Abstract

Cloud computing telah muncul sebagai kekuatan transformasional yang mengubah wajah manajemen bisnis. Teknologi ini memungkinkan perusahaan untuk beralih dari infrastruktur IT tradisional menuju solusi yang lebih fleksibel dan skalabel, mendukung kebutuhan bisnis yang terus berkembang. Artikel ini mengkaji bagaimana cloud computing tidak hanya memfasilitasi penyimpanan dan pengelolaan data, tetapi juga mendorong efisiensi operasional, inovasi produk, dan peningkatan pengalaman pelanggan. Salah satu metode yang dapat diintegrasikan dengan cloud computing adalah Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Dengan memanfaatkan platform CRM berbasis cloud, perusahaan dapat mengelola interaksi dengan pelanggan secara lebih efektif. CRM membantu dalam mengumpulkan, menganalisis, dan memanfaatkan data pelanggan untuk memahami preferensi dan perilaku mereka. Dengan informasi ini, perusahaan dapat menawarkan produk dan layanan yang disesuaikan berdasarkan kebutuhan dan keinginan pelanggan, meningkatkan komunikasi dengan menggunakan data untuk berkomunikasi secara lebih tepat waktu dan relevan, serta memonitor loyalitas pelanggan dengan mengidentifikasi pelanggan setia dan mengembangkan program penghargaan yang menarik. Selain itu, CRM memungkinkan perusahaan untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis umpan balik pelanggan untuk melakukan perbaikan berkelanjutan pada produk dan layanan. Dengan memanfaatkan cloud computing dan metode CRM, organisasi dapat mengoptimalkan proses bisnis, menjawab tantangan pasar dengan cepat, dan menciptakan nilai tambah yang berkelanjutan. Pengintegrasian kedua teknologi ini tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi operasional tetapi juga memperkuat hubungan dengan pelanggan, yang pada gilirannya berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan dan keberlanjutan bisnis.

Abstract

This research is aimed to examine the effectiveness of reinforcement by grouping counceling service to increase the student’s discipline. This research was done to the student’s of Al-Washliyah Islamic Junior High School Bandongan. The research design used in this research was an action research by giving grouping counceling service. It used three cycle, they are cycle 1, cycle 2 and cycle 3 that consist of four steps, planning, action, observation and reflection. Each cycle was done by three times action. The collective data methode were observation, interview and documentation. The subject of the research were 8 student’s, then they were analyzed using constant percentage with minimum target of 50 %. The result of this research showed that giving reinforcement by grouping counceling service is effective to increase the student’s discipline. It is proofed by the last average accomplishment the frequent change of the student’s discipline up to 69 %. The change of those numbers can be seen from the change of behaviour from less discipline become more discipline in before and after given the action. In conclusion giving reinforcement by grouping counceling service is effective to increase the student’s discipline of the 8th graders of MTs Al-Washliyah Bandongan Magelang.

Abstract

Background: Emesis gravidarum is a condition of severe nausea and vomiting in pregnant women in the first trimester that can cause serious complications such as dehydration and nutritional disorders. At the Jatibaru Health Center, Subang Regency, complaints of nausea and vomiting in the first trimester have increased, but effective non-pharmacological treatment is still limited. Peppermint aromatherapy, with its antiemetic menthol content, has been widely researched as a safe and effective therapeutic alternative to reduce these symptoms. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of peppermint aromatherapy in reducing the rate of nausea and vomiting in pregnant women in the first trimester.Methods: The study used a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest group control approach. A sample of 54 first-trimester pregnant women was divided into a treatment group (n=27) that received peppermint aromatherapy twice daily for seven days, and a control group (n=27) without intervention. Data were collected using the PUQE (Pregnancy Unique Quantification of Emesis) Score and analyzed univariate and bivariate using Wilcoxon and Mann-Whitney tests.Results: The average PUQE score of the treatment group decreased significantly from 10.56 (SD=1.188) to 5.33 (SD=1.038) after the intervention (p=0.000). The control group also experienced a decrease in score from 11.04 (SD=0.759) to 9.96 (SD=0.808) (p=0.000), but this decrease was smaller than that of the treatment group. Intergroup analysis showed a significant difference in the decrease in PUQE score (p=0.000), proving the effectiveness of peppermint aromatherapy in reducing symptoms of emesis gravidarum.Conclusion: Peppermint aromatherapy is effective in significantly reducing the rate of nausea and vomiting in pregnant women in the first trimester at the Jatibaru Health Center, Subang Regency. This therapy can be a safe and practical non-pharmacological alternative to improve the comfort of pregnant women

