Abstract

E-commerce is a form of information technology development, which is a sales medium that provides positive things, and makes the shopping process effective and efficient. However, not all MSME actors, especially MSMEs in Medicine, use e-commerce to sell their products. This socialization was carried out as a community service program in the form of providing knowledge about the benefits of e-commerce, with the aim of drug SMEs being able to understand and utilize e-commerce as a sales medium that would be able to increase income for the MSMEs themselves. The population in this socialization activity is MSME actors in the Kelapa Gading area, North Jakarta with a sample of 15 MSME actors. The method used is a lecture related to the importance of e-commerce by students of the University of 17 August 1945 Jakarta accompanied by a supervisor. Parameters for evaluating the success of this socialization using the Pre-Test and Post-Test questionnaires. The expected result is an increase in the breadth of insight into the knowledge of MSME actors on the benefits of e-commerce and being able to apply e-commerce as a sales medium.

Abstract

This investigation aims to test and assess the impact of service quality and product quality on purchase intention, considering brand awareness as a moderating factor. The data collection methodology involved using a simple random sampling approach through the distribution of research questionnaires. The research findings show a positive and statistically significant correlation between quality and purchase intention. The impact of product quality on purchase intention is positive and statistically significant. The impact of brand awareness on purchase intention is positive and statistically significant. Customers' familiarity with a brand may decrease over time, but it remains influential. It can be a moderating factor in the relationship between service quality and the likelihood of purchasing. Improving and regulating the relationship between product quality and purchase intention can be facilitated by increasing brand awareness.

Abstract

Elections have become the biggest event every 5 years and are a manifestation of the implementation of the 4th precepts of the Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution, whereby every citizen has the right to vote in the democratic arena every 5 years and implementing organizations are required to oversee these activities. According to (Christian, 2020) organizational strategy refers to the goals to be achieved, a conducive work environment, and actions to deal with existing problems. Bawaslu as a supervisory organization must oversee the course of the upcoming election, in the previous election there was still fraud that occurred in several polling stations in Indonesia such as; ballot papers that have been punched and voted for by minors, so there needs to be an effort or action from the election supervisors to overcome this and in its implementation it is expected to involve the participation of the community in election supervision. Bawaslu conducts outreach to the public, especially inviting the public to actively participate as participatory supervisors, the participatory task is to properly monitor the 2024 election, if there is fraud, report it immediately to the officer. It can be concluded that the synergy between Bawaslu employees in the formulation and socialization of the 2024 election strategy is proceeding as it should. Bawaslu will take firm action against prospective leaders who are found to have committed election fraud or bribed the public to vote for themselves in accordance with statutory procedures and regulations. run for re-election in the next election.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate and analyze the impact of perceived oganizational support and workload on employee performance with moderation by the individual's organizational fit. The study population included a sample of 43 respondents aged 24-47 who were employees and employees of North Jakarta BNNK. The datasprocessing methodsin thissresearch uses smartPLS for the purpose of hypothesis verification. The resultssof this study show that perceived organizational support has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, and workload has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, and that an individual's organizational fit hassa positive and significant effect on employee performance. positive and significant impact on employee performance, and person organization fit weakens but has an effect and can moderate between perceived organizational support on employee performance, person organization fit is able to strengthen and can moderate the workload on employee performance. This study recommends that if you want to improve employeesperformance, it is advisable to be able to provide psychological differentiation to employees who work, because some of the respondents to this study stated that agencies have not fully providedsgood support, causing employee performance to be less than optimal, but this can be minimized by providing support and rewards to employees.

Abstract

Indonesia menempatkan posisi ke-empat sebagai negara padat penduduk di dunia. Dalam kondisi ini tentu saja pengadministrasian data penduduk secara akurat dan komprehensif merupakan pekerjaan besar dan pelik. Arsip data kependudukan yang valid menjadi tantangan krusial bagi pemerintah karena menjadi salah satu indikator kemajuan bangsa. Dengan data kependudukan yang otentik, maka tergambarlah profil dan potensi penduduknya. Dengan data kependudukan yang baik, update dan akurat, tata kelola pemerintahan akan dapat dilaksanakan dengan mudah, efektif dan efisien.Menurut Zudan Arif selaku mantan Ketua Ditjen Dukcapil Kemendagri RI, Dukcapil memiliki 12 kebijakan yang terus dikerjakan dan diperbaiki agar layanan Adminduk bisa menjadi lebih mudah, akurat dan lebih cepat selesai. Salah satunya adalah dengan meluncurkan aplikasi Identitas Kependudukan Digital (IKD) yang mana setiap warga yang sudah memiliki KTP Elektronik dapat mengunduh aplikasi tersebut dengan smartphone berbasis Android maupun IOS.

