Abstract

Changes in the current digital era occur very quickly and lead to conditions that continue to change dynamically, so overcoming the increasing uncertainty in the organization becomes important and urgent for an organization and the organization's ability to develop resilience is also very necessary. MSMEs face various challenges in the digital era, such as changes in consumer behavior, global competition, and economic uncertainty. These conditions have prompted several previous studies that focus on organizational resilience, which is interesting because all organizations need to survive and recover after facing difficulties and challenges. The resilience of MSMEs is the main determinant to overcome this uncertainty, by understanding how digitalization and HR can complement each other to create excellence. This study aims to determine how digitalization and human resources affect resilience (Study on MSME at Car Free Day Jalan Ibrahim Adjie Garut Regency) The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. Primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 80 respondents using the random sampling method. The data analysis technique used in this study used PLS-SEM. The results of the analysis show that the role of digitalization does not have a significant effect on resilience, but on the contrary, the practice of human resources proves the results that have a significant effect on resilience.

Abstract

MSMEs face various challenges in the digital era, such as changes in consumer behavior, global competition, and economic uncertainty. The resilience of MSMEs is the primary determinant in overcoming these uncertainties. Understanding how digitalization and HR can complement each other creates excellence and product innovation. This study aims to determine how digitalization, human resources practices, and product innovation affect resilience (Study on Culinary MSMEs in Garut Regency). The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. Primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents using probability and random sampling. The data analysis technique used in this study used PLS-SEM. The analysis results show that digitalization does not directly affect resilience; it directly affects resilience by being mediated by product innovation variables.

Abstract

Kober Nurul Huda was an early childhood education institution located at the foot of Mount Cikuray, in Dangiang Village, Garut Regency, West Java. To support the institution's economy, an innovation was needed to generate additional income, one of which was through the utilization of local plants into products. Turmeric was a plant that could be processed into various products, one of which was the traditional turmeric tamarind drink. The method used in this community service activity was a participatory approach through observation, training, assistance, and evaluation of the results. Training and assistance were provided to improve the quality of instant turmeric tamarind products. A questionnaire was given to 26 respondents, consisting of pre and post-tests, to assess participants' knowledge. A 33% increase in understanding was achieved. Furthermore, assistance was provided in packaging and product licensing. Attractive product packaging was developed, and an SPP-IRT certificate was obtained. Overall, the partners were satisfied with this activity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Soft Skills terhadap kesiapan kerja dengan dimediasi oleh Motivasi kerja bagi Fresh Graduate pada Perguruan Tinggi di Kabupaten Garut. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif, Dimana populasinya meliputi seluruh Fresh Graduate perguruan tinggi di Kabupaten Garut dan sampel yang diambil 100 orang. Sampel dipilih menggunakan Teknik non-probability sampling, dengan kriteria responden merupakan Fresh Graduate laki-laki dan perempuan yang lulus pada satu periode di tahun 2024 dari perguruan tinggi yang mempunyai akreditasi “Baik Sekali” yaitu, Universitas Garut, Institut Pendidikan Indonesia, dan Institut Teknologi Garut. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan skala likert digunakan untuk mengukur jawaban. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode PLS-SEM menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa Soft Skills berpengaruh terhadap Kesiapan Kerja bagi Fresh Graduate pada perguruan tinggi di kabupaten Garut, Soft Skills berpengaruh terhadap Motivasi Kerja bagi Fresh Graduate pada perguruan tinggi di kabupaten Garut, Motivasi Kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Fresh Graduate pada perguruan Tinggi di Kabupaten Garut, dan Soft Skills berpengaruh terhadap Kesiapan Kerja melalui Motivasi Kerja sebagai variabel Mediasi bagi Fresh Graduate pada perguruan tunggi di kabupaten Garut.

Abstract

Multimodal transportation has emerged as a critical solution for enhancing the efficiency and resilience of integrated logistics networks. This narrative review aims to synthesize current research on the effectiveness of multimodal logistics in addressing global supply chain challenges. Using a structured keyword-based search across Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar, this study selected peer-reviewed literature published between 2010 and 2024. Emphasis was placed on studies focusing on cost optimization, environmental impact, digital integration, and strategic network planning. The review identifies five key dimensions—logistics cost-efficiency, crisis resilience, environmental sustainability, technological integration, and network design—as central to the performance of multimodal systems. Optimization models significantly reduce logistics costs and emissions, while real-time data and IoT systems enhance operational coordination. In crisis contexts, multimodal approaches offer adaptable responses, particularly when supported by digital infrastructure. However, challenges such as regulatory fragmentation and infrastructure disparity limit broader implementation, especially in developing regions. Synchromodal strategies and policy alignment are highlighted as critical enablers of system responsiveness and sustainability. This review concludes that strategic technological and institutional reforms are essential to unlock the full potential of multimodal logistics. Future research should explore adaptive AI-driven models and conduct cross-regional analyses to inform context-specific solutions. Strengthening digital infrastructure and fostering stakeholder collaboration will be key in developing resilient and future-ready logistics systems.

