Abstract

Badminton is a sport that uses a racket tool  as a bat and shuttlecock as a bat and the slop itself is a container for placing  a shuttlecock  with a length of 37 cm. Badminton is a sport that the majority of many enthusiasts. And began to emerge associations of badminton players who were then trained by coaches to then make a profession or their own expertise. In general, shuttlecocks are  removed manually and do not know whether the contents of the slop are exhausted or still filled. Therefore,  automatic shuttlecock  storage devices can make it easier for coaches to provide training to students who are in the association of badminton players. This tool can store  shuttlecocks and remove shuttlecocks automatically which are stored in a dislop containing 12 seeds, the microcontroller used is Arduino Uno, the servo motor is used  to remove the shuttlecock that has a dislop and if the  shuttlecock is not filled then the Servo Motor does not run or open to remove the   shuttlecock  so that the slop must be replenished, then the HC-SR04 Sensor above the slop functions as a device that detects whether  the shuttlecock is still there, then there is the  ISD1820 Sensor which functions as an alarm to notify by voice that  the shuttlecock is up and time to refill, then a tripod as the foundation for  this automatic shuttlecock  storage device. The result of this research test is that 12 shuttlecock seeds  were successful. Abstract

The braking system for motor vehicles is very important which serves to slow down speed. So that the braking system is one that must be considered for driving safety. There are two types of braking systems on motorcycles based on the mechanism, namely braking using discs and drums. One of the causes of road accidents is because the brakes overheat so that failure of the braking system results in brake failure. Therefore, this research is about the design of temperature and speed monitoring on motorcycle brake discs based on google sheets. Which uses MLX90614 sensor as a temperature sensor and E18-D80NK sensor as a speed sensor and NodeMCU ESP8266 as a microcontroller. Both sensors are programmed to provide information so that the brake temperature does not overheat and turn on the buzzer when the temperature and speed reach / exceed predetermined values. The buzzer will turn on when the temperature on the disc brakes reaches ?65°C and when the speed reaches 120rpm.

Abstract

A set of physical symptoms that usually appear a few days to a week before menstruation and disappear after menstruation is known as Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS). Of the 10 young women involved in the research, 8 (80%) of them had experienced premenstrual syndrome, according to survey data conducted in Larangan Village, Sidoarjo. This high incidence rate shows that premenstrual syndrome is still a health problem for young women in this village. The aim of this research is to get an idea of what young women know about premenstrual syndrome and how to treat it. This research used a descriptive survey method involving all young women (15 people) in Larangan Village RT 15/RW 04. The variables observed included knowledge about premenstrual syndrome and the treatment used. To collect data, Google Form was used to distribute questionnaires online. The results showed that the majority (53.3%) of young women had sufficient knowledge about premenstrual syndrome. In addition, most of them (73.3%) carried out treatment when experiencing premenstrual syndrome, and more adolescent girls who underwent treatment (83.3%) showed less knowledge, while more adolescent girls who did not undergo treatment (37 .7%) indicates sufficient knowledge. These results indicate that efforts need to be made to increase adolescent girls' understanding of premenstrual syndrome and how to treat it to reduce the negative effects of incorrect treatment practices. Abstract

The increasing demand for electricity requires PT. XYZ to provide a sufficient, reliable, safe, high-quality, and efficient source of electrical energy. In serving customers, especially those in the Medium Voltage (MV) category, good protective equipment is needed. However, conventional protective equipment often tends to be large, requires ample land space, and installation is time-consuming. This research covers variables such as contact resistance measurement, PMT (Power Circuit Breaker) synchronism testing, and insulation resistance measurement. Using the Research and Development (R&D) method, the results of maintenance on the 20 kV PMT at PMCB KPI P. Sidomulyo, Buduran Subdistrict, revealed that the contact resistance measurement values for phases R, S, and T were below 100 µΩ, indicating good contact resistance. PMT synchronism testing produced time difference values that were within the permissible standard limits. The time difference when opening (open) was 0.7 ms, while when closing (close), it was 1.05 ms. Insulation resistance measurements showed values that met the standards, which were above 20 MΩ. Based on the research results, PMCB KPI P. Sidomulyo, Buduran Subdistrict, can still be considered suitable for use. With good protective equipment and measurements that meet the standards, the use of 20 kV PMT can remain efficient and safe for consumers.
