Abstract

Online Game users continue to grow from year to year and therefore internet service providers (ISPs) must provide stable and fast internet quality. The Bandwidth requirements of online Games must be supported by internet networks that support the speed and stability of the internet connection. When using online Games sometimes the connection is bad, so it makes a condition called lagging. Then make the online Game avatars do not move or the traffic is stuck. This makes online Game players lose to enemies because, when the online Game avatar is not moving it will be easy for the enemy to shoot dead. Based on this, an analysis of the research needs of online Game Bandwidth speed needs to be done so, that internet service providers (ISPs) can divide how much speed or Bandwidth to the Game needs so, that online Game users feel comfortable, safe without feeling any slow or lagging conditions. This study tested by 3 Games, such as Free fire, Mobile Legends, and Pubg mobile. Each Game uses graphics and image quality which is being tested for 10 minutes. The results of this study shows that all of the three Games requires a stable internet connection for Uploading and Downloading.

Abstract

Sebagai perusahaan konveksi, UD Darmawan kadang menghadapi permasalahan terkait ketersediaan bahan baku yang digunakan, ketidaktepatan jadwal pengiriman hasil produksi pakaian, dan belum mampu mengestimasi ketepatan waktu jika mendapat order dalam jumlah banyak dengan waktu yang singkat. Hal ini bisa berdampak terganggunya kelancaran bisnis perusahaan. Kekurangan atau tidak adanya persediaan material saat dibutuhkan dapat menyebabkan aktivitas produksi terhenti, namun jika terlampau banyak akan menyebabkan modal tertahan secara tidak efektif dan bisa menjadi salah satu faktor kerugian bagi perusahaan. Berdasarkan faktor tersebut, dilakukan penelitian menggunakan metode Material Requirement Planning (MRP) dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) untuk membangun sebuah sistem yang dapat mengestimasi bahan baku yang dibutuhkan sehingga mampu menunjang kelancaran dan target produksi serta dapat memenuhi jadwal pemesanan barang. Implementasi metode MRP (Material Requirement Planning) dalam sistem informasi ini dapat memberikan dampak terhadap target produksi pakaian, mampu menunjang kelancaran produksi, serta dapat memenuhi jadwal pemesanan barang, perekapan data secara tekomputerisasi, meminimalisir tingkat kesalahan dan mempercepat waktu proses perekapan serta pembuatan laporan.

Abstract

CCTV umumnya digunakan untuk mengawasi bank, hotel, perusahaan, pabrik dan lain sebagainya,bahkan akhir-akhir ini digunakan untuk pengawasan kinerja karyawan dan mengawasi orang keluar masuk perusahaan. Kinerja karyawan dan pemantauan keamanan perusahaan sangat penting untuk diperhatikan. Teknologi CCTV juga dapat dimanfaatkan untuk pemantauan karyawan dan pemantauan keamanan. Jika sebuah perusahaan tidak diawasi, maka tidak menutup kemungkinan karyawan akan bekerja diluar standar yang ditargetkan, sehingga menimbulkan kerugian diperusahaannya. Rumah Cantik Syifa Masbagik atau RCS Masbagik merupakan klinik kecantikan yang memulai servicekecantikan pada bulan Februari 2014,dalam kesehariannya menginginkan pemantauan kinerja karyawan dan pemantauan pelanggan yang keluar masuk pada klinik tersebut.Berdasarkan hal ini dilakukan penelitian sistem keamanan pemantauan CCTV online berbasis android yang dapat diakses dari mana saja dan kapan saja. Penelitiandilakukan dengan penggunaan CCTV yang dapat diakses selama 24 jam non-stop dengan smartphone. Penelitian menggunakan koneksi internet indihome, mikrotik RB951Ui-2HnD dan DVR CCTV TDV-3308-H1 series.Hasil menunjukkan sistem keamanan pemantauan CCTV online berbasis android ini bermanfaat bagi pemilik perusahaan yang sering keluar daerah untuk pemantauan kinerja karyawan dan juga pemantauan pelanggan yang keluar masuk pada klinik RCS Masbagik, dan dengan demikian memberikan rasa aman pemilik perusahaan karena dapat memantau perusahaan secara online dan realtime melalui smartphone.

