Abstract

Karya Tulis Ilmuah merupakan salah satu kompetensi yang haru dimiliki dan dikuasi oleh guru sebagai tenaga pendidik, sebab KTI tersebut guru sebagai pendidik dapat mengembangkan potensi ilmiahnya baik dalam menulis bahan ajar, artikel, makalah, riset dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang hasil dapat dipublikasikan dan diakses oleh masyarakat luas pada umumnya. KTI ini tentunya dilakukan dengan kaidah-kaidah atau metode ilmiah sehingga dapat dipertanggung jawabkan kebenarannya secara ilmiah. Tujuan kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan, wawasan, pemahaman dan keterampilan bagi guru sebagai tenaga tentang pentinya penulisan karya tulis ilmiah dalam upaya meingkatkan kualitas guru sebagai tenaga pendidik yang professional. Hasil kegiatan PKM ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan, wawasan dan pemahaman serta motivasi guru untuk menulis karya ilmiah dan meningkatnya wawasan guru tentang jurnal yang menerbitkan artikel ilmiah di bidang pendidikan. Selain itu, peserta pelatihan mendapatkan banyak ilmu tentang cara penulisan karya ilmiah dan penulisan akademik serta publikasi di jurnal ilmiah, sehingga membuat mereka sangat antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan karya tulis ilmiah.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pembekalan wisudawan merupakan langkah strategis dalam mempersiapkan lulusan menghadapi dunia kerja yang semakin kompetitif. Artikel ini membahas peran Universitas Muhammadiyah Mataram (UMMAT) dalam membekali calon wisudawan dengan keterampilan dan wawasan yang dibutuhkan untuk memasuki pasar kerja. Melalui program pembekalan, peserta mendapatkan pelatihan tentang pengembangan karir, peningkatan soft skills, serta strategi adaptasi di lingkungan profesional. Kegiatan ini juga menghadirkan praktisi industri sebagai narasumber untuk memberikan gambaran nyata mengenai tantangan dan peluang di dunia kerja. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan bahwa pembekalan wisudawan dapat meningkatkan kesiapan dan kepercayaan diri lulusan dalam menghadapi proses rekrutmen serta membangun jenjang karir yang berkelanjutan. Dengan adanya sinergi antara kampus dan dunia industri, diharapkan lulusan UMMAT dapat lebih mudah beradaptasi dan berkontribusi dalam berbagai bidang profesi.Abstract:  Graduate briefing is a strategic step in preparing graduates to face the increasingly competitive world of work. This article discusses the role of Universitas Muhammadiyah Mataram (UMMAT) in equipping prospective graduates with the skills and insights needed to enter the job market. Through the briefing program, participants receive training on career development, improving soft skills, and adaptation strategies in a professional environment. This activity also presents industry practitioners as resource persons to provide a real picture of the challenges and opportunities in the world of work. The results of this program show that graduate briefing can increase the readiness and self-confidence of graduates in facing the recruitment process and building a sustainable career ladder. With the synergy between the campus and the industrial world, it is hoped that UMMAT graduates can adapt more easily and contribute in various professional fields.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pengembangan pariwisata halal di kawasan alam Gunung Jae, yang terletak di Desa Sedau, Kecamatan Narmada, Kabupaten Lombok Barat, serta dampaknya terhadap ekonomi masyarakat lokal. Dulu, lokasi wisata ini merupakan area tambang yang telah dialihkan menjadi destinasi alam yang menarik, mengusung prinsip wisata halal yang menyenangkan bagi pengunjung Muslim. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, dan pengumpulan dokumen. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan infrastruktur (seperti fasilitas, akses, dan atraksi) serta aspek non-fisik (seperti promosi daring dan keterlibatan komunitas) dapat mendongkrak jumlah wisatawan dan menciptakan peluang ekonomi baru. Keterlibatan kelompok sadar wisata (pokdarwis) dan dukungan dari BUMDes sangat penting dalam pengelolaan serta pemerataan manfaat ekonomi, termasuk penciptaan lapangan kerja dan peningkatan pendapatan melalui usaha lokal seperti penyewaan tenda, serta penjualan produk olahan gula aren dan tuak manis. Pariwisata Gunung Jae menunjukkan bahwa wisata halal dapat menjadi strategi untuk memajukan ekonomi lokal yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Abstract

