Abstract

This research observes the annual increase in the number of Steam application account users from 2019 to 2021, attributed to users having or creating multiple accounts. Additionally, there is an increase in active in-game users during this period. The study aims to examine the influence of discounts and brand image on the Steam application on online impulsive buying decisions. The research method employed is quantitative with an associative approach, involving 100 randomly selected respondents. Data were obtained through questionnaires and literature review. The results indicate that discounts do not significantly impact impulsive buying decisions, but brand image has a significant influence. However, discounts and brand image together have an impact on impulsive buying decisions, with a correlation coefficient of 0.805 and a determination coefficient of 64.1%.

Abstract

Company culture refers to the values and norms within an organization that serve as guidelines for employees. State-owned enterprises (BUMN) need to innovate to compete with private companies, including the transformation of human resources. In Indonesia, BUMNs like PT Jasa Marga Belmera adopt the "AKHLAK" culture as the core values of the company. This research evaluates the implementation of the AKHLAK culture in enhancing employee performance during the Covid-19 pandemic. A qualitative research method is employed, involving interviews, observations, and documentation. The research findings indicate that the strategy and implementation of AKHLAK are functioning well, although there is still room for improvement in raising employee awareness of the company's culture. The implementation of AKHLAK has a positive impact on both employee and company performance.

Abstract

This study analyzes the factors that influence the decision of buying a home in Bintang Residence. Object of this study was all residents who have homes in in Bintang Residence. The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the influence of family, economic situation, lifestyle, perceptions, and the location of the home purchase decision on Housing in Bintang Residence. This type of research is quantitative descriptive study using survey method. The nature of this research is the study explained (explanatory). This study using simple random sampling method to retrieve data using a sample of 75 respondents to the Slovin formula. Data analysis uses Multiple Linear Regression with SPSS 16 program. The result of this research shows that the value of Adjusted R Square of 0.642. This shows the magnitude of the effect of independent variables (location, a reference group, economic circumstances, lifestyle, and perception) on the dependent variable (the home buying decision) was 64.2%. In other words 64.2% bound variables can be explained by the independent variable, while the remaining 35.8% is explained by other variables not included in the study. Simultaneous regression test results showed that simultaneous independent variable (X) consisting of location, a reference group, economic circumstances, lifestyle, and perceptions have a positive and significant impact on the variable (Y) is the decision of buying a home in in Bintang Residence. Pasial regression test results in a variable location, a reference group, economic circumstances, lifestyles and perceptions have a positive and significant impact on the home purchase decision on Housing in Bintang Residence. The dominant factor influencing the purchase decisions of Housing home in in Bintang Residence is the location factor.

Abstract

Karyawan menjadi unsur utama dalam mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan oleh sebuah perusahaan atau lembaga Tujuan-tujuan tersebut dapat dicapai melalui peningkatan kinerja karyawan, yang dipengaruhi oleh sikap kerja dan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak serta Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana Kabupaten Deli Serdang, ditemukan bahwa karyawan memiliki kinerja yang cenderung baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis keterkaitan antara variabel Work Attitude dan Job Satisfication dengan Kinerja Pegawai. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kedua variabel pertama terhadap fenomena pencapaian kinerja di lembaga dinas yang melebihi pencapaian target. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 40 karyawan dengan teknik total sampling yang didukung dengan data-data sekunder seperti berbagai buku maupun penelitian terdahulu. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, dan uji hipotesis sebagai alat interpretasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Work Attitude dan Job Satisfication berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan tingkat keterkaitan dan pengaruh masing-masing sebesar 95,6% dan 90,8%. Sikap kerja dan kepuasan kerja yang semakin baik pada pegawai akan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai demikian juga hal sebaliknya berlaku

