Abstract

Pekerjaan bagi individu harus dimiliki dan sesuai dengan keahlian, dimana permasalahan utama dalam beberapa tahun di Indonesia pengangguran yang meningkat. Hadirnya moda transporttasi online berupa Gojek seolah membawa angina sorga bagi para pengangguran dari berbagai usia dan jenjang pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari hubungan dan pengaruh atas sefl-efficacy dan disiplin kerja terhadap capaian pendapatan ojek online. Capaia pendapatan harus mempunyai kesetaraan dengan pendapatan para pekerja di wilayahnya. Dimana akhir-akhir ini bahwa tukang ojek distigma merupakan pekerjaan yang diangap remeh temeh. Kekuatan atas pengendalian diri dari berbagai tekanan kerja sebagai ojek online maka para driver bagaimana mereka dapat memanjakan dirinya dalam kerja namun tidak terlepas menaati aturan mitra. Dengan metode kuantitatif pada penelitian survey dengan mengambil objek pada Kecamatan Cikampek Kawarang sebagai di beberapa pangkalan. Dengan menyebarkan kuesioner pada skala likert pada responden yang di temui secara kebetulan. Data dinyatakan valid dan reliabel dengan kontribusi pada dua variabel independent terhadap variabel dependent positif rendah, dan berpengaruh signifikan.

Abstract

Technological developments make information grow rapidly among the public. On the one hand, this can educate, but on the other hand, it can be detrimental if people are not selective in responding to this information. Since the beginning, the issue and at the same time the reality of an easy job, namely being a motorbike taxi driver with online facilities, has been phenomenal. Until now, Gojek claims to have 200 thousand drivers throughout Indonesia. In Surabaya alone, there are almost 20,000 motorbike taxi drivers. The objectives of the research include (1) To find out the strategy for managing online motorcycle taxi applications on family welfare, (2) To find out how online motorcycle taxi income is sufficient for family welfare, (3) To find out how much influence managing online motorcycle taxi applications and income has on family welfare. This research will be built with an experimental research design using a descriptive quantitative approach, with survey research methods. Data collection techniques using interviews from the total population of online motorcycle taxi drivers at the Mega Bekasi Hypermall base, numbering 30 – 40 motorcycle taxi drivers. The results of the discussion are that the strategy for managing online motorcycle taxi applications can increase the income of online transportation drivers by having a good rating, so that drivers get more customers or passengers, this will be directly proportional to the income earned by the driver. The strategy of managing online motorcycle taxi income can improve the welfare of online transportation drivers by bringing their own provisions for motorcycle taxi drivers. By looking at the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that managing the application well and managing online motorcycle taxi income can improve family welfare.

Abstract

Pemilihan tempat belanja menjadi bagian yang sangat penting bagi masyarakat dalam memutuskan pembelian untuk memenuhi kebutuhan keluarganya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah pilihan tempat belanja berpengaruh terhadap kebutuhan keluarga. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan menerapkan penelitian survei, terhadap 100 warga pada 2 RT di Setu, Cipayung Jakarta Timur dengan menggunakan software statistic SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa pilihan tempat belanja berpengaruh terhadap kebutuhan keluarga. Penghasilan menjadi tolak ukur bagi masyarakat dalam memilih tempat belanja.

Abstract

Indonesia is a developing country that has very high growth in productive forces. The aim of this research is to discuss the concept of the presence of job providers as a hope for productive people. Gojek is one of the providers providing employment opportunities with various conveniences. Productive people can earn wages/income by working as application-based Gojek drivers. By managing income effectively and efficiently, needs will met as a concept for the welfare of the family. Using quantitative correlational research methods with questionnaire-based data collection techniques with primary data results. Using a linkage scale of 1-5 distributed to 33 respondents. Nonprobability sampling technique incidental sampling is a technique for determining samples based on chance, anyone who accidentally met by the researcher is declared to representative as a respondent. The conclusion of the data processing results is that all statements declared valid and reliable. The data declared normal and does not occur heteroscedasticity, has a strong positive relationship with the influence of two significant variables on the decision to accept the alternative hypothesis and reject the initial hypothesis. It recommended that Gojek drivers must work hard in order to provide for the welfare of their families

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the description of educators' dedication to the quality of education through use of teaching factories as a way to close the competency gap required by the industrial sector to study at private Islamic vocational schools in Bekasi Regency. The research method used a qualitative descriptive with three-stream analysis of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions from the results of observations and in-depth interviews with participants including school principals and teachers as heads of the teaching factory program and the Bekasi District Education Office as supervisors of the implementation of the teaching factory program. A tree diagram used to explain the structured flow of the results of observations and in-depth interviews. The findings showed that the dedication of teaching staff at the Bekasi Regency Islamic Private Vocational School in achieving the learning quality of the teaching factory program was still very low. Where it is necessary to encourage school principals and related agencies to be able to innovate learning facilities that are relevant to the industrial world at the same level. Encouragement of compensation and opportunities at the next level of education. Efforts to encourage the teaching factory program to emphasize the importance of learning facilities in schools as a means of industrial practice in the classroom. Other efforts include the rights and obligations in building teacher dedication to achieve competent.

