Activities carried out in May-June 2018 aim to be an additional source of income to the community. Poor economic conditions are a source of declining levels of public health and education. The main problems faced by farmer group partners and village heads are: (1) community income is inadequate, (2) lack of knowledge of how to raise quail and formulation of rations, (3) partner duties as monitoring activities. The specific target of the PKM program is to create a safer and more conducive environment as an implication of the transfer of quail breeding knowledge and good ration formulation to give birth to a viable pioneer youth group who want to work and partners as monitors are expected to become new innovators independently in their environment. The methods offered: (a) Socialization of mentoring programs raising quails as an effort to convince partners to follow them, (b) Preparation of social preconditions (c) Implementation of quail farming assistance programs supported by Farmer Group Partners and Village Heads with Universities (Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Muhammadiyah University of South Tapanuli) to ensure knowledge transfer goes well and, (d) Monitoring, evaluation and reporting. During the event the target partner has activities showed high enthusiasm, proactive conditions and discussion. Constraints arise when monitoring activities, allegedly due to the low motivation of group members, the capacity of the cage and quail transferred by the PKM Team is not enough as a fundamental motivation for members. This suspicion is reinforced by the information obtained in the field, that in general the self-help groups (Farmer / Youth / Organization / Individual Groups) in this village have been accustomed to "enjoying" social activities in the form of assistance from government and private institutions through various programs with sufficient budget big. This condition triggers "laziness" members in maintaining the transferred assets.

Bioplastic or biodegradable plastics are polymers that are composed of organic monomers found in starch and cellulose. The purpose of this research is to make bioplastics with use of raw material starch cassava and cellulose filler pineapple leaves, by varying the speed of stirring and the number of fillers, as well as knowing the nature of the bioplastic mechanics (Modulus Young, Elogenasi , Strong tensile), biodegradability, morphology and site. The methods on this research started from the preparation of raw materials, the manufacture of cellulose pineapple, the manufacture of cassava starch and the manufacture of bioplastics. The concentration of fillers used in the study was 0.3 grams, 0.6 grams, 0.9 grams, 1.2 grams and 1.5 grams in every 10 grams of starch, stirring variations of 200 rpm and 300 rpm. And obtained the best results in this study is bioplastic which has a strong tensile 13.24 Mpa, elongation 5.16%, modulus young 1072.83 Mpa, biodegrability of the land for 7 days, site 33.33%, obtained at a concentration of 1.5 grams cellulose and pineapple Stirring 300 rpm.

This study aims at studying the modality markers represented in the selected images of Mak Yong traditional dance drama. Two images were selected through a documentation technique. The analysis results showed the multimodal perspective of modality markers varied from low to high modality. The color saturation, differentiation, and modulation showed the low modality of colors, monochromic due to the limitation of colours ranging from black and white. In accompanying these three mentioned concepts, the contextualization and background appear medium to high modality. It is proved by the detailed background of the images and the illumination of the complete representation of the play of light and shade, and the maximal deep perspective of Mak Yong and Pak Yong’s performance. Since the images are printed monochromic, the representation did not portray the actual colors in reality.

Strategic management is the implementation of planning, monitoring, analysis, and evaluation carried out on an ongoing basis of all the needs needed by the organization in an effort to achieve its goals. Changes that occur quickly and spontaneously in the organizational environment will require organizations that are able to continuously evaluate strategies. Implementation of strategic management helps organizations to know the current state of the organization, then develop strategies, disseminate them and analyze the effectiveness of the implemented management strategies. This research is motivated by the phenomenon of the quality of education that continues to move and change, and the specifications and qualifications will continue to increase with the times. This study aims to determine the implementation of strategic management in improving the quality of education. This research was conducted at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Swasta IRA Medan.. The approach taken is a qualitative approach. The method used is interview, observation and documentation. The results showed that strategic management at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Swasta IRA Medan had been implemented and was oriented towards improving the quality of education.

