Abstract

This study aims to develop and implement a Damaged House Data Information System to enhance the efficiency of disaster management efforts. The system is designed to streamline the collection, recording, and analysis of data on houses damaged by natural disasters, ensuring accurate and timely information for decision-makers. Key features include real-time data entry, geolocation tagging, damage assessment categorization, automated reporting, and a searchable database. By integrating mobile technology and cloud computing, the system allows field agents to upload data directly from disaster sites, providing immediate access to critical information. The research discusses the design, development, and deployment phases of the system, including technology selection, system architecture, and user interface considerations. The system is evaluated based on its impact on operational efficiency, data accuracy, and response times. The results indicate that the implementation of the Damaged House Data Information System leads to significant improvements in disaster response and recovery operations, reducing administrative burdens and enhancing the allocation of resources. The paper also addresses the challenges encountered during the development and deployment phases, along with the solutions implemented to ensure successful integration and user adoption.

Abstract

The form of working relationship between employers and employees is an interdependent relationship. In this relationship, there is an imbalance in the bargaining position between workers and employers, so government intervention is needed to protect workers' rights. So, the government established regulations that require workers and employers to make collective bargaining agreements (PKB). This study uses a normative juridical method with a conceptual approach and a legal synchronization approach. The results of the study found that historically, there has been no clear regulation regarding the way out of expired collective bargaining agreements, and new collective bargaining agreements have not been agreed upon or ratified, both according to Permenaker No. 28 of 2014 and Article 123 of UU No. 13/2003. The legal consequences of the extension of the implementation of the expired Collective Labor Agreement are still valid in its enforcement because, in its implementation, it is in accordance with the rules in Permenaker No. 28 of 2014. However, it will cause potential problems with the renewal of the PKB, which will cause legal uncertainty. This will cause weak legal protection for workers and employers because there is no clarity regarding the maximum limit of enforcement of expired PKB, resulting in the degradation of the guarantee of rights and protection for workers. This uncertainty indicates the need for harmonization and synchronization in the arrangements related to the PKB, and if there is a dispute over industrial relations related to the PKB, it will be resolved quickly and effectively in accordance with the principle of dispute resolution itself.

Abstract

Indonesia, sebagai negara berkembang dengan perekonomian yang sering menghadapi hambatan inflasi yang berdampak signifikan terhadap dinamisnya sektor perdagangan internasional. Inflasi yang ditandai dengan kenaikan harga barang dan jasa umum, dapat mempengaruhi daya saing produk domestik di pasar global serta pola ekspor dan impor. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh inflasi terhadap ekspor dan impor di Indonesia dengan metode Vector Autoregressive. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data inflasi, ekspor, dan impor dari bulan Januari 2020 hingga Juni 2024. Uji stasioneritas dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Augmented Dickey Fuller (ADF). Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan differencing terhadap data karena data tidak stasioner pada level. Penentuan panjang lag optimal diperoleh dari nilai Akaike Information Criterion (AIC) yang paling minimum. Estimasi model VAR diperoleh setelah penentuan panjang lag optimal. Uji kausalitas dilakukan dengan uji Causality Granger untuk melihat pengaruh timbal balik antar variabel yang diuji dalam penelitian ini. Terakhir menggunakan uji Impulse Response Function (IRF) untuk menelusuri guncangan atau shock suatu variabel terhadap variabel lainnya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Impor tidak memiliki hubungan dua arah dengan ekspor, Inflasi tidak memiliki hubungan dengan ekspor, namun ekspor memiliki hubungan satu arah dengan inflasi. Inflasi tidak memikili hubungan dengan impor, namun impor memiliki hubungan satu arah dengan inflasi

Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the implementation of peer assessment in reading skill through task based learning at grade tenth students in SMA Negeri 1 Labuhan Deli. It used qualitative research method through four stages; 1) Data collection, 2) Data Reduction, 3) Data presentation, and 4) Conclusion and verification. The data of this research were peer assessment used by each teacher and sources of data in this research were three English teachers at grade tenth students in SMA Negeri 1 Labuhan Deli. The techniques of collecting the data were by conducting observations, interviews, and documentations. The findings showed that two teachers applied peer assessment good, and one teacher didn’t applied peer assessment. The result showed that the implementation of peer assessment in reading skill through task based learning at grade tenth in SMA Negeri 1 Labuhan Deli was almost run effectively and also categorized sufficient due to some obstacle and supporting factors.