Abstract

etika berbelanja online, konsumen sering merasa kesulitan untuk menilai apakah produk tersebut sesuai dengan apa yang diinginkaan atau sehingga hal tersebut mempengaruhi minat beli konsumen. Oleh karena itu konsumen berusaha memperoleh informasi melalui review dan rating yang tersedia di berbagai platform online termasuk e-marketplace Shopee. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh online customer review dan rating terhadap minat beli produk pada layanan aplikasi Shopee (studi pada pengguna aplikasi Shopee di kota Medan). Pengaruh antara online customer review dan rating akan dianalisis secara parsial dan simultan terhadap minat beli produk pada layanan aplikasi Shopee studi pada pengguna aplikasi Shopee di kota Medan. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengguna aplikasi Shopee di kota Medan. Adapun jumlah sampel sebanyak dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 96 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Adapun data primer yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara langsung sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa online customer review dan rating berpengaruh positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap minat beli produk pada layanan aplikasi Shopee studi pada pengguna aplikasi Shopee di kota Medan. Nilai koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,928, dimana hal ini berarti terdapat hubungan antara variabel online customer review (X1) dan rating (X2) terhadap minat beli konsumen (Y) sebesar 92,8% sehingga hubungan antar variabel tersebut dapat dikategorikan sangat erat. Serta nilai adjusted r square sebesar 0,858 ataupun nilai koefisien determinan menampilkan bahwa variabel online customer review (X1) dan rating (X2) terhadap minat beli konsumen (Y) sebesar 85,5%, sedangkan 14,5% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar model penelitian ini.

Abstract

In customer satisfaction at Honda dealer Sisingamangaraja No. 362 Medan City in the realization that less than the maximum is also evidenced in the reviews given to the dealer is very much a low rating given customers Honda dealer Sisingamangaraja No. 362 City Terrain. This study aims to analyze the effect of brand trust on customer satisfaction at Honda motorcycle dealers, analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at Honda motorcycle dealers, and to analyze the effect of brand trust and service quality on customer satisfaction at Honda Motorcycle Medan dealers. The form of research used in this study is quantitative research with associative approach. Sampling is done through probability sampling technique and using 100 respondents as a sample. Data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis test. The results of this study show that brand trust does not significantly affect customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, service quality significantly affects customer satisfaction. However, brand trust and service quality, affect equally to Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Fashion as a part of the creative economy today can not only be worked on by people who live in urban areas, but also people who live in villages, especially with the distribution and growth of information technology in the country. People who live in the village do not always have to be farmers or workers in the agrarian sector, but must also have job options that can be a lifestyle to continue to show their existence even though from the village, especially young people who choose to stay in the village. Through this service, we provide screen printing and digital printing training, and provide all the information about the potential and opportunities of this kind of business to the young people in Pintupohan Village, Pintupohan Meranti District, Toba Samosir Regency. By understanding the digital printing technique, it is hoped that it will be able to facilitate printing efforts in larger quantities, and of course provide better economic benefits as well. We also involve speakers and business actors who have been successful in this screen printing business so that participants can face-to-face with business actors and gain more in-depth experience and training. In the future, further dedication is needed which will be focused on a better marketing strategy to continue to support this service activity which is sustainable and effective.

The government shows its seriousness in developing the creative economy sector to support the economy. Abstract

The problem faced is the number of productive age youth who cannot increase their income because the Covid-19 pandemic makes limited mobility of the community. In addition, a lot of time spent at home without doing productive activities so that entrepreneurship activities through online media become one of the solutions to increase income. The purpose of this community service is to provide business skills to young people of productive age during the Covid-19 Pandemic through online media. This community service is addressed to young people of productive age in Limau Mungkur Village of Binjai City. The method used in achieving these goals is by socializing and lecturing about business management through Facebook and Instagram and practicing making dimsum and tumpeng mini. This skill training is used to make online sales to social media users and is used to create a strategy to sell dimsum and nasi tumpeng mini to be purchased by the community. Through empowerment carried out, young people of productive age become very enthusiastic to do entrepreneurial activities by utilizing social media such as Facebook and Instagram.

Abstract

This article presents the results of a community empowerment project aimed at revitalizing local tourism at Swembath Natural Springs in Naga Soppa, Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra. Faced with declining visitor numbers and the need to boost local economic activity, this project integrated competitive swimming events as a new attraction while fostering sustainable development. The construction of an international-standard swimming pool served as the foundation for this initiative, offering a venue for sports tourism that attracts both athletes and recreational visitors. The project also included comprehensive training for local businesses, focusing on tourism management, digital marketing, and service improvement, thereby empowering the community to capitalize on the influx of tourists. The results show a significant increase in visitor numbers during swimming competitions, positively impacting local businesses such as food vendors, craft sellers, and accommodation providers. Moreover, the project fostered environmental conservation efforts, ensuring that the natural beauty of Swembath is preserved for future generations. This initiative aligns with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly in terms of economic empowerment and environmental sustainability. The community now possesses the tools and infrastructure needed to maintain Swembath as a competitive tourist destination, with a sustainable model that benefits both the environment and the local economy. The project's success highlights the potential of integrating sports tourism and community-based empowerment to foster long-term economic growth and environmental stewardship.