The purpose of this research article is to find out the relationship between improving the quality of facilities and infrastructure with management facilities and infrastructure as well. The research method used in this study is a qualitative approach method with interviews which then the results of the interviews are analyzed. Educational facilities and infrastructure are part of efforts to aspirate educational goals in general and learning objectives in particular to take place effectively and efficiently. The context of management of facilities and infrastructure in the interpretation of the Koran is contained in the interpretation of Surah An-Nahl (16) verses 68-69 which contains the interpretation of the concept of building a division of labor in preparing infrastructure so that it is effective and on target so that its implementation is in accordance with its value in use. strengthened by the hadith of Rasulullah SAW if it is contextualized into the useful life of facilities and infrastructure..

Analisa Kuantitatif adalah telaah /review bagian tertentu dari isi rekam medis dengan maksud menemukan kekurangan, khususnya yang berkaitan dengan pendokumentasian rekam medis. Klaim BPJS Kesehatan adalah pengajuan biaya perawatan pasien peserta BPJS oleh pihak rumah sakit kepada pihak BPJS Kesehatan yang dilakukan secara kolektif dan ditagihkan kepada pihak BPJS Kesehatan setiap bulannya. BPJS Kesehatan akan melakukan persetujuan klaim dan melakukan pembayaran untuk berkas yang layak, namun untuk berkas yang tidak layak klaim atau pending (unclaimed) harus dikembalikan. Permasalahan yang ditemukan di RSU Imelda Pekerja Indonesia disamping perbedaan sistem tarif yang disebutkan diatas adalah masalah ketidaklengkapan dan ketidaktepatan pencatatan pada rekam medis yang menyebabkan terkendalanya proses klaim dan rendahnya tarif INA-CBG's. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan mensosialisasikan tentang kelengkapan dan ketepatan pengisian rekam medis disesuaikan dengan persyaratan pengajuan klaim manfaat pelayanan kesehatan dalam Peraturan BPJS Kesehatan Nomor 7 tahun 2018. Sosialisasi diberikan kepada petugas administrasi klaim BPJS dan petugas rekam medis yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode diskusi, ceramah dan tanya jawab. Peserta sosialisasi adalah petugas administrasi klaim BPJS sebanyak 5 orang dan petugas rekam medis sebanyak 13 orang. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan adalah pemaparan materi tentang persyaratan pengajuan klaim sesuai Peraturan BPJS Kesehatan Nomor 7 Tahun 2018 yang difokuskan pada kelengkapan administrasi umum, kelengkapan khusus dan kelengkapan pendukung pengajuan klaim. Sosialisasi ulang Standar Prosedur Operasional (SPO) yang sudah ada dan memberikan masukan untuk perbaikan (revisi) SPO dan membuat lembar ceklist kelengkapan rekam medis yang disesuaikan dengan persyaratan pengajuan klaim manfaat pelayanan kesehatan di FKRTL dalam Peraturan BPJS Kesehatan Nomor 7 Tahun 2018. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu bertambahnya pengetahuan petugas tentang kelengkapan dan ketepatan pengisian rekam medis sesuai dengan Peraturan BPJS Kesehatan Nomor 7 Tahun 2018.Kegiatan ini berhasil dilaksanakan dengan baik berkat kerjasama yang baik serta dukungan dari semua pihak baik tim pelaksana, petugas administrasi klaim BPJS, pegawai rekam medis, dan Direktur RSU Imelda Pekerja Indonesia Medan.

Asam folat merupakan salah satu vitamin dari kelompok vitamin B yang sangat penting bagi kehamilan khususnya pada 12 minggu pertama kehamilan. Ketika tubuh bayi sedang dibentuk guna mencegah terjadinya kecacatan tabung saraf yang sedang berkembang. Asam folat merupakan satu-satunya vitamin yang kebutuhannya selama hamil dua kali lipat sebelum hamil. Jenis Penelitian ini survey analitik menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel pada penelitian berjumlah 30 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ibu hamil merespon dengan baik pada setiap materi penyuluhan yang diberikan karena merasakan bahwa materi ini sangat bermanfaat untuk kehamilan. Pada penelitian ini ibu hamil merespon dengan baik pada materi penyuluhan yang diberikan karena merasakan bahwa materi ini sangat bermanfaat untuk kehamilan dimana kekurangan asam folat lebih berisiko untuk mengalami anemia serta persalinan prematur.

