Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perkembangan kewirausahaan dalam meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat di Kelurahan Lewaja Kabupaten Enrekang dan untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat perkembangan kewirausahaan dalam meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat di Kelurahan Lewaja Kabupaten Enrekang. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kelurahan Lewaja Kecamatan Enrekang. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan minat berwirausaha dalam meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat Kelurahan Lewaja adalah pengusaha memiliki sikap percaya diri artinya pengusaha mampu mengendalikan diri dengan baik dalam hal kepercayaan diri, inovatif artinya menciptakan hal-hal yang baru yang serupa dengan usaha yang telah dikelola, sikap keterbukaan artinya selalu terbuka dengan informasi-informasi mengenai kewirausahaan agar memiliki usaha yang tidak kuno atau tertinggal, keberanian dalam mengambil resiko artinya pengusaha dapat mengambil resiko yang memang sesuai dengan kemampuan dan perencana artinya pengusaha mampu merencanakan sesuatu dengan selalu berpikir kreatif. Sedangkan Faktor penghambatnya adalah gagal merencanakan sesuatu, tidak mampu melakukan peralihan, melakukan persaingan yang tidak sehat, tidak dapat mengelola atau mengendalikan sistem keuangan dengan baik. Sedangkan faktor pendoronya adalah selalu memiliki pikiran yang positif, kreatif, inisiatif, inovasi dan disiplin. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah perkembangan kewirausahaan dalam meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat di Kelurahan Lewaja sudah mulai mengalami peningkatan.

Abstract

This research was found out whether the application of the webtoon media increases students' reading comprehension. A quasi experimental design was used in this research with the experimental class and the control class. The populations were students of SMK PGRI Enrekang for the academic year 2021/2022. The samples of this study were students of class X OTKP (15 students) as the experimental group and students of class X AKL (15 students) as the control group. This sample was taken by cluster sampling technique. This research applied the webtoon application media to the experimental group and the folktales to the control group. The instrument of this research was reading test. It used to determine students' reading comprehension in learning English. The researcher found that the use of webtoon media could improve the student’s reading comprehension of class X OTKP of SMK PGRI Enrekang because the average score after being given post-test treatment which was 85.00 higher than the control was post-test grade is 75.00. This proves that the experimental group is in to the good category. Based on the data, the researcher concludes that the webtoon media can improve students' reading comprehension.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the impact of the MBKM-based KUKIS learning model, the village building scheme, which has been applied to students of English Education study program. The KUKIS learning model is adapted from the Project-Based Learning model. Descriptive research method with a quantitative approach is used in this research. Questionnaires and interviews are used as instruments to collect data from the selected research sample using purposive sampling technique. The results of data analysis show that the application of KUKIS is able to contribute positively to students' ability to fulfil learning outcomes which include attitudes, general skills, special skills, and mastery of knowledge. Likewise for the aspect of MBKM objectives, students assessed that the application of the KUKIS learning model is able to contribute positively to the achievement of MBKM goals, both soft skills and hard skills of students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh, bagaimana penggunaan media menjadi pembelajaran yang dapat memberikan daya tarik yang menyenangkan selama prose pembelajaran didalam kelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Menganalisis pengaruh Canva berbasis Artificial Intelligence (AI) sebagai media pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) siswa kelas 4 SDN 60 Tondon. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi digital, penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif menjadi kebutuhan penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas dan daya tarik proses belajar mengajar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV SDN 60 Tondon yang berjumlah 30 siswa sedangkan sampelnya adalah mengambil sampel dari seluruh jumlah populasi yaitu kelas IV sebanyak 15 siswa. Cara pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh. Jenis instrument dalam penelitian ini adalah tes hasil belajar, angket, dan lembar observasi. Analisis data menggunakan uji statistik deskriptif, Uji normalitas, Homogenitas, dan Uji hipotetis. Indikator keberhasilan penelitian yaitu peningkatan hasil belajar IPA, respon positif siswa terhadap media pembelajaran dengan ? 75% siswa memberikan skor tinggi dan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran sesuai rencana dengan tingkat ketercapaian indikator ?80%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar dalam kelas eksperimen dengan nilai rata-rata pre-test 42,3. Setelah dilakukan pembelajaran IPA dengan memanfaatkan media canva berbasis AI maka kelas eksperimen dalam post-test meningkat yaitu 84,7. Berdasarkan data diatas, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada penggunaan media canva berbasis AI dalam pembelajaran IPA kelas 4 SDN 60 Tondon.