Disasters in Indonesia are inevitable. Disasters occur due to unpreparedness for the risks and impacts of hazards. Understanding hazards and disaster risk reduction needs to be socialized to the community in an effort to reduce vulnerability and increase capacity. The community is the party directly affected, physically, mentally, and socially, by loss, damage, and loss due to disasters. This study aimed to analyze Disaster Resilient Villages: a systematic review in social sciences. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study showed five significant problems of disaster resilient villages. These problems include Local, Disaster, Community, Management, and Risk. This study also involved disaster resilient villages. This study adds something new to the theory by mapping the idea of disaster-resilient villages and looking for relationships between ideas and other important ideas. This study also provides the following practical steps: (1) villages can use knowledge about disaster resilience to assess their resilience through a comprehensive model. (2). The government can adopt the model to measure disaster resilient villages. (3). Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Provincial Government's policy in implementing strategic policies in workforce development. The main focus of this policy includes reducing unemployment, creating harmonious industrial relations, and developing productive transmigration areas. This study uses a comparative descriptive method with a qualitative approach and uses library research to obtain secondary data. The results of the study indicate that in 2022, the number of workers in NTB will reach 2.79 million people, with 2.71 million of them already employed, so that the unemployment rate will decrease to 2.98 percent, exceeding the RPJMD target of 3.17 percent. However, with the addition of more than 50 thousand new workers each year, a special strategy is needed to create more jobs. The NTB Manpower and Transmigration Office has established six strategic steps to overcome unemployment, including workforce planning, improving human resource competency through vocational training, workforce placement and empowerment, social protection for workers, workforce development and supervision, and implementation of presidential regulations regarding the Integrated Plus Workforce Training and Empowerment Program (PePaDu Plus).

Abstract

The Quadruple Helix concept is a collaboration of four sectors, namely government, private sector, academics and civil society. Involvement and performance carried out by various stakeholders in improving living standards through the development of micro, small and medium enterprises. The research method used in this research is qualitative. The results of this research show that the development of micro, small and medium enterprises in an effort to improve people's living standards has been pursued by various policy stakeholders starting from the government, private sector/business world, academics and the community, although there are still many shortcomings in the beginning. from the government and the private sector/business world which is still lacking. stiff and still less active, especially in providing training and providing capital, as well as from the academic side which is still less effective in training, mentoring, digital marketing socialization.

Abstract

This research explains Policy Communication on Twitter Social Media: Development of Sustainable Tourism Destinations in NTB Province. New media offers digitization, convergence, interaction, and development of networks related to creating and delivering messages. Digital media is a source of information and a platform for tourists or visitors to communicate. Digital technology has experienced significant growth. This study aims to identify policy communication for Sustainable Tourism Destination Development through social media communication tools. NTB Provincial Government Twitter Account @ntb_Prov and Personal Twitter Account @bangzul_ntb. This research uses a qualitative method with the Qualitative Data Analysis (QDA) Miner approach, used for content, network, and cloud analysis using Nvivo 12 Plus software. The findings show that the intensity of each account has provided an overview of how local governments disseminate information related to the policies they produce. The total tweet intensity and highest tweet intensity were made by the @ntb_Prov account, with quite a significant difference compared to the @bangzul_ntb account. In analyzing the information content shared regarding the theme of Sustainable Tourism Destination Development, each account has distributed information directly related to the Sustainable Tourism Destination Development policy. Policy communication on Twitter is also a means of gathering input and responses from the public regarding the development of sustainable tourism destinations in West Nusa Tenggara. Overall, policy communication on Twitter and social media regarding the development of sustainable tourism destinations in West Nusa Tenggara is an effort to increase public awareness and participation in sustainable tourism development in the region.

Abstract

This research is about the impact of the Covid 19 container on hotel and restaurant tax receipts in West Lombok Regency. West Lombok Regency is a Regency that relies heavily on the tourism sector as a mainstay sector in terms of receiving regional income after the agricultural sector. In this study, the authors found that the tax contribution from the hotel and restaurant sector is the largest contributor to PAD (Regional Original Income) compared to other sectors. However, in 2020 where the Corona virus has been detected in Indonesia and Lombok Island in particular, revenue from this sector has decreased significantly. In the future, the West Lombok Regency Government should be able to look for other sources of income and not be too dependent on tourism, because according to the findings of researchers the nature of the tourism sector is very sensitive to various issues such as security and comfort issues, even a few security issues are not good then will immediately make the tourism sector hit. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Upaya Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) dalam Meningkatkan Ketersediaan Air Bersih di Desa Bebidas Kecamatan Wanasaba Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Pendekaan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Metode Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Perencanaan peningkatan ketersediaan air bersih dengan menghubungkan mata air di Hutan Gong yang mengalir dari jaringan perpipaan atau tandon yang membendung air bersih telah ter laksana dengan cukup baik. Dalam pelaksanaannya bumdes melibatkan masyarakat pada proses Pembangunan, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan. Keterlibatan masyarakat merupakan bentuk komitmen pihak BUMDes untuk berpartisifasi penuh dalam meningkatkan ketersediaan air bersih. Pengorganisasian BUMDes air bersih dilakukan dengan menetapkan pengurus yang berpengalaman, mendapatkan pembinaan manajemen dan pengawasan internal maupun eksternal. BUMDes dalam meningkatkan ketersediaan air bersih juga harus menerapkan prinsip yang transparan, akuntabel, partisipatif, berkelanjutan, dan akseptabel. Pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh BUMDes terhadap ketersediaan air bersih di Desa Bebidas dilakukan secara rutin untuk memastikan distribusi air bersih berjalan dengan baik guna memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat di Desa Bebidas
