Abstract

 Sarwodadi memiliki potensi alam yang dingin secara tidak langsung mendukung beberapa tanaman rempah seperti jahe, yang menyebabkan tanaman jahe memiliki kualitas yang bagus di Desa Sarwodadi. Beberapa warga yang menanam jahe tidak hanya dijual dalam bentuk mentah, tetapi juga diolah menjadi produk kemasan dalam bentuk bubuk minuman penghangat. Namun penjualan produk bubuk minuman tersebut masih memiliki kendala, oleh karena itu perlu mengadakan program pengabdian masyarakat yang fokus untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk yang dihasilkan oleh UMKM warga Desa Sarwodadi. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membantu meningkatkan kesadaran pelaku UMKM agar bisa memanfaatkan marketplaces dan media sosial. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dimulai dengan cara mengadakan dialog. Hal ini untuk mendapatkan gambaran awal keadaan mitra terkait dengan persoalan, potensi, dan manfaat penjualan. Hasil dari dialog digambarkan bahwa pelaku UMKM produk jahe di Desa Sarwodadi berkeinginan untuk memperluas penjualan. Program yang cocok diputuskan untuk memperluas penjualan melalui marketplaces dan media sosial. Namun sebelum itu, tim lapangan berinisiatif mempersiapkan hal yang berkaitan dengan penjualan online. Tim lapangan membuat SOP yang berkaitan langsung dengan standarisasi produk untuk menjaga kualitas yang ada. Rebranding logo dan kemasan diperlukan untuk memperbaharui brand produk agar sesuai dengan zaman. Selanjutnya, tim lapangan mengadakan kegiatan expo dan pelatihan penggunaan marketplace dan media sosial.

Abstract

Instagram is a photo and video-based social media platform that dentists can use to present their brands to potential patients through digital marketing. Before uploading content to social media, dentists must consider several factors, such as visual marketing communication as well as legal and ethical considerations. The purpose of the study is to use the AISAS marketing communication model, advertising ethics, and dentist professional ethics to analyze the content of dental health service advertising on Instagram. This research uses the quantitative methodology and a descriptive content analysis method. 100 samples of dental health service advertising on Instagram from 2017 to 2021 were found through the hashtag #doktergigijogja. The sampling technique used is convenience sampling. The sample was assessed by two coders using a checklist. The research data are presented in descriptive statistics. The maximum number of AIA indications that can be fulfilled is 13 out of 15 indicators. There are 64 advertisements (coder1) and 77 advertisements (coder2) that violate at least one article in The Regulation of the Minister of Health No.1787/2010. There are 31 advertisements (coder1) and 29 advertisements (coder 2) that violate the articles in The Indonesian Dental Code of Ethics 2020. An educational approach by paying attention to the effectiveness of marketing communications while also honoring the dental profession's ethics is a strategy that can be used before posting dental health service advertisements on Instagram. Abstrak: Instagram adalah salah satu jenis media sosial berbasis gambar dan video yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh dokter gigi sebagai media pemasaran digital untuk mengenalkan merek di benak calon pasien. Dokter gigi harus memperhatikan beragam aspek sebelum menggunggah konten di media sosial, yaitu tercapainya komunikasi pemasaran secara visual juga dengan memperhatikan isu legal dan etik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis isi iklan pelayanan kesehatan gigi di Instagram menggunakan model komunikasi pemasaran AISAS, etika iklan dan etika profesi dokter gigi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis isi deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. 100 sampel iklan pelayanan kesehatan gigi di Instagram dari tahun 2017-2021 ditermukan melalui hashtag #doktergigijoga. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling. Sampel dinilai oleh dua coder menggunakan daftar periksa. Data hasil penelitian disajikan secara statistik deskriptif. Jumlah indikator AIA terbanyak yang dapat dipenuhi adalah 13 dari 15 indikator. Jumlah iklan melanggar minimal satu pasal pada PMK No.1787/2010 adalah 64 iklan (coder1) dan 77 iklan (coder2). Jumlah iklan melanggar pasal pada KODEKGI 2020 adalah 31 iklan (coder1) dan 29 iklan (coder2). Strategi yang dapat dilakukan dalam menggunggah iklan pelayanan kesehatan gigi di Instagram adalah menggunakan pendekatan edukasi dengan memperhatikan efektivitas komunikasi pemasaran dan tetap menghormati etika profesi kedokteran gigi.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the perceptions of health care professionals about the use of telemedicine which took place in Banguntapan 2 primary health care. This study was part of a bigger action research study and was done to obtain an understanding of the telemedicine service as the first step of the diagnosing phase. The respondents are the chief of primary health care, the coordinator of individual health initiatives as well and the coordinator for the appointment program. The selected healthcare professionals were chosen to obtain the telemedicine best-practice in healthcare facilities and to serve as the data triangulation to avoid bias in the answers collected. The result of the interviews revealed four topics: i) the use of telemedicine in minimizing direct contact with the patient; ii) the need to expand the existing system; iii) the utilization of WhatsApp, a popular online platform in the community; and iv) the possibility to merge with the existing online system of national health insurance (JKN) and digital government service (DGS). Some recommendations to improve are to implement a one-stop messaging service, optimization of WhatsApp, and bridge the appointment system to the existing regional DGS.

