Abstract

Peran sekolah dan orang tua sangat penting membentuk karakter peserta didik meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa, namun kenyataannya sampai saat ini peran sekolah dan orang tua belum baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan (1) Pengaruh pendidikan karakter terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, (2) Pengaruh kondisi ekonomi orang tua terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, (3) Pengaruh pendidikan karakter dan kondisi ekonomi orang tua terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMP Negeri 4 Satap Liukang Tangaya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Desain penelitian Eksplanatori. Instrumen penelitian (variabel terikat) pendidikan karakter (X1) kondisi ekonomi orang tua (X2) dan (variabel terikat) prestasi belajar (Y). Populasi penelitian siswa SMP Negeri 4 Satap Liukang Tangaya. Sampel sebanyak 22 orang. Prosedur pengumpulan data kuesioner, dokumentasi, observasi. Prosedur analisis data menggunakan analisis kuantitatif, statistik. Hasil penelitian ini yakni (1) Pendidikan karakter memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap meningkatnya prestasi belajar siswa, (2) Kondisi ekonomi orang tua tidak berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Secara simultan, (3) Pendidikan karakter dan kondisi ekonomi orang tua secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi peningkatan prestasi belajar peserta didik namun tidak signifikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengatahui pengaruh lingkungan sekolah terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa di sekolah dasar. Jenis penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah penelitian deskripsi kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian yakni siswa kelas 1 sampai kelas 6 berjumlah 289 orang. Sampel penelitian mengunakan (purpovise sampling) sehingga yang terpilih adalah siswa kelas 6 sebanyak 47 orang. Hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa (1) Lingkungan sekolah berada pada nilai tertinggi sebesar 84 % dan nilai terendah sebesar 76 %, (2) Pembentukan karakter siswa berada pada nilai tertinggi sebesar 88% dan nilai terendah sebesar 81 %. Kasimpulanya bahwa lingkungan sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa. Oleh karena itu, sangat dibutuhkan peran aktif guru maupun orang tua dalam mencapainya.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the objectives of 1) to determine the effect of labor on production in the industrial sector in Sidenreng Rappang Regency; 2) to determine the effect of private investment on production in the industrial sector in Sidenreng Rappang Regency; 3) to determine the effect of government investment on production in the industrial sector in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. This research was carried out in Sidenreng Rappang Regency, starting from November 2021 to January 2022. Data collection was carried out at the Regional Financial Management Agency Office, the Sidenreng Rappang Regency Trade Office, the internet, and various agencies refining research data. The data used in this study is secondary data, namely data on the number of workers, private investment, and government investment. As well as data on the amount of production in the industrial sector within ten years (2012 - 2021) is analyzed and processed by the multiple linear regression method, using the SPSS version 22 program. The results of this study indicate that: (1) labor has a positive and significant influence on production in the industrial sector; (2) private investment has a positive and significant impact on production in the industrial sector; (3) government investment has a positive and significant impact on production in the industrial sector. This shows that production activities in the industrial sector in Sidenreng Rappang Regency rely on labor, private investment, and government investment to continue to increase production capacity.

Abstract

Tata kelola administrasi sekolah telah mengalami kemajuan dan mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Namun, penggunakan Kurikulum Merdeka masih belum optimal. Hal ini menjadi Permasalahan yang dialami mitra pada SD Inpres Tamanyeleng Gowa yaitu belum maksimalnya sosialisasi terkait penerapan Kurikulum merdeka khususnya penggunaan model-model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan IKM (Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka). Hasil PkM menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam menggunakan model- model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kurikulum merdeka. Hal ini menjadikan pembelajaran di dalam kelas lebih bermakna sebab siswa dapat belajar sesuai dengan kesiapan. Minat dan profil peserta didik itu sendiri. Luaran yang terwujud dari kegiatan ini adalah: Peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru dalam menggunakan model pembelajaran yang menarik sesuai dengan materi yang diajarkan

