Abstract

Karakteristik merupakan ciri khas setiap individu yang nantinya akan mempengaruhi individu dalam melakukan sesuatu. Continuing Professional Development merupakan kegiatan untuk mengembangkan dan meningkatkan pengetahuan serta kompetensi perawat. Seiring perkembangan era globalisasi banyak perubahan yang terjadi, termasuk dalam bidang kesehatan. Perawat memiliki kewajiban mempertahankan dan meningatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan sesuai perkembangan IPTEK agar dapat memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal kepada pasien. Untuk mempertahankan kompetensi perawat dapat melalui Continuing Professional Development dan dalam pelaksanaannya dapat dipengaruhi oleh karakteristik perawat. Tujuan ini untuk mengetahui hubungan karakteristik perawat dengan Continuing Professional Development perawat pelaksana di RSUD Simo Boyolali. Desain penelitan menggunakan kuantitatif korelasi dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Jumlah populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 80 perawat. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 80 perawat. Tekhnik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden termasuk umur dewasa awal. Sebagian besar responden berjenis kelamin perempuan. Sebagian besar responden berpendidikan vokasi. Responden sebagian besar memiliki masa kerja lama 1-5 Tahun. Status kepegawaian responden sebagian besar adalah PNS. Berdasarkan hasil analisa bivariat dengan menggunakan uji chi-square didapatkan nilai Asmp.Sig>0,05. Tidak ada hubungan antara umur, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, masa kerja, dan status kepegawaian dengan CPD perawat di RSUD Simo Boyolali.

Abstract

Students have a final project as a graduation assignment from college. In preparing the final project, students generally experience difficulties including determining the title, finding references, difficulty collecting data, obstructed guidance schedules, many revisions, lack of rest and difficulty concentrating. This can trigger negative feelings that make students prejudice negatively so that the loss of self-confidence called self-efficacy triggers stress. Students must be able to manage their self-efficacy to help them deal with a variety of situations. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and stress levels in students who prepare final assignments. This type of research is quantitative correlation with a cross-sectional approach. The population of this study was students who compiled the final project at Universitas Muhammadiyah Klaten with stratified random sampling technique. The instruments used were DASS and Self-efficacy Questionnaire. The results showed that out of 146 respondents most of the respondents were at a moderate level of self-efficacy with stress levels mostly in the mild range. Spearman rank test analysis results significant value (p) value 0.000 (α=0.05). The results of this study indicate a significant relationship and the correlation level of this study is in the strong category with the direction of the correlation. The correlation level of this study is in the strong category with a positive relationship direction..

Abstract

Introduction: Self-control is an individual's ability to restrain themselves or direct themselves in a better direction with existing norms. Individuals with high self-control can control themselves well when facing various difficult situations, such as rude behavior, even aggressive behavior on social media. Cyberbullying is a negative action carried out by individuals or groups of people by sending text messages, and videos to someone's social media account to insult, embarrass, or harass the individual. Most cyberbullying perpetrators are teenagers. The increasing use of internet technology today increases the risk of cyberbullying behavior among teenagers. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-control and cyberbullying behavior in students of SMP N 2 Wedi. Method: This study uses a quantitative design with a cross-sectional and correlational approach. The sampling technique uses a proportional stratified random sampling technique with a total of 159 respondents considering the inclusion and exclusion criteria that have been determined. This study uses a self-control and cyberbullying behavior questionnaire, while data analysis uses Spearman's rank correlation. Results: The results of the study showed that students had a moderate level of self-control of 65.4% and a moderate level of cyberbullying behavior of 67.3%. The results of the data analysis showed a p-value of 0.000 <0.05 with a correlation coefficient value of -0.836. This indicates that there is a significant negative relationship between self-control and cyberbullying in female students of SMP N 2 Wedi. The higher the level of self-control, the lower the cyberbullying behavior. Conclusion: There is a relationship between self-control and cyberbullying behavior.

