Abstract

Abstract: The Gulo Puan Business Group, Bangsal village, Pampangan sub-district, Ogan Komering Ilir district, is a producer of products in the form of gulo-puan, sagon-puan and tapel-puan. After the implementation of the PKMS activity, a product innovation in the form of Mrs. Candy was obtained, while in the PKM activity, a product innovation in the form of Mrs. yogurt was obtained. Based on this, partners have been able to compete with similar business actors because they already have a variety of product variants, both in the form of food and beverages. However, this certainly needs to be strengthened again by utilizing technology to introduce products to the wider community. Social advertising is a promotional media that is carried out through social media. This promotional media is considered far more effective, efficient and on target compared to conventional promotional media such as flyers, banners and so on. Partners in PKMS activities have been able to utilize social media as a marketing medium. Therefore, in PKM activities, the implementing team provides training on the use of social advertising as a promotional media for women's products produced by partners. Based on the results of social advertising that has been done 5 times, the results show that as many as 96,212 accounts were successfully reached, of which 98.2% were not followers of accounts with demographics 48.2% male and 51.8% female. As many as 55% of the target to open a profile from Mrs. Candy and from a total of 4,018 accounts that liked ads were obtained.           Keywords: competitive advantage; puan candy; puan yogurt; social advertising;Abstrak: Kelompok Usaha Gulo Puan desa Bangsal kecamatan Pampangan kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir merupakan penghasil produk berupa gulo puan, sagon puan dan tapel puan. Setelah pelaksanaan kegiatan PKMS diperoleh inovasi produk berupa puan candy, sedangkan pada kegiatan PKM diperoleh inovasi produk berupa puan yogurt. Berdasarkan hal tersebut  mitra telah mampu bersaing dengan pelaku usaha sejenis karena telah memiliki varian produk puan yang beragam, baik berupa makanan maupun minuman. Namun, hal tersebut tentu perlu diperkuat lagi dengan memanfaatkan teknologi guna mengenalkan produk ke Masyarakat luas. Sosial advertising merupakan media promosi yang dilakukan melalui sosial media. Media promosi ini dianggap jauh lebih efektif, efisien dan tepat sasaran dibandingkan dengan media promosi konvensional seperti selebaran, banner dan sebagainya. Mitra pada kegiatan PKMS telah mampu memanfaatkan sosial media sebagai media pemasaran. Oleh karena itu, pada kegiatan PKM tim pelaksana memberikan pelatihan pemanfaatan sosial advertising sebagai  media promosi produk puan yang dihasilkan oleh mitra. Berdasarkan hasil sosial advertising yang telah dilakukan sebanyak 5 kali diperoleh hasil bahwa sebanyak 96.212 akun yang berhasil dijangkau, dimana 98,2%nya bukan pengikut dari akun dengan demografi 48,2% berjenis kelamin laki-laki dan 51,8% perempuan. Sebanyak 55% dari sasaran membuka profil dari puan candy serta dari total keseluruhan diperoleh 4.018 akun yang menyukai iklan.Kata kunci: competitive advantage; puan candy; puan yogurt; social advertising

