Abstract

Herbal plants have long been a part of traditional medical practices in various cultures, including in Madurese traditional medicine. One crucial component in the preparation of traditional medicine is Simplisia Fructus. Accurate knowledge of Simplisia Fructus is often a challenge, especially for those unfamiliar with it, as recognizing the various forms of Simplisia Fructus can be difficult due to its numerous types. The utilization of artificial intelligence technology, such as Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), can be a solution to assist in identifying and introducing types of Simplisia Fructus. This research employs transfer learning tested on a small-scale dataset. The dataset comprises six classes: Piperis Nigri Fructus (Black Pepper), Piperis Albi Fructus (White Pepper), Cumini Fructus (Cumin), Amomi Fructus (Cardamom), Tamarindus Indica Fructus Piper Retrofractum Fructus (Javanese Chili), Capsici Frutescentis Fructus (Bird's Eye Chili). The total dataset for all classes is 979. Dataset preprocessing involves dividing it into three parts: 80% for training, 10% for validation, and 10% for testing. Model evaluation using a confusion matrix yielded an accuracy rate of 97%. Additionally, web system testing using blackbox testing resulted in a 99.17% rating in the "Highly Acceptable" category. The system implementation follows the software development life cycle (SDLC), specifically the waterfall model for software development and web coding using the Flask framework. The outcome of this research is a web-based application capable of recognizing types of Simplisia Fructus within the category of Madurese traditional medicine

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keamanan jaringan komputer  SMK Negeri 1 Blega dengan menerapkan access control list (ACL). Menambah kompleksitas   Keamanan dunia maya memerlukan perlindungan jaringan komputer yang kuat. ACL adalah mekanisme keamanan  yang memungkinkan Anda mengatur dan membatasi lalu lintas  yang masuk dan keluar dari jaringan Anda. Penelitian  ini dilakukan dalam tahap percobaan yang meliputi  pengujian keamanan jaringan awal, implementasi langkah-langkah keamanan yang diusulkan,  dan pengujian jaringan internal router. Pengujian telah memungkinkan kami untuk menutup celah keamanan  dan membatasi akses tidak sah ke server   dari PC klien Lab Komputer. Akses  perangkat Wi-Fi ke server juga berhasil dibatasi kecuali  PC Admin Lab Komputer, yang diizinkan  mengakses  server. Penerapan ACL kini dapat secara efektif meningkatkan keamanan jaringan. Ini juga menyediakan pemantauan rutin dan evaluasi harian terhadap aturan ACL dan rekomendasi untuk mengintegrasikan fitur keamanan tambahan  untuk terus menjaga keamanan jaringan Anda. Hasil penelitian ini akan memberikan kontribusi positif dalam mengatasi tantangan keamanan di era digital yang semakin kompleks.

Abstract

Jaringan komputer terdiri dari dua atau lebih perangkat komputasi yang saling berhubungan atau terhubung dan digunakan untuk sumber data yang berbeda.. SMK Negeri 3 Bangkalan  selama ini tekah memiliki rangkaian jaringan LAN  yang sudah dan telah menerapkan sistem teknologi komputer pada beberapa aktivitas di  lingkungan sekolah, sehingga  kondisi jaringan komputer yang ada di sekolah tersebut dalam kondisi baik, cepat dan aman namun seiring berjalannya waktu rangkaian jaringan LAN yang terbentuk dengan mulai mengalami gangguan pada kabel koneksi jaringan, SMKN 3 Bangkalan  yang mungkin mengalami masalah pada kinerja jaringan karena komputer. Metode top-down banyak digunakan untuk pengembangan jaringan, dan metode top-down itu sendiri adalah metode untuk membangun jaringan area lokal di mana setiap unit dibangun pada waktu yang sama. Hasil analisis perbandingan PING pada IP awal dengan IP tujuan diketahui dalam kondisi jaringan existing mendapatkan nilai waktu PING 1072 ms dan average 52. 48 ms untuk TTL yang didapatkan dengan nilai waktu 28421 ms dan average 1561.86 ms, sedangkan pada kondisi jaringan yang diusulkan mendapatkan nilai waktu PING 59 ms dan average 2.7776 ms untuk TTL yang didapatkan dengan nilai waktu 27741 ms dan average 1566.67 ms, dapat disimpulkan pada kondisi jaringan yang di usulkan untuk nilai  waktu PING  lebih baik dari kondisi existing. Dengan menggunakan metode ini, diharapkan dapat membuat jaringan baru dengan fungsionalitas yang lebih baik.Kata kunci: Jaringan Komputer, SMKN 3 Bangkalan , Top Down

