Abstract

Latar Belakang: Selama proses hospitalisasi, anak dapat mengalami pengalaman yang sangat serius dan traumatis sehingga menyebabkan tekanan yang penuh Stress. Anak prasekolah adalah kelompok anak yang sangat rentan terhadap stress hospitalisasi. Reaksi non-adaptif yang ditunjukkan selama  hospitalisasi pada anak prasekolah termasuk menolak makan, menangis, sering bertanya, dan tidak kooperatif dengan petugas. Selain itu, stress hospitalisasi dapat menyebabkan anak mengalami efek negatif jangka pendek dan jangka panjang, seperti perilaku lesu dan gangguan tidur. Tujuan: Menganalisis hubungan family centered care dengan Stress hospitalisasi pada anak usia prasekolah selama hospitalisasi. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif menggunakan desain penelitian Cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah anak usia prasekolah yang menjalani hospitalisasi di Rumah sakit dengan tehnik purpose sampling sejumlah 130 responden. Analisis penelitian dengan menggunakan spearman rank. Hasil: Penelitian didapat bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan antara family centered care dengan stress hospitalisasi dengan p value : 0,000 < α 0,05 serta Correlation Coefficient diperoleh nilai sebesar - 0,925 yang bermakna mendekati nilai korelasi yang sempurna. Kesimpulan: Semakin tinggi family centered care, maka semakin rendah tingkat stress hospitalisai pada anak prasekolah.

Abstract

Menarche is the first menstrual experience that often triggers anxiety, fear, and shame in adolescent girls, especially when there is a lack of adequate information. Low self-efficacy in facing menarche is often associated with insufficient knowledge and a lack of positive attitudes about menstruation. This study aims to analyze the influence of edutainment media on the self-efficacy of female students in facing menarche in terms of their knowledge and attitudes about menstruation. The research method used is a quasi-experimental approach with a pretest-posttest with control group design. A total of 60 students from SMP Negeri 3 Kota Probolinggo were divided into two groups, namely the intervention group and the control group, with 30 students in each. The intervention was provided in the form of menarche education using edutainment media. The results showed a significant increase in students’ self-efficacy after receiving education through edutainment media, with an Asymp.Sig value of 0.00 (p < 0.05), indicating that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted. These findings demonstrate that edutainment media is effective in enhancing students' self-efficacy regarding menarche by strengthening their knowledge and promoting positive attitudes toward menstruation. Reproductive health education using interactive approaches such as edutainment is recommended as an educational strategy in school environments.

Abstract

Salah satu Kondisi yang lebih sering terjadi di Indonesia yaitu penyakit kencing manis ataudalam dunia medis ialah diabetes melitus, penyakit ini menjadikan kadar gula darah dalamtubuh melebihi batas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuandiet, kepatuhan diet terhadap kualitas hidup pada penderita diabetes melitus. Penelitian inimenggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Instrumenpenelitian ini menggunkan lembar kuesioner. Data di analisis menggunakan Uji Spearman.Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Uji Spearrman Rank dengan program SPSS yakni nilaiP Value : 0,001<0,05 artinya ? < ? bermakna ada hubungan antara pengetahuan diet dengankualitas hidup, sedangkan nilai P Value : 0,007<0,05 artinya ? < ? bermakna ada hubunganantara keptauhan Diet kualitas hidup. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapathubungan pengetahuan diet, kepatuhan diet terhadap kualitas hidup pada penderita diabetesDelitus di Tiga Puskesmas Kabupaten Probolinggo.

Abstract

The era of Industrial Revolution 4.0 stimulates the application of big data in various sectors, including education, to support better decision-making and improve service quality. At the Vocational High School (SMK) level, big data has great potential to help schools adapt to changing industry needs, especially regarding graduates who are competent in technology and information. This research aims to examine the implementation and development of big data information systems at Nurul Jadid Vocational School to improve the quality of education. This research uses a qualitative case study approach, collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results show that applying big data at Nurul Jadid Vocational School supports improving the quality of education by making it easier to manage student and teacher data, monitor learning achievements, and develop student competencies. This research produces findings: a). Digitalization and Management of Academic Data at Nurul Jadid Vocational School b) Collaboration with other industries c). Nurul Jadid Vocational School Digital Library. It is hoped that this research will become a reference for other vocational education institutions that wish to utilize big data technology to improve the quality of education.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of education on the dangers of bullying using audiovisual methods on adolescents’ knowledge and attitudes, considering that bullying is a serious psychosocial problem in schools which can cause long-term negative impacts such as trauma, decreased self-confidence, and reduced academic performance, and thus requires effective health education strategies to increase awareness and preventive attitudes. This study applied a Quasi-Experimental design with a pretest–posttest control group and involved 60 respondents selected through total sampling, divided into 30 adolescents in the intervention group and 30 in the control group. The intervention group received structured audiovisual-based education that presented material on the definition, types, impacts, and prevention strategies of bullying, while the control group did not receive any intervention. Data were collected using questionnaires on knowledge and attitudes and analyzed with the Wilcoxon test at a significance level of α = 0.05. The results showed that there was a significant increase in the knowledge and attitudes of the intervention group after receiving audiovisual education (Asymp. Sig = 0.000 < α = 0.05), whereas the control group did not experience significant changes due to the absence of intervention. These findings demonstrate that audiovisual education is more effective compared to conventional approaches because it combines visual and auditory stimulation, making learning materials easier to understand and remember, as well as more engaging for adolescents. In conclusion, audiovisual-based education is proven effective in improving adolescents’ knowledge and attitudes regarding the dangers of bullying, and its application should be considered as part of school-based health promotion programs, while future research can further explore its long-term effectiveness and the potential benefits of combining audiovisual methods with peer support and parental involvement in bullying prevention.