Abstract

Abstract Mulberry fruit is a fruit that contains anthocyanins as antioxidants. This anthocyanin content can be obtained by chemically extracting it. However, knowing the content of anthocyanin without direct extraction requires other methods or methods. This method can take advantage of digital image processing for feature extraction of digital images of mulberry fruit. In this research, introduction a mulberry fruit test was carried out with the correlation of information on anthocyanin content with the KNN classification method. The feature extraction used was the HSV color and the LBP texture, each of feature looked for the mean, standard deviation, skewness and kurtosis. The results of the KNN test showed K = 3 the accuracy for the HSV feature is 53.3%, the LBP feature is 13.3% and the combination of HSV and LBP is 66.7%. Keywords : HSV, LBP, KNN, Mulberry Fruit, anthocyanins Abstrak Buah murbei merupakan buah yang mempunyai kandungan zat antosianin sebagai zat antioksidan. Kandungan antosianin ini bisa didapat dengan melakukan ekstrak secara kimiawi. Namun, lain halnya dalam mengetahui kandungan zat antosinain tanpa melakukan ekstraksi langsung membutuhkan cara atau metode lain. Metode tersbut dapat memanfaatkan digital image processing terhadap ekstraksi ciri citra digital buah murbei. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan uji pengenalan buah murbei dengan korelasi informasi kandungan zat antosianin dengan metode klasifikasi KNN. Ektraksi ciri yang dimanfaatkan adalah warna HSV dan tekstur LBP yang mana masing-masing dicari nilai mean, standar deviasi, skewness dan kurtosis. Hasil pengujian KNN memperlihatkan K=3 akurasi untuk fitur HSV sebesar 53,3%, fitur LBP 13,3% dan kombinasi HSV dan LBP sebesar 66,7%. Kata kunci : HSV, LBP, KNN, Buah Murbei, Antosianin

Abstract

Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) is a hospital owned by the Lombok Tengah Regency Government. RSUD Praya has a main vision as a hospital with excellent service, by prioritizing perfect, effective, efficient and friendly quality services, family-based manner with financing affordable to all levels of society. Efforts that have been made by RSUD Praya are implementing hospital information systems. In 2014 RSUD Praya has used the hospital information system (SIMRS) which was developed independently. However, the SIMRS that was developed has not been deemed effective in supporting business processes at RSUD Praya. In mid-2019 to date, RSUD Praya has carried out a system migration. The system migration from the old SIMRS to SIMRS Khanza presented obstacles in integrating data. One reason is that the two hospital information systems were developed by different developers. Therefore, the data contained in each Database is different. This difference creates a gap when it comes to analyzing patient data simultaneously from 2014 to the present. Gap analysis between the two hospital information systems at RSUD Praya cannot reflect good data management. One of the efforts to overcome the gap analysis is to build a data warehouse. The development of a data warehouse and dashboard is the right effort if you look at the size of the data records stored in the two SIMRS Databases used at RSUD Praya. The test results on the dashboard system that were developed simultaneously were as much as 86% with each measured assessment was a system quality assessment of 86%, an assessment of information quality by 88%, and an assessment of system service quality by 85% of the test results it can be concluded that the system is sufficient. assist in supporting the performance of data processing at RSUD Praya. With the dashboard system developed at RSUD Praya, stakeholders in the hospital be able to get the information and knowledge contained in the transaction data carried out at RSUD Praya easily

Abstract

One of the materials in the English Language course is listening, namely the skill of hearing the pronunciation of English sentences. Learning listening must use native speaker or recording material so that the pronunciation is heard according to the original. If you use the course participants as a sound source, there is a high probability of mistakes in the pronunciation of words or sentences. Then an application is needed to help with course activities as tutors or native speakers in giving correct English pronunciation. In this research, English Pronunciation Application was built using the Greenfoot Application with the object oriented programming concept. This application is to help pronoun learning that can output audio when the object clicked. The development method uses SDLC, application modeling uses UML and testing using Black-box testing. The English pronunciation application is compiled into a .jar file so that it can be run on a computer with a Windows operating system that has JDK installed. The test results show that this English learning application can replace tutors, produce the right audio, and can replace native speakers. This can be seen from the results of the questionnaire showing 82%.