Abstract

This research was aimed at finding out the way of the teacher in implementing of Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) in teaching English at class of SMPN 1 Enrekang, exploring the media, problems, and types of CLT activities that students prefer. The population of this research was the teachers and the students of SMPN 1 Enrekang. The sample was three teachers and two classes. In this research, the data were obtained through three kinds of instruments namely, observation checklist, interview, and questionnaire. The result showed the ways of teacher in implementing of CLT were the teachers used principles of CLT methodology stated by Richards (2006:13). Moreover, the researcher found two other ways. Firstly, the teacher always tried to use creative ways/activities in applying Richards’s principles of CLT methodology in order not only to motivate and interest but also to decrease the boredom of students in learning English. Secondly, the teacher showed her sympathy, sensitivity, and understanding to their students’ needs and problems. Generally the problems encountered by the teachers were the students rarely communicated with others using English in daily life so they are lack of English proficiency. The media used by teacher were authentic materials, non-authentic material, listening exercises, internet, and computer based program. The result of questionnaire calculation is about 49.71. This result is in like categories as stated in Liker scale. Based on the data, the top rank of CLT activities that students prefer was task completion activities (100% of students).

Abstract

The subject of this research was vocabulary class in the Muhammadiyah University of Enrekang, 2021/2022 academic year. The data were in the form of quantitative data. The quantitative data were collected from the students’ vocabulary score of pre-test and post-test to see the improvement of the students’ vocabulary mastery. The research findings showed that vocabulary mastery of most students’ increase after body movement game technique was used in the teaching and learning process. It was indicated by the increase of the mean students’ vocabulary score in the pre-test and post-test (52, 07 to 76, 57). The students’ involvement and classroom interaction during the implantation of the game were increased. It was showed by students’ enthusiasm during the game. They tried to be the first winner and raised their competitiveness among them. In addition, the implementation of Body Movement Game technique and the complementary actions were successful to help the students’ memorize and understand new words easily. In conclusion, the students’ vocabulary mastery was increased through the implementation of Body Movement Game.

Abstract

The international internship program was the topic of this research provides opportunities for students to be involved in community service conducted abroad. This research was qualitative by taking data from eight students who participated in this international internship program. The results of this study used a descriptive method. This study aims to analyze the problems faced and the solutions used by the intern students of the Muhammadiyah University of Enrekang batch 2. The results of this study indicate that there are 8 problems faced by interns, including administrative problems, health, psychological, culture shock, language barriers, teaching assignments, social, and available facilities. Apart from the problem, this research also includes the solutions used by the interns to solve these problems. With this research, it can be used as a reference or guideline for students who want to take part in international internships later

Abstract

This community service was carried out at the Ridha Orphanage, Kab. Enrekang with the target of orphanage children. The expected goal of this PKM activity is the children of the Ridha Orphanage can develop character in the spiritual, emotional, and intellectual fields. The method that will be used in teaching Muhammadiyah character values is divided into several stages, namely: 1) Socialization; 2) Preparation; 3) Implementation; and 4) Evaluation. In addition, the learning process is carried out by applying the following methods: 1) Observation; 2) The fun learning; 3) Picture and picture; and 4) Games. This PKM activity is the children of the Ridha Orphanage need character building activities that are carried out regularly as an effort to form a generation of Muslims who are faithful, devoted, have noble character, are capable, believe in themselves, are disciplined, responsible, love the homeland, promote and develop knowledge and skills, and charity towards the realization of a primary, just and prosperous society that is blessed by Allah SWT which is the goal of Muhammadiyah Education.Â
