Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of servant leadership and organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. In this study, the research method used was a quantitative research method and the type of research used in this study was associative research. The place of research is the object of a study. This research will be carried out at PT. Bank SUMUT Medan head office on jl. Imam Bonjol No. 18 Medan. The population of this study is the employees of PT. Bank SUMUT Medan Head Office consists of 17 divisions, namely 471 people. The sample used in this study was the slovin sample, with 81 samples taken. The data analysis technique used in this study is SEM-PLS analysis, as for the results of this study, there is an influence of Servant Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at PT. Bank Sumut Branch Medan Medan. There is an influence of Organizational Culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at PT. Bank Sumut Branch of Medan There is an influence of job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior employee work at PT. Bank Sumut Branch of Medan. Organizational Citizenship Behavior. In this study Servant Leadership influences Organizational Citizenship Behavior which is mediated by satisfaction at PT. Bank Sumut Branch of Medan Medan in this study Organizational Culture influences Organizational Citizenship Behavior mediated by satisfaction with PT. Bank Sumut Branch Medan.

Abstract

Human resources are important things that must be maintained in a company's organization. The research approach uses an associative approach: looking at the relationship between one variable and another. The sample in this study amounted to 158 respondents, those who were employees of Islamic banking in the city of Medan. Data analysis techniques use SEM Lisrel 8.80 and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results of the research show that there is a direct effect of spirituality in the workplace, organizational change, and work ability on organizational commitment. There is a direct influence of spirituality in the workplace, organizational change, and work ability on the Islamic work ethic, as well as an indirect effect of spirituality in the workplace, organizational change, and work ability on organizational commitment mediated by the Islamic work ethic of employees in Islamic banking in the city of Medan, as well as the existence of a spirituality-based human resource hierarchy model that can be applied to Islamic banking in the city of Medan to be able to realize what is the goal of Islamic banking and to avoid irregularities in the process of achieving the intended goals.

Abstract

Purpose– This research aims to understand the mediating role of Customer Engagement in the relationship between digital marketing strategies and Food Quality on the level of consumer satisfaction and purchasing decisions in the Medan City culinary industry.Methodology– This study combines quantitative data analysis and consumer surveys to identify the influence of digital marketing strategies and food quality on consumer behaviour, particularly regarding satisfaction and purchasing decisions. The sample used in this research was 250 culinary consumers in Medan City, and the data analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling Part Least Square.Findings– The results of this research will provide valuable insight for culinary business owners and marketers in understanding the factors that influence consumer preferences in Medan City.Originality/Novelty– The findings from the research can help culinary business owners develop marketing strategies and improve food quality to meet customer expectations, thereby increasing customer attraction and satisfaction in buying culinary products.Implications–Contribute to a deeper understanding of the complex interactions between digital marketing strategies, food quality, and consumer behaviour in the Medan City culinary industry context.

Abstract

This service activity aims to increase the basicity of youth and increase creativity in protecting the environment. The method of implementing youth service activities to form characters who care about the surrounding environment and support the field of creativity in Tebing Tanjung Selamat Village, Kec. Tualang Field. The program requires physical and mental readiness, as well as knowledge and skill readiness. With this service activity, the relationship between higher education institutions as a source of knowledge and the community is getting better so that handling in various fields of development will be integrated.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengalisis pengaruh likuiditas terhadap profitabilitas dengan ukuran perusahaan sebagai variabel moderasi (studi kasus pada perusahaan kosmetik dan peralataan rumah tangga yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia), baik itu secara langsung mampun secara tidak langsung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik Analisis Regresi Liniear Berganda, Uji parsial (t), dan analisis Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan Ada pengaruh antara Current ratio terhadap Return on asset yang ditunjukan pada thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (7,363 > 2,048) dan mempunyai angka signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Tidak ada pengaruh Current Ratio terhadap return on asset melalui ukuran perusahaan sebagai variabel moderasi yang ditunjukkan pada thitung lebih kecil dari ttabel (1,290 < 2,048) dan mempunyai angka signifikan sebesar 0,209 > 0,05. Nilai R-Square sebesar 60,4 % hal ini berarti bahwa 60,4% variasi nilai Current Ratio dalam mepengaruhi Return on Asset dengan ukuran perusahaan sebagai variabel moderasi. Sisanya 39,6% adalah dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini seperti struktur aktiva dan pertumbuhan penjualan, total asset turnover dan lain sebagainya.