Abstract

The development of digital technology presents both opportunities and challenges for parents in assisting early childhood. A lack of understanding about the correct and safe use of digital media often exposes children to inappropriate content and lacks optimal guidance. This study aims to improve parents' understanding of the function of digital parenting, how to provide guidance, and the wise use of digital media for early childhood. The research method used a descriptive qualitative approach. The research subjects consisted of parents of students at Pembina Pejagan State Kindergarten, selected through purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used technical triangulation. The results of the study indicate that parents' understanding of digital guidance has increased, based on participatory observation and input from participants. Parents increasingly understand the importance of limiting screen time, selecting educational applications, and active communication when children use digital devices. This activity shows that direct education through socialization and guidance successfully improves parents' digital literacy. A practical workshop as a follow-up program is recommended so that parents' skills can continue to develop and be consistently applied within the family environment

Abstract

Preeclampsia is a pregnancy abnormality that develops after 20 weeks of pregnancy characterized by hypertension and proteinuria.  The purpose of this research was to predict the risk of preeclampsia level in pregnant women during pregnancy process using Neural Network and Deep Learning algorithm, and compare the result of both algorithm. There are 17 parameters that taken from 1077 patient data in Haji General Hospital Surabaya and two hospitals in Makassar start on December 12th 2017 until February 12th 2018. We use particle swarm optimization (PSO) as the feature selection algorithm. This experiment shows that PSO can reduce the number of attributes from 17 to 7 attributes. Using LOO validation on the original data show that the result of Deep Learning has the accuracy of 95.12% and it give faster execution time by using the reduced dataset (eight-speed quicker than the original data performance). Beside that the accuracy of Deep Learning increased 0.56% become 95.68%. Generally, PSO gave the excellent result in the significantly lowering sum attribute as long as keep and improve method and precision although lowering computational period. Deep Learning enables end-to-end framework, and only need input and output without require for tweaking the attributes or features and does not require a long time and complex systems and understanding of the deep data on computing.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to implement and evaluate the integration of the Cowrie honeypot model with a Suricata-based Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) as a proactive security solution for school wireless networks. Design/methods/approach – The research method includes a literature review, needs analysis, security topology design, system implementation, and testing using port scanning and SSH brute force attack scenarios. The Cowrie honeypot is utilized to detect and log attack activities, while Suricata functions as an IPS to perform automatic real-time blocking. Findings – The results show that without a security system, both detection and blocking rates were 0%. After implementing Cowrie, the detection rate increased to 100%, although no blocking capability was present. The integration of Cowrie and Suricata IPS achieved 100% detection and 100% blocking rates for port scanning attacks (10 test packets) with an average response time of 0.8 seconds. In the SSH brute force test, the system successfully blocked attacks after 5 out of 10 login attempts, with an average response time of 0.9 seconds. Research implications/limitations – The evaluation was conducted under controlled experimental conditions using a limited number of attack simulations (10 scanning packets and 10 brute force attempts). Therefore, the results may not fully represent performance in large-scale or real-world network environments. Future studies should involve more extensive testing with diverse attack patterns and higher traffic volumes. Originality/value – This study contributes a practical integration of honeypot and IPS technologies to enhance wireless network security in school environments, providing a proactive and automated approach to both detect and mitigate cyberattacks in real time.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat menuntut dunia pendidikan untuk beradaptasi melalui pemanfaatan media pembelajaran digital yang interaktif dan kontekstual. Namun, pembelajaran di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) masih cenderung berpusat pada guru dan menggunakan bahan ajar konvensional yang kurang mampu menumbuhkan keterampilan berpikir kritis, kolaboratif, serta kreativitas siswa. Kondisi tersebut berdampak pada rendahnya motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa, khususnya dalam Materi TKJ yang menuntut kemampuan konseptual dan praktikal. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan e-modul berbasis Project Based Learning (PjBL) sebagai solusi inovatif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa SMK. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE, yang meliputi tahap analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-modul berbasis PjBL memperoleh kategori valid dengan rata-rata validasi ahli media sebesar 95% dan ahli materi sebesar 92,5%. Uji efektivitas menggunakan analisis N-Gain menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar dengan skor 0,670 (67%) pada kelas eksperimen yang dikategorikan cukup efektif, dibandingkan kelas kontrol dengan skor 0,279 (27,9%) yang dikategorikan tidak efektif. Dengan demikian, e-modul berbasis Project Based Learning dinyatakan layak dan efektif sebagai media pembelajaran inovatif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar serta keterampilan abad ke-21 siswa pada Materi TKJ di SMK.