Abstract

This study originates from the need for students to develop 21st-century competencies, particularly digital literacy and communication creativity, amidst the rapid transformation of information technology. Palembang’s arts and culture, as a local heritage rich in aesthetic and philosophical values, are considered to have strategic potential in strengthening students’ identity, creative expression, and digital communication skills. This research aims to analyze the influence of Palembang arts and culture on the development of digital literacy and communication creativity among students at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang and to assess the extent to which local cultural values can be integrated into digital-based learning. Employing a mixed methods approach with a sequential explanatory design, the study began with quantitative data collection through questionnaires distributed to 75 students from the Faculty of Da'wah and Communication and the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, followed by qualitative data collection through in-depth interviews and observations of cultural and digital communication activities. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that Palembang arts and culture have a positive and significant effect on improving students’ digital literacy and communication creativity. Students actively involved in local cultural activities demonstrate greater abilities in utilizing digital media creatively, ethically, and contextually. Cultural values such as cooperation, originality, and aesthetics encourage the creation of innovative digital content rooted in local identity. Qualitative findings further reveal that social media serves as a strategic space for students to express cultural identity and expand positive communication networks. The study concludes that integrating Palembang arts and culture into digital literacy activities can serve as a model for local wisdom–based education relevant to the digital era. Its implications highlight the importance of curriculum design and institutional support that combine local culture with technology to nurture a creative, character-driven, and culturally grounded young generation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of the Hospital Management Information System SIMRS in the pharmacy unit of RSU Fitri Candra Wonogiri using the HOTFIT model approach. The HOT-FIT model is an evaluation framework that includes four main aspects, namely Human (system users), Organization (organizational support and policies), Technology (system and information quality), and Net Benefit (benefits obtained from system use). This study uses a quantitative method with Structural Equation Modeling data analysis techniques based on Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS), which allows for simultaneous analysis of relationships between variables. Data were obtained from 61 respondents who are SIMRS users in the pharmacy department, through the distribution of Likert-based questionnaires. The results of the analysis show that the four independent variables Human, Organization, Technology, and Net Benefit have a positive and significant effect on SIMRS performance. The Adjusted R-Square value of 0.902 indicates that the model is able to explain 90.2 of the variability in system performance. Empirical findings in the field indicate that the implementation of SIMRS has had a tangible impact on improving work efficiency, accelerating the pharmaceutical service process, and supporting decision-making based on accurate and up-to-date data. Furthermore, active user involvement, managerial support, and the quality of the information technology system are crucial factors in supporting the system's successful implementation. This study confirms that the success of SIMRS depends not only on its technological sophistication but also on strong integration between human and organizational aspects and the resulting benefits. Therefore, a holistic approach to information system evaluation and development is crucial for improving the quality of healthcare services in hospitals.

Abstract

Dengan pertumbuhan pesat e-commerce, banyak data perilaku pelanggan telah dikumpulkan, tetapi masih belum optimal untuk memprediksi niat pembelian pelanggan. Dengan menggunakan algoritma kecerdasan buatan (AI) pada platform pasar, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model prediksi minat beli konsumen. Model ini dibangun dengan memanfaatkan algoritma pengajaran mesin seperti Random Forest, Support Vector Machine (SVM), dan regresi logistik. Algoritma ini menganalisis data perilaku konsumen, yang mencakup jumlah halaman produk yang dilihat, durasi kunjungan, dan riwayat interaksi dengan produk. Penelitian dimulai dengan pengumpulan data tentang perilaku konsumen. Kemudian, data dibersihkan dan dinormalisasi melalui preprocessing, dan setelah itu, ketiga algoritma tersebut digunakan untuk memodelkan data. Untuk menilai model, metrik akurasi, ketepatan, recall, dan skor F1 digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa algoritma Random Forest adalah yang terbaik dengan akurasi 91,27%, lebih tinggi dari SVM (88,45%) dan Logistic Regression (85,72%). Model ini tidak hanya berhasil memprediksi minat beli konsumen, tetapi juga memberikan pengetahuan yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan strategi pemasaran dan konversi penjualan di pasar. Mereka menekankan betapa pentingnya durasi interaksi dan nilai halaman produk bagi konsumen dalam membuat keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini menawarkan manfaat praktis bagi pengelola e-commerce dalam mengembangkan strategi pemasaran berbasis data yang meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan efektivitas promosi.
