Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan mengenai kegiatan pelatihan penyusunan instrumen evaluasi berstandar HOTS muatan pelajaran bahasa Indonesia bagi Guru Sekolah Dasar Kelas VI Kecamatan Sukatani Kabupaten Bekasi. Tahapan kegiatan yang dilakukan terdiri dari 1) penjelasan mengenai berbagai temuan kesalahan dalam penyusunan instrumen evaluasi, 2) penjelasan mengenai perbedaan antara soal-soal yang bersifat LOST dan HOTS, 3) Penyusunan indikator penyusunan instrumen evaluasi yang berstandar HOTS, dan 4) penyusunan instrumen evaluasi untuk muatan pelajaran bahasa Indonesia yang berstandar HOTS. Berdasarkan hasil observasi serta tes akhir dapat diperoleh gambaran, bahwa kegiatan pelatihan yang telah dilangsungkan mampu meningkatkan kompetensi para Guru Sekolah Dasar Kelas VI Kecamatan Sukatani Kabupaten Bekasi mengembangkan instrumen evaluasi dalam muatan pelajaran bahasa Indonesia yang berstandar HOTS.

Abstract

Students' ability in writing drama text is influenced by several factors that occur in learning. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of learning media and students' independence in learning on the skills of writing drama texts of students in class XI of SMAN 21 East Jakarta. This research used experimental method. The population in this study were all students of class XI of SMAN 21 East Jakarta. The research sample was conducted using Purposive Sampling technique as many as 60 students who were divided into two groups, where 30 students learned using family movie drama media and the other 30 people learned using conventional media. The instruments used in this study are: Learning independence questionnaire and drama text writing skill test. The results showed that the use of family film drama media gave better results in the aspects of learning independence and drama text writing skills. The use of conventional media makes students learn through several stages or indirectly. The use of family film drama media is recommended in learning to write drama texts because it can provide a direct picture and increase students' learning independence and motivation

Abstract

This research aims to describe the formation Slang vocabulary in the novel Marmut Merah Jambu. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique used is the observation technique, technique notes, and library techniques. The data source in the research is the vocabulary in the novel Marmut Merah Jambu by Raditya Dika which is in the form of Slang. Data analysis uses content analysis techniques (content study). Based on the results of the data analysis that has been carried out, this research produced 46 findings data. The research data on the formation of Slang vocabulary can be detailed as follows: (1) insertion of -ok- in 2 data; (2) uptake of the Jakarta (Betawi) dialect with 9 data; (3) acronyms with 12 data; (4) 3 data abbreviations; and (5) use of other terms totaling 20 data.

Abstract

Tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa atas pelayanan akademik dan nonakademik serta mitra kerja menjadi salah satu indikator utama dalam menggai mutu lembaga. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengumpulkan dan mendeskripsikan data mengenai tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa atas pelayanan akademik dan nonakademik yang berlansung di Sekolah Pascasarjana Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. DR. HAMKA (UHAMKA) tahun 2022/2023. Metode yang digunakan dengan adalah metode survey yang dilakukan melalui google form. Komponen yang disurvei mencakup tanggapan kepuasan para mahasiswa terhadap pelayanan dosen, tenaga kependidikan, pimpinan fakultas, dan sarana prasarana. Komponen yang disurvei dari mitra kerja sama meliputi relevansi, koordinasi, dampak, kendala. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, rata-rata tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa adalah sebesar 86,1 (sangat puas). Rata-rata kepuasan mitra kerja sama sekolah pascasarjana adalah sebesar 92,5 (sangat puas). Hasil penelitian ini dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai salah satu landasan dalam melalukan evaluasi serta menetapkan kebijakan lebih lanjut bagi pimpinan universitas.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the responses of alumni of the Indonesian Language Education Study Program regarding the impact of fostering Al Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan on integrity, religious observance, and the commitment of graduates to be actively involved in the Muhammadiyah organization. The method used in this research is the survey method. Respondents in this study were alumni of the 2020/2021 Indonesian Language Education Study Program. The number of alumni who were successfully traced was 76. The study results showed that 69.74% of alumni thought that Islamic and Muhammadiyah-style coaching greatly impacted building integrity. As many as 75% of alumni believe that the guidance of Al Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan has an influence on religious observance. The high impact of fostering Al Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan on the integrity and observance of the worship of the alumni has not been directly proportional to the interest in the involvement of alumni in the Muhammadiyah organization. As many as 51.32% of alumni have not been involved in the Muhammadiyah organization.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the ability of teachers and various factors that support and hinder the ability of teachers in preparing STEAM-based learning implementation plans. The data sources in this study were 30 learning implementation plans that had been prepared by Indonesian language teachers who had participated in teacher professional education training activities at a private university in Jakarta. The method used in this study was content analysis. In addition, data collection was also carried out through structured interviews to explore the opinions of teachers about the supporting and inhibiting factors experienced by teachers in the training of preparing STEAM-based learning plans. The results of the study showed that the average ability of teachers in preparing STEAM-based learning implementation plans was very good, namely (80). This means that they have been able to describe the learning steps using the STEAM approach well. The success factor for teachers in preparing STEAM-based learning implementation plans (LIPs) is influenced by the readiness of the implementing agency, instructors, and the optimal support of certain personnel.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the wage system for oil palm harvesting workers at PT. Dewa Sawit Sari Persada, Dendang District, and how is the view of Islamic economics related to the wage system for oil palm harvesting workers at PT. Dewa Sawit Sari Persada. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods, and uses field research, namely research conducted in certain environments by conducting direct field studies to obtain concrete data regarding the wage payment system for oil palm harvesting wholesale workers at PT. Dewa Sawit Sari Persada. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Interviews were conducted with the company, namely estate managers, divisional assistants, harvest foremen, harvest clerks and administrative staff, as well as harvest workers. The results of the research on the wage system for oil palm harvesting workers at PT. Dewa Sawit Sari Persada is not enough when viewed from an Islamic economic perspective because there has been no decision from the company leadership to increase workers' wages, the salary provided is not sufficient for basic needs, no shuttle transportation is provided, no health insurance is provided for workers, there is no guarantee of working days old