Abstract

This study aimed to examine emotional intelligence significantly influence students’ economic learning achievement and stimulatingly examine the effect of intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence on student’s economic learning achievement in SMA Negeri 1 Soppeng. Afterward, this study included as descriptive quantitative study. Population the study was all students of SMA Negeri 1 Soppeng which is 955 students. 90 students were chosen as sample, using simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques used questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis used descriptive analysis, analysis test requirements, and data analysis used SPSS 21 program. Result of this study showed that intellectual intelligence variable significantly influence on economic learning achievement of students; emotional intelligence variable significantly influences the economic learning achievement of students; spiritual intelligence variable significantly effects the economic learning achievement of students; and There was significant variables of intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence on the economic learning achievement. Determination coefficient of X1, X2, and X3 to Y (r2Y.123) was 0,153 which showed that intellectual, emotional, spiritual intelligence factors have contribution to influence economic learning achievement of students in SMA Negeri 1 Soppeng that was 15,3%, while 84,7% was influenced by another variable that was not analyzed.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the effect of self efficacy on the intrinsic motivation, the effect of the self efficacy on the teacher performance, the effect of the intrinsic motivation on the teacher performance, and the effect of self efficacy on the teacher performance through intrinsic motivation. The method used in the research was the path analysis with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) AMOS. The research result indicated that self efficacy had a positive and significant effect on intrinsic motivation, the self efficacy had an insignificant effect on the teacher performance, the intrinsic motivation had a positive and significant effect on the teacher performance, and the self efficacy had a positive and significant effect on the teacher performance through the intrinsic motivation. This finding will provide input for the school to recognize the importance of self efficacy and intrinsic motivation in the development of teacher performance. Further research and practical implications are discussed.

Abstract

This policy paper outlines that the transformation of Islamic education in the digital era requires Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) to integrate a modern curriculum without sacrificing traditional Islamic values. This study analyzes the policy strategy for integrating a modern curriculum in Islamic boarding schools as a response to the challenge of ensuring the relevance of graduates to the demands of the times. The study methodology uses a qualitative approach with USG (Urgency, Seriousness, Growth) analysis developed to identify problem priorities, root cause analysis using a fishbone diagram, and evaluation of policy alternatives based on William N. Dunn's criteria. Data were obtained through a study of educational policy documentation, institutional performance reports, and a review of academic literature. The analysis shows that the main problem lies in the absence of operational regulations that guide the integration of a modern curriculum in the Islamic boarding school education system. The study recommends the Minister of Religious Affairs Regulation on the Integration of a Modern Curriculum in Islamic Boarding Schools as the most strategic policy instrument to bridge tradition and modernity in Islamic education towards Indonesia Emas 2045.

Abstract

Literasi adalah suatu kemampuan manusia dalam menulis dan membaca. Kemampuan tersebut merupakan sebuah media yang sangat penting bagi kelangsungan hidup seseorang dalam menjalankan kehidupan sehari-hari. Alquran telah membawa spirit literasi sejak awal keislaman, dari spirit tersebut kemudian menjadikan umat muslim tercatat dalam sejarah dunia sebagai umat yang pernah menciptakan peradaban unggul yang menjadi kiblat ilmu pengetahuan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan secara pustaka (library research) yaitu suatu pembahasan hadits-hadits yang sesuai dengan tema dan judul yang telah ditetapkan. Hal-hal yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasikan hadits yang berkaitan tentang literasi, mengembangkan pemahaman penulis dengan cara menggunakan kata kunci (term) tentang literasi. Kemudian disimpulkan bahwasannya Hadits memaknai literasi bukan hanya sekedar anjuran untuk membaca dan menulis saja, tetapi untuk selalu mengamalkan setiap ilmu yang kita dapati kepada orang-orang yang masih awam terhadap ilmu. Dengan demikian beberapa konsep itulah yang bisa menjadi solusi untuk meningkatkan minat literasi masyarakat di Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims 1) To determine students' activities using the problem-based learning model in class VIII social studies learning at MTs DDI AL-AMIN. 2) To improve students' critical thinking skills by using the problem-based learning model in class VIII learning at MTs DDI AL-AMIN. This research is classroom action research (PTK) by carrying out 3 cycles, in each cycle there are 4 stages, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of this research were class VIII students consisting of 16 students. Data sources obtained from students and teachers. Data collection techniques used were observation, tests and documentation, qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques. Based on the research results, it shows that (1) the implementation of the problem-based learning model to improve students' critical thinking skills in cycle I analyzed the images presented, in cycle II used TTS in learning, cycle III used PPT material and learning videos then made mind mapping. (2) in cycle I for the pretest and posttest it reached 14%, then in cycle II it increased to 43% and in cycle III the percentage of completion reached 91% or overall students had reached the KKM.