Abstract

Proses pembelajaran dilakukan dengan bantuan teknologi guna mengurangi kontak fisik yang dianggap sebagai salah satu penyebab cepat tersebarnya virus covid-19. Oleh karena itu, perlunya pemahaman terkait pemanfaatan teknologi dalam menciptakan media pembelajaran yang dapat membantu proses penyampaian materi ajar secara efektif. Salah satu media pembelajaran yang digunakan berupa video pembelajaran yang dapat diputar berulang – ulang oleh siswa dirumah sampai materi tersebut dipahami. Video pembelajaran diharapkan berisikan materi yang telah diringkas sehingga durasinya tidak terlalu lama, memiliki kualitas audio yang jelas, serta transisi atau dapat ditambahi dengan musik agar lebih menarik dan tidak membosankan. SMP Negeri 30 Palembang selaku mitra ingin meningkatkan kreativitas sekaligus kompetensi guru mata pelajaran dalam menyusun dan mengembangkan media pembelajaran yang menarik khususnya dalam bentuk video pembelajaran Salah satu aplikasi yang dapat digunakan untuk melakukan editing video yaitu Shotcut. Aplikasi ini dianggap paling relevan untuk digunakan karena selain memiliki fitur-fitur yang lengkap, mudah dipahami, tidak berbayar dan video hasil editing tidak dibubuhi watermark layaknya aplikasi editing video gratis lainnya. Pelaksanaan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini dilakukan melalui kegiatan berupa workshop yang diikuti oleh seluruh guru mata pelajaran. Setelah kegiatan terlaksana diperoleh hasil bahwa seluruh peserta telah memperoleh pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam membuat video pembelajaran sedangkan untuk pengetahuan dan keterampilan editing video menggunakan Shotcut telah dikuasai oleh 70% peserta. Hasil tersebut diperoleh karena fasilitas yang diperlukan belum memadai, sehingga direkomendasikan kepada mitra untuk melakukan pengadaan fasilitas yang dapat digunakan secara bersama bagi guru mata pelajaran dalam membuat media pembelajaran. The Learning Video Editing in SMP Negeri 30 Palembang Abstract The learning process is carried out with the help of technology to reduce physical contact, which is considered one of the causes of the rapid spread of the covid-19 virus. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the use of technology in creating learning media that can help deliver teaching materials effectively. One learning media used is a video that students can rewind at home until they understand the materials. Learning video is expected to contain summarized materials so that the duration is not too long, the audio quality is clear, and there is a transition or music to make the video more interesting and fun. SMP Negeri 30 Palembang, as a partner, wanted to increase the creativity and the competence of teachers in compiling and developing interesting learning media, especially learning videos. One of the applications that could be used to edit videos was Shotcut. Shotcut is considered the most relevant application because it not only has complete features but is also easy to understand and free. Besides, the edited video is not watermarked like other free video editing applications. Implementing the Community Partnership Program was carried out through a workshop that all teachers attended. After the activity was carried out, it was found that all participants had acquired the knowledge and skills to make a learning video. Knowledge and skill of video editing using shortcuts had also been mastered by 70% of the participants. These results were obtained because the required facilities were not adequate. Because of that reason, SMP Negeri 30 Palembang needs to have some facilities which teachers can use in making learning media in the future.

Abstract

Bank Sumsel Babel merupakan penyedia jasa layanan keuangan daerah yang berwenang dalam menghimpun dana dari masyarakat dan menyalurkannya kembali kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk pinjaman modal kerja dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat umum. Produk yang disediakan oleh Bank Sumsel Babel diantaranya tabungan, deposito, pinjaman dan lain sebagainya. Pemberian pinjaman pada suatu nasabah dilakukan berdasarkan beberapa variabel, salah satunya adalah melihat status pembayaran calon nasabah pada proses peminjaman sebelumnya. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan penerapan metode Principal Component Analysis (PCA) dalam menentukan status kredit nasabah Bank Sumsel Babel Cabang KM 12 Palembang menggunakan metode Decision Tree. Hasil dari penelitian ini akan diperoleh pengaruh metode pre-processing PCA pada metode klasifikasi Decision Tree dalam penentuan status kredit nasabah. Analisis dilakukan dengan memperhatikan tingkat akurasi serta nilai precision, recall dan f1-score yang dihasilkan. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan diperoleh bahwa metode PCA memberikan dampak baik terhadap kinerja dari metode Decision Tree dalam klasifikasi, hal tersebut terlihat dengan adanya peningkatan tingkat akurasi sebesar 10% dengan model klasifikasi dengan kinerja lebih baik.

Abstract

This study aims to examine several variables supporting the implementation of e-Commerce websites as digital platforms in supporting the business activities of SMEs. Several previous studies have found several variables/factors that support the implementation of e-Commerce with each perspective raised, so that in this study the variables/factors raised are the extraction of all factors from various perspectives and are expected to accommodate different points of view and previous research. Factor extraction is carried out using the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) method using the SPSS 22 Version tool to identify variables/factors from various and various needs, several factors that have components will be extracted and viewed in one category so as to minimize ambiguity factors as e-Commerce Enablers. In this study, data were collected through interviews and online dissemination to Clothing Line Business Actors and staff using digital platform users as many as 75 respondents and obtained some supporting data related to the use of digital platforms in the application of e-Commerce in daily business. Based on the extraction results obtained 5 main drivers that become e-Commerce Enabler based on several models of e-Commerce implementation based on Technological Frames of References (TFR) and Knowledge Management, namely: Organizational Trigger (OT), Environmental Trigger (ET), Individual Intention (II) , Knowledge Aspect and Capability (KAC), and Technology Infrastructure (IT) with each factor with components extracted so as to minimize ambiguity and still accommodate various needs and perspectives.Keywords : Specification Design, Information System, Integrated Document, Rational Unified Process, MASS Cargo

