Abstract

This research aims to develop and test a Telegram-based monitoring and overload warning system for three-phase motors, utilizing the PZEM-004T sensor and ESP8266 WiFi microcontroller, which is able to measure electrical parameters such as current, voltage, and power in real-time. The method used is a quantitative approach with an experimental method, where this system provides automatic notifications via the Telegram application in the event of an overload with a current limit of 20A, and is able to automatically cut off electricity to prevent more serious damage. Given the risk of overload that can cause production damage and costly downtime to the industry, the results show the effectiveness of the system in recording data and detecting overload conditions, although there are power measurement discrepancies that indicate the need for further calibration. Recommendations from this research include developments to improve measurement accuracy, standardization of procedures, and integration with relevant industry standards, as well as additional trials with different load variations to validate the system's performance in various scenarios.

Abstract

In the last three years the crime rate of theft has increased, to reduce crime this form of theft can be overcome by making a home security system using ESP32-CAM, the system made aims to conduct surveillance that can be seen again the results of images that have been taken by ESP32-CAM, then stored on the SD Card and send notifications to social media. This research uses the R&D (Research &; Development) method or research, and development is a systematic study process to develop and validate products to be used in education. Products developed / produced include training materials for teachers, teaching materials, learning media, questions, and management systems in learning. The result of the implementation of a security system is the stage where the system that has been designed explains the creation of a system in accordance with previous analysis and design. After the implementation stage is carried out, a system test is needed to prove that the application can run properly. The test results that have been done using the android application and Sdcard run well, the PIR sensor can only detect objects as far as 4 meters. With this system, it is expected to be able to provide protection and security for homes, property, and residents. On the other hand, this approach also creates a chance to dig deeper into technology development using ESP32-CAM as an effective and efficient solution to tackle rising crime.

Abstract

Objective: A clean, tidy classroom with adequate lighting and a cool, stable temperature will encourage students to focus and feel comfortable during the learning process. Room temperatures that are too hot or too cold can disrupt concentration, cause drowsiness, and even cause physical discomfort, which ultimately reduces learning effectiveness. Managing room temperature through good ventilation or optimal use of air conditioning is important. Additionally, a pleasant classroom environment—characterized by positive teacher-student relationships, the use of interactive learning methods, and a supportive emotional atmosphere—is essential. Method: The Waterfall Method is one of the linear and sequential methods used in system or project development. This method includes the initial observation and coordination stage, scheduling of AC cleaning activities, AC cleaning implementation, counseling and education, monitoring and evaluation, which must be completed before proceeding to the next stage, like a waterfall. Results: The classroom AC cleaning program has proven to have a positive impact on air quality and the comfort of the teaching and learning process. Comprehensive AC unit cleaning successfully reduced dust and dirt that could potentially harm the health of students and teachers. Novelty: Observations and questionnaires showed an increase in learning comfort and awareness of the importance of regular AC maintenance. The educational activities conducted also successfully fostered knowledge and awareness among teachers, staff, and students about the importance of maintaining a clean learning environment. This program is expected to serve as the first step in establishing a culture of regular school facility maintenance as a preventive measure to safeguard the health of school community members.

Abstract

As industrial technology continues to advance, the demand for efficient and automated motor control systems is increasing. Three-phase induction motors are widely used due to their durability and efficiency. However, controlling their speed remains a challenge, especially in small-scale applications without expensive systems. Therefore, a precise, affordable, and easy-to-implement motor control solution is needed. This study discusses the implementation of a three-phase induction motor speed control system using the LS G100 inverter and LS XBM-DR16S PLC through the Modbus RTU RS-485 communication protocol. The system is designed without additional expansion boards to simplify the circuit and reduce costs. The methodology used is an engineering and experimental approach, focusing on the measurement of motor electrical parameters such as actual speed (RPM), frequency, voltage, and current. Test results show that the system is capable of precisely controlling motor speed, with an average RPM accuracy of 99.6%, voltage accuracy of 97.2%, and current accuracy of 91.1%. The system has proven to be reliable and efficient for small to medium-scale industrial automation applications and facilitates real-time troubleshooting and monitoring through integrated data communication.

