Abstract

This research aims to determine the quality of public services in the Makbalim sub-district office, Mayamuk district. At the same time, this research can also provide benefits as a solution that can improve the quality of public services. The type of research used is qualitative research. The data source used is secondary data. The number of informants was 4 people. Data collection was carried out using observation techniques. The results of this research indicate that the quality of public services at the Makbalim Electric Mayamuk sub-district office is of poor quality when viewed from several indicators of the main dimensions of the quality of public services according to Parasuraman (2012): only in the physical appearance (tangible) dimension such as office facilities which are still lacking. adequate.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the form of multicultural attitude of PGSD students of the State University of Surabaya through the application of the Multicultural Education Model based on Value Inquiry. This research uses the Classroom Action Research (PTK) approach which is carried out in two cycles. The research data was obtained from a multicultural attitude with data sources (subjects) of 40 PGSD UNESA students  in the Even Semester (IV) of the 2024/2025 Academic Year in the Elementary Social Studies Dimension Development course. The main instrument used was a multicultural attitude observation sheet. The data analysis used is descriptive, quantitative and qualitative, namely presenting numbers and then describing them. The results showed an increase in the average score from 14,575 (72,875%) in cycle I to 16,075 (80,375%) in cycle II. In addition, classical completeness also increased from 72.5% to 92.5%. All indicators experienced an increase in scores, with the highest indicators on the aspects of empathy and social justice. The conclusion of this study shows that the Multicultural Education Model based on Value Inquiry is  effective in shaping the multicultural attitude of PGSD Unesa  students as a whole, through a dialogical, reflective, and value-based learning process.

Abstract

School administration is a process of cooperating with existing resources. Transformational leadership is a leader who has a vision and mission for the future and influences the people he leads to make rapid changes. This study aims to describe transformational leadership in managing school administration at MAS Mathla'ul Anwar Pontianak. The form of research is qualitative with a qualitative descriptive approach. Methods of data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis process implements the Miles and Huberman model, namely data analysis is carried out sequentially starting with data reduction, data exposure, and verification or conclusions. Data validity checking techniques use triangulation and member checks. The findings in this study (1) Charismatic style influences madrasa residents in managing school administration. (2) Inspirational style is capable of directing teachers and administrative staff to achieve common goals. (3) The style of attention makes the madrasa a place for self-actualization. (4) The style of intellectual stimulus encourages madrasa residents to think critically and creatively. The conclusions of this study (1) Charismatic style is able to direct madrasa residents. (2) Inspirational style is able to inspire madrasa residents. (3) The individual attention style of the leadership gives individual attention to the madrasah members. (4) The intellectual stimulus style is able to stimulate madrasa residents in managing school administration.

Abstract

Writing negotiation texts is a creative process that aims to create a piece of writing that presents an exchange of opinions between two or more parties with the aim of reaching an agreement. Negotiation texts often involve a bargaining process to find a mutually beneficial solution. The aim of writing this classroom action research is to describe steps to improve students' abilities in writing negotiation texts in class X IIS B MA Khulafaur Rasyidin Kubu Raya through the Discovery learning learning model. The research results show that the use of the Discovery Learning model has a more positive change impact, namely it can improve student learning outcomes in writing negotiation texts. The increase in student learning completeness in cycle I was 10 students or 31.25% who completed. Furthermore, in cycle II, very satisfying results were obtained, namely 30 students or 93.75% managed to get the expected grades because they reached or even exceeded the KKM 77. Thus, the conclusion of this research is that there is an increase in student learning outcomes in writing negotiation texts. by applying the Discovery Learning learning model to class X IIS B MAS Khulafaur Rasyidin Kubu Raya students.

Abstract

The types of research analyzed and reviewed in this study are quantitative research, and classroom action research. The data collection technique in this literature study research uses the documentation method. This study aims to describe the results of the analysis and study of the Effect of Active Knowledge Sharing (AKS) Learning Strategy on Communication Skills and Learning Outcomes of Elementary School Students. Based on the results of this literature study research, it can be concluded that the use of the Active Knowledge Sharing (AKS) Learning Strategy on Communication Skills and student learning outcomes can provide a positive response from students in the form of increasing student activeness both physically and psychologically which in turn can improve student learning outcomes or the Active Knowledge Sharing (AKS) Learning Strategy has an effect on Communication Skills and student learning outcomes. This can be proven from various kinds of trial results on the use of Active Knowledge Sharing (AKS) Learning strategies carried out at the elementary school level through various types of research. Both quantitative research. This shows that the use of the Active Knowledge Sharing (AKS) Learning Strategy which has the characteristics of active students in learning activities ultimately affects student learning outcomes because this strategy can create an active student learning atmosphere and can improve learning achievement. For example, by making a study schedule and carried out with discipline, reading or taking notes, and concentration.