Abstract

PT. Oasis Waters International Palembang conducts regular staff performance reviews, the findings of which are utilized to make recommendations for employee contract extension. The Human Resource Department has assigned a numerical value to 25 qualities (HRD). The process of giving a label or class to a number of examples when the value of each characteristic is known as classification. The Naïve Bayes technique is a basic classification approach that makes use of probability estimates. Based on the observations, it was discovered that one of the 25 criteria was deemed the most relevant in determining the recommendation for an employee contract renewal. As a result, in this study, a comparison of the pre-processing Principal Component Analysis (PCA) approach and the Correlation-based Feature Selection (CFS) method on the categorization of employee contract extensions at PT Oasis Waters International Palembang will be performed. According to the data, the CFS approach has a positive influence on classification performance, while PCA does not. This is demonstrated by a 30% increase in accuracy when utilizing the CFS approach. Meanwhile, both strategies have a positive influence on the model's dependability. This is demonstrated by a reduction in Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) when using the CFS approach from 0.6325 to 0.1845, whereas using the PCA method results in 0.5123.Keywords : Naïve Bayes, Principal Component Analysis, Correlation-based Feature Selection, Confusion Matrix, Root Mean Square Error

Abstract

PKM activities are carried out to improve teacher knowledge and skills regarding learning media, in this case interactive learning videos. And more specifically, there is an increase in teacher creativity in designing learning media so that they become interactive media that can be used for the learning process. The method used in the implementation of this PKM is in the form of lectures, demonstrations (simulations), and practices which are followed by 33 teachers at SMP Negeri 30 Palembang. This activity includes three stages, namely, observation with the aim of knowing the initial conditions of the school that will be given this activity. Based on the observations, it was found that most of the teachers at SMP Negeri 30 Palembang find it difficult to cope with the different levels of understanding of students and the media that can be used for repetitive learning. Then proceed to the second stage by sharing knowledge between the team and the teacher and the last stage evaluating the activities that have been carried out. Based on the results of the evaluation, it can be concluded that the activities carried out are able to increase the knowledge and skills of teachers in making interactive learning videos, this is indicated by the number of teachers whose knowledge increases by 30 people and will use them as learning media as many as 30 people.

Abstract

 The development of Covid-19 has worsened the economy not only nationally but also globally. Since its spread, the price movement of the Jakarta Composite Index (IHSG) has continued to be volatile. JCI price volatility shows risk and uncertainty in investing. Volatility is used as a barometer to determine portfolio management strategies for financial actors. Therefore, financial actors should find a strategy to be able to predict JCI price movements to reduce risks and gain profits. One way that can be done is to predict the JCI price as a reference in investing. This study uses a hybrid model between the decomposition model and the Neural Network (NN) in predicting JCI price volatility. The decomposition uses two approaches, namely additive and multiplicative, the two approaches will then be combined with NN and the NN algorithm used is Feed Forward Neural Network (FFNN) where the results of the decomposition in the form of seasonal, trend, and random data are used as input in the FFNN architecture. The FFNN architecture in this study differs from the hidden layer nodes and the epochs used. Furthermore, the prediction results from the model are compared with a single NN. The performance of each architecture will be measured using the Mean Absolute Error (MAE) and Mean Square Error (MSE). The results show that the hidden layer with more nodes can provide good performance while the epoch used provides good performance depending on the learning process carried out. The prediction results using the hybrid model can outperform the performance of a single NN.Keywords : time series, volatilitas, studi perbandingan, kecerdasan buatan, statistik.

Abstract

Di era pandemic saat ini, metode pembelajaran mengalami perubahan yang cukup signifikan. Hal ini terjadi karena pemberlakukan pembatasan aktivitas dan berkumpul bagi peserta belajar. Kejadian ini mengakibatkan metode pembelajaran menggunakan daring (online) dimana siswa dapat tetap belajar dari rumah. Tuntutan inilah yang menjadikan para pengajar yaitu guru harus memiliki kemampuan dalam akses dan memanfaatkan internet serta kreatif dalam membuat konten materi pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, SMP Negeri 30 Palembang, menyelenggarakan kegiatan workshop membuat dan mengunggah video pembelajaran pada Youtube Channel, guna memberikan peningkatan pengalaman para guru sebagai bentuk materi pembelajaran secara daring. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan secara langsung dalam ruang rapat dengan mematuhi Protokol Kesehatan Pencegahan Penyebaran Covid-19 di SMP Negeri 30 Palembang pada tanggal 7 Desember 2021.Kata kunci : membuat akun, materi pembelajaran, video, youtube channel

