Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji kemungkinan pengaruh moderasi dari pemasaran digital terhadap hubungan antara variabel eksogen kualitas produk dan gaya hidup fesyen, dan variabel endogen keputusan pembelian produk thrifting. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen utama untuk pengumpulan data. Analisis statistik menunjukkan adanya korelasi positif yang signifikan antara variabel kualitas produk dan variabel keputusan pembelian. Variabel gaya hidup fesyen, menunjukkan dampak yang signifikan dan positif secara statistik terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian. Variabel pemasaran digital, telah diakui sebagai faktor intervening yang memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara statistik terhadap variabel dependen, yang berkaitan dengan keputusan pembelian. Efek moderasi dari pemasaran digital pada hubungan antara kualitas produk dan keputusan pembelian perlu diperhatikan, karena hal ini mengarah pada pelemahan yang signifikan terhadap hubungan antara kedua variabel tersebut. Hubungan antara gaya hidup fesyen dan keputusan pembelian dapat dimoderasi melalui pemanfaatan strategi pemasaran digital.

Abstract

Moderation of organizational fairness and leader-member exchange are important variables that can influence employee performance. This research aims to test and analyze the moderation of organizational justice on the influence of member-leader exchange on the performance of ASN employees of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries. population in this study used a sample of 82 respondents who were employees of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries. The data collection technique uses simple random sampling by distributing research questionnaires in the form of Google Forms via social media. The data processing method in this study is to use smartPLS version 4 to test the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that leader-member exchange is proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, discipline performance is proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and organizational justice is proven to affect employee performance. Moderation of Organizational Justice weakens but is significant for the effect of leader-member exchange on performance. Organizational justice strengthens and can moderate Discipline performance on employee performance.

Abstract

Participants are asked to understand easy strategies for promoting social media products. Speakers also discussed the value of customer reviews in their marketing plans for the goods they provide. The training participants looked enthusiastic about the content presented by the presenters. The training participants were also made aware of the shortcomings of digital marketing, namely that it cannot be done instantly and requires a lot of experience. Therefore, as a businessman you still have to learn how to use digital marketing gradually. The need for continuous and consistent learning is very necessary to continue to meet the public's sales targets. The evaluation of this activity considers the progress of the training results and the participants' experience when practicing using digital marketing. In general, the participants expressed praise and were happy with the progress of this digital marketing training perfectly. Because all participants have cellphones with digital marketing capabilities, there are no significant obstacles in realizing this community service activity.

Abstract

Environmental pollution in society is a serious impact that must be reduced and even eliminated. The use of natural ingredients is a solution to household waste, especially the use of liquid detergent soap chemicals. The purpose of community empowerment in Suka Galih Village Bojong Keji Megamendung District, Bogor Regency through the socialization of making lerak fruit liquid detergent is to provide added value to the business of increasing additional household income for the community in general and especially in RT.04 RW.03 Suka Galih Village. Compounds or substances in lerak fruit are able to reduce environmental pollution by not excessive use. The socialization of making lerak detergent soap was carried out on Monday, February 24, 2025 ± 09.00 am to 15.00 pm at Mr. Adam's house, Chairman of RT.04 RW.03 Suka Galih Bojong Keji Village. Socialization participants were ± 50 (fifty) PKK mothers of RT.04 RW.03 Suka Galih Bojong Keji Village. Socialization was carried out using a projector and direct practice. This direct socialization is expected that in the future the community will understand the making of detergents made from natural raw materials without chemicals.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan di RW 11 Kelurahan Pademangan Barat Jakarta Utara yang memiliki daerah yang sangat strategis, sehingga terdapat 20 home industru yang berdiri disana. Kegiatan ini dengan memberikan sosialisasi edukasi berupa cara meningkatkan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) yang ada dengan digital marketing dengan memberikan 4 materi yang sangat bermanfaat untuk masyarakat. Dengan harapan dilakukanya kegiatan ini agar dapat meningkatkan pendapatan dan perkenonomian masyarakat sekitar. Pasca masa pandemic Covid -19 kita harus menghidupkan dan menjalankan kembali UMKM yang sebelumny redup atau tidak berjalan akibat dari adanya virus yang masuk ke Indonesia yaitu Covid-19. Dengan adanya program KKN dengan tema “ UMKM” diharapkan dapat kembali menghidupkan dan menjalankan UMKM. UMKM merupakan usaha mikro, usaha kecil dan usaha menengah. Berdasarkan Undang-Undang nomor 20 Tahun 2008 usaha mikro adalah usaha produktif milik orang perorangan ataupun badan usaha perorangan dengan jumlah asset maksimal 0 sampai Rp 50 juta dan omzet total 0 sampai 300 juta. Usaha kecil adalah usaha ekonomi produktif yang berdiri sendiri dilakukan oleh orang perorangan ataupun badan usaha akan tetapi bukan merupakan anak perusahaan dengan jumlah asset lebih dari Rp 50 juta sampai Rp 500 juta dan omzet total Rp 300 juta sampai Rp 2,5 milyar. Usaha menengah adalah usaha ekonomi produktif yang berdiri sendiri dilakukan oleh cabang orang perseorangan atau badan usaha yang bukan merupakan anak perusahaan dengan jumlah kekayaan bersih lebih dari Rp 500 juta sampai Rp 10 milyar dan omzet total Rp 2,5 milyar sampai Rp 50 milyar. Dalam menumbuhkan pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat UMKM memiliki kontribusi yang besar khususnya di negara-negara berkembang. Dampak yang berpengaruh positif dapat menggerakkan roda perekonomian bangsa dan mengurangi jumlah pengangguran.