Abstract

control oneself as an employee and high work discipline in the Jababeka Cikarang area, which is one of the promising areas and provides various types of work that they can have and contribute to earning a monthly income, is the aim of this research. Quantitative method of survey study with employee respondents who work in the Jababeka Cikarang area whose population not yet known, the accidental sampling technique is a technique for determining samples based on chance, by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. By analyzing the data, we look for the influence and relationship between the magnitude of the contribution of the two independent variables to the dependent. The results of the validity and reliability test of the instrument were declare valid and reliable, all data were normal and there was no heteroscedasticity. Self-efficacy and work discipline on employee monthly income achievements in the Jababeka Cikarang area have a moderate relationship and have a significant positive effect.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya kinerja pegawai dalam mendukung keberhasilan organisasi publik, khususnya pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Tegal. Hasil observasi awal menunjukkan masih adanya permasalahan lingkungan kerja seperti penataan ruang, kebisingan layanan publik, dan keterbatasan fasilitas, serta penurunan motivasi kerja pegawai yang berpotensi memengaruhi kinerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) menggunakan SmartPLS 4. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner terhadap pegawai dengan pengukuran skala Likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan koefisien jalur sebesar 0,653 dan effect size besar, sedangkan motivasi kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan koefisien jalur sebesar 0,209 dan effect size kecil–sedang. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R-square) sebesar 0,611 menunjukkan bahwa 61,1% variasi kinerja pegawai dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel tersebut. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa perbaikan lingkungan kerja yang didukung penguatan motivasi kerja merupakan langkah strategis dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pada instansi publik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari hubungan dan pengaruh atas sefl-efficacy dan disiplin kerja terhadap capaian pendapatan ojek online. Dengan metode kuantitatif pada penelitian survey dengan mengambil objek Pangkalan Living Plaza Cikarang Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui observasi awal, wawancara sederhana, dan kuesioner yang diisi oleh responden. Responden memberikan penilaian mereka menggunakan skala Likert 1-4. Instrumen penelitian telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya pada variabel independen dan dependen. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari Mitra Ojek Online di Cikarang Utara, Bekasi, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara accidental sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi berganda untuk mengevaluasi hubungan sebab-akibat antar variabel dan menguji hipotesis, serta mengukur kontribusi variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa self-efficacy dan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap capaian pendapatan para pengemudi Ojek online di pangkalan Cikarang Utara Living Plaza, Kabupaten Bekasi. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa self-efficacy dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,280 berhubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap capaian pendapatan, di mana peningkatan self-efficacy di antara para pengemudi akan meningkatkan pendapatan mereka. Disiplin kerja juga ditemukan memiliki dampak yang signifikan dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,635, menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan disiplin kerja dapat mendorong peningkatan pendapatan. Secara simultan, uji F-hitung sebesar 15.556 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 (<0,05) mengkonfirmasi bahwa self-efficacy dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap capaian pendapatan. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan pada kedua aspek ini akan berdampak positif pada kesejahteraan ekonomi para pengemudi Ojek online di wilayah tersebut.

Abstract

Abstract Conflict is a mismatch between two or more members or groups (in an organization or company) that must share limited resources or work activities and/or because of the fact that they have different status, goals, values, or perceptions. Conflicts can occur anywhere, including in a company, conflict occurs because each party or one party feels disadvantaged. Conflicts can have negative consequences but can also have positive consequences. This research was conducted in a company, namely in PT YKT Gear Indonesia, the purpose of this study was to determine the extent of conflict can affect PT YKT Gear Indonesia's employees, whether the influence of conflict can reduce the performance of PT YKT Gear Indonesia's employees or can improve PT YKT Gear employee performance Indonesia. From the results of this study it can be concluded that based on the results of a simple regression analysis, conflict has a positive influence on employee performance that is equal to 0.344. This means that a one-point increase in Conflict will result in an increase in Employee Performance at PT YKT Gear Indonesia of 0.344 and vice versa, if there is a one-point decrease in Conflict, it will be followed by a decrease in Employee Performance of 0.344 at PT YKT Gear Indonesia. While based on the results of a simple correlation analysis the effect of conflict on performance is moderate positive because the resulting r value is 0.434. Based on the coefficient of determination it can be concluded that conflict has a contribution of 18.81% to the performance of PT YKT Gear Indonesia employees, the remaining 81.91% is influenced by other factors.
