Abstract

This study explains the association between children's bullying behavior and socioeconomic conditions. The prevalence of bullying occurrences and the need to learn more about the connection between bullying behavior and socioeconomic status are the driving forces behind this study. A sample of 64 parents and guardians of pupils in Nagari Tanjung Sani, Tanjung Raya District, Agam Regency, participated in this study. Based on the study's findings, it was discovered that 31.9% of kids from work and farming households had been the victims of emotional, verbal, or physical bullying.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence learning outcomes using e-learning on students of the Faculty of Economics, Padang State University. Factors that affect learning outcomes consist of internal factors and external factors. The type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The sampling technique in this study is proportional random sampling, this technique is used when the population has members or elements that are not homogeneous. The number of samples in this study were 96 students of the Faculty of Economics, Padang State University in 2018, 2019 and 2020. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and factor analysis. Based on the result of factors analysis, there are four factots that influence learning outcomes using e-learning on students of the Faculty of Economics, Padang State University, namely instrumental factors, family factors, psychological factors and physiological factors. The dominant factor that affects learning outcomes using e-learning on students of the Faculty of Economics, Padang State University is the instrumental factor. For students, in order to understand the material given by the lecturer in e-learning. For lectuterer to be able to explain the material provided in e-learning to the maximum so that students can obtain satisfactory learning outcomes.

Abstract

Technological advances make electronic systems applied to the field of taxation to provide convenience to taxpayers in carrying out their obligations, technological advances present a modern administrative system called digitalization. The results of this research were analyzing impact of tax digitisation and awareness among taxpayers of compliance with the reporting of private taxpayers in KPP Pratama Kota Solok. This is a quantitative study that use association approaches. Data retrieval technique in the form of questionnaires. This study uses an accidental sampling strategy using a sample. number of 94 respondents. The results of this research were analyzing is multiple retrogression analysis. The results of this study, it can be seen that: 1) The simultaneous digitization of taxes and taxpayer awareness have a significant impact on private taxpayer compliance with reporting on KPP Pratama Kota Solok. 2) The digitalization of taxes has had a positive and significant impact on private taxpayer compliance with KPP Pratama Kota Solok reporting, and 3) taxpayer awareness positively and significantly on compliance with personal taxpayer reporting on KPP Pratama Solok City. The contribution of Tax Digitization and Taxpayer Awareness of Compliance with Reporting of Private Taxpayers in KPP Pratama Kota Solok is 51%.

Abstract

This aim of research is to find out 1) Comparison student motivation learning of users and non-users of Ruang Guru online tutoring and 2) Comparison of learning independence of users and non-users of Ruang Guru online tutoring. The population in the research was the XIIth Grade students of Senior High School of Adabiah 1 Padang, as many as 195 students. This research type was comparative descriptive research. The technique of sampling used in the research was purposive sampling. The data used were secondary and primary. Data techniques of collection were in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis used descriptive analysis, requirements analysis test, and the hypothesis used the Z test used the Independent Sample T-Test, where the analysis was carried out using SPSS 22. The results showed that 1) There was a difference in student motivation between users and non-users of online tutoring in the Ruang Guru, which was significant, as seen from sig 2 tailed 0.001 <0.05. 2) There was a difference between students' learning independence between users and non-users of online tutoring of Ruang Guru had a significant difference. It can be seen from sig 2 tailed 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of digital media literacy and student engagement on economic learning outcomes during the Class X IPS Pandemic Period at MAN 2 Padang City. The quantitative research method was used in this study, with descriptive and associative research types. This study included 174 students from class X IPS at MAN 2 Padang City. The sample in this study was measured using the Slovin formula, and the sampling technique was random, yielding a sample of 121 people. The data was analyzed using the SPSS program to test the hypothesis using validity and reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression tests, F tests, and t-tests. The study's findings indicate that (1) digital media literacy has no effect on student learning outcomes, (2) student engagement influences student learning outcomes, and (3) digital media literacy and student engagement influence student economic learning outcomes.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan perpajakan, sosialisasi perpajakan dan sanksi perpajakan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pahak UMKM (Studi pada pelaku UMKM yang berada di wilayah Kota Bukittinggi). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku UMKM yang berada di wilayah Kota Bukittinggi. Jumlah sampel penelitian ditentukan berdasarkan rumus Slovin, sebanyak 100 orang dan dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik pusposive sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah jenis data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada wajib pajak pelaku UMKM di wilayah Kota Bukittinggi dengan kriteria yang sudah ditetapkan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pengetahuan perpajakan, sosialisiasi perpajakan dan sanksi perpajakan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak UMKM. (2) Pengetahuan perpajakan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak UMKM. (3) Sosialisasi perpajakan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak UMKM. (4) Sanksi perpajakan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak UMKM.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to identify 1) the variables that influence students' motivation to learn during online courses in economics. 2) the main elements that affect students' motivation to learn when they are enrolled in online courses. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The sample strategy was proportional random sampling. With a selected sample of 75 students, the study's population consisted of economic education students enrolled in Padang State University's Faculty of Economics in the academic years 2018–2019–2020. Both primary and secondary data were used. A questionnaire is used to collect data. Descriptive analysis and factor analysis are the analytical techniques employed. Four factors—physiological, environmental, student competency, and non-social—have an impact on learning motivation, according to the findings of factor analysis.

Abstract

Terdapat empat kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang guru salah satunya adalah kompetensi pedagogik. Seorang guru yang memiliki kompetensi pedagogik akan mampu memilih pendekatan, strategi, metode, dan teknik pembelajaran tepat dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. SMPN 10 Payakumbuh merupakan sekolah tingkat menengah pertama negeri termuda di Payakumbuh. Seorang guru harus memiliki pemahaman yang cukup baik terhadap penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka dan mampu mendesain pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan Kurikulum Merdeka. Selain itu guru harus mampu memilih strategi serta model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan Kurikulum Merdeka. Guru juga harus mampu menyajikan media pembelajaran yang interaktif dan kreatif. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan pengabdian ini diantaranya meningkatkan pemahaman guru terkait penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka, meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menentukan strategi pembelajaran inovatif yang sesuai dengan Kurikulum Merdeka, serta meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam membuat media pembelajaran yang interaktif dan kreatif dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

This research is in the background by many university graduates who have not yet got a job after graduation. This occurs because there is a gap between the education system and the world of work which results in university graduates being produced not in accordance with the required workforce. For this reason, researchers are interested in knowing the influence of digital literacy and career planning on the work readiness of students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, State University of Padang. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital literacy and career planning on the work readiness of students of the Faculty of Economics and Business The type of research used is causal associative research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is active S1 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, State University of Padang with a sample of 356 respondents using proportional random sampling techniques. Data collection in this study is by using a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used are divided into descriptive analysis, inductive analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that the positive and significant influence between digital literacy and career planning on job readiness. This means that the better digital literacy and career planning, the better the job readiness of students will be as well.

Abstract

TK Latihan SPG Aisyiyah has not fully integrated digital technology into its assessment process, even though in this era, it is essential to do so that it can improve the quality and effectiveness of the assessment. This community service aims to improve teacher skills in developing digital assessments and improve the quality of learning at TK Latihan SPG Aisyiyah. This community service has improved teachers' ability to produce digital assessments. This can be seen from the increase in teacher understanding in the post-test, with an average score of 89 and an increase in the pre-test score of 83.25. In addition, 100% of kindergarten teachers who participated in the training also produced digital assessments afterwards. The satisfaction questionnaire results showed that participants were delighted with implementing community service activities, with an average satisfaction level of 94%. Participants hope that similar training can be carried out again further to improve the competence of early childhood education teachers.
