Rate in Jawa Timur years 2017-2021.
