Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between physical fitness, learning motivation, and academic achievement in students with intellectual disabilities at SLB Tamanwinangun. Using a quantitative, cross-sectional design, 21 students were selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis involved Pearson and multiple correlation tests. Results revealed a significant correlation between physical fitness and academic achievement (p = 0.008, r = 0.560), as well as between learning motivation and academic achievement (p = 0.000, r = 0.741). Additionally, a combined influence of both physical fitness and learning motivation on academic performance was found to be significant (p = 0.000). In conclusion, both physical fitness and learning motivation play a crucial role in supporting academic success among students with intellectual disabilities.

Abstract

Pandemic Covid-19 secara tidak langsung telah mempengaruhi seluruh masyarakat dunia, hal ini mengakibatkan masyarakat untuk bisa menggunakan teknologi, karena semua aktifitas baik bekerja, belajar maupun bersilaturahmi harus dilakukan di rumah dan menggunakan teknologi digital. Media sosial digunakan oleh masyarakat untuk berinteraksi dalam pandemic ini, media social memiliki sisi yang positif bila digunakan dengan bijak, dan sebaliknya memiliki sisi yang negatif jika digunakan untuk hal yang kurang bermanfaat. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mengedukasi masyarakat di Desa Sukaratu bagaimanana penggunaan media social yang baik dan sosialisasi new normal. Artikel ini menggunakan metode integrasi relawan TIK dalam system pendidikan tinggi. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan kerjasama dengan masyarakat Desa Sukaratu untuk bersama-sama mengimplementasikan program new normal dari pemerintah dan penggunaan media social dalam pandemic ini.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi dampak latihan passing pasif dan aktif terhadap kemampuan passing. Metode yang diterapkan adalah eksperimen dengan desain penelitian two group pretest posttest. Populasi yang diteliti adalah seluruh anggota tim futsal FIKes putra yang berjumlah 30 atlet, dengan penggunaan teknik purposive sampling untuk mendapatkan sampel sebanyak 20 atlet berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes mengumpan dan mengontrol bola yang telah dimodifikasi dari Abdul Narlan (2017), dengan validitas sebesar 0.707 dan reliabilitas sebesar 0.812. Analisis data terdiri dari uji prasyarat dan uji hipotesis. Dari hasil penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari latihan passing aktif terhadap ketepatan passing, sebagaimana dibuktikan oleh hasil uji paired sample t-test dengan nilai signifikansi yang sangat rendah (p < 0,001). (2) Demikian pula, latihan passing pasif juga menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap ketepatan passing, dengan hasil uji statistik menunjukkan nilai signifikansi yang berada di bawah ambang batas yang ditetapkan (p = 0,021). (3) Selain itu, perbedaan yang signifikan terlihat antara kelompok yang menjalani perlakuan (treatment) dan kelompok kontrol dalam hal ketepatan passing, sesuai dengan hasil uji independent t-test yang menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,021. Enhancing futsal passing accuracy: Exploring the impact of passive and active passing training methods Abstract: This study aimed to evaluate the impact of passive and active passing training methods on passing ability. The method applied was an experiment with a two-group pretest-posttest research design. The population under study comprised all male members of the FIKes futsal team, totaling 30 athletes, with a purposive sampling technique used to obtain a sample of 20 athletes based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. The data collection instrument utilized was a modified passing and ball control test developed by Abdul Narlan (2017), with a validity of 0.707 and a reliability of 0.812. Data analysis consisted of prerequisite tests and hypothesis testing. From the research findings, it was concluded that: (1) There was a significant impact of active passing training on passing accuracy, as evidenced by the results of the paired sample t-test with a very low level of significance (p < 0.001). (2) Similarly, passive passing training also showed a significant influence on passing accuracy, with statistical test results indicating significance below the established threshold (p = 0.021). (3) Furthermore, a significant difference was observed between the treatment and control groups in terms of passing accuracy, in line with the results of the independent t-test which showed a significance value of 0.021.

