Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the factors that cause the low level of student discipline at Madrasah Aliyah Bustanul Ulum Pagerharjo Wedarijaksa Pati. Discipline is an important aspect of education, but students often face difficulties in maintaining adequate levels of discipline. The research method used is qualitative. The data collection technique uses questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique involves data reduction, data display, and data verification. The results of this research reveal that the factors that cause the low level of student discipline at Madrasah Aliah Bustanul Ulum Pagerharjo Wedarijaksa Pati are broadly divided into three, namely factors related to students' personalities, factors related to educators' attitudes, and environmental factors. This research has important implications for improving student discipline in madrasah. By understanding the factors that influence discipline, schools, and educators can develop more effective strategies to improve student discipline.Keywords: Causal factors, discipline, MA Bustanul Ulum

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the independent curriculum in PAI learning. This type of research is literature research, with a qualitative descriptive approach. The main data are taken from books and journals that are directly related to the issue of the independent curriculum. Skunder data is taken from books and journals that have an indirect relationship and or that support the main data. Data is collected by documentation techniques. After the data is collected, it is then analyzed using content analysis techniques and inductive - deductive. This study concludes that the independent curriculum is the right solution for the education process today. In the independent curriculum, education is focused on students so that they are active and creative. In addition, the material obtained is more real so that it will be more imprinted in the student's soul and that is how education should be. PAI learning in the independent curriculum other than through the project model, schools and / or madrasahs can cooperate with other educational institutions such as Islamic boarding schools or madrasah diniyah. This is done by adjusting teaching materials, allocation of time and expected competencies as well as the entire administration of learning.Keywords: PAI, Curriculum Merdeka, PAI di Curriculum Merdeka

Abstract

This study aims to uncover the reasons for Imam al-Ghazali's concern for education. This type of research is literature research, with a qualitative descriptive approach. The main data are taken from books and journals directly related to al-Ghazali's thoughts on education. Skunder data is taken from books and journals that have an indirect relationship with the main data. Data is collected by documentation techniques. After the data is collected, it is then analyzed using content analysis and inductive - deductive techniques. This study concluded that al-Ghazali's concern for education was more because al-Ghazali viewed education as something important and crucial for humans. There are three reasons for al-Ghazali to say that education is important and crucial. First, education has the duty to lead to man's primacy and approach to his God. Second, education produces scholars/educators/teachers, where scholars for al-Ghazali are guardians of human humanity. Third, the purpose of education, which is to draw closer to God and to achieve happiness in the world and in the end. Self-glory, being close to God, remaining in human glory, happy world and ultimate are the needs of every human being and all can only be attained through Education.