Abstract

Standar Diagnosa Keperawatan Indonesia (SDKI), Standar Luaran Keperawatan Indonesia (SLKI), dan Standar Intervensi Keperawatan Indonesia (SIKI) merupakan landasan penting dalam pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan profesional di Indonesia. Namun, pemahaman mahasiswa keperawatan terhadap penerapan ketiga standar tersebut masih terbatas, terutama dalam mengintegrasikannya secara sistematis dalam proses keperawatan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa keperawatan melalui kegiatan bedah buku SDKI, SLKI, dan SIKI. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, serta simulasi studi kasus berbasis standar keperawatan nasional. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada mahasiswa program studi DIII Keperawatan sebanyak 38 responden dalam mempersiapkan diri untuk praktik klinik. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan yaitu pre post test tanpa kelompok kontrol. Didapatkan hasil sebelum dilakukan bedah buku dengan pengetahuan kurang sebanyak 22 (57,9%) responden, cukup sebanyak 11 (28,9%) responden, dan baik sebanyak 5 (13,2%) responden. Setelah diberikan bedah tingkat pengetahuan responden menjadi pengetahuan kurang sebanyak 2 (5,2%) responden, cukup sebanyak 5 (13,2%) responden, dan baik sebanyak 31(81,6%) responden. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mahasiswa dalam menyusun diagnosis keperawatan, menetapkan luaran, serta memilih intervensi yang sesuai secara evidence-based. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat mendukung penguatan kapasitas mahasiswa dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan yang aman, efektif, dan sesuai standar nasional.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Masa remaja merupakan periode perkembangan individu yang mengalami perubahan mulai dari fisik, emosi, dan sosial, yang pada akhirnya perubahan ini dapat membentuk pola perilaku serta kepribadiannya. Remaja yang agresif, impulsif, serta dominan cenderung lebih berisiko menjadi pelaku perundungan, terutama jika didukung oleh kurangnya rasa empati dan toleran. Data menunjukkan bahwa Indonesia termasuk negara dengan tingkat kasus perilaku perundungan pada remaja yang kategorinya tinggi. Tujuan: Kegiatan ini ditujukan sebagai upaya peningkatkan pengetahuan tentang pencegahan perilaku perundungan melalui edukasi. Metode: Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, diskusi dan evaluasi. Peserta kegiatan adalah 25 remaja di Dukuh Kupang. Data di analisis deskriptif dengan distribusi frekuensi. Hasil: Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat meningkatkan pengetahuan 25 remaja peserta mengenai definisi, bentuk, dampak, dan strategi pencegahan perundungan. Hasil pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pada pemahaman peserta setelah diberikan edukasi melalui metode ceramah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, dan media audio-visual. Simpulan: Edukasi pencegahan perundungan dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam membangun kesadaran remaja untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang aman, inklusif, dan bebas dari perundungan. Diperlukan program berkelanjutan seperti pelatihan keterampilan komunikasi asertif dan pembentukan agen sebaya anti-bullying agar dampak positif ini dapat terus terjaga.

Abstract

College students are an early adult age group that is vulnerable to psychological stress due to life transitions and academic demands. Spiritual well-being is believed to play an important role in supporting mental health, especially in an Islamic-based university environment that emphasizes the development of spiritual and moral values. However, the relationship between spiritual well-being and mental health of students, especially in the Health Study Program at Muhammadiyah University of Klaten has not been studied empirically. This study aims to determine the relationship between spiritual well-being and mental health in students of the Health Study Program at Muhammadiyah University of Klaten. This study used a quantitative design with a cross-sectional approach. The research sample was students of the Health Study Program at Universitas Muhammadiyah Klaten who were selected by stratified random sampling. The instruments used included the Daily Spiritual Experience Scale (DSES) questionnaire to measure spiritual well-being and the Self Reporting Questionnaire (SRQ) to assess mental health. Data were analyzed univariately and bivariately using the spearman rank statistical test. It was found that out of 161 respondents (100%) there were 3 students who had low spiritual well-being (1.9%), respondents who experienced moderate spiritual well-being were 46 students (28.6%), and respondents who had high spiritual well-being were 112 students (69.6%). Respondents who had a healthy mental health category were 100 students (62.1%) while those who had mental emotional disorders were 61 students (37.9%). The results of the spearman rank test analysis significant value (p) value 0.000 (α=0.05) with (r) 0.844. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant relationship between the level of spiritual well-being and mental health in health study program students.

