Abstract

PT. Telkom sebagai salah satu perusahaan telekomunikasi terbesar di Indonesia yang selalu berusaha meningkatkan dan menjaga kualitas layanannya mencoba memasuki potensi pasar dari pengguna internet dengan menyediakan layanan akses internet lewat produknya TDSL (Tube Data Sheet Locator) dan Telepon. Agar dapat bersaing dengan perusahaan lain, salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan adalah mendapatkan sumber informasi yang akurat untuk membuat rencana di masa depan atau peramalan. Tujuan dari pembuatan sistem informasi ini adalah mengadopsi analisa forecasting secara manual ke dalam sebuah sistem informasi agar lebih praktis, dengan pemrograman php dan MySql sebagai databasenya. Selain itu, digunakan Double exponential smoothing, Moving average dan Least Squares sebagai metodenya sebagai dasar untuk pengambilan keputusan dalam jangka waktu tertentu. Setelah dilakukan observasi pada PT. Telkom, Tbk Blitar, didapat hasil yaitu data historis penjualan produk TDSL dan Telepon pada tahun 2008-2012 untuk dianalisa. Dari ketiga metode yang dipakai pada sistem ini kemudian dihitung forecast error-nya dengan menggunakan metode Mean Error. Dari analisa yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem peramalan ini dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui prediksi/peramalan penjualan produk Telkom pada masa mendatang, sehingga dapat membantu PT. Telkom, Tbk Blitar untuk menentukan pengambilan kebijakan dalam penjualan kedepannya.

Abstract

Malang Town Square (Matos) merupakan salah satu mall di Malang yang mempunyai bangunan besar, luas, dan mempunyai banyak toko di setiap lantai. Dengan banyaknya toko yang terdapat di Matos, pengunjung akan kesulitan untuk mencari toko yang akan dituju. Salah satu cara mengatasinya adalah dengan membuat virtual reality pada Matos dimana pengunjung seakan-akan menjelajahi Matos dengan tampilan 3-Dimensi (3D) dan dapat melakukan pencarian toko yang ingin dituju. Media promosi adalah salah satu komponen penting untuk mempromosikan suatu produk kepada konsumen. Agar membuat media promosi menjadi lebih menarik bagi konsumen, salah satu caranya adalah dengan menampilkan dengan teknologi baru yaitu digital signage. Konten pada digital signage akan diklasifikasi dan diarahkan sesuai dengan demographic audience dan dibagi menjadi 2 kategori yaitu menurut umur dan jenis kelamin pengunjung. Fitur digital signage ditampilkan dengan cara screen saver yaitu jika website tidak sedang digunakan (idle) maka digital signage akan muncul dan jika website digunakan akan menutup. 3D modelling dibuat menggunakan Google SketchUp dan Unity 3D sebagai game engine untuk membuat lingkungan virtual yang kemudian di-build ke web agar dapat dijalankan pada website dengan plugin Unity Web Player. Kemudian virtual reality akan digabung dengan hasil pembuatan website dan digital signage yang dapat dimanage oleh admin yang berguna untuk menampilkan dan mengolah data. Aplikasi ini sudah diuji cobakan pada beberapa pengguna dengan mengunggah ke web hosting. Berdasarkan hasil ujicoba tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa website ini dinilai dengan sangat baik, desain aplikasi menarik, serta informasi yang disajikan menarik dan informatif.

Abstract

At the village level, administrative services are the main service and are directly related to the needs of the community. Administrative services can be in the form of issuing certificates, cover letters, letters of recommendation, legalization, and other letters. For administrative services in correspondence, the problems faced by the Karangduren village office regarding the installation of computer networks. Currently, computers that store data and applications for mailing repositories are not yet connected to other computers, resulting in queuing and slow document processing. With these problems, PPM (Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat) activities will be carried out in the form of "Implementation of Computer Network Installation to Support Mailing Repository Applications at the Karangduren Village Office, Kec. Pakisaji, Kab. Malang". Through PPM activities in Karangduren village, Kec. Pakisaji, Kab. Malang is done to help solve problems regarding the installation of computer networks. By installing a computer network at the village office, all computers in the village office can be connected. So with the installation of this computer network, it can improve the service and performance of the Karangduren Village Office in serving the community. The results of this PPM activity will produce a computer network installation design and a basic computer network manual.

Abstract

The increasingly heavier life demands, especially in the economic sector, have encouragedhousewives in Desa Pakisaji, Kabupaten Malang to set up Ron Tuwuh batik tulis business groupand Prohandji Embroidery business group. The batik works are quite good and have begun to bewell-known, especially among government agencies in Kabupaten Malang, as well as theirembroidery works. There have been several steps taken to develop themselves in terms of design,namely by establishing a partnership with the 2019 Partnership PKM team of InformationTechnology Department of State Polytechnic of Malang. They have learned to design usingapplications built and as a result their designs become more up-to-date and the workmanshipbecomes more efficient. In an effort to sustain this program, this year the same team also continuedPKM Partnership by solving other problems faced. From the results of interviews and observationsconducted, it was found that each group had problems in the field of financial recording. Theincome of the batik cloth and the embroidered cloth are still recorded manually so that the financialrecording process of both income and expenditure is ineffective and inefficient. From theseproblems, an Accounting Information System, SAKTIPOL was created which aims to assist bothgroups in the field of financial management. In addition, after the system was designed, this teamthen provided training and assistance in the use of this computer and internet-based application