Abstract

In the elementary school curriculum know 2013 revision 2017 now the process of teaching and learning is based on themes, namely a teaching and learning process that has teaching materials related to the problem, and local needs that are used as themes or titles in the learning process in study groups. As a leading Islamic school SD Muhammadiyah 8 Tulangan Sidoarjo in every teaching and learning process teachers are required to always associate all teaching material with the Qur'an. The problem is that the support of open tools that can quickly find references to verses of the Qur'an related to a particular theme does not yet exist, so that the teaching and learning process becomes ineffective. To overcome this problem the author provides a program solution. This program will provide solutions that are expected to solve partner problems. The main method used is to use a tool in the form of a web-based thematic application, which is an application that can find references to Ayat Al-Qur'an related to a particular theme. In this application, users simply enter the theme to be discussed, the reference letters and verses and their meanings will appear. With this application, it is expected that teachers can quickly find references to each theme in each teaching material while making time efficiency.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPerilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat sangat dibutuhkan pada siswa di sekolah agar terhindar dari berbagai penyakit. Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat salah satunya adalah Cuci Tangan dengan sabun dan air bersih, memilih jajanan yang sehat di sekolah, untuk mendukung hal tersebut perlu kerjasama yang baik antara pihak sekolah,orang tua juga siswa dan lingkungan sekitar sekolah. TK dan MI Assasul Huda, Kepuh Kemiri Tulangan, Sidoarjo berada di lingkungan pedesaan pingiran Desa, dekat dengan perkebunan sayur, sehingga siswa berpeluang besar untuk melaksanakan perilaku hidup bersih dan jajan sehat di sekolah tapi kenyataannya justru terbalik jajan di luar kantin sekolah, dengan resiko jajanan tidak terkontrol sekolah dan bisa mengancam kesehatan anak. Belum tersedianya tempat cuci tangan dan penyediaan air bersih di sekolah. Jajanan sehat bagi anak perlu diperkenalkan pada siswa juga wali murid sehingga ada kesinambungan kontrol yang baik antara pihak seolah dan wali murid. Maka , perlu diadakan Komunikasi, Edukasi dan Penyuluhan baik kepada siswa maupun wali murid. Dalam wadah parenting yang diadakan oleh TK dan MI Assasul Huda, Kepuh Kemiri Tulangan, Sidoarjo Sidoarjo bekerjasama dengan Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. Komunikasi, Edukasi dan Penyuluhan yang diadakan pihak sekolah bekerjasama dengan Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo diharapkan terwujud perilaku Hidup Bersih dan sehat bagi siswa/siswi TK dan MI Assasul Huda, Kepuh Kemiri Tulangan, Sidoarjo dan kesadaran bagi siswa dalam menerapkan hidup Bersih dan Sehat (Cuci tangan paka sabun, pengunaan air bersih, jajanan sehat) sehingga terbentuk generasi sehat dan cerdas.Kata Kunci: perilaku bersih; sehat Community Service Implementation of PHBS in SchoolsABSTRACTClean and healthy behavior is needed for students in school to avoid various diseases. Healthy snacks for children need to be introduced to students as well as guardians of students so that there is continuity of good control between parties as well as guardians of students. In the parenting container held by TK and MI Assasul Huda, Kepuh Kemiri Tulangan, Sidoarjo Sidoarjo in collaboration with Muhammadiyah University, Sidoarjo. Abstract

Bertambahnya usia seseorang akan berpeluang besar terjadi penurunan fungsi sistem tubuh maka perlu deteksi awal atau screening untuk mendeteksi sejak awal kelainan yang terjadi sehingga penanganan lanjutan segera diberikan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mrndeteksi secara dini resiko tekanan darah tinggi dan juga resiko kenaikan gula dalam darah pada kelompok usia ≥40 tahun agar dapat melakukan tindakan pencegahan dan penangganan sehinga kejadian Diabetus melitus bisa dicegah dan dikendalikan. Metode kegiatan diawali dengan skreening faktor resiko pada kelompok lansia di griya lansia sidoarjo, dilanjutkan penyuluhan kesehatan serta pendampingan. Hasil menunjukkan 70 % responden berisiko sedang sampai tinggi menderita DM dan tekanan darah tinggi, Faktor yang berhubungan dengan faktor risiko adalah pola makan , aktivitas dan latihan fidik serta riwayat menderita hiertensi dan DM. Kesimpulannya Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini memotivasi sebagian besar responden melakukan perilaku hidup sehat terutama pola makan yang banyak konsumsi sayur dan buah dari pada karbohidrat dan gula, aktifitas fisik berupa jalan pagi selama 30-40 menit.

Abstract

This research aims to design an Internet of Things (IoT)-based monitoring system capable of monitoring the gas and temperature in a biogas digester to improve the operational efficiency of a biogas-fueled stove. The system utilizes a DS18B20 sensor to ensure the fermentation temperature remains optimal and an MQ-4 sensor to detect methane levels. The data collected by the sensors is processed using an ESP32 microcontroller and displayed directly through the Blynk application. This technology is designed to improve stove performance and biogas production and maximize its use as an environmentally friendly renewable energy. Test results show that the system is effective in monitoring parameter changes with a high degree of accuracy, enabling a more optimized fermentation process and efficient use of biogas. The system provides real-time information regarding digester condition and stove performance, thus supporting the improvement of biogas-based energy efficiency. In addition, this technology contributes to the development of sustainable solutions that benefit both households and the industrial sector.

Abstract

Optimal vehicle security is an important aspect in preventing theft and protecting vehicles. This research focuses on designing and developing an ESP8266-based car lock and monitoring system that can be controlled wirelessly. This system allows users to lock and unlock cars and monitor vehicle conditions through a mobile application or web interface. The ESP8266 module acts as the main controller connected to sensors to detect changes in key status and vehicle conditions. In addition, the system is designed to send real-time notifications to users if suspicious activity is detected. The test results show that this system can operate stably and responsively, thus providing an effective and accessible security solution for vehicle owners.

Abstract

Pests plague farmers both during planting and after harvest. One of the pests that most often causes crops to fail during harvest time is rats. These pests usually attack communities of tens to thousands of people, causing a lot of losses. Since rat pests attack close to harvest, farmers usually drive rats out of the fields. This research method uses the R&D method. This research aims to assist farmers in repelling rat pests to get good quality rice. The test that will be used is a partial test. Where, partial tests that will be carried out on sensor parts are sensor movement tests, LoRa data transmission tests and LoRa distance measurement tests. The LoRa-based rat repellent system uses a combination of sensors and ultrasonic frequency transmitters to detect and repel rats. With LoRa (Long Range) technology, the system can send and receive data remotely with little power, which enables real-time monitoring and control of devices over a wireless network. Test results show that the system can function optimally under various environmental conditions, has a wide communication range, and responds quickly to pests. This shows that the integration of LoRa in the rat repellent system can improve pest control more efficiently and environmentally friendly than conventional methods.
