Abstract

Non hemorrhagic stroke is blocked by a blood clot or narrowing of an artery that leads to the brain, possibly also impaired oxygen transfer, resulting in decreased cerebral perfusion. When ROM was done exercise, it can show changes in oxygen saturation. The Purpose of this research to know influence of passive ROM towards changes of oxygen saturation in non hemorrhagic stroke patients in the Sandat Room of RSUD Buleleng. The research design was pre-experiment with one group pre-post test design with 22 respondents selected by using purposive sampling technique with inclusion criteria and sample exclusion. Data collection was done through oxygen saturation change observation sheet. This research used parametric with paired dependet t-test with significant level p = 0,05. The result shows that oxygen saturation change prior to Range Of Motion (ROM) was given by passive oxygen saturation value 90,64% and after passive ROM treatment of oxygen saturation change to 96,09%. Parametric test result using paired dependent t-test obtained p= value pre and post (0,000) p value (0,05), meaning H0 rejected and Ha accepted. So can be conclude that there is influence of passive Range Of Motion (ROM) towards changes of oxygen saturation in non hemorrhagic stroke patients in the Sandat Room of RSUD Buleleng.

Abstract

Cervical cancer is a silent killer for a woman. Most women infected with cervical cancer are known or come to health services after entering an advanced stage. This study goal was to analyze the risk factors for cervical cancer at Kertha Usada Public Hospital. The research method uses quantitative research with a case control approach. The independent variables of the study were characteristics (mother's age, age of marriage, education, occupation, parity), history of contraceptive use, length of use of contraception. While the dependent variable is the incidence of cervical cancer. The research data uses secondary data from 2020-2022 and is collected using data extract sheets. After the data was collected, it was analyzed using univariate, bivariate using chi square and multivariate using logistic regression. The results of the study found that the risk factor for cervical cancer was young marriage (AOR: 4.9, 95% CI 2.04-11.8). Then history of use of hormonal contraception (AOR: 3.01, 95% 1.3-6.9). In conclusion, there are 2 risk factors for cervical cancer at Kertha Usada General Hospital, namely young age of marriage and use of hormonal contraception.

Abstract

This study aims to explain nursing care by providing music therapy for acute pain nursing problems in leukemia patients. The method used is to analyze the nursing care that has been provided, namely music therapy to treat pain in leukemia patients. The results of the study showed that there was a decrease in pain levels in leukemia patients before and after the music therapy intervention was given. The music the patient listens to helps the patient feel relaxed and calm, so that after listening to music he can calm himself down and forget for a moment the pain or pain the patient is experiencing. In conclusion, even though music does not affect the disease itself, this therapy makes patients forget about the condition and pain by focusing on breathing and the music they listen to, even if only for a moment. Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of nursing care using group activity therapy for patients with hallucinations. This research method uses a descriptive research design in the form of a case study that identifies a nursing care problem for patients with mental disorders, such as auditory hallucinations. The intervention results were based on the diagnosis, including building a relationship of mutual trust and SP2 to SP3. An additional intervention was given, namely the TAK Stimulation of Perception (Self Care Deficit) activity, which was carried out for two sessions. In conclusion, the difference in the ability to control hallucinations before giving group activity therapy compared to after giving group activity therapy is in the form of a continuous accumulation of increasing previous knowledge.