Abstract

This program is conducted to provide education on time management and efforts to improve and maintain learning motivation for adolescents at the junior high school level. This program is expected to have a positive impact on participants in terms of time management and increasing motivation, so that learning achievement can be improved. Education through socialization was conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Muaragembong, Jayasakti Village, Bekasi. The methods used were socialization and Question & Answer. The information analyzed showed that a good understanding of time management and a high level of learning motivation contributed to improving adolescent achievement. The results of this activity provide recommendations for adolescents and education partners to improve their understanding and practice of time management and learning motivation in order to achieve improved learning achievement in Jayasakti Village.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul "Pengaruh Literasi Akuntansi dan Literasi Keuangan terhadap Perilaku Keuangan dengan Pengendalian Diri sebagai Moderator," menyelidiki fenomena meningkatnya penggunaan judi dan pinjaman daring di kalangan pengguna Indonesia, yang merupakan kontributor terhadap perilaku keuangan yang tidak sehat. Penelitian ini meneliti empat variabel: variabel dependen (perilaku keuangan); dua variabel independen (literasi akuntansi dan literasi keuangan); dan variabel moderasi (pengendalian diri). Tujuan utama adalah untuk menilai pengaruh literasi akuntansi dan literasi keuangan terhadap perilaku keuangan, dengan fokus pada apakah pengendalian diri memoderasi pengaruh ini. Desain penelitian kausal digunakan untuk menganalisis efek langsung dan moderasi dari setiap variabel. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner diproses menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa literasi akuntansi berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan, mendukung hipotesis pertama. Demikian pula, literasi keuangan menunjukkan efek positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan, mengonfirmasi hipotesis kedua. Pengendalian diri juga memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan, memvalidasi hipotesis ketiga. Namun, pengendalian diri tidak memoderasi efek literasi akuntansi terhadap perilaku keuangan, yang mengarah pada penolakan hipotesis keempat. Sebaliknya, pengendalian diri meningkatkan pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap perilaku finansial, yang mendukung hipotesis kelima. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada literatur yang ada dan meningkatkan kesadaran tentang pentingnya literasi akuntansi dalam membina perilaku finansial yang sehat dan terinformasi. Praktik keuangan yang baik sangat penting bagi kesejahteraan pribadi dan berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional. Wawasan ini dapat menjadi dasar bagi upaya masa depan untuk meningkatkan perilaku finansial dengan mengatasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan finansial individu.