Abstract

Faktor yang menjadi pertimbangan dalam menentukan keputusan untuk investasi perumahan begitu banyak dan dari sekian banyak developer yang ada menyebabkan semakin meningkatkan resiko kesalahan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Dimana ketika keputusan itu diambil secara konvensional dengan cara mendatangi setiap developer dan membandingkannya dibutuhkan waktu lebih lama. Untuk mengurangi resiko kesalahan dan mempersingkat waktu pengambilan keputusan tersebut, dibuat suatu aplikasi yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu menentukan keputusan yang lebih tepat dengan membandingkan semua faktor penentu keputusan menggunakan konsep probabilitas.Metode Naive Bayes yang merupakan penyederhanaan dari teorema Bayes, dalam penelitian ini digunakan untuk melakukan pengklasifikasian rumah kedalam 4 klasifikasi mewah, sedang, sederhana dan minimalis. Kemudian hasil klasifikasi tersebut dibobot untuk mendapatkan rangking yang mendekati kriteria persyaratan dalam pengambilan keputusan.Pengujian terhadap fungsi aplikasi dan akurasi keputusan yang dihasilkan oleh aplikasi dibandingkan dengan data training yang dilakukan, menghasilkan tingkat akurasi yang baik dengan level akurasi untuk kategori sederhana dan menengah diperoleh keakuratan 100%, sedangkan mewah 80%.Kata Kunci— Naive Bayes, SMART, SPK, Bayesian

Abstract

Sumbawa University of Technology (UTS) is an educational institution that produces outputs that match work needs. The curriculum is to develop a number of study programs at UTS, adapted to the developments and demands of today's world of work. This research was conducted to determine the level of satisfaction of Stakeholders on the quality of graduates. Research is using a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Analysis data method uses the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Respondents in this study were graduate users (Stakeholders) with a total of 100 respondents. The results of this study, that the quality of graduates from UTS is very good, even though they work not in their field of expertise (non-academic). Even though the quality of the graduates is in the category very good, there are several items/attributes that need to considere. In meeting the satisfaction of Stakeholders, namely Point number 9 regarding the ability of graduates to write activity reports. , such as research and projects. The second point, number 14 is the ability of graduates to use technology related to their field of science. Item number 15 is the graduate's ability to use computers.

Abstract

Mentoring is one of the activities that function to foster students in the religious field under the student activity unit, namely the Mentoring Unit. This mentoring activity is also one of the requirements for passing student evaluation activities. Reports that run in the Mentoring Unit are still manual or not yet computerized, such as in attendance, recitations, and exams. To overcome the problems that occurred above, a web based application development for mentoring from the University of Technology Sumbawa was made using the PHP programming language, Laravel framework and MySQL as a database. The software development method used is the waterfall and the Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling method. The results of the mentoring reporting application can make it easier for the Mentoring Unit to report every week or period

Abstract

Information technology in recent years has become an absolute necessity, for all levels of society, especially the government, to support the exchange of information that is fast, easy, accountable, and has good service. BPKAD is one of the SKPDs in the NTB Province Government in charge of managing regional finances and assets that already have a computer network that mostly implements wireless-based applications, which are less than optimal for internet connections and information exchange so that they are not optimal in public services. Based on these problems, the researchers designed a computer network infrastructure that can be integrated between buildings at the BPKAD Office and other SKPD in the NTB province government. The design results presented can be used as considerations in order to support the development of e-government implementation. The network model used is the NDLC hierarchy and methodology. With a computer network, it can minimize connection constraints and be more optimal in bandwidth management, install filtering firewalls, limit users with negative content.Keyword: BPKAD; SKPD; E-Gorverment; NDLC; Bandwidth