Abstract

The science of cyber preaching is a science that invites towards goodness and avoids evil by using various distribution mediums, especially the cyber world through the internet regardless of time and distance limits. The spread of da'wah knowledge has started since the time of the Prophet s.a.w., Companions, Tabi'in, Tabi' at-tabi'in and up to the present technology era by using various dissemination mediums. The purpose of this study is to identify the knowledge of cyber da'wah, a comparison of the methods of spreading traditional and cyber da'wah knowledge, identify the value and ethics of spreading cyber da'wah knowledge as well as the constraints in the dissemination of cyber da'wah knowledge. This study was conducted using the library method or literature review from various scientific sources as a reference for the study. At the end of the writing of this article, the challenge in spreading the knowledge of cyber da'wah can be concluded as a medium that must be taken as an opportunity by preachers today as well as the public who want to spread widely about Islamic da'wah by taking into account values and ethics when spreading through cyber is used. Challenges in spreading the knowledge of cyber preaching are always there, but as a preacher you should be wise in facing the current technology era without having a negative impact on Islam or other religions.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian mengenai kompetensi guru sudah banyak yang melakukan, namun penelitian yang menggali mengenai kompetensi guru dalam menyusun rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah (PBL) belum banyak ditrmukan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kompetensi guru bahasa Indonesia dalam menyusun rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada pembelajaran berbasis masalah ditinjau dari segi pemahaman struktur dan deskripsi aktivitas dalam pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis isi.  Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik padan yaitu dengan memadankan atau mencocokkan pengembangan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan tahapan pembelajaran PBL. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah  dokumen rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang dihasilkan oleh guru bahasa Indonesia yang mengikuti program pelatihan pendidikan profesional guru di salah satu perguruan tinggi swasta di Indonesia. Analisis data dilakukan dengan membandingkan kesesuaian langkah dan kegiatan pembelajaran yang telah dikembangkan guru terhadap model pembelajaran PBL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hanya 68,97% guru yang menunjukkan kompetensi dalam menjelaskan tahapan pembelajaran berbasis masalah. Kompetensi guru dalam Mendeskripsikan aktivitas pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah dalam Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran sangat rendah. Rata-rata sebesar 36,21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan perlunya peningkatan tingkat pemahaman dan kompetensi guru dalam menerapkan model PBL dalam rencana pelaksanaan pembelajarannya.Abstract The available research on teacher competence is extensive; however, there has been no research on teacher competence in preparing learning implementation plans according to a problem-based learning (PBL) model. The purpose of this study was to understand the competence of Indonesian language teachers in preparing a learning implementation plan for problem-based learning lessons.  The research method used is content analysis. Data collection was carried out using the matching technique, namely by matching the development of a learning implementation plan with PBL learning stages. The data sources in this study were 29 learning implementation plan documents produced by Indonesian language teachers who attended a professional teacher education training program at a private university in Indonesia. Data analysis was carried out by comparing the suitability of the learning steps and activities that had been developed by the teachers against the learning model for PBL. The results showed that just 68.97% of teachers demonstrated competence in describing the stages of a problem-based learning lesson. Teacher competence in describing Problem Based Learning learning activities in the Learning Implementation Plan is very low. The average is 36.21.The results of this study indicate the need for an improved level of understanding and competence among teachers in implementing the PBL model in their learning implementation plans.

Abstract

Perundungan di Indonesia telah menjadi fenomena yang mengkhawatirkan dalam setahun terakhir, dengan peningkatan kasus di sektor pendidikan yang menunjukkan bahwa hak-hak anak belum sepenuhnya terlindungi. Kasus-kasus kekerasan fisik dan psikis yang melibatkan perundungan, baik verbal, pemukulan, penganiayaan, pengeroyokan, maupun kekerasan seksual pada anak, terus meningkat. Kondisi ini menambah urgensi tindakan preventif yang efektif untuk melindungi anak-anak dari perilaku perundungan dan risiko kekerasan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan buku cerita bergambar "Persahabatan Gaga dan Gomu" yang membahas perundungan sosial dan verbal sebagai upaya pencegahan perundungan pada anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Buku ini telah melewati uji validasi oleh ahli konten, ahli bahasa, dan ahli media dalam pengembangannya. Buku ini dikembangkan dengan landasan teori dan dikemas dengan karakter tokoh hewan (fabel) sehingga buku menarik untuk anak. Buku ini diimplementasikan pada anak usia 4-6 tahun di empat TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal di Jakarta. Berdasarkan hasil implementasi serta evaluasi, buku ini mendapat respon positif dengan rerata 59% pada skala 7 (sangat setuju) pada tiap item pernyataan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian pengembangan ini yaitu, buku cerita yang telah dikembangkan layak untuk dapat dijadikan media dalam upaya pencegahan perundungan pada anak usia dini.
