Abstract

Kecanduan internet pada remaja di Indonesia mencapai angka 42,4%. Angka ini tidak dapat dipandang sepele sebab penggunaan gadget pada remaja ini 70%nya digunakan untuk hal-hal negatif seperti cybercrime, cyberporn, dan game online. Kecanduan berakibat buruk yaitu mata menjadi kering, nyeri punggung dikarenakan terlalu lama duduk, kebersihan menjadi terabaikan dan pola tidur terganggu. Selain gangguan medis, kecanduan gadget juga mengakibatkan gangguan psikologis dan sosial seperti: penurunan daya ingat, euforia saat online, waktu berinternet berlebihan, menarik diri dari lingkungan sosial, merasa cemas dan depresi. Pada diagnosis awal, Siswa Kelas VII di SMP Nusantara Indah menunjukkan gejala kecanduan karena berlebihan dalam menggunakan gadget untuk ‘nge-game’ setelah pulang sekolah. Realitas tersebut yang mendorong dilaksanakannya Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk penyuluhan dan pendampingan melalui diskusi dan sharing. Materi-materi dan pendampingan yang diberikan meliputi kecanduan gadget dan dampaknya, kasus-kasus kecanduan gadget yang dialami remaja, kontrol diri sebagai salah satu cara mengatasi kecanduan gadget, pentingnya membangun profil pelajar pancasila, dan menjadi remaja di era society 5.0 yang produktif. Setelah memberikan dalam penyuluhan dan melakukan pendampingan, diperoleh peningkatan pemahaman serta kontrol diri siswa dari semula sejumlah 18% menjadi 57%. Peningkatan tersebut memerlukan upaya berkelanjutan dari berbagai pihak sehingga dapat terus meningkat.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of elementary school students' low social skills and is influenced by internal and external factors. The focus of the study in this research is the use of the Fan-N-Pick learning model in improving students' social skills in social studies learning. This research aims to improve social skills after using the Fan-N-Pick learning model with elementary school students. The research method uses classroom action research, with the subjects of this research being class IV students at SDN 1 Keberak, totaling 24 students. Data collection tools use observation sheets, test sheets, questionnaires and document sheets with data analysis techniques using interactive analysis form. The results of the research show that using the Fan-N-Pick model can improve students' social skills and learning outcomes in theme 7 subtheme 1 with a very good category, improving students' social skills using the Fan-N-Pick model in cycle I, the observation score obtained was 64. 50% and cycle II 85.67%, resulting in an increase of 21.17%. Meanwhile, students' responses to using the Fan-N-Pick model were also very good and received positive responses based on interview results. It was concluded that the Fan-N-Pick learning model can improve elementary school students' social skills in social studies learning.

Abstract

service activities in 2023 were carried out in Martiguna village, Sintang sub-district, Sintang district, West Kalimantan. This service activity raises the theme of financial management for teenagers who drop out of school or are unemployed. They will be given training in financial management of a business with the aim that these teenage dropouts can start their own business. This training on financial management of a business is carried out due to the difficulty of employment at this time, so that rural communities, especially those who drop out of school or are unemployed, can have the knowledge to start a business both in terms of capital, financial arrangements and strategies for starting a business.

Abstract

The preparation of financial reports for small and medium enterprises that are not in accordance with SAK EMKM and the problem of business funding are the main problems for MSMEs. MSMEs when they need funding are asked to present business financial reports, but in reality many umkm have not made these financial reports. This causes limited access for umkm to develop their business. Therefore, this training is conducted to provide knowledge and skills for business actors in recording accounting and preparing financial reports. The recording and preparation process uses the SIAPIK application which has been adjusted to SAK EMKM. The implementation method to improve SIAPIK literacy is divided into several stages, namely socialization, training and training of trainers. The results of this training are that business actors have insight and expertise in preparing financial reports digitally. The implication of this activity is that business actors can control business finances in real time and can develop business. The resulting financial statements are also in accordance with SAK EMKM and are expected to be a means to facilitate business actors to obtain funding. Business actors can also make the right business decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine (1) the influence of learning discipline on economics learning achievement among PGRI Peterongan High School students.  (2) The Influence of the Learning Environment on Economics Learning Achievement of PGRI Peterongan High School Students.  (3) The Effect of Teacher Teaching Variations on Economics Learning Achievement of PGRI Peterongan High School Students.  (4) The Influence of Learning Discipline, Learning Environment and Teacher Teaching Variations on Economics Learning Achievement of PGRI Peterongan High School Students.  This research is quantitative research.  The population in this study were all PGRI Peterongan High School students, namely 104 students.  The sample in this study used a saturated sample, which used the entire number of students at SMA PGRI Peterongan.  The results of the research show that: (1) There is a positive but not significant influence of learning discipline on economics learning achievement of PGRI Peterongan High School students.  This is shown by the hypothesis test of the learning discipline variable of 0.865, sig 0.389>0.05.  (2) There is a negative and insignificant influence of the learning environment on the economics learning achievement of PGRI Peterongan High School students.  This is shown by the hypothesis test for the learning environment variable of -0.094, sig 0.270<0.05.  (3) There is an influence on teacher teaching variations on economic learning achievement among PGRI Peterpongan High School students.  This is shown by the hypothesis test for the teacher teaching variation variable of 0.009, sig 0.924 <0.05.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with the fourth most populous population in the world, with a large population causing a depletion of jobs. Furthermore, with fewer jobs, many people become unemployed. One way to reduce unemployment is by entrepreneurship. However, without motivation, entrepreneurship will not work. Thus, this study aims to determine the effect of psychocybernatic integration and entrepreneurial training on the entrepreneurial motivation of students of the Economics Education Study Program STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang. The research was conducted using a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The results of the research conducted show that the effect of psychocybernatic integration (X1) on entrepreneurial motivation (Y) has a significance value of 0.154. So that means psychocybernatic integration has a negative effect on entrepreneurial motivation. Then, the effect of entrepreneurship training on entrepreneurship motivation has a significance value of 0.003. So that means entrepreneurship training has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial motivation

