Abstract

Education equality for the Indonesian people still needs to be improved; for example, in Indramayu, the average length of schooling for the community has only reached 6.52 years (2021) and 6.83 years (2022), still below the 12-year compulsory education program. One way of equitable distribution of education through digitisation of the Education module still needs to be solved, especially related to uneven internet access facilities and the high price of internet quota. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out this activity so that a system that contains digital learning modules can be produced without using internet quota. This activity aims to digitise learning modules that can be accessed without internet quota to accelerate education equity for Pabean Udik Village Indramayu school students. Activities are carried out by designing a system consisting of hardware, web-based applications and learning module content, both K-13 modules and Virtual laboratories. The result obtained is the availability of a system that contains learning module content and virtual laboratories that can be accessed without internet quota using smartphones, tablets and computers. This system is expected to be a solution for equitable development, especially for students in Indramayu, to increase students' knowledge even though the average school time is still below national standards. This system can also be implemented in other regions to accelerate education equity in Indonesia.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini dirancang untuk memberikan pelatihan praktisOptimasi Google Bisnisku bagi pelaku umkm anggota komunitas Tangan Diatas (TDA) Jakarta Timuragar bisa bangkit dalam menghadapi pandemi Covid-19. Kegiatan ini dilakukan secara online diikuti25 peserta anggota komunitas TDA Jakarta Timur menggunakan aplikasi video conference zoom.Metode pelatihan ini meliputi penyampaian materi, demo optimasi akun google bisnisku dan diakhiridengan tanya jawab. Hasil dari kegiatan ini para peserta sudah bisa membuat akun google bisniskusendiri dan para peserta sudah bisa melakukan optimasi google bisnisku secara sederhana supaya bisadimanfaatkan untuk usahanya masing-masing.  Kata Kunci: Google bisnisku, Komunitas TDA Jakarta Timur, Optimasi.

Abstract

Color in a product, both in the form of food products and products other than food, is one thing that makes consumers interested and as a consideration for use or choice. In serving food color as if it will be a must for producers. The dapart staining process is carried out synthetically using chemicals or using natural materials. The use of synthetic dyes has an influence on health and the environment. This makes it an excuse for manufacturers to return to nature by using natural dyes. In the surrounding environment derived from plants, there are many sources of natural dyes both carotenoids, anthocyanin, betalain and chlorophyll. By using the process of exploring plants to produce natural dyes. This natural dye can be applied to food products, and has the ability to maintain health, prevent and minimize the occurrence of several diseases such as diabetes mellitus, hypercholesterolemia, cancer and so on. Therefore, the concept of returning to natural dyes derived from plants so as to maintain health as well as environmental pollution.

Abstract

ABSTRAKIndonesia merupakan Negara kepulauan yang terdiri dari ribuan pulau. Kondisi geografis tersebut membuat layanan internet di Indonesia belum sepenuhnya merata. Tercatat, pengguna internet area perkotaan, antara desa dan kota, serta pedesaan berturut sebesar 72,41%, 49,5%, dan 48,3%. Berikut komposisi dari pengguna internet di Indonesia: pulau Jawa, Sumatera, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Bali-Nusa Tenggara, dan Maluku-Papua masing-masing sebesar 58,1%, 19%, 8%, 6,7%, 5,6%, dan 2,5%. Guna mengatasi masalah ini, beberapa upaya telah dilakukan untuk menyamakan akses internet di Indonesia, dan salah satu upaya yang ditawarkan adalah Project Loon. Project Loon merupakan teknologi komunikasi berdasarkan High Altitude Platform (HAPs). Penelitian terkait pengujian kelayakan Project Loon dilakukan menggunakan studi literatur Kemudian digunakan metode Alogritma Fuzzy Topsis untuk mengukur Ekuensi Pathloss, Bandwith Fuzzy, Utilitas Frekuensi, sehingga diperoleh matrik keputusan dan matrik pembobotan yang menunjukkan frekuensi terbaik yang dapat digunakan adalah frekuensi 700 MHz dengan nilai 0.58307. frekuensi ini dipilih secara otomatis berdasarkan kriteria jarak, bandwidth, dan aplikasi-aplikasi yang berjalan pada frekuensi tersebut.Kata Kunci: Project Loon, HAPs, Algoritma Fuzzy Topsis ABSTRACTIndonesia is an archipelago consisting of many islands. This geographical condition makes internet services in Indonesia not yet evenly distributed. Noted, internet users in urban areas, between villages and cities, as well as rural areas amounted to 72.41%, 49.5%, and 48.3%. The following is the composition of internet users in Indonesia: Java, Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Bali-Nusa Tenggara, and Maluku-Papua, respectively 58.1%, 19%, 8%, 6.7%, 5.6% and 2.5%. To overcome this problem, several attempts have been made to equalize internet access in Indonesia, and one of the efforts offered is Project Loon. Project Loon is a communication technology based on High Altitude Platform (HAPs). Research related to Project Loon eligibility testing was conducted using literature studies. Then we use the Alogritma Fuzzy Topsis method to measure Pathloss Equity, Fuzzy Bandwidth, Frequency Utility, the required matrix and the weighting matrix used are 700 MHz frequencies with a value of 0.58307. Abstract

Tingginya konsumsi daging sapi di Indonesia membuat kebutuhan daging sapi di Indonesia selalu naik secara signifikan setiap tahun. Hal ini berbanding terbalik dengan produksi daging sapi di Indonesia yang menyebabkan impor dan harga daging sapi terus melonjak naik. Keadaan ini membuat pedagang daging sapi melakukan kecurangan mencampur daging sapi segar dengan tidak segar. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, dibutuhkan suatu sistem untuk mengklasifikasi dan mendeteksi kesegaran daging sapi sesuai karakteristik yang dimilikinya. Salah satu metode deep learning yang banyak digunakan saat ini yaitu Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). Pada CNN, citra diolah menjadi sebuah model yang mampu mengklasifikasikan kelas pada kesegaran daging sapi. Model klasifikasi terbaik pada penelitian ini yaitu akurasi sebesar 100% pada data latih dan data uji, nilai loss sebesar 0,0233 dengan learning rate, epoch dan optimizer ADAM untuk meningkatkan tingkat akurasi pada model. Implementasi model pada mobile apps berbasis Android yang dapat digunakan untuk mendeteksi tingkat kesegaran daging sapi.