Abstract

Diare merupakan salah satu penyebab kematian terbesar pada anak-anak di dunia.kebanyakan diare disebabkan oleh virus, bakteri,dan parasite. Dalam proses pengobatan penyakit diare pada anak dibutuhkan antibiotik. Penggunaan antibiotik yang tidak tepat dapat meningkatkan biaya obat dan efek samping antibiotik serta masalah kekebalan antimikrobial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui evaluasi kepatuhan pasien anak penderita diare terhadap penggunaan antibiotik di Rumah Sakit Umum Karya Bakti Ujung Bandar Rantauprapat Tahun 2019.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penggunaan obat pada pasien diare pada anak berdasarkan tepat pasien, tepat indikasi, tepat obat dan tepat dosis di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Umum Karya Bakti Ujung Bandar Rantauprapat.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode statistik dengan Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara retrospektif dari instalasi rekam medik pasien diare pada anak di instalasi rawat inap Rumah Sakit Umum Karya Bakti Ujung Bandar Rantauprapat Tahun 2019. Hasil penelitian ini, penelitian terhadap distribusi kerasionalan berdasarkan tepat pasien sebanyak 42 pasien di Rumah Sakir Umum Ujung Bandar Rantauprapat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand how to increase student motivation and achievement at the X-level math and tata kelola perkantoran in SMK Swasta Al Washliyah 9 Perbaungan by using rewards and sanctions. This study is a PTK (penelitian tindakan kelas) study. This investigation is conducted in two steps, with each step consisting of perencanaan, tindakan execution, observation, and refleksi. The subjects of this study are the 19 students in the SMK Swasta Al Washliyah 9 Perbaungan's Grade X Otomatics and Tata Kelola. Summary data is derived from the number of students, teachers, and available school-related documents. Data collection methods include reviewing observation, testing, documentation, and wawancara results. Method for data validity using method for triangulating set of data. In contrast, data analysis employs scribal and quantitative methods of analysis. According to the results of the study, it can be concluded that using a reward and punishment system can increase student motivation and engagement in the X OTKP class at SMK Swasta Al Washliyah 9 Perbaungan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji gaya kepemimpinan kepala MTsN 1 Rokan Hilir dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru, dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan kepemimpinan efektif untuk membangun budaya sekolah yang profesional dan inovatif. Tujuan penelitian adalah mendeskripsikan gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah, implementasinya, serta dampaknya terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh guru dan staf, dengan pemilihan informan kunci secara purposive sampling seperti kepala madrasah, guru senior, dan staf tata usaha. Instrumen utama adalah peneliti sendiri, didukung pedoman observasi dan wawancara. Analisis data dilakukan secara interaktif melalui reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepala madrasah menerapkan kombinasi gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan transformasional, tercermin dalam komunikasi terbuka, pengambilan keputusan partisipatif, motivasi, dan dukungan pengembangan profesional. Praktik ini mendorong disiplin, kreativitas, dan keterlibatan guru. Kesimpulan menegaskan bahwa kepemimpinan integratif ini efektif meningkatkan kinerja guru, meski masih terdapat tantangan terkait keterbatasan fasilitas dan beban administratif.

Abstract

Volunteers frequently experience high levels of psychological pressure while serving in disaster zones, which may lead to stress and trauma due to demanding working conditions. Resilience is essential in helping volunteers remain strong and adaptive, while spiritual intelligence is believed to enhance life meaning and foster positive attitudes when facing adversity. This study aimed to examine the relationship between spiritual intelligence and resilience among disaster volunteers at Indonesian Red Cross Society (PMI) in Bandar Lampung. A quantitative correlational approach was employed, involving 73 participants selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using the Spiritual Intelligence Self-Report Inventory (SISRI-24) and the Connor–Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC). Pearson’s Product-Moment correlation analysis revealed a positive and statistically significant relationship between spiritual intelligence and resilience (r = 0.705, p = 0.000, p < 0.05). Furthermore, the Conscious State Expansion dimension of spiritual intelligence demonstrated the strongest correlation with resilience. These findings indicate that volunteers with higher levels of spiritual intelligence tend to exhibit greater resilience, enabling them to manage stress effectively, adapt to change, and recover from challenging experiences in disaster settings. This study highlights the importance of spiritual intelligence as a key internal factor that supports volunteer resilience in carrying out humanitarian responsibilities. Abstract

This study examines the potential use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in improving the digital competence of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers through a library research approach. Using systematic documentation techniques and content analysis, this study analyzes various literature, documents, and research results related to the implementation of AI in teacher professional development, especially in the context of Islamic education. Data were collected from reputable journals, reference books, and education policy documents in the period 2019-2024. The results of the analysis indicate that AI tools have significant potential in improving four aspects of PAI teachers' digital competence: digital literacy, learning content development, digital classroom management, and technology-based learning evaluation. The research findings also reveal challenges in implementing AI, such as the digital divide, resistance to change, and ethical considerations in the context of Islamic education. This study provides theoretical contributions to the development of an AI integration framework in improving the competence of PAI teachers, as well as providing practical implications for education policy makers and PAI practitioners in optimizing the use of AI technology for teacher professional development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the premarital health screening policyas an administrative requirement at the Baiturrahman District Religious Affairs Office(KUA), Banda Aceh City, and evaluate its relevance from a maqāṣid syarī‘ahperspective. Using Islamic legal research methods with a normative-empiricalapproach, this study examines the applicable regulations and correlates them with fieldrealities through key informant interviews. The results reveal that premarital healthscreening is integrated into the Marriage Guidance for Prospective Brides and Grooms(Bimwin Catin) program to educate and protect the health of prospective couples.Administratively, the screening is mandatory as a supplement to marriage documents,but does not preclude marriage for candidates with special health conditions. Itsimplementation is supported by cross-sectoral synergy between the Ministry ofReligious Affairs, health agencies, and the National Population and Family PlanningAgency (BKKBN). From the perspective of maqāṣid syarī‘ah, this policy is congruentwith ḥifẓ al-nafs (protection of life), ḥifẓ al-nasl (protection of offspring), ḥifẓ al-‘aql(protection of reason), and ḥifẓ al-māl (protection of property). Thus, this policy goesbeyond the administrative dimension, fulfilling broad benefits for building healthy,harmonious, and quality families.