Abstract

Remaja merupakan satu fase perkembangan manusia dari masa kanak-kanak menuju masa dewasa. Sikap rasa ingin tahu tanpa pengendalian diri yang baik dapat menjerumuskan remaja ke dalam perangkap kenakalan. Kenakalan remaja adalah tindakan yang dianggap melanggar nilai-nilai dan norma-norma yang berlaku dalam masyarakat dan umumnya kenakalan remaja disebabkan oleh ketidakstabilan usia remaja serta mudahnya dipengaruhi lingkungan. Cyber Bullying adalah salah satu bentuk kenakalan remaja yang berbasis teknologi. Cyber Bullying adalah perundungan yang terjadi di dunia maya yang mencakup ancaman, serta penghinaan terhadap teman sehingga teman tersebut menjadi emosional atau bahkan lebih buruk. Kasus Cyber Bullying sangat sering terjadi di kalangan pelajar. Sosialisasi dan pendidikan bagi remaja tentang norma yang berlaku dalam masyarakat serta etika, baik dalam interaksi sosial maupun dalam penggunaan media sosial harus dilakukan. Tujuan dari sosialisasi  ini adalah untuk menciptakan lingkungan di mana siswa dapat merasa aman, dihargai, dan didukung dalam penggunaan teknologi, serta untuk mempersiapkan mereka menjadi bagian dari masyarakat daring yang bertanggung jawab dan empatik. Metode pelaksanaan termasuk ceramah dan penyampaian langsung, ice breaking, serta refleksi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah seluruh peserta memahami dan menyadari bahaya Cyber Bullying serta etika beraktivitas di dunia digital yang baik.

Abstract

The use of fintech is increasingly trending among society, especially in the millennial and generation Z age groups. This generation needs to be educated about the smart use of fintech. Students at SMKS Assa Adatul Abadiyah, located in Muara Gembong, Bekasi, need education about personal financial management through the use of fintech. This community service program is carried out with the aim of improving personal financial management capabilities, through the intelligent use of fintech. This community service activity is carried out using an Asset Based Community Development approach. The method used is lecture and question and answer discussion. The results include three things. First, participants experienced an increased understanding of various types of fintech and their facilities. Second, participants increasingly understand the use of fintech to support financial planning. Third, participants increasingly master various financial management tips. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dampak pelayanan penggunaan JakLingko terhadap peningkatan kepuasan warga Sunter Agung, Jakarta Utara.      ini menilai penerimaan warga terhadap layanan JakLingko, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan, mengukur pengalaman warga dalam menggunakan layanan jaklingko, serta mengidentifikasi tantangan dan peluang dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan efektivitas JakLingko sebagai moda transportasi publik. Implikasi dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang berguna bagi pengelola JakLingko untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan, membantu pemerintah daerah dan pengelola transportasi dalam pengambilan kebijakan yang lebih efektif dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan warga, serta memberikan rekomendasi praktis untuk pengembangan fasilitas transportasi publikHasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan penggunaan JakLingko memiliki dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kepuasan warga Sunter Agung. Diharapkan temuan ini akan meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas penumpang, serta menjadi sumber inspirasi bagi peneliti selanjutnya yang tertarik meneliti topik serupa dengan lebih menegmbangkan penelitian ini.

Abstract

The Internship Program is a means for students to develop their competencies. Under the guidance of lecturers and supervisors at the internship location, lecturers and students work together to implement a good work culture. In the internship activities at PT FJM, the work culture implemented includes an accountable work culture and a transparent work culture. Through the internship program that has been prepared by lecturers and students, all accountable and transparent indicators are practiced in internship activities. The implementation of internship tasks that prioritize an accountable and transparent culture is expected to have a positive impact on the Company where the internship is held. The internship is carried out in the finance division to find out the financial processes that occur in the company. This internship program uses the project-based learning method, which is a project-based learning method that will be guided by the supervising lecturer and internship supervisor from the company.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of diversity and inclusion on employee performance at PT XYZ, with organisational culture as an intervening variable. The background of this study is based on the importance of diversity management and the creation of an inclusive work environment in improving individual and organisational performance. This study employs a quantitative approach using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) to test the relationships between variables. The research was conducted in several stages, starting from literature and theory exploration, data collection from the research subjects, data validity testing using reliability and validity tests, data processing, and hypothesis testing. The data was analysed using the SmartPLS 4.0 application, with a sample size of 322 respondents. The results of the study indicate that diversity influences employee performance, but inclusion does not influence employee performance. Meanwhile, organisational culture has been proven to significantly moderate the relationship between diversity and inclusion on performance. These findings emphasise the importance of companies building a supportive and conducive work culture, so that the values of diversity and inclusion can be fully integrated into every work process. With a positive organisational culture, diversity and inclusion are not merely symbols or formal policies but genuinely drive collaboration, innovation, and productivity, thereby contributing to sustained improvements in employee performance.