Kehamilan dan persalinan merupakan fokus perhatian yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Faktor psikologi yang sering terjadi pada ibu dalam proses persalinan dapat berupa kecemasan, seringkali, wanita hamil dalam menghadapi suatu persalinan mereka merasakan kecemasan. Apabila ibu tetap merasakan kecemasan maka dapat diatasi dengan berbagai cara, salah satunya dengan terapi non farmakologis. Terapi non farmakologis dilakukan dengan menggunakan Endorphin Massage. Endorphin Massage merupakan sebuah terapi sentuhan atau pijatan ringan yang cukup penting diberikan pada ibu hamil, sewaktu menjelang hingga saatnya melahirkan. Pijatan ini dapat merangsang tubuh untuk melepaskan senyawa endorphin yang merupakan pereda rasa sakit dan dapat menciptakan perasaan nyaman. Metode yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini adalah demonstrasi Endorphin Massage untuk mengurangi kecemasan pada primigravida yang menghadapi persalinan. Penyuluhan menggunakan metode ceramah dan tanya jawab. Jumlah reponden pada pengabdian ini berjumlah 15 orang ibu hamil, dilaksanakan pre test dan post test untuk mengukur tingkat pemahaman ibu hamil. Keberhasilan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini ditunjukan pula dengan peningkatan pemahaman peserta dengan nilai rata-rata pre test dan post test pada ibu hamil dengan pengetahuan pada kategori baik nilai pre test 20% menjadi nilai post test 86,7%

This study aims to know the implementation of competency development for Civil Servants (PNS) in West Sumatra. As an element of the state apparatus, civil servants have the right to participate in the development so that their competence in providing public services can possibly be carried out in a professional and qualified manner. The results of this study are expected to contribute to local government policies in managing the ASN. Based on Article 70 of Law Number 5 of 2014 concerning State Civil Apparatus (UU ASN) which states that every ASN employee has the right and opportunity to develop their competency, each Government Agency is required to prepare an annual competency development plan that is included in the annual work plan of the respective agency's budget. This can have an impact on the competence of less effective personnel, causing their responsibilities to be carried out inefficiently and negatively impacting the quality of public services. The issues in this study: 1. How is the management of civil servants in West Sumatra Province? 2. How is the competency development of civil servants in West Sumatra Province implemented? The research method used is a sociological juridical (empirical) approach. This research is descriptive and analytical. The data are collected through interviews and document studies. This research aligns with the strategic research plan set by Andalas University for 2020 – 2024, which is focused on the issue of political and social law. The results of the study show that the management of PNS in West Sumatra Province has not been based on a comparison of the competencies and qualifications required by positions with the competencies and qualifications held by the PNS, owing to the merit system’s ineffective implementation in PNS management. Implementation of PNS Competency Development in West Sumatra Province, from the data obtained, only 1,168 out of 18,614 civil servants in West Sumatra Province participated in PNS competency development, and the annual competency development plan document was not prepared, this shows that it is still not optimal and the implementation is not yet appropriate between civil servant competency development and applicable regulations.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh : (1) pengalaman Konsultan pajak kota Medan terhadap pengambilan keputusan etis, (2) komitmen profesional Konsultan pajak kota Medan terhadap pengambilan keputusan etis, (3) pengalaman dan komitmen profesional Konsultan pajak kota Medan terhadap pengambilan keputusan etis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini populasi penelitian adalah seluruh Konsultan pajak yang terdaftar di IKPI Kota Medan, sedangkan sampel penelitian ditentukan menggunakan purposive sampling. Karena jumlah variabel penelitian ini adalah 3 maka sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 30 orang Konsultan pajak. Untuk mengukur variabel pengalaman (X1) menggunakan instrumen yang terdiri dari 14 item pernyataan berdasarkan 3 indikator. Sedangkan untuk mengukur variabel komitmen profesional (X2) menggunakan instrumen yang terdiri dari 15 item pernyataan berdasarkan 4 indikator. Untuk mengukur variabel pengambilan keputusan etis (Y), menggunakan instrumen Skala Machiavellian (skala Mach IV) yang terdiri dari 20 item pernyataan berdasarkan 5 indikator. Seluruh instrumen yang digunakan dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) terdapat pengaruh antara pengalaman dan keputusan etis, (2) terdapat pengaruh antara komitmen profesional dan keputusan etis, (3) secara simultan terdapat pengaruh antara seluruh variabel.