Abstract

Berdasarkan data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) tentang data survei sosial ekonomi nasional tahun 2018 menyatakan bahwa persentase masyarakat yang mengakses internet dalam kurun lima tahun terakhir terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan. Sebesar 77,48 persen masyarakat pedesaan dan perkotaan yang mengakses internet, sebanyak 10,82 persen diantaranya memanfaatkan internet untuk melakukan pembelian dan penjualan barang dan jasa secara online. Hal tersebut menunjukkan besarnya potensi media digital sebagai media pemasaran. Berdasarkan hasil observasi diperoleh gambaran umum permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Usaha Keripik Singkong RK, yaitu salah satunya masih lemahnya strategi produk dalam kemasan sehingga produk belum mampu menjangkau masyarakat luas dan menarik perhatian serta minat masyarakat. Oleh karena itu tim PKM Universitas Indo Global Mandiri (UIGM) menawarkan solusi dari permasalahan yang dihadapi Usaha Keripik Singkong RK selaku mitra dalam kegiatan ini yaitu berupa strategi produk. Strategi produk dilakukan dengan meningkatkan kualitas kemasan produk dengan label yang dilengkapi logo usaha dan informasi penting berkaitan produk. Adapun kegiatan yang dilakukan tim PKM UIGM adalah memberikan pelatihan pengemasan produk. Melalui pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman mengenai petingnya memperhatikan kemasan produk guna menarik minat masyarakat terhadap produk keripik singkong RK.

Abstract

Seiring meningkatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi, proses berkomunikasi haruslah mengikuti perkembangan jaman. Penyaluran informasi dari komunikator kepada komunikan mengalami perubahan, media baru dengan koneksi internet mulai bermunculan tidak hanya sebagai media hiburan namun dipakai sebagai media untuk bersosialisasi. Hal tersebut secara tidak langsung membuat para penggiat organisasi turut serta menggunakan media sosial sebagai media informasi. Proses perancangan media sosial ini menjadi problematika organisasi karena tidak semua sumberdaya manusia yang dimiliki memiliki kemampuan merancang  yang baik secara grafis, visual dan verbal. Maka dari itu pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan sebagai bentuk pemecahan masalah yang dialami mitra yakni Balai Pengelola Transportasi Darat Wilayah VII (BPTD VII) dengan mengadakan pelatihan perancangan komunikasi visual pada media sosial organisasi resmi dengan narasumber dari bidang desain komunikasi visual. Dalam pelatihan ini jumlah peserta yang dilibatkan berjumlah 40 orang staff kehumasan dari BPTD VII yang dimana 85% peserta belum menguasai kemampuan desain komunikasi visual dan grafis. Metode yang dipakai dalam pengabdian ini menggunakan metode design thinking lima tahap yaitu emphatize, define, ideate, prototype dan test. Metode ini dianggap efektif sebagai pemecah masalah dari suatu perancangan visual dengan harapan kegiatan ini mampu memberikan edukasi terhadap peserta agar mampu menciptakan konten media sosial yang baik, kreatif dan estetis secara visual maupun verbal sebagai sarana informasi yang tepat dan mudah diterima di masyarakat. Secara teknis peserta mendapatkan peningkatan kemampuan kreatif dalam menggunakan aplikasi desain grafis diatas 70% dengan nilai kebermanfaatan di angka 83%. Semoga pelatihan ini dapat dilaksanaan secara berkelanjutan agar mampu meningkatkan kualitas dari konten media sosial yang selalu berkembang mengikuti perkembangan jaman. Visual Communication Design Training on Organizational Official Social Media at the Region VII Land Transportation Management Center in South Sumatra and Bangka Belitung Provinces Along with the increasing development of information technology, the communication process must keep up with the times. The distribution of information from communicators to communicants has changed, new media with internet connections have begun to emerge not only as entertainment media but are used as media for socializing. This indirectly makes organizational activists participate in using social media as a medium of information. The process of designing social media is an organizational problem because not all human resources have the ability to design well graphically, visually and verbally. Therefore this community service is carried out as a form of solving problems experienced by partners, namely BPTD VII by holding training on visual communication design on official organizational social media with resource persons from the field of visual communication design. In this training the number of participants involved was 40 public relations staff from BPTD VII where 85% of the participants had not mastered visual and graphic communication design skills. The method used in this service uses a five-stage design thinking method, namely empathize, define, ideate, prototype and test. This method is considered effective as a problem solver of a visual design with the hope that this activity will be able to educate participants so that they are able to create good, creative and aesthetically pleasing social media content both visually and verbally as a means of accurate information and easily accepted in society. Technically the participants get an increase in creative ability in using graphic design applications above 70% with a usefulness value of 83%. Hopefully this training can be carried out on an ongoing basis so as to be able to improve the quality of social media content which always evolves with the times.