Abstract

This study aims and has the intention to test and examine how much influence E-Service quality and promotion have on purchasing decisions as well as a moderating variable, namely consumer satisfaction. The research population used a sample of 304 respondents who are users of the Zenius application in Indonesia. The technique used for data collection in this study used a sampling method, namely non-probability sampling, purposive sampling, to be precise, by distributing research questionnaires. The data processing system is carried out using smartPLS with a view to testing hypotheses. The current results in this study prove that E-service quality has evidence of a significant positive influence on purchasing decisions, promotion has evidence of a significant positive influence on purchasing decisions, consumer satisfaction has a significant positive influence on purchasing decisions, consumer satisfaction is also proven significant and can moderate the effect of E-service quality on purchasing decisions, consumer satisfaction has significant evidence and can moderate the effect of promotions on purchasing decisions. Therefore, this study recommends that Zenius carry out promotions not only on social media but also through television by displaying several talents that are of interest so that consumers can make purchasing decisions to subscribe to various study packages in the Zenius application, because several respondents in This study states that some new users are not aware of the learning packages offered by Zenius. Zenius is also expected to maintain its quality of service in serving consumers or users of the Zenius application so that consumers are more comfortable when they have problems, when making transactions or when using the features in the Zenius application.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui agar perusahaan bisa mempertahankan posisi pasar dalam persaingan industri dan dibutuhkan pengelolaan terhadap sistem rantai pasok perusahaan. Masalah utama dalam pengelolaan internal perusahaan adalah manajemen pergudangan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi kinerja dari gudang PT. Wira Mitra Prima dan mengetahui faktor apa saja yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja gudang perusahaan, serta mengetahui apakah gudang tersebut menguntungkan atau merugikan perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 133 responden, yang merupakan karyawan/karyawati, operator forklift dan rekanan dari PT. WMP. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan simple random sampling dengan cara menyebar kuisioner google form melalui media sosial dan Whatsapp Group. Metode pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan software Smart PLS3 yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis. Metode penentuan jumlah kelayakan responden menggunakan Metode Hair yang menyatakan bahwa responden itu boleh 5 sampai 10 kali jumlah indikator variabel penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa operasi forklift berpengaruh signifikan  terhadap kinerja pergudangan, operasi bongkar muat barang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pergudangan dan   SOP berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pergudangan. Selanjutnya SOP mampu memperkuat pengaruh operasi forklift terhadap kinerja pergudangan begitu pulan halnya juga SOP mampu memperkuat pengaruh operasi bongkar muat barang terhadap kinerja pergudangan.Kata kunci :  Operasi Forklift, Operasi Bongkar Muat Barang, Kinerja Pergudangan dan SOP ABSTRACT            This research aims to find out how companies can maintain their market position in industrial competition and how management of the company's supply chain system is needed. The main problem in company internal management is warehouse management. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the performance of the PT warehouse. Wira Mitra Prima and find out what factors most influence the performance of the company's warehouse, as well as knowing whether the warehouse is profitable or detrimental to the company. This research used a sample of 133 respondents, who were employees, forklift operators and partners from PT. WMP. The data collection technique uses simple random sampling by distributing Google Form questionnaires via social media and Whatsapp Group. The data processing method in this research uses Smart PLS3 software which is used to test hypotheses. The method for determining the number of eligible respondents uses the Hair Method which states that respondents may have 5 to 10 times the number of research variable indicators. The results of this research show that forklift operations have a significant effect on warehouse performance, loading and unloading operations have a significant effect on warehousing performance and SOPs have a significant effect on warehousing performance. Furthermore, SOPs are able to strengthen the influence of forklift operations on warehouse performance, as well as SOPs are able to strengthen the influence of loading and unloading operations on warehouse performance.Keywords: Forklift Operations, Loading and Unloading Operations, Warehouse Performance and SOP

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of job training, reward systems, education level, and the work environment on employee performance, as well as to examine the moderating role of the work environment. A quantitative research design was employed using a survey approach involving 125 employees of PT Lautan Makmur Sentosa. Data were collected through a validated and reliable questionnaire and analyzed using SmartPLS (Partial Least Squares). The findings reveal that job training, reward systems, and education level each have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, highlighting the importance of training programs, appropriate reward mechanisms, and adequate educational qualifications in improving performance. The work environment also demonstrates a strong positive influence on employee productivity. Furthermore, the moderating analysis shows that the work environment strengthens the positive relationship between job training and employee performance but weakens the relationship between reward systems and performance. Meanwhile, the interaction between education level and work environment indicates that a more conducive work environment enhances the performance of employees with higher educational backgrounds. These results suggest that the interplay between work environment conditions and human capital factors requires careful managerial attention. Overall, this research provides valuable insights for companies in designing effective human resource strategies to optimize employee performance.