Abstract

Ensuring proper care for older adults in their homes is becoming increasingly important as the older adult population grows. This paper investigates caregivers' perspectives regarding their care for older adults and their acceptance of e-homecare technology. This is a qualitative study with data collection through interviews with five caregivers representing a range of qualifications. A thematic analysis was conducted to gain insights into their experiences and preferences. The study reveals three primary findings that contribute to enhancing caregiving for older adults: i) the significance of meeting the basic needs of homecare technology, such as medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and nutrition management; ii) the caregivers' attitudes towards the acceptance and integration of e-homecare technology into their practices; and iii) the challenges faced in implementing and utilizing e-homecare technology effectively. These findings highlight the importance of addressing the fundamental requirements of e-homecare and overcoming the obstacles associated with incorporating technology, ultimately improving the quality of care provided to older adults in their homes.

Abstract

The implementation of hospital information systems and electronic medical records can improve health care services in hospitals, but there are still many things that inhibits its user acceptance. The purpose of this study is to find out things that can support the acceptance of hospital information systems and medical records by electronic users and their obstacles. This is a literature review research and uses the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses (PRISMA) methods.Relevant articles were obtained from PubMed in 1982 to June 2021. Articles were selected if they met the criteria in the form of discussing the acceptance of hospital information systems in the form of electronic medical records in hospitals. The result of this research showed that 1535 articles were obtained from PubMed. The same article was deleted with Zotero's delete duplicate feature and manually with the results of 215 relevant articles, 89 articles were selected through abstract reading and 22 articles were obtained for full text reading.A total of 21 journals were analyzed in this review. Factors that affect the acceptance of hospital information systems and electronic medical records are perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, human-related factors, demographics and the human environment, technological factors, organizational and organizational environmental factors, effort expectancy and performance expectancy. Implementation of information systems and electronic medical records can be maximized by increasing user acceptance of the system so that health services can be provided optimally.

Abstract

Background: Given the popularity of digital marketing in business today, every hospital can start utilizing it by establishing a social media account. Instagram is a social media platform that focuses on photographs. The AISAS (Attention, Interest, Search, Action, and Share) model can be used to assess the efficacy of marketing communications. Regardless, there are issues regarding legal and ethical issues. Therefore, a question emerges: How can health advertisements be effective while following ethical guidelines? Aims: The purpose of this research is to analyze the content of healthcare advertisements on Instagram Methods: This study uses the quantitative descriptive content analysis method. The samples are Instagram advertisements for health services. Search them using the hashtags (#) #dokterjogja, #klinikjogja, #klinikyogyakarta, and #rumahsakitjogja. Using convenience sampling, the researcher randomly scrolls and stops on Instagram. The data were assessed by two coders using a checklist to ensure objectivity. The checklist contains three indicators, in this case, the AIA (Attention, Interest, Action) indicator, and the other indicators were obtained from the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia (PERMENKES) number 1787 of 2010 Results: The highest score of the AIA (Attention, Interest, Action) indicator is 12, and there are a total of 34 advertisements (coder 1), and 84 advertisements (coder 2) violate The Regulation of the Minister of Health (PERMENKES) No.1787/2010 Conclusion: This study finds that effective advertising is almost certain to violate the regulation. An educational health information advertisement that introduces the services provided is a good way to promote healthcare providers while remaining ethical. Abstract

