Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh work life balance dan beban kerja terhadap tingkat produktivitas kerja karyawan di PD. Forzak Garut. Dengan latar belakang pentingnya keseimbangan kehidupan di tempat kerja penelitian ini berupaya memberikan pemahaman mengenai faktor-faktor tersebut di konteks spesifik perusahaan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan partisipasi sebanyak 51 karyawan PD. Forzak Garut yang dipilih menggunakan metode sensus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner, kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik regresi linier berganda menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa keseimbangan kehidupan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas, sementara beban kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh yang. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa produktivitas lebih dipengaruhi oleh work life balance daripada beban kerja di PD. Forzak Garut meskipun beban kerja mungkin dirasakan, hal tersebut tidak secara langsung memengaruhi tingkat produktivitas karyawan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya fokus PD. Forzak Garut pada peningkatan work life balance sebagai strategi utama untuk meningkatkan produktivitas karyawannya.

Abstract

The growing institutional interest in cryptocurrencies has prompted renewed academic exploration into their role as alternative investment assets. This study investigates the risk return characteristics and diversification potential of cryptocurrencies specifically Bitcoin and Ethereum within mixed asset portfolios. Drawing on a combination of mean variance optimization, GARCH Copula modeling, and empirical simulations, the research evaluates performance metrics across various crypto allocation levels and market conditions. The analysis incorporates dynamic rebalancing, transaction cost modeling, Monte Carlo simulations, and historical stress tests to ensure results reflect real-world portfolio dynamics and market shocks. Key findings demonstrate that small allocations of cryptocurrency (1%–3%) can enhance Sharpe ratios and extend the efficient frontier under normal market conditions. However, during periods of systemic stress such as the COVID 19 pandemic and 2022 tech selloff correlations between cryptocurrencies and equities rise significantly, reducing diversification benefits. Transaction cost thresholds also play a pivotal role; diversification benefits tend to erode when trading costs exceed 2%. Overall, cryptocurrencies can enhance portfolio performance but only within a dynamic, risk-aware framework. Their integration must account for volatility, regulatory uncertainty, and infrastructure readiness. These insights contribute to both academic debate and practical asset allocation strategies.

Abstract

Kunci bisnis dimasa depan adalah kewirausahaan. Lingkungan kampus merupakan sebuah komunitas yang berpotensi menciptakan wirausaha baik wanita maupun pria. Theory Planned Behaviour merupakan pendekatan yang cocok untuk mendeteksi perbedaan gender dalam menjelaskan intensi wirausaha. Dalam penelitian ini, akan mendeskripsikan bagaimana pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap intensi kewirausahaan mahasiswa pria dan wanita. Penelitian ini melibatkan 100 mahasiswa dari Universitas Garut. Mereka dibagi dua kelompok, kelompok kontrol dan kewirausahaan. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif eksplanatori. Variabel penelitian ini dibedakan berdasarkan TPB variabel yaitu entrepreneurial intention, tingkah laku kewirausahaan, norma subyektif dan control tingkah laku yang diterima. Yang diukur melalui beberapa items. Structural equation modeling (SEM) and t-tests akan digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis yang dinyatakan dalam model konseptual. Hasil ditemukan bahwa Pendidikan kewirausahaan meningkatkan sikap dan niat kewirausahaan laki-laki dan perempuan. Keyakinan normatif bahwa kewirausahaan berpihak pada laki-laki sulit diubah, mencerminkan persepsi diri tentang kewirausahaan yang dibentuk oleh stereotip gender

Abstract

Agar-agar Laut cap Apel merupakan salah satu Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) yang terdapat di Kampung Bunisari Desa Mancagahar Kecamatan Pemeungpeuk Kabupaten Garut berdiri sejak 1993 secara turun temurun. Permasalahan-permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra berkaitan dengan Laporan keuangan diantaranya pembukuan, harga pokok produksi, kemasan produk yang kurang menarik (tidak tahan lama) dan strategi pemasaran yang masih konvensional hanya menggunakan teman relasi. Tujuan dari program Proyek Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi terhadap tantangan yang dihadapi oleh mitra melalui kegiatan pendampingan dan penyuluhan terkait harga pokok produksi, pengemasan produk, dan strategi pemasaran digital. Selain memberikan bantuan praktis, proyek ini juga berfokus pada pengembangan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra untuk meningkatkan kemandirian mereka dalam aspek-aspek tersebut. Dampak yang diharapkan adanya program tersebut diharapkan mitra dapat memiliki pemahaman dan keahlian dalam penyusunan harga pokok produksi, pengemasan produk yang lebih menarik dan pembuatan sosial media serta akun online shop, sehingga produk yang dipasarkan lebih menarik dan memberikan informasi secara lengkap terkait produk yang terdapat dalam label. Metode pelaksanaan program PKM yang dilakukan adalah pendampingan dan penyuluhan. Target PKM yang diharapkan yaitu peningkatan pemahaman mengenai harga pokok produksi, kemasan produk bagi mitra, peningkatan keterampilan dalam pembuatan kemasan produk mitra, peningkatan pemahaman mitra mengenai pemasaran produk secara online baik di media sosial maupun di online shop.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of Soft Skills on job readiness, mediated by work motivation, for Fresh Graduates at universities in Garut Regency. The research metho uses a quantitative descriptive approach, where the population includes all Fresh Graduates from universities in Garut Regency, and a sample of 100 people was taken. The sample was selected using a non-probability sampling technique, with the criteria that respondents were male and female Fresh Graduates who graduated in one period in 2024 from universities with "Very Good" accreditation, namely Garut University, the Indonesian Education Institute, and the Garut Institute of Technology. Data was collected through questionnaires, and a Likert scale was used to measure responses. Data analysis was conducted using the PLS-SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of the study show that Soft Skills influence job readiness for Fresh Graduates at universities in Garut Regency, Soft Skills influence work motivation for Fresh Graduates at universities in Garut Regency, work motivation affects job readiness for Fresh Graduates at universities in Garut Regency, and Soft Skills influence job readiness through work motivation as a mediating variable for Fresh Graduates at universities in Garut Regency.