Abstract

The increasing complexity of humanitarian crises has brought renewed attention to the efficiency and adaptability of humanitarian logistics and disaster relief supply chains. This narrative review aims to synthesize recent literature concerning the integration of emerging technologies and multi-stakeholder coordination in enhancing disaster response, with a particular focus on developing countries. Using a structured keyword search across academic databases such as Scopus and Google Scholar, the review includes empirical and conceptual studies addressing pre-disaster planning, warehouse distribution, technological integration, and ethical dimensions. Key findings reveal that systemic obstacles, including bureaucratic inefficiencies, fragmented policies, and institutional misalignment, continue to hinder rapid and effective disaster response. In contrast, technological innovations such as IoT and blockchain, alongside digitalized information systems, improve logistical transparency and inter-agency coordination. The review also emphasizes the importance of ethical decision-making and human resource management in ensuring equitable aid delivery. Models employing simulation, multi-criteria analysis, and robust optimization have demonstrated strong potential in enhancing prepositioning and real-time operations. Despite these advances, gaps persist in empirical validation, grassroots engagement, and long-term impact assessments. These insights offer practical implications for humanitarian agencies and policymakers, including the implementation of real-time digital tracking systems, simplification of inter-agency protocols, and prioritization of volunteer training initiatives to enhance logistical agility. By integrating ethical, technological, and systemic perspectives, humanitarian logistics systems can become more resilient and responsive to future global emergencies.

Abstract

Pengujian antara pengaruh usia terhadap aktualisasi diri pada karyawan Usaha UMKM Kerajinan Kulit Garut dilakukan pada penelitian ini, dimana variabel moderasi digunakan pada lingkungan kerja. Dalam penelitian ini, populasi yang digunakan adalah karyawan UMKM Kerajinan Kulit Garut dengan sampel berjumlah 96 orang. Dari data yang fundamental hingga data minor digunakan pada penelitian ini. dari penelitian dan pengujian menunjukan bahwa gender dan usia memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan bagi aktualisasi diri, penyebab perubahan penting dalam mengaktualisasikan diri adalah dari lingkup kerja. Moderasi pada lingkup tersebut dapat memperkuat pengaruh usia terhadap aktualisasi diri, namun memperlemah pengaruh gender terhadap aktualisasi diri. R-Square yang didapat nilai sebesar 0,870, menunjukkan kaitan antara variabel gender, usia, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap aktualisasi diri sangat kuat dan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 87,0%. Adanya hasil yang signifikan ini dapat membantu perusahaan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan kinerja karyawan UMKM Kerajinan Kulit Garut.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of the performance of Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) Virtual Account (VA) on the satisfaction of Garut University students in paying Single Tuition Fees (UKT). This study uses a quantitative approach with Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness as the variables analyzed to measure the influence on VA performance and user satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to find out how the perception of convenience and usability of VA affects student satisfaction. The results show that both the perception of ease of use and the perception of technology benefits contribute significantly to the improvement of VA performance. This improvement in VA performance then has a positive impact on student satisfaction. The research also identified factors such as operational efficiency, security, integration, and customer experience as critical elements of VA performance. Most students find that using VA makes the payment process easier, reduces the time required, and improves the overall user experience. The conclusion of this study is that the perception of the convenience and benefits of VA BNI is very important in creating student satisfaction in the UKT payment process. This suggests that efforts to continuously improve the performance of VA services will contribute to higher user satisfaction.

Abstract

Perkembangan e-commerce di era digital mengalami perunahan pada pola konsumsi masyarakat, khususnya pada Generasi Z yang aktif menggunakan platform media sosial seperti TikTok Shop. Strategi pemasaran digital seperti Live shopping dan Flash Sale semakin banyak digunakan untuk menarik perhatian konsumen dan mendorong pembelian impulsif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Live shopping dan Flash Sale terhadap Impulsive buying khususnya untuk produk fashion. Pada penelitian ini digunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif, dan data dikumpulkan dari 100 responden melalui survei online, kemudian dianalisis dengan metode menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS versi 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Flash Sale berpengaruh positif  terhadap pembelian impulsif, sedangkan Live shopping tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Impulsive buying. Penemuan dalam studi ini menunjukan bahwa Discount during promo dalam Flash Sale akan lebih efektif dalam mendorong Impulsive buying. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pemasar dapat lebih mengoptimalkan strategi Flash Sale dalam kampanye pemasaran digital, sementara Live shopping dapat difokuskan untuk membangun loyalitas pelanggan dan meningkatkan keterlibatan konsumen.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi dan pertumbuhan ekonomi digital mendorong restoran di Indonesia, khususnya di Garut, untuk mengadopsi sistem pembayaran digital seperti QRIS. Meskipun implementasi QRIS menawarkan berbagai manfaat seperti efisiensi transaksi dan keamanan finansial, penggunaannya masih menghadapi tantangan seperti infrastruktur yang belum optimal dan risiko penipuan digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi behavior intention dan use behavior terhadap penggunaan QRIS oleh restoran di Garut melalui penerapan model UTAUT2 (unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan skala likert dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa performance expectancy dan behavioral intention berpengaruh terhadap use behavior, sementara facilitating condition hanya berpengaruh terhadap use behavior, namun, tidak terhadap behavior intention. Sebaliknya, variabel effort expectancy, social influence, hedonic motivation, dan habit tidak menunjukkan pengaruh terhadap behavior intention. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya peningkatan infrastruktur, edukasi digital, serta pemahaman praktis terhadap manfaat QRIS sebagai strategi adopsi teknologi yang lebih efektif bagi sektor restoran.