Abstract

Talent identification is a significant investment in sports to determine the proficiency of prospective athletes. This study aims to determine the criteria and sub-criteria in identifying talent for Sepak takraw athletes aged 16 to 19 in smash specialization. This study aims to determine the criteria and sub-criteria in identifying athlete talent resulting from the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) of anthropometric, physiological, and motor variables. Data was collected and analyzed using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) with Ms. Excel. The method utilized in this research is mixed-methods research, which involves conducting a literature review and providing questionnaires to 30 Sepak takraw experts in Indonesia. This research produces nine sub-criteria, with a high percentage of data analysis results using AHP. These sub-criteria are the top nine sub-criteria consisting of Leg Strength (21.8%), Leg Length (21.1%), Aerobic Power (17.2%), Anaerobic (13.0%), Body Height (873%), Flexibility (6.2%), Agility (5.3%), Body Weight (3.5%) and Aerobic (3.3%). Based on the results of data analysis, there are four most important criteria, specifically Leg Strength from the motor aspect, Aerobic Power and Anaerobic from the physiological aspect, and Body Height from the anthropometric aspect

Abstract

Sports-related minor injuries are common occurrences in school-based physical education activities, yet literacy regarding appropriate first aid management remains limited among teachers and students. This community service program aimed to improve knowledge, skills, and preparedness in managing minor sports injuries through a digital-based educational intervention entitled Smart Recovery. The program was implemented among junior high school (SMP) teachers and students in Banyumas Regency, Indonesia, using a participatory and technology-integrated approach. Activities consisted of program socialization, theoretical and practical training on minor injury management based on the RICE principle (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation), and the pilot implementation of the Smart Recovery digital application. Program effectiveness was evaluated using pre-test and post-test assessments, practical skill observations, and user feedback questionnaires. The results demonstrated a substantial improvement in participants’ knowledge, with average scores increasing from 62.4 to 88.6, and 95% of participants successfully performing the RICE procedures correctly after training. Furthermore, 92% of users reported that the digital application facilitated their understanding of injury management, while 87% perceived the platform as user-friendly and applicable for physical education learning. The integration of hands-on training and digital learning media proved effective in enhancing sports injury literacy, digital competence, and safety awareness in school settings. These findings indicate that the Smart Recovery program has strong potential as a sustainable and scalable model for promoting sports safety education within junior high schools. Abstract

High-intensity competition and a dense match schedule demand stable mental readiness, particularly among female athletes, who are more susceptible to competitive anxiety, social pressure and mental fatigue. If not treated systematically through the right psychological approach, this condition has the potential to reduce focus, emotional stability, and competitive performance. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of implementing psychological strategies to improve the performance of Central Java Sepak Takraw putri athletes competing in two major competitions within five days: the Porprov and the POMNAS XIX qualifying rounds in 2025. The study employed an action research approach. The study population comprised female Sepak Takraw athletes from Central Java, with the sample consisting of athletes directly involved in the Porprov and POMNAS XIX 2025 qualification rounds. The data collection instruments included participatory observation, informal interviews, field notes and activity documentation. Data analysis was conducted descriptively and qualitatively by examining changes in mental state, focus on competition and team dynamics during the implementation of actions. The results showed a decrease in emotional stress and an increased focus on competing, as well as strengthened task cohesion between athletes. The success of the intervention is also reflected in the athletes' acquisition of two gold and one bronze medal at the POMNAS XIX 2025 event. In conclusion, the implementation of psychological strategies has been shown to effectively improve the mental stability and performance of Central Java women's Sepaktakraw athletes in high-intensity competitions. Subsequent research suggested that psychological assistance programmes should form an integral part of coaching athletes.

Abstract

Assessment in field practice learning within higher education Physical Education programs continues to face challenges in measuring learning outcomes comprehensively and objectively, particularly across psychomotor, cognitive, and affective domains. This study aimed to develop a Field Practice Learning Assessment Instrument (ASPRAK) that is valid, feasible, and effective for use in outcome-based practical learning. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model, which consists of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The research subjects included course instructors and undergraduate students enrolled in field practice courses in the Physical Education program. Data were collected through expert validation and small-scale and large-scale trials using Likert-scale questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive quantitative techniques by converting scores into feasibility percentages. The results indicated that the ASPRAK instrument achieved an average feasibility score of 82%, categorized as feasible, and demonstrated high alignment with Course Learning Outcomes and sub-learning outcomes, ease of independent use, and strong support for student self-reflection. Therefore, ASPRAK has the potential to serve as an objective, transparent, and applicable assessment instrument to support the implementation of Outcome-Based Education in field practice learning in higher education. Abstract

Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peningkatan legalitas usaha melalui pendampingan NIB pada Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Karangjengkol melalui program pendampingan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB). Metode yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan dokumentasi pada pelaku UMKM yang mengikuti pendampingan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kegiatan sosialisasi dan pendampingan NIB yang telah dilakukan terhadap pelaku usaha di Desa Karangjengkol tersebut berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran para pelaku usaha di Desa Karangjengkol tentang pentingnya memiliki legalitas usaha berupa Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB). Jumlah UMKM di Dusun IV dan V yang memiliki NIB meningkat dari 6 menjadi 9 dari total 32 UMKM.