Abstract

Human mortality rates in the healthcare sector are often attributed to delayed detection of critical health conditions. Vital signs, encompassing metrics like heart rate, blood oxygen levels, and body temperature, play a pivotal role in assessing one's health status and guiding medical interventions. Nevertheless, prevailing vital sign monitoring techniques have limitations, including mobility constraints and reliance on bulky, costly equipment. To address these challenges and enhance physicians' monitoring capabilities, technology-enabled remote sensor readings via the internet are indispensable. However, according to Kominfo, some healthcare facilities, notably in Indonesia, lack internet access, with 3,126 out of 10,133 hospitals and health centers reported as lacking it as of October 2020. To bridge this connectivity gap and enable remote patient monitoring even in internet-deficient settings, this paper presents the design of an Internet of Things (IoT)-based health monitoring bracelet. This innovative bracelet facilitates remote tracking of heart rate, blood oxygen levels, and body temperature. Notably, it can transmit sensor data to a designated website, even in the absence of internet connectivity. Users can conveniently access their measurement data through an intuitive and user-friendly website interface, making this solution a promising tool for enhancing healthcare monitoring, particularly in resource-constrained environments

Abstract

Terkait dengan kesehatan masyarakat, Kementrian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia mencanangkan sebuah gerakan yang memasyarakatkan budaya hidup sehat serta meninggalkan kebiasaan dan perilaku masyarakat yang kurang sehat. Namun, promosi kesehatan dan pencegahan penyakit yang telah ada kurang dapat berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat. Dengan dasar inilah kami Fakultas Teknik UPNVJ bekerjasama dengan SD Tunas Mandiri bermaksud mengadakan pemberdayaan pemanfaatan pekarangan sekolah untuk tanaman sayur dan buah, menanamkan kesadaran peduli sampah dengan Teknik komposter guna membentuk kesadaran cinta lingkungan. Diharapkan dengan adanya pemberdayaan masyarakat berupa GERMAS, dapat meningkatkan wawasan akan lingkungan bagi siswa, orang tua dan komite SD Tunas Mandiri akan mengerti cara pengelolaan sampah berbasiskan komposter, meningkatkan kemandirian dan perekenomian masyarakat, dan yang paling utama adalah meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan dan kesadaran siswa sejak dini. Target luaran dari program ini berupa produk pengolahan sampah dengan komposter dan pemanfaatan lahan SD Tunas Mandiri untuk dijadikan wahana pemberlajaran untuk anak – anak budidaya di pekarangan sekolah agar bisa dijadikan pembelajaran buat siswa dan bisa dikelola sekolah.Kata Kunci: GERMAS, pekarangan sekolah, sampah, Komposter

Abstract

Banyaknya waktu kosong serta kurangnya keterampilan yang dimiliki oleh ibu rumah tangga, mengakibatkan kurangnya produktifitas yang dimiliki oleh ibu-ibu tersebut. Peningkatan produktifitas ibu rumah tangga dapat dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan pembuatan kerajinan tangan yang berbahan dasar kain flannel. Tujuan dari kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan masyarakat dalam menunjang perekonomian keluarga sebagai Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM). Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini yakni metode ceramah, demontrasi langsung dipraktekkan oleh peserta, serta tanya jawab. Demontrasi digunakan untuk memberikan keterampilan langsung mengenai proses pembuatan kreasi produk fungsional yang berbahan baku kain flannel1, peralatan yang diperlukan serta bahan digunakan dalam pembuatan produk dari kain flanel. Target luaran dari program ini berupa produk kerajinan dari flanel berupa gantungan kunci, pernak pernik dan tempat tisu dari kain flanel. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa Ibu-ibu sangat antusias dan semangat dalam mengikuti pelatihan, sehingga adanya peningkatan keterampilan yang dimiliki oleh ibu rumah tangga untuk mengisi waktu kosong dengan cara yang bermanfaat.

Abstract

PT X is one of the companies in the manufacturing industry engaged in the automotive sector. In carrying out the production process, PT X sometimes has problems, namely there is often a mismatch in the number of spare parts sent with the number of spare parts written on the purchase order (PO). The production delay occurred due to a shortage of manpower and an uneven workload in production activities at PT X. For this reason, it is necessary to measure the workload as a basis for calculating the workforce needs. In this study, researchers used the full time equivalent (FTE) method. After calculating with this method, it is known that the workload in the coated spare parts production line is not balanced among 10 operators who work, where 3 operators with high workloads or overload, 5 operators with normal workloads, and 2 operators with low workloads or underload. The results of the calculation show that the workload has a negative effect on operator performance. The proposed improvement is by adding 2 operators and mutating horizontally, the results obtained are an optimal workforce of 12 people, with workloads in the normal and low (underload) categories.