Abstract

The main issue in employee performance at leather tanning Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), Garut Regency is when employees feel a lack of specific attention that allows the company to innovate and progress. This difficulty leads to challenges in various aspects, such as providing adequate compensation in accordance with government regulations, dealing with an organizational culture that tends to resist change, and operating in a less supportive work environment that hinders collective progress among supervisors and colleagues. Consequently, this impacts both employee satisfaction and performance. The study population consisted of 981 employees of leather tanning SMEs. The research findings indicate that compensation indirectly has a positive and significant impact on employee productivity through increased job satisfaction among leather tanning SMEs employees in Garut Regency. Organizational culture also indirectly influences employee performance positively and significantly through job satisfaction among the same employees. However, the work environment does not have a significant indirect effect on employee performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Changes in the current digital era occur very quickly and lead to conditions that continue to change dynamically, so overcoming the increasing uncertainty in the organization becomes important and urgent for an organization and the organization's ability to develop resilience is also very necessary. MSMEs face various challenges in the digital era, such as changes in consumer behavior, global competition, and economic uncertainty. These conditions have prompted several previous studies that focus on organizational resilience, which is interesting because all organizations need to survive and recover after facing difficulties and challenges. The resilience of MSMEs is the main determinant to overcome this uncertainty, by understanding how digitalization and HR can complement each other to create excellence. This study aims to determine how digitalization and human resources affect resilience (Study on MSME at Car Free Day Jalan Ibrahim Adjie Garut Regency) The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. Primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 80 respondents using the random sampling method. The data analysis technique used in this study used PLS-SEM. The results of the analysis show that the role of digitalization does not have a significant effect on resilience, but on the contrary, the practice of human resources proves the results that have a significant effect on resilience.

Abstract

Portofolio theory emphasizes the search for the optimal combination of investments that gives the maximum profit rate at a particular level of risk. Portfolios are formed by investors in general is a portfolio based on the investor preferences. Portfolios are formed based on the preferences of the portfolio is not really optimal. To determine the composition of shares that must be invested in order to generate optimal portfolios with constraints is by way of optimization techniques.In investing, the investor’s expectation is to obtain a return that is as large as possible or at least greater than the interest rate of deposits. In reducing investment risk, the better investment is done not only in one area. The expectation is if the loss of investment in a field then the loss is expected to be reduced or eliminated from investment in other areas (diversification). When diversifying, investors usually confuse in selecting and determining the proportion of investment he has to do (Optimal). Therefore, investors need to have a grip in diversification so that investor expectations can be fulfilled. One of them is by diversifying with quadratic programming method. Quadratic programming processes conducted based on Markowitz’s model approach using LINGO. The results of this research in the form of investment proportions on some stocks. The research method used is a descriptive and verification method with techniques aimed at sampling such as sampling. The description of the calculations in this study uses secondary data with a sample of historical data shares included in the LQ45 index list during the period February 2004 to July 2009. The data is then processed using the quadratic programming methodThe results showed that the optimal diversification by using the quadratic programming method will be achieved when the investment made in the shares of Indosat Tbk (ISAT) of 13,2%, Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (INDF) of 4,12%, Bank Central Asia Tbk(BBCA) of 37,55%, Astra International Tbk (ASII) of 4,11%, Aneka Tambang (Persero) Tbk (ANTM) of 0,91%, Astra Agro Lestari Tbk (AALI) of 5,73%, Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (TLKM) of 31,9% and shares of Holcim Indonesia Tbk (SMCB) of 2,45%. Risks arising from the limitations of existing investments and amounted to 0,14%.
