Abstract

Tujuan_Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa besar Pengaruh Kompetensi dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Metode/Desain_Metode yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan pendekatan asosiatif untuk melihat hubungan atau pengaruh variabel yang satu dengan variabel lainnya. Temuan_Kompetensi secara parsial kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara simultan kompetensi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Khusus Medan, Nilai koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh R Square sebesar 0,790 atau 79 %, sisanya 21% dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini, misalnya motivasi, kompensasi, kepuasan kerja, budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja dan variabel lainnya. Abstract

The research was conducted to see how the level of influence of training and work ethics on employee performance. This research uses quantitative methods and associative approaches. The associative approach is used to see the influence between two or more variables, in this study the total population was 50 respondents, the sample was a saturated sample, namely the entire population of 50 respondents. The data analysis technique is using multiple linear regression. The tool to analyze the data is by using SPSS 22. The results of this study partially show that training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, partially positive and significant work ethic has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously training and work ethics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP2B Sumbagut.Keywords: Training, Work Ethic, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of Workplace Spirituality, Islamic Work Ethics on Organizational Commitment. This type of research is quantitative that uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to 138 respondents who were employees of Islamic Banking in Medan City. Data analysis techniques used SPSS 24 with multiple linear regression. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify Perceived Supervisor Support, Quality of Work Life on the performance of Account Officers with Perceived Organizational Support mediation. Data were collected from account officers of Islamic banking in North Sumatra as many as 385 respondents. The data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling with SmartPLS. The results showed that Perceived Supervisor Support, Perceived Organizational Support affect performance, Quality of Work Life has no effect on performance and Perceived Organizational Support, Perceived Supervisor Support has an effect on Perceived Organizational Support, Perceived Organizational Support is an intervening variable between the influence of Perceived Supervisor Support on performance, and Perceived Organizational Support is not an intervening variable between the effect of Quality of Work Life on Account Officer performance. This study contributes to a greater understanding of the mediating role of perceived Perceived Organizational Support on the relationship between Perceived Supervisor Support, Quality of Work Life. Originality This research explores the mediation of Perceived Organizational Support between Perceived Supervisor Support and, Quality of Work Life on Performance, and Perceived Supervisor Support and Perceived Organizational Support are important antecedents in improving Account Officer performance.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang paling mendasar disetiap daerah yaitu tata kelola sampah. Sampah merupakan suatu hal yang tidak bisa dipisahkan dari kehidupan kita. Sampah apabila dikelola dengan baik ,maka akan memberikan nilai ekonomis bagi masyarakat sekitar. Pengabdian Masyarakat dilakukan di Desa Amplas Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat yaitu mengamati atau melakukan survey langsung terhadap permasalahan yang ada di lingkungan masyarakat, menyusun program perencanaan yang nantinya bisa diaplikasikan di masyarakat, melakukan sosialisasi program, mengedukasi serta menumbuh kembangkan jiwa wirausaha dikalangan masyarakat setempat. Peran serta Pemerintah, akademisi senantiasa diperlukan agar mengubah kebiasaan masyarakat yang tidak baik terhadap sampah agar dapat diperbaiki. Sampah tidak selamanya merupakan suatu barang yang kusam, tidak bernilai. Sampah dapat diolah dan dimanfaatkan menjadi suatu produk yang bernilai ekonomis. Ketika semua lapisan masyarakat sadar akan sampah, kedepan tentunya tidak akan ada lagi masyarakat membuang sampah sembarangan misalnya ke sungai, tempat umum yang bisa berdampak terhadap terjadinya banjir, bau tidak sedap dan lain sebagainya. Menjaga lingkungan tetap asri merupakan tanggungjawab kita bersama.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and partially analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee job satisfaction at PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Medan branch, to partially determine the effect of work stress on employee job satisfaction at PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Medan branch and to find out and analyze simultaneously the influence of organizational culture and work stress on employee job satisfaction at PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Medan branch. The population in this study was all employees of PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Medan branch which has a total of 35 people, where the sempel collection uses the entire population because of the relatively small population of 35 respondents. The data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires and interviews. The analytical techniques used in this study are classical assumptions, multiple regression, hypothesy tests, and coefficients of determination. Based on the results of the Organizational Culture research, it has a partial significant and positive effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Medan branch. Work stress partially has a significant and positive effect on the job satisfaction of PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Medan branch. Organizational culture and work stress simultaneously affect the job satisfaction of PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Medan branch.

Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to produce a model for improving the quality of graduates and the competitiveness of private tertiary institutions based on spiritual capital by paying attention to and utilizing their spiritual capitalMethodology - This research was only conducted at the 15 best private universities in North Sumatra. The sample size for SEM using the Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE) estimation model is 100-200 samples. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis method used in this study is factor analysis and the Structural Equation Modeling method using SEM-PLS softwareFindings - The results of the study show that there is a significant influence from Leadership and Good University Governance on Graduate Quality. There is a significant influence of Leadership and Good University Governance on Competitiveness. There is a significant influence of Leadership on Graduate Quality moderated by Spiritual Capital and there is a significant influence of the moderating effect of Spiritual Capital on the relationship between Good University Governance and Competitiveness.Originality/Novelty - The research model uses five (5) variables and applies the concept of mediation, where each relationship in the research model is analyzed with SEM-PLS.Implications - This study has shown that Spiritual Capital has a moderating effect on the influence. of Leadership and Good University Governance on Competitiveness. Starting from the results of this study, the recommendation for further research is to try to analyze or use the Spiritual Capital variable as an independent variable, not as a moderating variable.

Abstract

This paper is part of a research paper that aims to analyze articles objectively using bibliometrics to uncover human resource management studies that focus on proactive personalities in banking in Indonesia while exploring future research trends. Scopus was selected as the database to identify comprehensive field studies. In total, 1500 articles were taken for bibliometric analysis. In order to facilitate bibliometric analysis, VosViewer software is used to visualize and analyze the information obtained. Research findings based on this paper have proven that research opportunities are still open in the future to conduct studies on proactive personality, while other researchers have not studied proactive personality in Islamic banking.Islamic banking.

Abstract

The development and empowerment of the potential possessed by each village or area must continue to be carried out in an effort to improve the welfare of the existing community. Existing potential must be maximized, not left alone. The need for assistance is not only in terms of the manufacturing process, but also the process of making attractive packaging and where the target market is going. Bangun Purba Village is located in Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. This village has potential that needs to be developed in an effort to introduce the MSME products they produce. Community improvement and empowerment is our shared responsibility, not only the government has a role. The method used in this community empowerment uses observation (Observation), training and mentoring, packaging making, promotion and marketing strategies, evaluation of sales results. An increase in the production and sales of cassava chips in Bangun Purba Village, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra, improves the welfare of the local community, this increase is marked by the increasing number of production results which previously were 500 packs per day to 800 packs per day. The marketing method uses whatsapp, facebook, stalls to stalls and uses resellers (resellers). The existence of a good packaging design increases the sales of cassava chips in Bangun Purba Village, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. The formation of a reliable entrepreneur must be fostered from an early age. Academics can assist the community in the development or management of existing resources in the community in order to improve the welfare of the community itself.
