The research aims to determine how compensation and workload have a significant effect on employee loyalty at Shopee Express Mpunda, Bima City so that it can provide input to the leadership at Shopee Express Mpunda, Bima City. This research is quantitative research and the type of research is associative with the population in this research being all employees of Shopee Express Mpunda Kota Bima, so the sampling technique is a saturated sample of 56 respondents while the data collection technique uses observation, literature study and questionnaires, referring to the Likert scale. 5 points were then distributed to 56 respondents. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression which is then analyzed using SPSS version 21 for Windows. The results of this research are that: 1) Compensation has a significant influence on Loyalty to Shopee Express Mpunda Bima City. 2) Workload There is no significant influence on Loyalty to Shopee Express Mpunda Bima City. 3). Compensation and workload have a significant influence on employee loyalty at Shopee Express Mpunda Bima City

The purpose of this study was to determine the positive and significant influence of emotional intelligence and digital literacy on the performance of Generation Z employees in Bima City. This research is a quantitative study. This type of research is associative with the population used in this study, namely all Generation Z employees in Bima City. The sample used in this study was Generation Z employees in Bima City totaling 100 employees. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling based on criteria, the research instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis tool used in this study used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 21. The results of this study are: 1) Emotional Intelligence does not have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Generation Z Employees in Bima City. 2) Digital Literacy has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Generation Z Employees in Bima City. 3) Emotional Intelligence and Digital Literacy have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Generation Z Employees in Bima City.

Kegiatan ini menggunakan studi kasus SDN 36 Nggarolo untuk menyelidiki peran asistensi mengajar dalam mendorong siswa sekolah dasar untuk berwirausaha. Keterampilan wirausaha menjadi salah satu keterampilan penting yang harus dipelajari sejak dini di era globalisasi yang semakin kompetitif. Siswa memiliki kesempatan untuk belajar secara langsung dari guru melalui program asistensi mengajar, yang berfokus pada keterampilan kewirausahaan seperti pengambilan keputusan, manajemen risiko, dan kreativitas. Studi ini menemukan bahwa asistensi mengajar di SDN 36 Nggarolo mendorong siswa untuk berpikir lebih inovatif dan kreatif. Ini ditemukan melalui metode observasi dan wawancara. Kegiatan ini diselenggarakan oleh mahasiswa peserta KKN-T MBKM dan di bimbing oleh 2 (dua) dosen pembimbing lapangan Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi (STIE) Bima pada bulan September 2024. Program ini juga meningkatkan kepercayaan siswa dalam memulai usaha kecil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru yang terlibat secara aktif dalam program asistensi mengajar dapat membuat pendidikan menyenangkan dan relevan, sehingga menumbuhkan minat siswa untuk mengeksplorasi dunia wirausaha.

This study aims to find out how much influence the Physical Work Environment on Employee Job Satisfacion (Study of the Bima City Library Departement employees). While the formulation of the problem of this research is whether the Work Environment affects the Employee Job Satisfacion (Study of the Bima City library staff). The research instrument used a questionnaire. The type of research used Associative, this study was conducted at the Bima City Library Office, the population in this study was a total of 43 employees and the sample used in this study amounted to 30 employees using purposive sampling technique (sampling based on criteria). Data analysis used is a simple linear regression analysis using the equation, namely: Y = a + bx. The results of the initial analysis show that the indicators used are valid for measuring existing variables. The result of subsequent analyzes show that the Physical Work Environment variable influences the regression coefficient of 0.752Keywords: Physical Work Environment, Employee Job Satisfacion

The importance of developing tourism that can support the regional economy in ambalawi Regency is Oi Fanda which is located in ujung harapan hamlet. Nipa Village, ambalawi District, Bima regency. This activity involved real work lecture students from Nipa Village, Ambalwi district, who were accompanied by assistant lecturers from the manegement study program, Pokdarwis and the community of the Ujung Harapan hamlet. Oi Fanda has clean white sand a stretch of coconut which adds to the beauty of a tourist attraction that is currently viral on social media. Many residents from the city of Bima and other area also deliberately visited Oi Fanda. The development is carried out by making directions to tourist attraction locationt, welcome boards, photo spot, lounge chairs, swings, promotions and publications on social media. The development of the Oi Fanda tourist attraction will have an impact on the arrival of visitors to the Oi Fanda tourist attraction, which will increase the income of the Nipa village community. The tourism sector is a sector that has the potential to be developed as a source of regional insight. The development of tourism depends on the visits that come to visit the place. The increase in the number of visits that occur is a reflection of the continued development of tourism to maintain and increase the number of tourist visits.

Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan skill kelompok ibu-ibu IRT Pesisir melalui transformasi teknologi pengolahan, pengemasaran, pemasaran dan manajemen usaha dengan bahan dasar ikan tuna menjadi produk olahan Stik Nako(stik ikan tuna). Permasalahan rendahnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan IRT pesisir dalam mengolah limbah ikan tuna sehingga menjadi produk yang bernilai ekonomis. Target dari program ini adalah terbentuknya unit usaha yang mengembangkan produk makanan dari bahan dasar ikan tuna. Secara khusus program ini bertujuan untuk melatih Ibu-ibu Rumah Tangga (IRT) pesisir untuk memproduksi sti Nako (stik ikan tuna). Pelatihan di berikan mulai dari cara pengolahaan, pengemasan, pemasaran sampai Metode yang akan di terapkan untuk mencapai tujuan atau target adalah metode demontrasi, pelatihan/penyuluhan. Kegiatan ini melibatkan para anggota mahasiswa Kuliah Kerja Nyata yang di dampingi oleh dosen pendamping program studi manajemen dengan peserta para ibu-ibu rumah tangga (IRT) kelurahan kolo dan masyarakat di kelurahan kolo kota bima. Hasil yang di capai pada kegiatan ini adalah Kelompok ibu rumah tangga (IRT) pesisir telah memahami dan memiliki keterampilan dan wirausaha, Mengetahui cara pengelolaan usaha yang lebih terstruktur, adanya produk stik Nako(stik ikan tuna) serta memahami bagaiman cara memasarkan produk dengan adanya inovasi kemasan dan penggunaan teknologi. Hasil evaluasi yang telah dilakukan dapat di ketahui bahwa pengetahuan peserta terkait pengolahan ikan tuna meningkat dan membuka pikiran peserta untuk memanfaatkan peluang yang ada untuk meningkatkan pendapatan. Sekitar 90 persen peserta secara aktif menanggapi positif keterampilan dan pengetahuan yang di sampaikan oleh TIM Pengabdi.

Dalam menghadapi persaingan usaha yang semakin ketat di era digital dan globalisasi, keberhasilan perusahaan, terutama UKM seperti CV. Mahlan yang bergerak di bidang pengelolaan dan distribusi jagung, sangat bergantung pada strategi manajemen tim yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi manajemen dalam membangun tim kerja, mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasinya, serta menilai efektivitasnya dalam meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan analisis SWOT, didukung oleh instrumen wawancara, observasi, dan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil analisis menunjukkan posisi strategis CV. Mahlan berada pada kuadran progresif (kuadran I), dengan kekuatan internal dan peluang eksternal yang cukup besar untuk mendorong ekspansi dan inovasi. Strategi SO (Strengths-Opportunities) direkomendasikan untuk memanfaatkan kekuatan internal dalam merespon peluang pasar. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis dan teoretis dalam pengembangan strategi manajemen tim di sektor UKM, serta menjadi acuan bagi pengembangan kebijakan strategis yang adaptif dan berkelanjutan.

This study aims to examine the influence of competence, job placement, and work discipline on employee performance at the Samsat Office of Bima Regency. The research applies a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 30 civil servants selected using purposive sampling. The data analysis techniques include validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, and F-test. The results show that competence, placement, and work discipline each have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination indicates that 45.2% of the variance in performance is explained by the three variables. These findings suggest that improving employee competence through training, placing staff according to their skills, and consistently enforcing work discipline can enhance employee effectiveness and productivity. The study has important implications for human resource management in public institutions, particularly in improving service quality through better employee performance.

This study aims to determine the influence of the work environment and work motivation on work morale at the Bima City Transportation Agency. The research instrument used a Likert scale questionnaire. The study population was 189 respondents with purposive sampling obtained a sample of 34 respondents. Data collection techniques used observation, questionnaires and literature studies. Analysis with multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that partially the work environment has a significant effect on work morale but work motivation does not significantly affect work morale. Simultaneously, the work environment and work motivation have a significant effect on work morale at the Bima City Transportation Agency.
