Abstract

This study presents the design and implementation of a smart shopping trolley system based on Internet of Things (IoT) technology, aimed at improving retail efficiency and customer control. The system integrates an ESP32 microcontroller, RFID reader, LCD display, keypad, and buzzer to monitor total purchases in real time and alert users when a predefined budget is exceeded. Through a design and development methodology, the prototype was tested using 25 products and 10 scenarios. Results showed 100% accuracy in item detection and instant budget alert response. This research addresses a key gap in previous smart trolley systems by incorporating dynamic budget control and user-defined notifications. The system offers strong potential for further integration into real retail environments and serves as a foundation for future smart retail innovations.

Abstract

Perumahan D’East Townhouse Cimanggis merupakan perumahan yang sedang dalam tahap pembangunan. Penulis berencana merancang jaringan Fiber To The Home (FTTH) menggunakan teknologi GPON. Parameter yang diterapkan untuk menguji kelayakan adalah Power Budget untuk memastikan kualitas transmisi data dari daya yang dikirim penyedia layanan ke rumah pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas akseptabilitas berbagai desain splitter (1:4, 1:8, 1:16, 1:32) dengan menganalisis nilai yang dihitung secara manual dan pengukuran simulasi desain. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak OptiSystem yang mencakup jarak OLT hingga ONT mulai dari jarak terdekat hingga terjauh, termasuk jarak menengah. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengidentifikasi desain splitter yang menunjukkan tingkat kualitas penerimaan tertinggi. Nilai yang didapatkan melalui perhitungan dan simulasi mendapatkan hasil yang hampir sama dan tidak memiliki selisih perbedaan yang besar. Dari hasil analisis nilai power budget menunjukkan bahwa perancangan dengan ODP splitter 1:4 dengan nilai -21.718 dBm perhitungan, -21.711 dBm simulasi, memiliki kualitas daya terima yang paling baik dibanding splitter 1:8, 1:16, 1:32 dan layak untuk diimplementasikan

Abstract

The high growth of e-commerce produces transaction data on a massive scale can be used as a marketing strategy by companies. One of strategy is a recommendation system that is used to predict interesting product information based on the characteristics of each user. However, recommendation systems generally use explicit feedback as a value of user interest in a product which creates a data limitation problem (cold-start) because only based on transaction data that has been rated by the user. Another solution could be using implicit feedback to avoid cold-start problems based on the number of user transactions for stores and product categories. In this study, the algorithm used is Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) to find similarities between one user and another based on the feedback value. The results of the model show good performance with score RMSE ± 0,865 and MAE ± 0,508.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Cooperative Learning The motive of the shibori tie-dye technique in the PKK Group of Parung Confused Village, Rangkapan Jaya Baru Village, Pancoran Mas District, Depok with this learning model which aims to be able to grow the hardness of the community so that it is able to carry out small business activities for the community, especially PKK mothers and youth groups of coral cadets so that it becomes a group of people who have not been productive into productive communities. The Partnership Program was carried out with 20 PKK members and 10 young women members of Karang Taruna Kampung Parung Confused. The training given starts from folding techniques to get designs and motifs, harmonious coloring techniques so that there are various variations. Natural coloring techniques by exploring plants to get color. The form of learning with the concept of students learning and working by forming small groups or groups consisting of 4 to 6 participants collaboratively and heterogeneously. With the coorperative learning system, it is expected to foster moivation and organize dynamic group work so that the partnership program can meet its goals. ABSTRAK Cooperative Learning Motif teknik tie-dye shibori pada Kelompok PKK Kampung Parung Bingung Kelurahan Rangkapan Jaya Baru Kecamatan Pancoran Mas Depok dengan model pembelajaran ini yang bertujuan untuk dapat menumbuhkan daya kerasi masyrakat sehingga mampu untuk melakukan kegiatan usaha kecil bagi masyrakat terutama ibu-ibu PKK dan kelompok remaja karang taruna sehingga menjadi kelompok masyarkat yang belum produktif menjadi masyarkat yang produktif. Program Kemitraan dilaksanakan dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 20 anggota PKK dan 10 orang remaja putri anggota Karang Taruna Kampung Parung Bingung. Pelathan yang diberikan mulai dari Teknik pelipatan untuk mendaptakan desain dan motif, Teknik pewarnaan yang harmonis sehingga didaptakan variasi beragam. Teknik pewarnaan alami dengan mengekplorasi tumbuh-tumbuhan untuk mendpatkan warna. Bentuk pembelajaran dengan konsep peserta didik belajar dan bekerja dengan membentuk kelompok kecil atau group terdiri dari 4 sampai 6 peserta secara kolaboratif dan bersifat heterogen. Dengan system pembelajaran coorperative learning diharapkan dapat menumbuhkan moivasi dan berorganisasi kerja kelompok yang dinamis sehingga program kemitraan dapat memenuhi tujuannya.

Abstract

LPG gas leaks and unmonitored kitchen environmental conditions can trigger fires and endanger health. This study developed an Internet of Things (IoT)-based kitchen monitoring system to detect Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) leaks and environmental conditions in real-time. The system uses an MQ-2 sensor as an LPG gas detector, a DHT11 sensor for temperature and humidity, an MQ-135 for air quality, and an LDR for light intensity integrated with an ESP32 microcontroller and the Firebase Realtime Database. Sensor data is sent in real-time via a Wi-Fi network and displayed on an Android application with warning notifications. Performance evaluation was carried out by measuring the delay in data transmission from the sensor to the application in household kitchen conditions. Test results showed an average delay in the range of 0.24–0.36 seconds, which still meets the needs of an early warning system. This system is considered effective in improving the safety of LPG-based kitchens through real-time monitoring and fast notifications.