Abstract

Village administration's core lies in directly addressing community needs. However, Karangduren village in Kab. Malang faces challenges due to its reliance on traditional paper-based governance. This leads to recurring difficulties in managing documents. To tackle these issues, the proposed Community Service (PPM) initiative, "Enhancing Village Governance Services in Karangduren Kec. Pakisaji, Kab. Malang through Digitalization and Document Repositories," aims to modernize processes.The initiative seeks to transition to digital methods for streamlined data management. The objective is to establish a comprehensive digital document repository system, simplifying the storage, access, and retrieval of crucial records. By adopting digitization, Karangduren Village aligns with the trend of incorporating information systems into governance practices.The project entails collaboration between the PPM team and students, who will conduct surveys, analyze system requirements, and implement the digital document repository framework within the village government. This effort corresponds with the 2021-2025 PPM Strategic Plan and Focus of the Malang State Polytechnic, emphasizing the revitalization of social and tourism infrastructure through technology, policy models, and research-based social engineering.Embedded in the village development program, this PPM activity contributes to capacity building and knowledge dissemination, reinforcing the partner village through innovative technological solutions.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and recognize the OpenMV Camera H7. In this research, all tests were carried out using Deep Machine Learning and applied to several functions, including Face Recognition, Facial Expression Recognition, Detection and Calculation of the Number of Objects, and Object Depth Estimation. Face Expression Recognition was used in the Convolutional Neural Network to recognize five facial expressions: angry, happy, neutral, sad, and surprised. This allowed the use of a primary dataset with a 48MP resolution camera. Some scenarios are prepared to meet environment variability in the implementation, such as indoor and outdoor environments, with different lighting and distance. Most pre-trained models in each identification or recognition used mobileNetV2 since this model allows low computation cost and matches with low hardware specifications. The object detection and counting module compared two methods: the conventional Haar Cascade and the Deep Learning MobileNetV2 model. The training and validation process is not recommended to be carried out on OpenMV devices but on computers with high specifications. This research was trained and validated using selected primary and secondary data, with 1500 image data. The computing time required is around 5 minutes for ten epochs. On average, recognition results on OpenMV devices take around 0.3 - 2 seconds for each frame. The accuracy of the recognition results varies depending on the pre-trained model and the dataset used, but overall, the accuracy levels achieved tend to be very high, exceeding 96.6%.

Abstract

The Community Service Program intends to support the Empowering School Certification Program by establishing computer network infrastructure at the Islamic High School in Malang's Kepanjen region. According to analysis studies, the current network falls short of the online access criteria for certification tests. This intervention employed two essential approaches. The first option entails installing standard-based computer networks in the school laboratory facilities. The second option gives information technology (IT) educators extensive network management support. The Community Service Program Team of the State Polytechnic of Malang runs the initiative, which focuses on creating a reliable network topology and increasing the skills of the school's IT staff. This intervention is expected to increase overall educational quality and develop network infrastructure that will allow certification programs to be implemented. The accompanying seeks to provide expertise to Kepanjen's Islamic High School Team so that they can manage the network more independently. This community service project is designed to optimize the digital learning ecosystem, improve education and evaluation processes, and prepare students for the complexities of the digital age. This will be accomplished through collaboration between the Community Service Program team and the Islamic High School of Kepanjen District Malang.

Abstract

Forest and land fire significantly impact the balance of the environment, such as haze pollution, destruction of ecosystems, the high release of carbon in the air, deterioration of health, and losses in various other fields. Based on these factors, developing an early warning system is essential to prevent forest fires, especially in forest and land areas. One of the data that can be used to monitor areas where there are frequent fires is hotspot data taken from the NASA MODIS Fire satellite. Data mining techniques are carried out to process the hotspot data so that the distribution of hotspot swarms is obtained. The data on the distribution of the clustering of hotspots are used to detect areas that are prone to fire from year to year. This study used the K-Means clustering algorithm. The data used in this study is hotspot data from Malang District, Indonesia. The range of hotspot data from January 2018 to June 2022. We use Silhouette coefficient testing to get the best number of classes in the cluster—this study's most recent application of the K-means clustering method to analyze hotspot distribution in a spatial-temporally. We use hotspot data in Malang's forest and land area using hotspot confidence levels >80%.

Abstract

Data is the most valuable commodity. Data management is not only a necessity but also a crucial foundation in responding to and optimizing the potential of an organization, including the Information Technology Department of Malang State Polytechnic. The Information Technology Department has a data volume continues to increase significantly, one related to student data. No system can display student data concisely, making the monitoring and evaluation process difficult, for such as accreditation. The development of a dashboard for monitoring and evaluating student data in the Information Technology Department is a strategic step to increase the effectiveness of data management. The dashboard provides a visualization interface that allows for fast and efficient data monitoring and analysis. This study uses the design thinking method. This approach is suitable because users are involved in ensuring that the dashboard is designed according to needs so that it can support data-based decision-making. The user acceptance test method aims to assess several parameters, including information, design, use, and user loyalty. The test results showed that 89% of respondents agreed that the dashboard was considered feasible and met the assessment criteria based on the parameters tested.