Abstract

Permasalahan remaja berkaitan dengan Kesehatan reproduksi dari pemahaman mengenai perlunya pemeliharaan kebersihan alat reproduksi, proses reproduksi, serta dampak perilaku yang tidak bertanggungjawab. Pada beberapa daerah khususnya di Pesantren banyak remaja yang tidak mendapatkan informasi tentang seksualitas dan kesehatan reproduksi secara cukup dan benar. Sehingga, diperlukan terobosan baru sebagai langkah untuk memudahkan remaja mendapatkan informasi tentang kesehatan reproduksi dengan menggunakan buku saku.  Tujuan penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh promosi kesehatan dengan media buku saku terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap remaja di pondok pesantren. Metode: Rancangan penelitian pre-experimental dengan pendekatan one-group pre-post test design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah remaja awal dengan jumlah sampel 20 partisipan. Analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil: Didapatkan pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan terhadap pengetahuan dengan p-value 0,000 <0,05. Simpulan: Ada pengaruh promosi kesehatan dengan media buku saku terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap remaja

Abstract

Citra tubuh yang negatif dapat memicu munculnya gangguan psikologis pada remaja. Remaja yang memiliki gangguan citra tubuh banyak terjadi pada remaja putri. Dalam hal ini remaja putri membutuhkan dukungan kelompok teman sebaya sebagai support terbaik dari segi emosi maupun sosial yang diberikan hingga menjadi individu dengan kepribadian lebih baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh peer group education terhadap citra tubuh (body image) pada remaja santri putri di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimental dengan quasy eksperimen. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 131 remaja santri putri dengan menggunakan teknik  non probability purpose sampling. Analisa data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon diperoleh hasil persepsi citra tubuh sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan peer group education sebesar 0.000<0.05, artinya ho ditolak dan ha diterima. Saran untuk penelitian ini Mengembangkan dan memperluas jangkauan santri-santri untuk menjadi pelaku peer educator di seluruh pondok pesantren. Peer Educator sangat efektif digunakan dalam kegiatan penyuluhan kesehatan karena dukungan dari teman sebaya lebih bisa dipahami oleh sebayanya    Kata kunci: Kelompok Teman Sebaya, Citra Tubuh, Remaja Santri Putri

Abstract

Vaginal discharge is one of the most common reproductive health problems experienced by adolescent girls, often causing discomfort, reducing self-confidence, and potentially leading to more serious reproductive health issues if not properly managed. Limited knowledge and negative attitudes toward genital hygiene are among the contributing factors to its high prevalence. Health education using audiovisual media is considered an effective strategy for delivering health messages, as it combines visual and auditory elements that are more engaging, easier to understand, and capable of improving information retention. This study aims to analyze the effect of audiovisual-based health education on adolescent girls’ knowledge and attitudes regarding the prevention of vaginal discharge. A quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group was applied, involving 60 students equally divided into intervention and control groups selected through total sampling. The research instrument consisted of validated and reliable questionnaires measuring knowledge and attitudes. Data analysis was conducted using the Wilcoxon test, revealing a significant improvement in the intervention group after receiving audiovisual health education (p < 0.05), while no meaningful change occurred in the control group. These findings indicate that audiovisual health education is effective in enhancing adolescents’ understanding and fostering positive attitudes toward the prevention of vaginal discharge. Consequently, the approach is recommended for integration into school health programs and community-based interventions as an innovative and sustainable method to promote reproductive health among adolescents.

Abstract

Online games are internet-based games that allow multiple players to play simultaneously through online networks. These games have a strong appeal that often makes adolescents more interested in playing than studying, while also carrying the risk of addiction. This study aimed to analyze the effect of health education about the dangers of online games on adolescents’ knowledge and attitudes. The research applied a Quasi-Experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group. The sampling technique was total sampling involving 50 respondents, consisting of 25 in the intervention group and 25 in the control group. Data were analyzed using a Paired T-Test. The results revealed a significant difference in the intervention group (p=0.001 < 0.05) after receiving education, while no difference was observed in the control group. It can be concluded that health education using audiovisual media is effective in improving adolescents’ knowledge and attitudes regarding the dangers of online games.