Abstract

Banking Agents to provide banking services that are difficult to reach by people in rural areas which causes customers to spend high costs to reach these services. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence customer decisions in using Mandiri Agent services in Nanga Dedai Village, Dedai District, Sintang Regency. Mandiri Agent services make it easy for people who live in remote areas to access banking services without having to go to a branch office. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using interviews. The results explain that customer decisions are influenced by several main factors, namely ease of access, trust in services, and the level of customer understanding of the products offered. Social and economic factors, such as lower transaction costs and strategic agent locations, also play an important role in customers' decisions to use Mandiri Agen. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the Mandiri Agen service is very helpful to the community in Nanga Dedai Village in fulfilling their banking needs, and an increase in understanding and service quality will further increase customer interest in using this service.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kota Sintang masih dalam kategori rendah karena banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi salah satunya adalah tingkat pendidikan dan indeks pembangunan manusia. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat pendidikan dan indeks pembangunan manusia terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kota Sintang tahun 2011-2020 baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Pendekatan penelitian adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa tingkat pendidikan dan indeks pembangunan manusia secara parsial tidak berpengaruh singnifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi hal ini ditunjukan nilai sig 0,123>0,05. Tingkat pendidikan dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia secara simultan tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi hal ini ditunjukan dengan nilai sig 0,284 > 0,05. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Tingkat Pendidikan dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia secara parsial dan secara simultan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kota Sintang tahun 2011-2020. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan, Pembangunan Manusia, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi

Abstract

The implementation of the independent curriculum (IC) in Indonesia requires realizing the Pancasila student profile (PSP) at all education levels, including elementary schools (ES). Project-based learning (PjBL) is a suitable model for achieving PSP but needs reinforcement, particularly in fostering attitude and character values. Integrating the noble values of Dayak culture into PjBL is identified as a relevant approach to strengthen PSP. This study explores the perceptions of Dayak culture actors and primary education stakeholders on implementing PjBL in ES to enhance PSP. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 12 key informants and analyzed thematically using NVivo software. Findings are categorized into three aspects: planning, implementation, and evaluation of PjBL. Planning focuses on defining learning outcomes, developing tools, and ensuring student readiness. Implementation involves a 5-step PjBL process integrated with Dayak cultural values, emphasizing honesty, religion, collaboration, kinship, creativity, and independence. Challenges include limited cultural and PjBL literacy, insufficient stakeholder collaboration, and inadequate monitoring during PjBL activities. These issues need addressing to optimize PjBL effectiveness in strengthening PSP.

Abstract

In the era of emancipation like today, women are often considered as a second-class group (subordinate) so they do not get equal rights with men. Women are considered to be only good in carrying out work related to household affairs. In fact, women can be strategic actors in development. Not only development in villages, but also national development that can change the lives of the Indonesian people for the better and more prosperous. It is time for women to make a real and massive contribution to the economic welfare of families and community development. For this, women need to build habituation/habits of productive behavior. Currently, there are many influences of social media that lead women to behave consumptively, namely the behavior of buying something/shopping on market place platforms, not based on needs, but based on desires. This behavior can be destructive if not controlled and changed. Productive behavior is a constructive, imaginative, creative action of an individual who can make a real and significant contribution to the environment in which he or she is located. This community service activity targets women in RT 9 Marti Guna Village, Sintang District, Sintang Regency, most of whom are housewives. The hope of this PkM activity is to create a culture of productive behavior among women in RT 9 Marti Guna Village so as to improve the economic welfare of families and communities.