Abstract

Introduction: Since the end of 2019, the COVID-19 virus has turned into a global health problem and has changed various aspects of life, including education. The government felt compelled to close down the school and encouraged students to carry out online learning. During the online learning process, there are numerous arising obstacles. Thus, the government considered changing it to offline learning in 2021. In its implementation, however, there were many factors regarding learning readiness that must be taken into account, such as physical, psychological, and material readiness. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing offline learning readiness during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: This study is quantitative research carried out by employing a cross-sectional approach. There were 49 respondents obtained through a total sampling technique. A questionnaire was utilized as the research instrument and the Chi-Square test was used as the bivariate data analysis. Results: The result revealed that most respondents (73.5%) were females and the mean value of respondents' age was 20.88 years. Furthermore, the respondents had high offline learning readiness (67.3%) and physical readiness, psychological readiness, and material readiness classified under the "ready” category with (81.6%), (57.1%), and (57.1%), respectively. The results of the Chi-Square test showed that physical, psychological, and material readiness influenced offline learning readiness. Conclusions: The present study also concluded that physical readiness was the most dominant factor which affects offline learning readiness.

Abstract

Introduction: Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is a professional development activity intended to maintain and improve nurses' knowledge, skills, and competencies so that they are able to update and develop their skill set. One of factors which influence the continuing professional development is the individual characteristics of nurses including age, gender, length of service, and employment status. The current study aims to determine the relationship between nurses' characteristics and the continuing professional development of executive nurses. Methods: This study employed a Quantitative Correlation with a Cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 157 nurses selected using a cluster random sampling technique. Meanwhile, the data analysis was performed utilizing the Chi-Square test. Results: The findings revealed that 65% of nurses successfully met their continuing professional development. The Chi-Square test result indicate that no relationship was found between age, gender, length of service, and employment status with the continuing professional development of executive nurses. Meanwhile, a relationship was found between education and continuing professional development of executive nurses. Conclusions: According to the nurses' characteristics, only their education demonstrated a correlation with the continuing professional development of executive nurse.

Abstract

Introduction: To enhance the delivery and quality of nursing care, which in turn affects nurse satisfaction, a professional self-concept among nurses is required. Various factors, including the nature of nursing, impact this self-concept. In this study, the professional self-concept of implementing nurses at Pandan Arang Hospital in Boyolali was compared with several nurse characteristics. Methods:  The research methodology employed a cross-sectional descriptive correlational design. Seventy-two nurses in inpatient wards served as the research sample, selected using a total sampling approach. The questionnaire on nurses' professional self-concept was taken from Angel, Craven, and Denson, which was adopted by Juanamasta, covering four aspects: care, knowledge, staff relations, and leadership. As part of the data-gathering method, a questionnaire was utilized. Results: According to the research findings, among the nurses at Pandan Arang Boyolali Hospital, the majority (51.1%) had a positive professional self-concept. Furthermore, there was no significant relationship between age, gender, employment status, or length of work and nurses' professional self-concept, as indicated by a p-value > 0.05. However, a significant relationship was found between marital status and nurses' professional self-concept, as indicated by a p-value < 0.05. Conculsions: The results of this study suggest that age, gender, employment status, and length of employment are not significantly related to nurses’ professional self-concept. However, a significant relationship was observed between marital status and nurses' professional self-concept.

Abstract

Penatalaksanaan non-farmakologi farmakologis dapat diatasidengan distraksi, posisition, lingkungan, massage, hipnotis,akupuntur. Secara farmakologis dengan menggunakan obat-obatananalgesik misalnya, skopalamin, narkotika, obat sedativa, mengatasidisminorea dengan cara lain yaitu mendengarkan musik.Mendengarkan musik di lingkunganyang cukup tenang dengan posisirileks diyakinidapat menurunkan keluhan dismenorea. Penelitian inibertujuan untuk untuk mengetahuai pengaruh musik klasik mozartterhadap tingkat nyeri dismenorea primer pada siswi kelas VIII SMPN 01 Klaten. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian iniadalah quasi eksperiment dan rancangan penelitian one-group pretest post test design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semuasiswi kelas VIII yang mengalami disminorea di SMP N 01 Klaten.Jumlah sampel 7 siswi. teknik sampling purposive sampling dananalisa data menggunakan Wilcoxon. Karakteristik responden dalampenelitian ini adalah umur responden 12-14 tahun, sebagian besardari suku Jawa, lama dismenorea termasuk dalam kategori lama dandurasi dismenorea adalah jarang. Ada pengaruh musik klasik mozartterhadap tingkat nyeri dismenorea primer di SMP N 1 Klaten dengannilai p value = 0,000.