The process of globalization has ushered in a myriad of effects, both beneficial and detrimental, on humanity and the environment. Sadly, environmental degradation, intricately tied to the healthcare sector, stands as a negative outcome of this global phenomenon. Hospitals, prominent agents in environmental decline, produce significant waste and consume vast energy resources. This study delves into the examination of green hospitals and eco-conscious medical establishments crafted to champion sustainability. By conducting an extensive literature review spanning from 2011 to 2021, the research aims to uncover the financial advantages and ecological ramifications associated with green hospitals. Identifying pivotal factors shaping the adoption of green building principles in healthcare facilities serves as the cornerstone of this investigation. Through this analysis, a deeper understanding of the impetus behind the integration of sustainability practices within healthcare infrastructure is sought, ultimately contributing to informed decision-making and the advancement of environmentally responsible healthcare practices.

Abstract

Introduction: Ship-to-shore (STS) crane operators strive for efficiency in their work, but they must take a hard look at their high-risk jobs. It is necessary to learn how to improve occupational safety and health. This study aims to investigate the problems faced by STS crane operators working in container ports and to understand the importance of fit-for-work monitoring procedures, particularly for individuals working in high-risk industries such as STS operators. Methods: This study used a qualitative approach, and data were collected through interviews and observations of STS operators and in-house clinic staff. Nine STS operators, two in-house clinic staff, and two safety, health, and environment (SHE) staff were interviewed. Results: This study found that container terminal companies emphasise two critical aspects for STS operators: productivity and occupational safety and health. STS operators face health problems, including physical and psychological problems, due to the fast-paced work system, sleep patterns, daily activities, and thoughts that are difficult to control. Employees have coping mechanisms to deal with fatigue, and stakeholders have effectively communicated the company's safety and health culture. Most stakeholders in a container terminal company want a fit-for-work monitoring system to make the business efficient and sustainable. Conclusion: The STS industry faces a significant problem with operator fatigue, which can negatively impact safety and productivity. This issue requires a comprehensive strategy, including legislation to regulate working hours and shift patterns, technology to combat fatigue, and operator education and training.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Desa Karangsari merupakan salah satu desa sentra penggergajian kayu dengan potensi limbah serbuk gergaji yang belum dimanfaatkan. Salah satu pemanfaatan limbah penggergajian kayu adalah untuk membuat baglog jamur tiram. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan dan menginisiasi pemanfaatan limbah serbuk gergaji untuk pengembangan baglog jamur tiram kepada masyarakat Desa Karangsari. Metode: Penyuluhan dan pelatihan. Hasil: Adanya peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat sebesar 95% tentang potensi pemanfaatan limbah gergaji untuk pengembangan baglog jamur tiram. Meningkatnya kapasitas dan keterampilan masyarakat sebesar 80% terhadap teknologi pembuatan baglog jamur tiram. Kesimpulan: Tingkat kepuasan dan evaluasi kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui pemanfaatan limbah gergaji untuk pengembangan baglog jamur tiram di Desa Karangsari berada pada kategori sangat memuaskan.

Abstract

Asuhan kebidanan holistik pada masa nifas penting dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kesehatan ibu dan bayi dengan mengintegrasikan aspek fisik, psikologis, sosial, dan budaya. Meskipun pertolongan melahirkan oleh tenaga kesehatan di Indonesia sebesar 96,1% pada tahun 2023, Angka Kematian Bayi dan Neonatus masih tinggi, serta pelayanan Antenatal Care (ANC) sebesar 82% belum memenuhi standar WHO. Edukasi digital oleh Bidan menjadi solusi inovatif untuk mendukung asuhan holistik, memudahkan akses informasi, dan meningkatkan pengetahuan serta efikasi diri ibu nifas. Metode scoping review dalam penelitian ini digunakanuntuk memetakan bukti ilmiah terkait efektifitas digital oleh bidan pada masa nifas. Hasil review dari enam studi menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi edukasi digital dan media sosial meningkatkan secara signifikan pada pengetahuan, sikap, perilaku, dan efikasi diri ibu nifas (p<0,05). Aplikasi seperti “Bidanku”, “Nifas Sehat”, dan “SEMASA” terbukti efektif dalam mendukung asuhan pascapersalinan (nifas) dan menurunkan risiko komplikasi. Edukasi digital yang diberikan Bidan efektif sebagai pelengkap layanan kebidanan konvensional untuk memberikan asuhan holistik yang komprehensif dan berkesinambungan, sehingga meningkatkan kualitas ibu dan bayi selama masa nifas.
